The hotel is very well located, with educated staff and staff. The price offers coffee and covered parking, which is quite attractive. The room OK allows a good night of sleep. The cleaning you disappointed, the bathroom box was badly hygienized and the shower floor with dark marks. Breakfast was not good for us, especially in our stay were with staff unless, so it is difficult to judge. The reception service and the hotel can be described as excellent. The hotel room is perceived as a new model, including a model that is often found in Europe, but the walls are so thin that you can hear everything that happens in the hall and surrounding rooms. Morning, eight hours ago, the cleaning women began cleaning the unobsessed rooms and did not look at the noise they made, so that I, who was in a hotel, would like to have sleeped at least ten, with the noise that was going, I couldn't sleep anymore. Hotel muito bem localizado. Quarto amplo. Banheiro grande com uma excelente ducha. Café da manhã muito bom, farto e completo. Faltou apenas mais unidades de travesseiro (só um por hospede) e não tinha cobertores a disposição, apesar de São José do Rio Preto ser muito quente sempre bom ter a disposição. Voltaria e Recomendo

Me hospedei no hotel em outubro de 2023 em viagem a trabalho com mais dois amigos. O hotel tem uma ótima localização, ao lado de um supermercado com fácil acesso a restaurantes, shoppings, farmácias, etc. nota 10,0. Na pesquisa no Tripadvisor, o Hotel é bem avaliado com excelentes comentários, que me ajudou na escolha do mesmo. Cada um ficou alocado em uma suíte com duas camas de solteiro. A Suíte tem tamanho bom com cama, lençóis e travesseiros bem confortáveis, mesinha de cabeceira com tomadas, TV LCD, Frigobar e um armário aberto. Não tinha micro-ondas, cafeteira, tábua, ferro de passar roupas nota 9,0. O Banheiro era novo de tamanho normal com e secador de cabelos e ducha com misturador. nota 10,0. As toalhas eram trocadas todos os dias. Nota 10,0. A recepção e as camareiras foram sempre muito simpáticas e dispostos a ajudar nota 10,0. O hotel é bem seguro com estacionamento de acesso pela lateral do hotel. Parte das vagas são cobertas as demais ficam em um terreno descoberto ao lado nota 8,0. O hotel possui excelente café da manhã com pães, bolos, pão de queijo, ovos, doces, frutas, sucos etc. as mesas eram limpas constantemente e a equipe de atendimento era muito atenciosa, nota 10,0. O WIFI, nas horas de pico ficou um pouco instável nota 7,0. Tivemos alguns problemas de manutenção, ar condicionado, fechadura, chuveiro, etc. que foram prontamente resolvidos Nota 7,0. Únicos pontos negativos foram os problemas de manutenção do hotel. Na média nota 8,0 para o Hotel. Indico e voltaria com certeza.

The hotel is new and located in a recently developed area of Rio Preto. There is a mall across the street with many restaurants and plenty of shopping. The hotel is clean, and the staff is very friendly. They have a wonderful breakfast with everything you need to get you going in the morning. The pool area on the top floor is a beautiful place to relax. I felt very safe and secure in the hotel, as well.

Estivemos no hotel apenas por um dia, foi boa a estadia mas alguns pontos podem melhorar. No nosso quarto havia um vazamento no banheiro que não consegui distinguir de onde era mas que deixava o chão molhado o tempo todo ficando escorregadio e perigoso. Existe 3 piscinas ,uma de biribol, uma tipo ofurô e uma principal sendo que essa fica pequena caso o hotel esteja cheio. Em volta dessa mesma piscina principal tem alguns jogos de mesas com cadeiras faltando o guarda sol, vi apenas um jogo completo. Dos pontos positivos destaco a disposição dos quartos, todos com acesso a area de lazer e a possibilidade de estacionar o carro na frente do apto, o café (buffet) e o jantar(a la carte) foram bem servidos e saborosos, checkin e checkout rapidos

It's a Ibis. If you have any advantage in Ibis Hotels, you're not surprised at anything. They are all the same. A simple room with good cleaning, a TV with some channels, a OK internet and a bad cost-benefit in general. Morning coffee, if you don't make a meal that fills your stomach and compensates for lunch, the price is not justified. There were two only reasons to host me in this hotel when I am working in that region, which is its location, which is very close to the region of good bars and restaurants of São José do Rio Preto and the loyalty program ALL (I am Platinum). I do not consider that the score has been made anymore, for no reasons. So, as I lost the main reason to host hotels in this network, it is a hotel I remove from my list of options in a new opportunity. It is more expensive, but it is, indeed, more hotel.

