Molto comodo. Posizione ottimale. 200 300 metri dalla stazione di pullman e treno. Quindi comodissimo per chi arriva dall'aeroporto. 600 700 metro da Bari Vecchia. Motlo centrale e vicino a tantissimi servizi. Noi siamo rimasti il weekend e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Non c'è reception ma il personale al telefono è stato molto gentile.

Bari was recommended by a friend. This is a beautiful coastal city, a good place for Italians to spend their holidays. It is more than an hour's drive from Bari to Matera and Alberobello. It is recommended to visit, especially the town of Paradise. This hotel is a B&B, not far from the railway station. It takes only 10 minutes to walk from the railway station. It is not far from the beautiful and quaint old town and the brightly lit modern shopping street. Although the location is good, it took a little twists and turns to find the hotel. The destinations of Google navigation and Apple's own map navigation were both about 100 meters away from the hotel, and asked me to find it. The hotel is at a crossroad, about 10 meters away from the intersection. There is a white Italian sign at the entrance of the glass door. It says the name of the hotel and the hotel is on the 8th floor. In fact, just press the doorbell on the 8th floor, but I didn’t understand this. For the sign, I had to call the hotel, and then the door was opened. The corridor was a bit old and a little dusty. I couldn't see people. I felt like I was staying at home. At that time, I still didn't realize that the hotel was on the 8th floor, and then I searched it twice from the 1st floor to the 8th floor until I saw a small iron sign on the 8th floor with the name of the hotel and the white cat on it. Open the door on the 8th floor, sweep away the haze, clean white color, fresh design style, it seems that there are 5 rooms, the rooms are relatively clean, each room has a big terrace. The hotel includes breakfast. There is a public dining room for breakfast, and there is also a public terrace outside the dining room where friends can relax and chat. The pictures of hotel rooms, balconies, and dining rooms are the same as those on the booking. As long as you turn on the bathroom light, the exhaust fan will automatically run, and the exhaust fan will automatically turn off about 2 minutes after turning off the light. The bedside is equipped with a USB charging port, which is much more convenient than using a conversion head everywhere. When checking in, a girl came from outside to check-in, and detailed instructions. She speaks good English. If you have any questions, try to ask at check-in. She will not be seen again later. She is responsible for cleaning and making breakfast. Neither of the two girls speak English well, so they only need to leave the key on the table in the room when they leave the shop. Although looking for a hotel was a bit of a twist at the beginning, I worried a bit, but the feeling after moving in was pretty good.

Hotels Near Academy Of Fine Arts In Bari Review

3.1/573 Reviews
We stayed here for 2 nights and we were not really satisfied about this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception told us that we were too early for check in and that we should have known this as it's written in the confirmation mail. But that was not the point, we knew we were early, but we were on a road trip in South Italy and wanted to leave the luggage already so we could discover Bari as much as we could. Then the reception told us we needed to come back after a few hours to check-in. While checking- in, the reception didn't inform us about the breakfast nor the facilities such as gym and spa. One positive thing, we requested a balcony, but apparently you need to pay extra for that, but we got it for free. Nevertheless, the service at the breakfast is really bad. Most of the staff didn't look happy/ service-oriented and are poor in English. Instead they were very rude on the last breakfast, as we have asked for a breakfast on the go (we needed to catch an early flight). One of the staff accused us of stealing silverware, as I was looking for disposable cutlery. The way she approached us was really misplaced. We have seen a lot of hotels, B&B's, hostels etc, from low-mid and high end, but we never had such a bad experience as this one. For a business trip this hotel is more appropriated, for couples who are on a romantic get away we would say just find something else. Unless you want to pay a lot for lack of service. To end positive, the location is ok-ish, it's a 20min walk, so its sort of nearby. Furthermore the hotel is clean. The service needs really improvement based on our experience and the facilities are nice to have if you are informed about these. Also the swimming pool is quite nice, very relaxing.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

First things first, the location can't be beat. It's walkable to everything but on a quiet street. The room was new and spacious with comfortable furnishings. The staff was very nice and helpful with recommendations and restaurant reservations. It should be noted that the service, while helpful and accommodating, is comparable to a BnB, not a hotel. The front desk is not always staffed and we didn't always get an answer on the phone number that is provided for times when the front desk isn't staffed. The other thing that was frustrating for us was the breakfast. Because of COVID, the hotel itself wasn't serving breakfast (understandable) so they partnered with a nearby cafe. The frustrating part was that we had to call the cafe every morning to order but there was no menu so we had no idea what was available and had to struggle to figure out what we could order. It would have been much easier if there had been a menu and/or if the hotel had a set breakfast that was delivered each morning. If you're more self-sufficient, then this property might be fine for you but if you're looking for a full service hotel, then it may not be the best fit.

