Beautiful environment, good location, convenient transportation, comfortable and hygienic rooms, very welcoming service staff, happy to provide various help, rich breakfast. The facilities are very user-friendly, the network high-speed signal is good, the scenery outside the window is good. Good value for money, but still have to order earlier, the room rate will be discounted a lot.

Nice view and nice room, unfortunately the NTUC is closed. The hotel reception staffs are nice but customer service in other part of the resorts can be improved. Guests are free to use the bunker pool in front of the hotel but if they want to use the fun pool, they need to walk all the way to the end of the resort to register names. Even after registering, we were told that we can only use the pool after 6.30 pm due an on going swimming class which only take a small part of the pool. The following day when we registered our names to use the fun pool again, we were told that we can only use the pool for one hour only (there is not a single soul using the pool at the time). It does not cost any money to be nicer to the hotel guests instead of making them feel like a second class citizen. We are after all a paying customer. Hope the management can look into this.

The best thing about this property is its location. It is located in a very serene environment with greenery all around. The Changi area has always been a nostalgic place, and this property is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the mad life out there in general. There is ample of free parking spaces available, so having guests coming over to visit wasn't an issue. Most of the rooms are located in a different block from the main lobby, so if you have a person with mobility issues in your company, that may be a bit of a hassle as you have to take two elevators and walk quite a bit. The Pulai tree in the middle of the two blocks is just simply beautiful though. Again, this place is filled with nature and greenery, so if you appreciate nature, this is the place for you. There are walkways beside the property that look like parks, but they were closed to everyone, including guests. I'm not sure if it is because of the current movement restrictions in place, but if this place is closed to guests even at other times, then I think this is ridiculous. It would be a really a beautiful place to take a morning or evening stroll. The staff were friendly and helpful, right from the Assistant Reservations Manager who handled some of my queries, the front-office staff, the cafe staff and the "Malay uncle" who assists with checking in guests at the cafe for breakfast and who has been mentioned in other reviews as well - all except for one of the front-office staff who either was rude by nature or he just chose me to be rude and dishonest to me every time we spoke. I would be very surprised if there has not been any feedback about this particular chap prior to this as he is not suited to work at the front office or be in a customer-service role. There was a short period of time when the televisions in the rooms stopped working owing to a server problem and I called for a maintenance technician to my room. He promptly showed up within a few minutes. I am not sure how this property has been rated 4-stars in some booking websites. It does not have its own swimming pool (although it has tied up with the Civil Service Club nearby which has a beautiful swimming pool), no bathtub, and no fridge in the room (most frequent complaint in reviews). The room comes with either a hanging chair or a large bean bag, and a wall to doodle on - which are nice initiatives, but no fridge? There is a coffee-machine though. The property could also use a little bit of maintenance. The exterior walls of the property when walking towards the main lobby are badly stained, causing the building to look old and badly maintained. I booked two rooms, and the drapes and bathroom sink in one of my rooms had stains on them. The back of the furniture in the rooms were full of dust. And if you're booking a room with one big bed, it's not actually one big king or queen-sized bed - it is two single beds brought together. So if you like sleeping in the middle of a big bed, you'll most likely be waking up with a bad back. The wooden flooring in my other room was also damaged in the middle of the room - which makes it easy to trip on as the wooden boards are pointed upwards rather sharply. I have also seen in other booking websites, and read reviews from other guests that Loccitane products were available in their rooms. But there was none of such products available in both my rooms, save for basic (and cheap) amenities. Are these products only offered to some guests? The breakfast is nice and basic for a free breakfast, with variety in local cuisine daily. However, it could seriously improve on its tea - it tastes like a 3-in-1 and the local coffeeshops at Changi Village serve better "teh-tarik". On the overall, it is a great place for a get-away, but it could also improve in some ways like the ones suggested above. I sincerely hope the property would address some of my feedback though - especially the one about the Loccitane products.

