Hotels Near A Top Teriyaki In Tacoma Review
I spend a lot of nights in hotels in this area. Although this hotel has great rates I was hesitant to book because I have not had very good experiences in Clarion Hotels. Had a great rate today so I gave it a shot! I will stay here anytime! RJ at the front desk is very welcoming and helpful. The room seems to be recently updated and is very comfortable. Very happy with this choice. I have t experienced the breakfast so can’t comment t on that.
American breakfast, tastes good, you can make your own breakfast cake, Milk coffee chocolate milk tea bags can be freely selected. The interior is clean and spacious, and the outside environment is quiet. The reception is also polite, great hotel
Free parking Free parking Free parking, the room is very good, not far from the highway junction, there is a steakhouse in Australia nearby, super delicious!
Didn’t know what to expect returning to T-town for a funeral (we lived there for years), but this Marriott was a great experience. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Staff was uniformly pleasant and helpful over our three night stay. Many hours after we checked out our daughter realized she had left a very sentimental (and tiny) stuffed animal. Donica helped us with that and Clarence really went above and beyond to make sure it was found. I stay at Delta and Marriott on business and when we travel we typically stay at the Ritz or Four Seasons so the family has pretty high expectations. We’d stay here at Courtyard Marriott Downtown Tacoma again in a heartbeat.
Nice place and nice staff. The room was very clean and enjoyed my stay
The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is good, the service is good, there is even toothpaste, and I have to give it. Half an hour from the airport, I wanted to go to Mount Rainier, I was afraid that I would not go.
The hotel is clean and tidy, and it is more tasty with breakfast. The environment is very safe, the location is very good, there are many restaurants around, and there is a Chinese buffet. Close to the supermarkets and supermarkets nearby, there is a chance to choose this hotel.
It’s not too far from the airport. It’s about half an hour’s drive to the hotel. There is a swimming pool on the first floor. There is a small temperature pool. We went there that day. It’s a bit cold. The big pool is playing in the small temperature pool. There are several holiday inn in Tacoma. We started to the city and then went to the opposite side.
I really enjoyed immensely that guesthouse during my stay in Tacoma. My only regret about your place is that I spent only one night! The place is very calm, very clean, very spacious. I had the top floor room (only one on the top). The dinning room is very nice, the atmosphere is great, the breakfast is good. And I'm very picky about places where i stay. The two owners are wonderful, ready to help and are doing a wonderful job keeping the place this nice. The house has been registered as a landmark. Now I know where to stay in Tacoma next time, or even skipping Seattle, it's well worth the drive to be in such a pleasant place. Also, you're just a few minutes from downtown (by car) and probably only a 15min walk. Highly recommended.
This place has been a blessing 🙏 for us Raymond has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay is comfortable, the rooms are nice, I am offered daily room cleaning if I wish and I love the kitchenette, the staff here are all so friendly and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here as the price is affordable for a great room with amazing staff to assist your needs.
The remodel turned out good. However, they removed the closets. there is no place to hang your clothes.
The staff was very kind and accommodated my various needs.
they were appreciated!
In addition to the glass museum in Tacoma, there is nothing else in the city, the hotel can walk to the glass museum. Breakfast is typical American, good. The room is large.
The laundry service is very expensive, 2.5 dollars for laundry, 2 dollars for drying, 2 dollars for a pack of laundry detergent, and the room is not actively cleaned. You can cook your own meals and provide pots and utensils. If you don’t want a coffee machine, you won’t give it on your own initiative. You have to ask for tea bags. More stingy hotel.
At first when we drove in it looked as if we were going into someones house instead of a B & B. They use the top floor of their ranch house as the B&B. Jerry greeted us and made us feel extremely welcome, he indulged us in all kinds of pleasant conversation . The place is light and airy although the rooms are a bit small with not a lot of space to spread out. We stayed in guest rooms 101 and 103, which have a shared bathroom off the hall. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and the best part were the bathrobes. Breakfasts were great and expansive, fruit, yogurt, danishes, cereal and such - Patty the owner sent us off with a loaf of fresh baked banana bread which was delicious.
Booked this room so my 13 year old daughter and I could attend a dog show at the State Fair in Puyallup. It was a huge pain to get the key cards to work. I walked back and forth several times before I finally was able to even get INTO the room. The first night there was a power outage for 4 hours; the second night there was a loud fight outside our room; the third morning at 6am some homeless lady wandered up to me while I was packing our van for the show and asked if she could use my shower. Then she went upstairs and entered a different room. ?? Unfortunately, I just didn't feel safe here with my daughter. In the area farthest from the office, along the back of the building, there were a lot of creepy people who didn't look like they were up to any good.