We arrived at the hotel, 2 couples, after a long drive from Amalfi. At first glance we saw a good-looking hotel located in the city center and a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and old town. After the registration process and receiving the keys, every couple went to the room he received and here comes the "big disappointment" !!!. The couple of friends who came with us entered the room they received and within less than a minute walked out quickly and complained of an unpleasant (gentle) smell in the room. We went to our "room" and also discovered the same phenomenon. Returning to the reception we asked to replace the rooms we were given. We returned to the reception and asked to replace the rooms we were given. After exchanging with the receptionist, we were given "new" rooms. We went to our room and to our delight we were given a room that did not face the front of the hotel and mainly did not suffer from the odor problem. Our friends asked to replace the "exchange" room they received because of the same odor problem. Only the third room was without problems, so they did not have to replace it again. Two other problems exist in the hotel, the first one, the general condition "REQUIRES IMMEDIATE OVERHAUL" and the other problem is the "MOST MINIMAL" breakfast we encountered during our three-week trip in Italy. When we returned home, I checked previous reviews of hotel guests and saw that the two issues I mentioned here had appeared in many past reviews.

At this price, how could it be possible that the environment is not good. Breakfast is the same every day, but there are still many varieties. Italian fruits are so delicious! This was a difficult review to write because the location was good, the room was decent size, and the bed was large and comfortable. The problem was all the things that were or went wrong throughout the stay the caused it not to be pleasant. Most importantly please note this hotel DOES NOT HAVE A BAR. One of the primary reasons for our booking was because there was a bar advertised on the listing. This is not the case. When prompted the host what time the bar closes we were informed there is now bar. When questioned we were told there was a mini fridge in the room. The host referred to it as a "bar fridge." The "bar fridge" was not stocked, there were no drinks besides 2 waters in there. There was no cleaning service offered, and the host reminded me this is just a guest room rental and not a hotel. Last but not least it's very loud, you can heat the neighbors and anyone in the hallway. Unfortunately i cannot recommend this booking. I suggest looking at alternative listings. Remember it is the whole package that makes taking a holiday somewhere a pleasant stay: from a truthful listing, t a pleasant check in, comfortable room and amenities. Here many points were missed. PROS: - Location was good. - Bed was big and comfy. - Climate control with air conditioning. - Quick wifi and internet. - Able to chat with the host via WhatsApp. CONS: - False advertising alert: there is no bar even though one is advertised in the listing. When we asked what time the bar closes and where is it, the host informed us there is no hotel. They mentioned there is a mini fridge in the room. There are no drinks in the fridge. There is no bar. - The shower is a disaster to use. Not sure who the architect was but you cannot open the shower door all the way, it his the toilet. You have to squeeze between the door (against the toilet) and the wall. The water temperature was never constant. It would go warmer and colder randomly. Sometimes very cold mid-shower. The water pressure was very bad too, and would get worse throughout the shower. Not enough water pressure to wash my wife's hair. - Coffee machine didn't work properly, we had to use the kettle and instant coffee instead. - On the 5th floor with an elevator for 1 person. Traveling with someone else or a group makes for a long time to get to the room or you are using the stairs. - Loud, can hear neighbors and hallway. - Not enough power plugs or outlets. There is a desk but if you wanted to setup your laptop and plug in they were all full.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel in June 2019. It is located not so far from the downtown of Bari. It is quiet, not crowded and only a few minutes from the airport by car. Parking is free and spacious. The nearest sorrounding is well maintained, the swimming pool is fantastic. The staff at the reception was kind and helped us a lot, when we planned to get public transport to the downtown. Use bus number 12/. The room was comfortable, the double bed is great. We made several trips from Bari, so spent only the nights in the hotel and we really enjoyed. The room was cleaned every day, the chamber-maid worked on really high standard. The air-conditioning and the WIFI was adequate.
