that was the best homestay we ever had!!! We met the owner on the street, he showed us the way to the homestay. He was very attentive and helpful (took us to the local doctor, showed a nice place to have dinner, made hot tea, etc).We enjoyed talking to him, he told us many interesting things about Bali and life here. The homestay is more than beautiful, it looks like paradise. It is sad we had only one night there. The room was clean, the bed was nice. We really liked the bathroom, we have never seen anything like this before. There might be a chance that you will not have hot water, just the cool water, but it doesn't make the stay any worse. Breakfasts were delicious and served nicely. All I can say, I love this place and miss it already! If you are going to the waterfalls, I recommend that you stay at this homestay!!! ❤️❤️❤️

The environment is very good, morning and evening are very cool, around 25 degrees during the day, the hotel does not use air conditioning but is particularly comfortable, breakfast is good, you can also choose Japanese or American style, the location is far from the city, there is parking lot, about 2 hours to the airport , Natural golf course, suitable for a family leisure vacation, especially for golf enthusiasts, I like it very much. I have lived here for 5 days, played two games, and plan to stay for another 5 days. I plan to return next year.

My family loved Tarci! It isn’t 5 star, but the staff, location and value for money is definitely 5***. The food was well priced at the restaurant, as were the drinks for being on an island. Ace is wonderful and will organise whatever you need, from transfers to tours. The rooms were clean and the aircon good. I would definitely recommend paying a bit extra for the ocean view (no. 2 in particular). Right next to the pool with a little outdoor area to sit and relax while enjoying the beautiful view. Thanks very much for everything Tarci staff, we look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Ubud
We recently spent 11 days in Ubud and after exploring various restaurants and cafes we were lucky to come across the family compound restaurant "In Da Garden" which is conveniently situated a few minutes walk from Ubud market and 5 minutes walk from the well known Jalan Monkey Forest. The food is traditional and healthy with a choice of six dishes unlike the cafes and restaurants around the market offering a long list of dishes which makes me suspicious that the food is pre-prepared. The family restaurant opened last December prides itself as preparing dishes to order so you may have to wait for about 20 minutes while you sip a selection of freshly prepared fruit juices. Ketut and his family treat guests as members of the family and go out of their way to make sure that you enjoy the experience of freshly prepared traditional dishes like nasi campur, nasi goreng, mie goreng, gado gado and vegetable curry. All great dishes though our favourite was nasi campur. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere in the family compound warung is peaceful and very welcoming. We highly recommend this establishment for the quality of the food and the warmth of the hosts.

I have stayed at Clio Apartments for a full week last May and I loved everything about it. Room was spacious with fancy amenities and bed was super confy. Staff were helpful and super friendly, and so was the owner who came to say hello. The thing that I loved about the location is it's very quiet but at the same time I felt right in the center of the action with all the restaurants around. Not to mention Seminyak beach being at a short 2min bike ride. Overall I can say Clio is great value for the location and I'd coming back there anytime!

We stayed at the Nirmala Guest House 6 nights, to chill before leaving Bali. And indeed, we relaxed a lot. This place is very calm, surrounded by rice fields and not directly sticked to the road. You are 300m away from a beautiful surfing beach with amazing sunsets on it and cool restaurants. Concerning the hotel in itself, it’s really well organized. The room are simple but comfortable. Maybe the cleaning on the morning could be improved, the bathroom was not very clean and not smelling good. Apart from that, we really enjoyed everything. You feel at home, with everything you need on the room, air conditioner, bottles of water, towels, but also outside with the terrace, the swimming pool (maybe not really clean too), the garden, very well maintained and the restaurant. The breakfast is included, just too bad there is not a bigger choice of juices but it’s okay, the whole thing is tasty. You can eat here for lunch and dinner too, this is what we did almost every day, a lot of choices are available and it’s delicious. Then, concerning the staff, they are really smiley, kind, attentive, polite : perfect as always with Indonesian people. We rented scooters to go to Sanur (30 minutes), it’s quite far but it’s always on a big main road so not hard to find. However, the hotel also provides drivers if you need it. Therefore, I highly recommend this place for all these positive points I mentioned before. By the way: Best place for surfers!

