This is the third time I’ve used this hotel and it’s been perfect each time. I travel to Africa and the flight is typically out of Newark. The hotel is literally across the highway from the airport and it has a free shuttle to take you to and from. Check in is always easy and quick. Room service is good and the hotel is quiet. Good place to stay if you’re just staying a night until you catch your flight.

I arrived at Newark Liberty International Airport late at night and felt uncomfortable going straight to Manhattan, so I stayed for one night because it was near the airport. There was also a shuttle bus, so I took it from the airport for free. From the airport to the shuttle bus zone It can be a bit difficult, so search in advance for directions. Since my flight arrived late at night, I checked in even though I went after 00:00. A deposit of $50 is required. Cash/card both accepted. Since it is a Hilton-affiliated hotel, you can check in online by installing the app, and you can use your smartphone as a room key. I just received a card key. Perhaps because I got a king room, the room was very spacious. The amenities weren't bad either. However, there is no toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, or foam cleansing, so take them with you. Breakfast seemed to be included in all rooms, and although it was simple, it was very delicious. The TV in the room was also a smart TV and could be connected wirelessly to the iPad I brought, which was very convenient. The downside was that the bathtub was too small? And the soundproofing is not very good (I heard a lot of cars outside rather than sounds from other rooms). Actually, I was so tired that I passed out without paying any attention to it. I left a $1 tip. If you paid a deposit in cash when checking out, please return it at checkout and the card will be automatically canceled after checkout. To go to Manhattan, I took the hotel shuttle to Newark Liberty International Airport and then used the airtrain. Excellent value for money accommodation!

The Hilton Newark is always one of my favorite places to stay. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning person is super friendly. Our room was very clean. My only issue would be that the rooms have no microwave. The only microwave is by the front desk.

Advantages: good location, free parking, free bus to the airport, and then into New York, but this way is more expensive, 2 people need 61 knives to return to and from New York, it is better to park in New York, it will be dozens of knives all day, if more than 2 people suggest driving, it is good to start early, Especially on Sundays in New York, many free parking spaces. As always in the Westin experience, the bedding is the most comfortable, but compared to other countries, the Westin in the United States is a bit less refined and the service attitude is not so good. The surroundings of the hotel are very good, next to the mall and restaurants, walking distance to the convenience store. There is a large parking lot on the side of the hotel.

Close to Airport, much more reliable than stay in NYC and rush over through the horrible traffic to catch a flight. huge room with duo queen beds. The towels are old and look dirty. Sound-proof is not good, I can hear upstairs moving furniture and shower, etc, and can hear frequent train horn because this hotel is quite close to the train station.

We chose this hotel based on being an IHG and close to the Newark Airport. We tripped in to New York City daily and learned to use the hotel shuttle bus, a couple of trains, the subway as well as Uber and Lift. The staff at the airport were very friendly and helpful.

I wouldn’t say this place is exactly family friendly. It looked a little scary, but in the end, we just needed a place to stay that was on the cheaper side. It’s definitely not worth the price. Check in was easy. There’s free parking for guests (if you can find parking), but the rooms were basic. I booked a king size bedroom, but we got 2 double beds. It could be because we arrived late and they gave our room away. The place was pretty full. It is really convenient if you are travelling from Newark Liberty Hotel because it’a only 5 minutes away. You can take the metro into the city or drive (the drive is about 40 mins into New York City). They are also pet friendly. Room service doesn’t seem to be available while the stay. I guess if you are staying long term you can ask for towel replacement and whatever else. There wasn’t a hot tub like the pictures showed, but the bathroom does have a tub. They provide towels and soap, so bring your own things including a hair dryer if needed!

Arrived at Newark Airport late on a Sunday evening only to find we’d forgotten to pack our apartment keys, so we were going to have to find a hotel. The nearest was Marriott Newark Airport, but they didn’t have a vacancy. The staff there were very helpful and found us a room at the nearby Marriott Courtyard to which they had a 24-hr shuttle bus. The accommodation was excellent and the staff again very helpful and polite. Faultless service in finding a solution for us at such short notice. Thoroughly recommended!

Lesson learned……a reservation is never a guarantee that they will keep your room!! I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and my west coast flight would be getting in late. The flight was delayed (as many are right now). I called the hotel to inform them of my late arrival and ask them if there was anything i needed to fo. They receptionist said they would make a note of my late arrival. At 12:30am i arrive to check in…..only to be greeted by the RUDE Phyllis who informed me that they gave my room away. I said “but I called ro tell yoh I was coming late,” Didn’t matter!!!! They were over sold and I had to scramble for a hotel room at 1am in a city I’ve never been to before!!! Do not stay here!!!

Very welcoming great place to stay. There is a free dedicated shuttle at P4 Newark so do take it and not waste usd22 on an Uber. Next to it is a 200 store factory outlet which you can walk. The bus 115 goes to Manhattan MPA for usd7. Breakfast is good. But no eggs and bacon but IHOP is next door. Just ensure you have all your medicines and toiletries. There is no pharmacy or convenience store in the mall or hotel. There is also no food available at night so ensure you have bought snacks at night. There is a microwave. Service staff is sometimes friendly and sometimes not Just be patient.

Living there is a convenient outlet to the opposite side of the road shopping; second, the hotel has a free shuttle to Newark Airport; third, although the parking lot is charged, but you can brush the room card in and out of the parking lot, very convenient.