I have used this accommodation for more than 15 years, it has one of the best locations for my walks, bars and restaurants to walk, transit to take my city's daughter to University and Rio Preto is in the middle of the road. Each passage deteriorates the facilities and services. Shower dropping without fully closed, 24-hour noise flow lock, brush/cold shower water before 18:00, hot water torn of the broken or unused pipe for purpose, broken sanitary vase swab, rough towels, quasi transparent (old), air conditioned sticks with crepe tape, breakfast without rest, lacking cold, fruit, bread, cheese bread, fruit salads ora has ora no, Fruit refreshing sometimes has, sometimes not, juice does not exist, even the replacing coffee and milk were slow, hair dryer from the broken bathroom, borrowed 1 at the reception, imagine the women (I went with wife and daughter), they have everything to be a great hotel, but unfortunately ...

De longe uns dos piores Hotéis da Hilton que eu já fiquei. Tive problemas desde o check inn até o check out. Nunca fui tão mal recepcionado. Logo no check inn, a recepção estava lotada com uma fila gigante de carros parados no alpendre de entrada, onde eu estacionei e fui fazer o check inn. Não encontrei nenhum manobrista e por isso, simplesmente parei na fila e fui para a recepção. Dos 3 atendentes, 2 estavam conversando juntos e vendo mensagens pelo whatsapp e rindo. Eles estavam no guichê do Hilton Honors, enquanto o outro estava lotado e o outro vazio sem ninguém atendendo lá, enquanto o outro atendente no guichê do meio atendia a fila gigante desesperado. Até ai tudo bem, normal. depois de encarar uma fila de 30 minutos, no meio do meu check inn um destes atendentes que estava ”desocupado” veio falar que o meu carro estava atrapalhando a fila e eu tinha que tirar ele do local, sendo que eu já estava no meio do processo. Na entrada do hotel existem diversas placas de que não se pode estacionar na redondeza, porém ali estava repleto de carros que ficaram lá estacionados durante toda a minha estadia. Ao terminar o check inn, o recepcionista me explicou muito mal onde era o estacionamento, e nem como proceder com o ticket de estacionamento. O próprio complexo está muito mal sinalizado de maneira geral. Dentro do estacionamento (no subsolo 1), não fica claro também qual elevador é o mais próximo da entrada do hotel, por conta disso, parei perto de um que era longe da recepção. Fiquei surpreso que este Hilton não possuía uma piscina no calor de Rio Preto. Tanto que no dia assim que eu sai do elevador, tinha uma família que estava hospedada no hotel e estava dentro dos espelhos d'água do mall (3 adultos e 1 criança), ficaram lá tomando cerveja dentro dos espelhos. Todos... simplesmente todos os funcionários do hotel que se horrorizavam com esta cena, simplesmente não fizeram nada para ir lá avisar que aquilo não era piscina. Antes de ir para o quarto, fizemos uma pequena pausa no bar do hotel, cujo o barman muito agradável e preparou alguns drinks excelentes. Para acompanhar, pedi uma porção mista de pastel frito (carne / queijo). Uns 15 minutos depois que eu pedi, veio um cozinheiro dizendo que não tinha queijo, se eu me importava em comer somente os de carne, achei estranho, pois diversos itens do cardápio levavam queijo, mas tudo bem. Ao chegar no quarto, excelente cama, excelente chuveiro, excelente acústica (pois não se ouve nada). Mas, como nem tudo são flores, de Amenities somente tinha 1 sabãozinho de barra e 1 frasco de sabão liquido. Dentro do chuveiro, tinha 2 frascos grandes de shampoo e condicionador, mas o de shampoo estava vazio. Descemos novamente para darmos uma volta pelo complexo e as 16:00 da tarde, simplesmente todas as lojas estavam fechadas. A casa de vinho, o Blue Jasmin, o Japonês, A cervejaria, ou seja; nada para se fazer no hotel no período da tarde. Muitas lojas estão vazias. O café é excepcional também, muito bem

We have hosted us other times and always returned. Note 10. Morning coffee note 8 every time we come back improves a little. A comfortable, comfortable and sofisticated environment. The only defect was to have the unfortunateness of having hosted us in the weekend that the city received two famous artists, so the hotel was full and we could not cut the pool much on the day we arrived.