Place is very convienient near to bus stop, mrt and malls. Front Desk staff are polite, helpful and accomodating. At first we requested if they have disposable utensils and they provided, 2nd day we asked if we can use their microwave to heat some food and they gladly accomodates us. Cleanliness is average, just that our comforter have black stain but staff rest assured us that it was just a stain, cannot removed but it is washed and newly changed. Amenities basic toiletries but no hair conditioner lol. Indeed it was a pleasant stay. Cheaper price compared to same hotel class but it is such a decent hotel. Highly recommended! Thank you so much

The location is a bit off. I got a hack from the airport and asked me for a new 25. After getting off the bus, I saw a very small hotel door and two stairs. There is no elevator. I was dragging my suitcase. I really wanted to cry. Take a look at the price on the counter... Hot water is supplied, but there is no hair dryer in the room (I didn't ask at the front desk because I brought a hair dryer). Sleeping at night is quite quiet and not noisy Check out at eleven in the morning The key to open the door is not a combination lock or a room card

The hotel as a whole can be well equipped, quiet, clean immediately, the front desk staff is good But the sanitary cleaning was not complete. When I checked in, there was hair left by the previous guest in the bathtub. There were stains on the inside of the quilt. The air conditioner is a central air conditioner. It can only be adjusted from the front desk. The room cannot be adjusted to 22 degrees. It is too cold for me, but whether I report it at the front desk or call the front desk, although the room number is confirmed, the temperature is not raised. Don't fold the quilt into two layers and sleep in a cotton jacket ...

Stay was alright. Room was quite small and clean but sufficient for 1 night stay. Do note that upgrade and early/late check out are subjected to availability which isn't clearly stated, but I understand. I got a room on the first floor and you can clearly hear the staff at the reception laughing and talking quite loudly, even though my room was at the end of the corridor.

I first stayed at the SEA Hotel back in 2014 as it was recommended by my aunt and uncle who always stay here when in Singapore. I love the place. It’s old and rustic (a throwback to another time) but for $100 SGD a night with a fabulous vegetarian buffet breakfast included (Kwan Im restaurant) and prime location in Bugis you couldn’t ask for anything more. Also when booking the staff are excellent in replying to queries and give very detailed information about getting to the hotel and airport transport options and nearby attractions. Free wifi was included and it was fast and reliable. The staff on the front desk were friendly especially the girl who checked me in. Bugis+ shopping mall (10 levels with cinemas, food/retail options galore and taxi rank) is less than 5 mins walk. I use this as a taxi pick up/drop off point to various attractions from the hotel. Bugis MRT Station is 5-10 mins walk and is on the airport line (10th station from the airport, with 1 change at Tanah Merah, cost only SGD 2.50) The Kwan Im Temple is right next door and worth checking out (it gets very busy with local worshippers). Directly outside is a pedestrian mall with a flurry of activity with market stalls and street vendors. The hotel is simple and rooms unadorned with only the basics but it’s all there and excellent value for money. They do request you leave your key if you go out and recollect (24 hour reception) but I conveniently forgot to do this most of the time and it was never a problem. Oh and don’t even think about bringing durians to the hotel!

The hotel is very close to Wenqing subway station, walk 5.6 minutes. The youth hostel is very small. It has a lot of capsule beds in one room, but the capsule room is well designed. It is very spacious to sleep alone. The closed door is your own private space. Bedding, lighting, safe, charging plug, usb, and mirror are all available in the capsule. The access to the card is safe, and the bathroom is clean. Although there are many people, this is still in place. With breakfast, it is simple cereal. And toast bread, coffee milk variety. The front desk attitude is very good, that is, one of the lights in my room is broken and cannot be turned off. The Indian brother first said that the light in each room could not be turned off. He lied. Actually, it was not. Later, he let him think of a solution. In short, the overall is a good hostel, you can choose this next time you go to Singapore, it is recommended ~~~~~~

I booked this place on a long layover in Singapore, and this place is so cool! Now, the showers and amenities are pretty much like most hostels (nothing special, but more than adequate), but the pod itself was actually quite nice! Inside feels very futuristic, and it comes with your own power outlets and a/c. Bedding and pillow were soft, and the Chinatown location is a plus!

Check into the hotel and wait for the nucleic acid test results. According to government requirements, the hotel first arranged to stay in an isolated room and could not leave the room. When ordering food, you can scan the QR code in the room and deliver the food quickly. The room was isolated, and the disinfection was done well. The smell of the disinfectant was unbearable. Fortunately, after staying for 6 hours, I received a negative test report in the mail. After forwarding the email to the manager on duty for about 10 minutes, the hotel rescheduled check-in, escaped from the isolation room, and life returned to normal. The hotel facilities are very new, located in the downtown area, connected to raffles city, convenient for sightseeing and shopping, and the rooms are quiet. The front desk and some staff in the hotel can speak Chinese, there is almost no language barrier, the check-in experience is very good👍