I stayed here with my aunty during her visit to Bali for her 26 days vacation. So many place offered you cheaper price during pandemic. But we choose this hotel because strategic in Ubud (located near by Monkey Forest). The room is clean, staffs are friendly. But be aware of the monkey near by because they usually go outside to find foods. I won't hesitate to recommend this place to my relatives. The front desk lady and the guard are very cute, and have been tirelessly helping us solve various problems. It is very close to the airport. It takes 10 minutes to drive. It can be called with Grab. It is very easy, but there is a little bit of eating nearby. The bebek nearby is delicious. It is expensive, almost 100 RMB, and the airport duty-free shops are not expensive. It is recommended to choose other ones. There are Kura-Kura bus at the door to go to many places. It is recommended to take a taxi nearby. You can use this to go to Ubud.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Its located on the mountain tops and the views are like nothing I've seen. Pictures don't do justice. The staff are great and really go above and beyond. While there was little choice on the menu for vegans, the staff went out of their way to cook us some delicious dishes (tofu and tempe satay and vegetable curry for example). We would recommend they added these to the menu permanently. The place its self is so much quieter than other places in Bali. There is loads to do from waterfall walks to jungle trekking. There is a waterfall about 45 mins walk from the hotel which we had all to ourselves one day. Amazing place, we will be back and will definitely be staying in atres sari resort again.

I booked an executive room for a family of three. The executive room has a sofa for big children to sleep in. The room is tidy, the front desk is warm and the hotel service is good. The room costs several hundred yuan. On the day of the check-in, I also gave a dessert, handwritten greeting card, super Praise. Especially suitable as a transition hotel. Very close to the airport, very convenient, walked around, the hotel swimming pool is very good, as well as children's center, gym. like. The room was booked by Ctrip, Ctrip customer service is very responsible, and any questions are answered promptly.

Saw some of my friends tried this hotel. A lil bit skeptical at first, until upon our arrival we saw the gorgeous entrance and the architecture. If you're an architecture geek, you should stay at this hotel and see it for yourself. As for the service, it was decent enough just like the usual four stars hotel. The check in process was quick. The moment we arrived in front of our room, the hotel room's door captured our attention which become one of the most memorable detail from our stay. The pool was okay, i love the seating section in front of the pool. The place was quiet and cozy enough. Good for work from Bali session. Breakfast was so-so, the usual continental breakfast with egg benedict. The room was spacious enough, it wasnt big or small. But enough for a couple or a solo traveler. Love the balcony and the bathroom. I just hate the bed and the pillow, lol too hard. Overall, its such a great hotel and comes with an affordable price. Really great for solo traveler or those Jakarta people who tend to hate "Ubud's nature because it scares them" since this hotel are located in front of a big street.

The hotel is seven kilometers from the airport and 40 minutes by car (more congested). The environment is quiet, the landscape design has local characteristics, and there are shuttle buses. Stayed in a sea-view room with a good view. The room was large with more than 100 flat suites, and I felt a little flustered living alone. The facilities in the hotel are really old, but the hotel service staff is very welcoming, the service is very good, breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner meals are affordable (100-150rmb per capita), and there is an infinity pool downstairs. The gym is a bit shabby. Spa 250-700rmb in the hotel, service is ok, but not great.

I lived as a transitional hotel on the first day of my marriage in Bali two years ago. I have a good time talking with the boss. This decision still lives here. But this time I found that the service was different. Let the front desk introduce any restaurants. I don't know. Breakfast was delivered to the room before. Let us go to the restaurant this time. It doesn't feel very good. It feels a bit less focused on service. I am sorry to have not seen the proprietress.

I have spent 30 years traveling this planet, visiting over 114 countries and I have stayed in some of the world’s premier properties and this one is Paradise on Earth! Patrick and Dewi have truly created a luxury experience that you will not soon forget. Gardens laid out by award wining designers that resemble those found in palaces and castles offer an oasis to relax in. Everywhere you look you will see the care and detail that has been taken to create a one of a kind paradise. Decorated with antiques and historical artifacts and pictures documenting the history of the area….each space is like a treasure waiting to be unwrapped and discovered. With a restaurant, yoga studio, spa services and lap pool you will be pampered throughout your stay. The staff are incredibly accommodating, ensuring your stay is one of kind and that all your needs are met. Staying here is like staying with family…that is if your family was royalty. The tranquility you feel while in this oasis is worlds away from the hustle and bustle of the typical Bali resort. This resort offers several types of rooms which means you can experience all of this luxury at a very reasonable price. My only complaint is that I can only give this property five stars because it surely deserves at least twice that many.

