This was our (3 ladies in our early 60's) first time staying in Prescott and first night of vacation. We'd arrived in Arizona that day from a long day of travel from NH. We were greeted with smiles and welcomed by Alondra upon check-in. She was so friendly and happily answered all our ”touristy” questions! We got to our room and were surprised at how spacious it was, AND, it was VERY CLEAN. We refreshed, walked the easy distance to historic downtown Whiskey Row for a bite to eat, then back to the hotel. We took a dip in their pool, then relaxed on their inviting patio. All the areas were spotless and well mantained. Beds were great and we started our next day well rested. Alondra was gone the next day but Maria was at the desk and offered friendly info on the area for us to do while visiting AZ. We loved the staff and loved the clean hotel and it's perfect location!

We found the Hassayampa Inn to be everything we expected. We knew the rooms would be smaller as we were aware the Hotel came in to being in the late 1920’s. Very charming for a small town with a lot of history in the southwests early beginnings. The property is very well maintained and the staff made any little nuance very transparent to us. They offered us assistance with our luggage and gave us a ride to our floor on an old elevator that required a staff member to operate it. The staff that we encountered in the Hotel seemed to take great pride in working at the hotel. The Peacock Room, which was where we had dinner the night we stayed there was very charming and the wait staff helped make our dining experience most enjoyable. Over all it was a great experience.

As our two go to hotels (Green Tree and LaQuinta) rates went up, we decided to book the Quality Inn in Prescott to try to save a few $. It is pet friendly ($15 pet fee) and with pet fee we paid $139 for an overnight stay which saved a few dollars from the near $200 rates at other places. The hotel is easily accessible with free off-street parking. The staff was friendly and efficient on the phone and in person. The grounds and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed 2 queen room with minifridge and microwave. Despite being very crowded, it was fairly quiet throughout the night. Breakfast was a grab and go (burritos or toasted muffin sandwich with pastry) with some additional continental items available. Great central location. As other hotels' rates go up, this might be our cheaper alternative for trips to Prescott.

The resort sits on a hill overlooking the valley. It’s older but nicely renovated. The double suite has a sofa bed I didn’t use. The front room is spacious and off the main hall. You could easily bring a large air mattress and avoid using the sofa bed. The bedroom has two comfortable beds. I used both since there is still no housekeeping during the stay. The cafe downstairs serves an excellent latte. Service was great especially Lindsey at the front desk, who was there all weekend and very accommodating. The fitness room is large and clean, with lots of equipment choices. A family was enjoying the pool and jacuzzi adjacent to me as I worked out. My only and biggest complaint is the room key. It required multiple attempts each time, and even a replacement set didn’t work well. I heard the same from two traveling companions. The entire piece needs to be replaced on all doors. It’s very frustrating as a guest to be unsure if I’d be able to get into my room or have to take time to go downstairs for a new key card. Also the ****** is smoke free—I only walked in looking for a stairwell so did not play.

As soon as you pull into the driveway the opulence of this hotel engulfs you with th magnificent tress and rose garden. Upon entering the main lobby is the most breathtaking lobby with a grand spiral staircase and multiple crystal chandeliers. Check was a great experience with smiling and friendly front desk agents. They are extremely knowledgeable about the hotel, it’s history and the greater Prescott area. Our room was so inviting with a nice fireplace and jetted whirlpool tub. Fresh clean Lindo, king size deluxe pillows and bathrobes and slippers in to relax in! There’s a nice double balcony off the bedroom area with a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious. Lots of variety and friendly staff. We will definitely come back often. Thank

I have not chosen Holiday Inn Express properties on my trips very frequently in the past, however, this will change now. We've just concluded a two night stay at this hotel and we were amazed by the friendly service, clean room and amenities, and proximity to all we wanted to see and do in Prescott. We were particularly impressed with Carla, at the front desk, who helped us with specific requests throughout our stay. We truly felt as welcomed guests here.

I stayed one night at this hotel (12/16/20). Two days later (12/18/20) I received a call from a woman who told me I had left something behind in the room. She then proceeded to describe drug paraphernalia and accuse me of being the one to leave it in the room. She then asked for permission to throw it away to which I responded ”yes please throw it away because it is not mine.” The next day (12/19/20) I had an unauthorized charge for $150. I called the hotel and was put on hold for a long while until I was then hung up on. I called back immediately and they said that I was being charged for doing drugs in the room and that was against their policy. I told them again that it was not mine and I was willing to prove it. I only had a carry on bag coming from the airport and was timestamped. It shows that I would not have time to buy drugs after leaving the airport while also being in a town I've never been to. I was lastly informed that they would look further into it and get back with me by Christmas at the latest. It is now the 28th and I have yet to hear from anyone. They are clearly lying, stealing, and taking advantage of people that live a distance away in hopes to get away with it. I will be contacting the BBB as well as my lawyer if this is not resolved immediately. In that case. not only will you be refunding my money but you will also be responsible for my legal fees as well as whatever measures are taken to prove that this drug paraphernalia is not mine and i do not do drugs. On a separate note, it also goes to show that they are doing an unsatisfactory job at making sure the rooms are being deeply cleaned after each guest. This is always an unacceptable practice, but during Covid it is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I have all the proof I need to show my innocence and have my money returned and this company will be hearing from me until it is resolved completely.

This will be our stay at place in Prescott/Prescott Valley. They are focused on customer service, aim to please their guest and are dog friendly. Our dog friendly suite was clean, comfortable and spacious not like the places we have stayed being put in lesser rooms. Another plus is Cooper's Pub. Family owned and run and provides good customer service, varied menu and great teamwork by a hard working family. It appears locals enjoy this pub also.
