3.13km from AbwasserhebewerkHello, I would like to highlight some bad aspects about our stay in your hotel from 11.06.2020 to 14.06.2020. When we arrived in our family room (rooms number 12 and 13) we had immediately problems with the key cards got at the reception: actually the number 13 didn't work and the key of the external door didn't work as well. We got a new key for the room 13 which didn't work as well and only at the third attempt it worked. The key card of the external door kept not working and the personnel of the reception dismantled the lock and checked that the battery was down. Instead of asking to a technician for the replacement he just told us to leave the door open when we left our rooms for the entire stay. Anyway the card of room 13 had the same problem each day in the evening and when I complained at the reception I only got the answer that it was maybe due to my smartphone or tablet ;of course it's not the case since for the room 12 always worked and for room 13 it only happened after the room was cleaned and sorted out by the personnel. Additionally we found the curtains of both rooms disconnected from the tracks and not fully working since they didn't hide fully the windows. The personnel only fixed the problem in one room saying that in the other one there was no chance to get the curtains fully moving till the end of the track, whereas it was fixed by ourselves later. Another really inefficient service was related to the breakfast. We perfectly understand the change due to the coronavirus but we find really unacceptable that in an hotel like this such a poor breakfast is provided, with really poor portions, and always something missing with respect to different days in the same type (continental and fitness). The customer has also to waste time in the choice whereas it would be so easy to fill in a form the day before, taking into account the 1 hour shift to be matched. Last but not least our friends were completely left alone by the personnel during the breakfast when their little kid threw up. I have sent this complaint to the hotel before doing the review on internet and I only got after 3 days a reply saying that they will take my feedback to improve the service.....really disappointing!