The hotel is on the mountainside and there are trees around the villa. It is a natural oxygen bar. We set the two-bedroom hot spring pool villa, the room is not big, the two rooms need to circle around the pool, not very convenient, the facilities are a bit old, but the service is very good. The waiter is very enthusiastic and gives you a detailed explanation of the various facilities and methods of use in the room. The pool is small and dirty, and the bottom of the pool is sand. Anyway, the water is a bit cold and can't enter the pool, and it ignores the shortage. Just entering the hotel has a wreath and a welcome drink, very warm. The hotel restaurant is in a good environment and you can see the Ayong River. In the morning, you can enjoy the food while watching the scenery on the opposite side of the mountain. There are fewer types of breakfast and the taste is OK. Stayed for two nights and OK, if you can change to another Ubud hotel next time.

We spent 6 days at the Capella Hotel and found that it was the right choice. Although I went to Bali 6 times and tried some famous boutique hotels, I still think that Capella is the most memorable. Because it is the 20th anniversary of marriage, it is more cautious to choose a hotel. Maybe this choice is not wrong! They carefully arranged our room, and gave a surprise gift of wine and cake, as well as a greeting card written by the general manager! The hotel is very special. The Dutch merchants in the colonial period are obsessed with the tropical jungles of Asia. They are interpreted in the style of luxury tents. Although the location is not the best, the tents are really amazing. Bali is the only one! The service is first class, the staff is very friendly, everyone can remember your name, like, go! The lounge is a very special social place to relax, read a book, play billiards, enjoy free refreshments during afternoon tea time, enjoy a complimentary snack at dusk, and be a great place to socialize! Breakfast is on-the-spot, there are Chinese dishes, no limit, until the end of eleven, quite human and meet the needs of the holiday! The hotel has a shuttle bus that picks up guests to Ubud Town three or four times a day. The hotel is quite ecological, quiet, up and down the mountain, the elderly have difficulty walking, and there are not many children! The most suitable is a couple of couples staying in this quiet daze to empty the romantic days! In addition, the hotel room large refrigerator has free drinks, very rich, drinks can be bought for a fee! If it is a hotel control, it is highly recommended that Capella, bring a camera, and stay in the hotel, because you will find that time is really not enough, too much scenery, the tent is too good!

It is right next to Potato Head Beach Club, one of the hottest beach clubs in Bali. The room was in good condition, the breakfast was buffet and the menu was unlimited. However, while I was thinking between Alilas-Minignac and Alila at Studio, it was also annoying to go back and forth to the main building with a buggy, so I booked to the more expensive main building. The annex building was located right next to the studio building and it was inconvenient to travel to the main building by buggy. I didn't know that wasn't written on the reservation page at all. I think you should correct this part.

This hotel is actually not very well-reviewed. The semi-open structure, with the exception of the bedroom, washroom and living room, are all outdoors. We stayed for three nights. It was already dark when I arrived, and I was a bit scared when I entered the villa. I did n’t even dare to wash in the bathroom alone. As for the shower, because it was imitating a mountain spring, I was facing away from the stone wall, and my head was open-air, surrounded by some plants , The light is dim, so my husband and I are bathing during the day. At daybreak, the curtains opened and the environment became clear. I sat in the living room, blowing the natural wind, the blue waves of the swimming pool, and the ears screaming. Breakfast and afternoon tea are rich and delicious, and the restaurant is also very good. On the contrary, the SPA feels average, the towel sheets used are always a bit old. Service is good, staff are OK in English, kinder. Although there are only 23 villas, it looks like living in a forest or a botanical garden. It is very atmospheric. The problem is, because the weather is hot, the bedroom has always been a musty smell and tide feeling of the old house. In short, it is suitable for people who love nature and are close to nature. Personally, I am particularly afraid of bugs. At night, I always worry about something out of the dark. In addition, no matter how to repel mosquitoes and insects, the environment is impossible to avoid. The two of us ended up carrying dozens of bags. This hotel, I score 5 points during the day, and I only give 3 points at night. I don't think there is any need to worry about seeing if someone cares about not bringing children. This place is not suitable for small children and the elderly.

