Location: Excellent! The central area of the CBD, the light rail / subway station (Town Hall) are all within a 5-minute walk. The downstairs are Myers / David Jones and other department store chains, next to QVB Room: overall clean and sanitary (the table is dusty but I can accept it), the morning flight arrived at the hotel at more than 10 o'clock in the morning, booked a standard room type but there were no vacancies at that time, luck is no other users who have reviewed it can give free Upgrade, say that adding $ 50 a night can upgrade to a "special" room type on the corner, seeing that the cost is not too much and eager to freshen up, I agreed. Although it is a corner room, but the room is really small, it is just a window. And the scenery is better Service: The slow washing of the dishwasher should be that the cleaning staff did not clean up the stopper and deducted points. The two people staying only gave me a shower gel and shampoo, and the next day cleaning will not be replenished. Maybe look I still think that my old one is enough, deduct points, but I will write a note in the bathroom and tell me to make it up every day. Facilities: No use of swimming pool and others so I can't give advice, but there are too few TV channels Overall, I think it is a relatively cost-effective hotel, with excellent location, good facilities and environment, and normal service (general), it is still recommended

I do not know the reason for the trip booking, the hotel does not provide bottled drinking water, and said it can be drunk. Look at the mix of photos. Who dares to drink raw? The refrigerator is fully locked. We are not treated like this. WiFi is clearly marked as free when making a reservation. When I checked-in, I was told that there was a fee, or I used a membership card to get free service.

I visited the bar of Criterion Hotel with my friends and partners at 8pm On July 22, 2020 . The beverage service and the infield staff were fine. Only the security guard standing at the entrance was suspected to make things difficult for me. When I walked into the dining area with two other male friend and only checked my credentials. Of course, this may be only part of his responsibilities. I was waiting for friend to order a drink on my seat, and I didn’t realize at the first time that customer registration app indicator of Covid Safe Plan is located in-front of the bar. The security guard didn’t have to come forward and “only”ask me to register for the app, also "Touch" my arm at the same time!! Physical contact with customers it doesn't look wise with social distance at the moment, right? In addition, why two other male friends of mine did not get any notification of the registration message from this security guard! "The security guard involved in touching my part of body, which on unnecessary. Whether it involves sexual harassment in public places or anti-Asia discrimination. When he touching my arm dose he sanitiser his hands first ? Is the employee training and workplace education insufficient? Shouldn't all employees agree to abide with the Manage Diversity in the Workplace when entering employment? Today’s experience disappointed me and felt been violated!

We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the accommodation, room just what we needed, linen lovely and clean, bathroom very clean and all the staff particularly reception were so so helpful, we could not stop saying how friendly and helpful the staff at Park Regis were the whole 3 nights we stayed. Remote on TV was not working properly, was a matter of a phone call and within 5 minutes a replacement was at our door, I cannot fault this accommodation and this will be my new stay when in Sydney. Thank you all for being so pleasant :)

I stayed here for one night to attend a charity event in Sydney. I must say every visit to Sydney I will be staying here. Mainly because of Travis and James who attend the front desk. They both were welcoming, polite and nothing was too difficult. Spoke with Travis before staying about checking in early and was no bother at all. James helped guide me on my future travels to Newcastle. Both were up for a chat and just genuine top blokes. The room itself was clean and tidy. Much larger than I expected. Plenty of room for two people. This is my new go to accommodation in Sydney. Perfect location aswell.

Darling Harbour
The hotel is in Darling Harbour. The key is first-class service! Today I returned to Guangzhou safely, and I especially thank the hotel managers Sebastian, Ramil and ShiYi for their warm help. I missed the flight back to the hotel that night, and I hurriedly booked the hotel. I did n’t watch the time. I went to the hotel to know that it was set for tomorrow night. It was already late at night. The surrounding hotels were full. The warm and kind Ramil took the initiative to help We called the nearby hotels and asked them one by one, but unfortunately they were full. When I was most helpless, I thank the hotel manager Sebastian for his enthusiastic help. Not only did we allow us to rest on the sofa in the hotel lobby, Let's not let us sleep on the street, and let Shiyi hand us water. Ramil also offered to use their hotel's wifi for us. I was really moved at the time and cried. After two o'clock in the last night, because there were guests who didn't check in, the hotel The manager Sebastian gave us the extra room, advanced our booking one day in advance, and offered to let us check out at 4 pm the next day for free (usually the check out time is 10 am the next day). Let us have a good rest! In a foreign country, I met good people when I was most difficult and helpless! Thanks again! Now we have returned home safely! This trip to Australia, let us deeply remember the warm and kind Australians in this land!