Because I need to apply for a visa, I stayed here for 18 days and stayed at other hotels for two nights. This is a co-living hotel, so there is no private bathroom, but in reality, my experience did not feel inconvenient, and I rarely encountered other customers . The traffic location is very good. It is opposite to Chinatown Food Street. When you go out, there is a traffic light. There is a Maxwell Food Center on the left. The food inside is affordable and delicious. I often go to China Street Food to finish my meal and then go to Hailan Panmian. Fried fish noodles. It is also very close to the Chinatown interchange station of the NE and DT subway lines. It is very convenient to go to Sentosa or Sands or Merlion. Auntie Cong, who is in charge of cleaning, is also super nice and enthusiastic, serious and responsible. Next time I go to Singapore, I would prefer to stay here. The decoration style is also very simple and fashionable, and some romantic, very suitable for young people. Sign-in and sign-out are also very convenient, simple and convenient. If you don’t speak English, it’s okay to live here. In short, five-star praise, highly recommended.

The plane was rescheduled and stayed in this new hotel for three days. I saw this when I planned to travel. At that time, there were no reviews on Ctrip. I wasn't sure. At the end of January, there were more than 20 positive reviews. I booked it for 3 nights and tried it. First of all, I booked the highest room type in the entire hotel, which was only over 50 square meters. The previous Capella was half the size. It turns out that many of the comments in the review set the basic square shape of more than twenty flats that the room was large. . I really don't want to talk. Since the best room type is only over 50 square meters, it is good to have good daylight. Look at the picture. All the windows are blocked by the wall and the daylight is not good. The newly opened hotel contains two hours of happy hour, and there is nothing to evaluate. Breakfast was ok, few categories and quality. If there is any need in the room, such as adding drinking water and not waiting for a body lotion, you have to wait a long time. When you call and change the wiring for another person, you don't know what you are going through. Besides talking about the convenient shuttle bus, this hotel does not have its own shuttle bus at all. Instead, it needs to go to a nearby hotel instead of having a car that goes to vivo City and Resorts World like Capella. All three days of stay require us to walk or take the MRT. Why compare with Capella? Because I spent almost the same money as Capella (one less than 5000, one nearly 6000) So the credibility of the previous review is almost huh. In the end, I spent my birthday at the hotel and told me when I checked in. I asked if I could upgrade to know that I had booked the best room, so I was told "I will surprise you, but I won't tell you yet." "OK, alright, wait until 9 o'clock on the birthday, send a simple cake. I gave a cake to someone who was anti-sugar for 1 year. I was really huh, huh, and finally the child took a small bite and threw it away.

The boneless chicken fried rice in the restaurant is very popular with children. The swimming pool is very clean, about 25 meters long. Because during the epidemic period, some meals are bought one get one free. It was originally not expensive for about 15 servings, and it became more affordable. Very quiet, you can take a walk in the nearby big park in the evening, very relaxing, recommended

Good aspects: clean environment, good host service and good sanitation; Disadvantages: The public areas in the villa are relatively cluttered. They are located in the industrial area, there are buses and restaurants within 300 meters of walking, and shopping is about 1.5 kilometers on foot. If you are working near the Woodlands area, you can consider it. After all, it is farther away than coming from the urban area. Living here can save time and fares. If you are really traveling, it is not recommended.

This place has very, very good customer service which i must first commend in the first sentence of this review. I was there for 3 days and two nights and there was the same staff throughout my stay, day and night. But he was friendly, helpful and jovian. It actually seemed like he was the one who did absolutely everything in the hotel. Be aware that this hotel IS in the red light district of Singapore. My room was a single bed room, and the only single bed room in the already small hotel. It was unfortunately crawling with ants along the wall, a tile or two had chipped or fell off. The wall hiding behind the toilet door wasn't to die for either, the room didn't feel complete, but it was livable. I did get the opportunity to go into the other rooms, the double bed room and family room. Those were definitely more decent, they felt cleaner and were better maintained. They even had a cosy feel to them. It comes with breakfast in the vicinity's small kitchen. Don't expect a wide spread or a 4 star hotel breakfast, but it was pretty decent for it's standard. Bread, a fruit, protein (eggs, tuna or others), rice or porridge. There are plenty of food around the area, hawkers mostly. But there are three mrt stations within walking distance, and Paya Lebar Square is about 900m (12 - 18min walk) from the hotel. In all, it isn't a place for fussy stayers. But if you're pretty easy going, don't want to pay premium prices for an accommodation and get your own room and toilet, then one can definitely consider this place.