Blow up this hotel! !! The service is really good, there will be a special person to take you to your villa and introduce all the equipment, breakfast, and hotel facilities. Let's talk about eating first. You can choose to eat breakfast in your room, serve it 24 hours a day, or go to the restaurant. The specific time is forgotten and there are restrictions. There is an afternoon tea every day from 2-5 pm, fresh fruit, two snacks (biscuits and peanuts), and 8 bottles of drinks, Cola, Sprite and beer, unlimited mineral water, these are free. Then there is shuttle bus free shuttle within a certain range, you can make an appointment in advance, or call the car when you want to come back. Every time I go out to the front desk, will we ask what arrangements we have for the next day and where do we go? When will I pick you up, really don't take it too seriously. There is room service twice a day. Once in the morning, I clean the bathroom, clean the pool, change fruit drinks, etc. In the evening, I order mosquito coils, turn on the lights, put down the bed curtains, and put pajamas on the bed. I have to mention that one day I put my shirt on a lounger. At night it rained and the eaves made the shirt very dirty. I didn't care about it when I went out the next day. I came back and found that the waiter actually helped me hang up ? ? ? Oh my God!

If you come for a luxurious honeymoon or you have just taken a few weeks vacation then this place is not for you. If you are a backpacker who is on a longer trip then this place can work for you. I mean there wasn’t anything extremely bad about this place..just few things that you can kinda overlook, but also can not. Let’s start from the good! + There is always enough HOT water for your bath..some places have a really nice bathtub, but no warm water..there you will not have that problem. + Everyone are super friendly and welcoming..they always greet you with a big smile. + Breakfast was quite nice..juice could be with less water and sugar, but it is what it is. + They give you different towels for pool. + If you forgot to pack your soap then they have a complimentary soap in the bathroom also. + Great balcony where to hangout. And now things that we didn’t enjoy that much. -I am a nature lover and usually don’t have anything against ants, but in there they are everywhere..even in your bed. -In five days no one changed our sheets or towels..we had to go and ask for the fresh towels ourselves. They clean and make your bed every day, but they use the same sheets and leave the same towels. -They give you half-used toilet paper rolls so you always end up with no toilet paper and have to go and ask for a new roll. -No privacy in the pool area as the reception is just next to it. *Ask for the room on the last floor that is on the left side..it is the most private one.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked it because of the decor ... but it was even cooler upon arrival. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was more than I ever imagined and the food was amazing! The rooftop jacuzzi and bar was also a great spot to just hang out and be super lazy! The staff were able to help us book tours with local operator Suka who was so great! Ask for him when you go! Very cool guy! The hotel itself is not right in the Kuta party district which was great for us, but if you walk less than 10 minutes then you’re surrounded by all the clubs and bars. There are lots of great restaurants within the hotel area as well. I didn’t have one bad meal while in Bali. Everything was delicious! Definitely would stay here again if I ever make it back to Bali! A chain resort hotel. Although some years old, the internal hygiene is quite clean. The hotel has an oversized swimming pool, and the room layout is similar to domestic 3-4 star hotels. The front desk customer service is very enthusiastic and will do everything possible to help guests. The hotel's breakfast is rich in buffet style. If breakfast is not included, a la carte 100k / person. There is nothing to eat nearby, and the nearest restaurants are basically near Sunset Boulevard (in fact, the hotel is independent of pure Indonesian restaurants, which are basically small restaurants opened by locals, and tourists rarely visit). The hotel is some distance from the bustling area of Seminyak, and it is not recommended to consider walking there. There are also hotels that do not allow online car pick-up (at least I have encountered online car refusal to pick up passengers, and I need to walk to circle K before I can pick up passengers. Note: There is a three-way intersection at the hotel exit about 3 to 5 minutes) , But can drop off.
