      The reservation was made last week via a booking portal for 3 nights. The effort to cancel breakfast again after the reservation was inappropriately high and it was a huge time-expenditure. At the check-in it was not even documented and had to be removed again and it was repeatedly required a correction of the bill. Duration: 30 minutes! A AMEX card is not accepted and had a further workload on Monday morning with more than 10 calls. At the end of the hotel has decided to accept after many hours. The decision maker was not handy at the time. Neither to clarify in the morning nor at check-in in the evening the reception was occupied and you had to wait a while. This stress and effort is hardly feasible in the external service. The hotel is located directly on a very frequent street crossing and a very special charm. The separate entrance reminds a little of the passage of a train station. The rooms are small and spartanianly furnished without a great demand but clean.

      Very, very doggy friendly. Long nordicwalk minutes from the hotel. Restaurant onsite dog friendly and lovely food. Even better, my human slaves paid the bill. Car parking onsite very convenient. There is a McDonald’s just next door for breakfast etc if you are in a rush. The hotel is situated on a busy road,but adequate sound proofing ensures a good nights sleep.

      Excellent by the location. Friendly staff, good breakfast. And, for me, how important for many dog owners, my dog Luna was always welcome. That was at times of City Plus and H+ Hotel. And now, since it is Novum Hotel? Dogs not allowed!!! That after many years! Can a hotel of this size allow itself to lose a whole client? I agree, no. Because of Corona, you can see how fast it can go and a hotel is forced to no longer make a turnover. The dog owners have lost you forever. They will not come back even after the crisis! The hotel would be large enough to provide a separate area for dogs without which others feel annoyed. Smoking rooms exist or there were also. The management of Novum Hotels should urgently consider whether this behaviour is still up-to-date. That is why she has time now during the crisis!       Unfortunately super disappointing. We spent in this sending hotel 2 nights including our wedding night. Had even ordered a expensive photographer and videographer tomorrow to take a picture and photograph with us. We had clearly set out with the hotel in the forefront which room we wish for it, orally and in writing. We were even in the room before and I showed photos of another Getting Ready in our wish room that I wanted for us. The hotel has shown us and confirmed this room in the local area, also in writing. You can imagine our horror when we arrive on the day of check-in afternoon and this room was just "paid" to people who spontaneously asked it on the same day. Without any conversation with us. It was even in the system that we reserved it, and then the lady at the reception probably held a telephone conversation with the booking manager who had to get fully out of the air and never have to say, that he has given us another room because we wanted a bathtub. We never wanted a bathtub or even just talked about it. My husband measures clearly over 2 meters, The max 1,40m long bathtub in one of the other rooms doesn't interest us at all. Absolutely difficult in addition to the organization. And then, the room was away, there was absolutely no room at the same level. Instead of the room with greater over 3 meters of ceiling height and to the garden exit, then a much smaller room with 2.50m deck height with windows went out to the industrial area. And in this room the Getting Ready Shooting took place with the expensively paid photographers and videographers. Whenever I see the photos I get angry because wedding dress including dragon now decorately hangs to the industrial area in front of a window and the ceiling is on the ground. I really find a uglyness for a hotel that is so high. And unfortunately, we had planned to have a address in the hotel next to the expensive Getting Ready where we will spend our wedding day every year in the next few years. Also that - linked to this disappointing memory - is not of course Option more. Really disappointing. The owners have never turned in and apologised or similar. Damage! Therefore zero of 5 stars.