Reconstructed from the shipyard, so it looks like a long strip, the interior of the hotel still retains the feeling of the old shipyard workshop, the design of the decoration is very strong, plus the special dynamic BGM, it feels like a visit Show. There is also a small performance room next to the lobby. If you search the Internet, you can find videos of some live performances by artists. The room is quite large, because the room at the corner where we live has windows on all three sides, so the lighting is very good. The room has Harman Kardon audio, Amazon Alexa, the air conditioning system seems to be Honeywell's specific memory is not clear, the overall situation is high. The employees also seem to be trendy men and women. They are friendly and courteous. If you find that you didn’t understand it, he or she will slow down and tell you again. Communication is basically not a problem, but if you encounter poor English. I don't know how to solve even people who don't understand English at all. It is estimated that there should be Asian employees who understand Chinese. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes! The hotel does not provide toothbrushes! ! The hotel does not provide toothbrushes! ! ! The important thing is said three times. Slippers, cotton, non-woven LOW non-woven slippers, we took it off when we checked out, and wore it while sleeping on the plane back home, very comfortable. For meals, the price we book is 3 nights more than 4,900 (including tax), including breakfast, the breakfast is pure western, or very rich, especially the Australian honeybee honey is very special, you must try it, the fruit has grapefruit , oranges, strawberries, apples, raisins, watermelons, etc. There are no hot meats such as grilled sausages, only cold salted ham and salted sashimi, coffee is good. In short, if you are used to Chinese breakfast, there is no need to have breakfast at the hotel every day. In addition to the double breakfast, our room rate includes the mini bar in the room, you can drink it casually, there are small bottles of red wine, small bottles of dry white, red cattle, beer, mineral water, sparkling water (equivalent to soda). (By the way, when ordering at an Australian restaurant, the waiter will ask you if you want water or sparkling water. Don't know what sparkling water is when you don't know.) Location and transportation: The Woolloomooloo area in the hotel is Sydney's old town. Locals generally do not live in these places. There are many old but well-maintained old houses nearby, retaining the architectural style of the British colonists, Woolloomooloo It's a low-lying area, so it's not recommended to walk completely, because sometimes the distance looks very close, but it's actually very tired to walk. There is always a taxi at the entrance of the hotel, but if there is no emergency, it is recommended to take the bus, because the Australian taxi is very expensive. There are 331 buses across the road, usually every ten minutes, and a few minutes to the city center. (Don't imagine the Australian bus as a domestic bus. It's not a concept at all. Their bus is generally There is a seat, and the ride experience is particularly good). The west side of the hotel is a marina, and the east is a military base. The long-term mooring of the Royal Australian Navy's warships. When we went, we saw the latest bomber of the Australian Navy, the "Brisbane" destroyer quietly parked there, far away. Photography is still possible. It is worth mentioning that there is a fast food called Harry's Cafe De Wheels on the side of the road next to the pier. It looks like a small house on the roadside to buy newspapers and groceries. This shop is very popular in the local area. To taste their peas and hot dogs, it is important that we have more than ten o'clock in the evening, they are still open, so the nightingale has a guarantee. In the evening, I ordered some snacks, sitting on a bench next to the tree, and blowing the sea breeze to feed the seagulls, it was very pleasant.

What a great place for couples! We spent a sunny afternoon by the pool with cocktails, overlooking the city. The rooftop bar was pumping during the evening so getting a table was a bit tricky but the atmosphere was great. The rooms were very comfortable, too.

Family travel. I went on a three-day trip to Melbourne with my mother in Melbourne. I used to go to three people and picked up a family with three beds. The price comparison is four or five websites, Ctrip offers a discount of about 680, the lowest price. The first day to the hotel should be around twelve o'clock, ask check in to get two o'clock in the afternoon, we will store the luggage. Going down, the police station is next door, not far from a shopping mall in Coles, there is a spicy hot pot in the ground, remember to choose meat, it is more cost-effective. Going down is actually Chinatown, so the hotel location is not in Chinatown, but not far away, it will take 10-15 minutes to walk, see your pace. The next day, I went to the Blue Mountain tour group to pick up the hotel. On the third day, I had to go to the Holiday Inn in Chinatown by car. Hotel customer service does not speak Chinese, but the service attitude is good. Check in when you don't have to pay the deposit, brushed an Australian dollar. Check out is faster, give the room card. The location is not close to the main road, quiet, a small street off the road, near. But the sound is normal. Many tour groups also live here. The environment is not new, health is a feeling. There are microwaves, cups and plates.