Arrived at the hotel more than 1 pm, the staff checked me in. The geographical location is superior. The hotel turns left and goes a few hundred meters to go to Fanglin Pasar. The laksa on Renlong store on the second floor is expensive. It costs 10 coins and it tastes good. The Fujian Bak Kut Teh on the 1st floor is very good. The 4 bowls of coins are good. The soup and ribs taste good, but the herbs taste a little heavier. Turn right at the hotel and turn right for more than ten minutes. There is the Maxwell Food Center on the street. Every day, Hainan Chicken Rice is inside. Unfortunately, the day I went there was not open. I switched to Xingxing Hainan Chicken Rice. I walked about twenty minutes from the hotel to Merlion Park, and only five minutes' walk to Ya Kun for breakfast and coconut toast. It was very convenient to use Google navigation. In the alley near the hotel, there are still some murals of the early Tang people living in Nanyang. You can take a look if you have time.

I stayed here for three weeks, so I booked this hotel because it was alone. It’s just fine to live alone, but staying in a room without windows for the first week doesn’t feel good, because people need sunshine to get up in the morning. After booking in the next two weeks, I asked the clerk to arrange a window, but the window could not be opened, the sound insulation was not good, and there were occasional car noises at night. Other facilities are good, toilets and showers are clean, the kitchen on the second floor can receive water, free coffee, microwave, refrigerator, etc. There are yoga and small bars on the roof, and there are two restaurants on the first floor. You need to download the st signature app to self-check in, submit your passport photo and a deposit of 80 SGD (only credit cards are supported), usually there will be shop assistants in the afternoon, and most of them can speak Chinese. The location is particularly good, the city center is quiet, and it is 5 minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station. It is directly opposite to the Maxwell Cooked Food Market, where there are many small shops for food.

Stayed here during my trip, booked a family room for 4 (2 adults and kids). I booked using goibibo and they have an option for free breakfast and Dinner or lunch. What is good: at the center of little India, good number of Indian hotels and restaurants, staff's behavior / support is also good. Wifi Works with reasonable speed, they did provide an early check in. Cons: The rooms are small ( i guess this applies for most of the Singapore hotels), AC is slow (especially it takes lot of time to cool , though it works ), No room service provided. The hotel is very small may be around 12 - 15 rooms, so don't expect any extras. Bad: The hotel as such doesn't have a restaurant, they provide coupon (worth SGD 3) that can be redeemed for neighboring Hotel, where for dinner, they don't have VEG Option and break fast u won't get much items other than either dosa / parota with tea / coffee. Its quite misleading to say free breakfast / dinner. Rooms can be maintained well, rooms are so small that you really can't have much space to walk as well. Recommendation: Overall its an average hotel, in prime location near Little india.

Ugh. Staying with great expectations. The result was very disappointing. I haven't stayed in a hotel more exotic than this one in Singapore. Many parts of the house were dusty and the quilts were damp. The TV stereo is in the toilet, and the volume adjustment buttons are very difficult to use, either very noisy or inaudible. There is a glass area between the toilet and the bedroom. If you turn on the toilet light at night, the bedroom will be very bright. Hair dryers and irons are extremely difficult to use. The room is super small, like a fast hotel. If you are not a club member, you can only use a small swimming pool, and it is said to be a rooftop swimming pool, you can't see the night view outside at all, because it is blocked by the external iron frame of your own building. I'm drunk... I just look at the building outside, it's better

The four of us stayed here on our visit to singapore. The front desk lady charged or room deposit instead of merely taking a credit card number to charge later in case of damages (this was against policy I discovered later). We stayed in a room with a queen bed and two bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, plus a small balcony. The room was clean and comfortable - all features functioned properly. The location is far from the main areas of the city and on the other side of singapore from the airport. A subway station is about 10-15 minutes walk away. A bus stop is directly in front of the guesthouse. It's a solid 30 minute trip away from little india or little china. Being a hostel we had concerns about noise at night but were not bothered by any. We did not utilize the breakfast option but did eat at the restaurant across the street and found it acceptable. On checkout I found that they could not refund the deposit. After working with the manager over the next several days she refunded the deposit to me via paypal instead of a credit to my original card. That was not desirable at all, but was the best she said she could do. On the whole this was a nice stay, I only advise you to be cautious about your room deposit.

Balestier
This hotel is great value, the rooms are big enough, and there is a swimming pool and gym on the 4th floor, but breakfast is a bit simpler for me, only white porridge toast is better. The location of the hotel is very good. There are many good places to eat nearby. It is a 15-minute walk to Huala Park subway station and a 20-minute walk to the wholesale market opened by Indians in Mustafa. . Taxi from the airport to the hotel is 100 yuan, Alipay has big discounts
