A-Rhine's very cost-effective hotel, the first time when the unit was built, I came here to play and live here. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very new. The opposite is Al Ain Mall. It is also convenient to buy things.

I have been a member of the Radison blu Gym (previously Hilton) for some time now. Its not just one of my favorite places to be but also as a family our kids really love going to the pool. The staff at the health club- Ravi, Maya, Nazim, Shakeela and others are very welcoming and always happy to help. They make you feel part of the family when you walk in. The facility is also spacious enough and always clean. I am happy to recommend this place as a great place for individuals and families alike.

Overall good, about two kilometers away from the main attraction, good location, the mall is downstairs! There is a small pharmacy next to it! Service is quite satisfactory. What is particularly strange is that after check-in, the waiter took all the drinks from the refrigerator, because I paid in advance.

Stayed here with a group of friends over the weekend in order to have a base to explore al ain from. Arrived at 3pm to check in to be informed that the rooms were not ready and that it would be another half an hour or so. The staff were very friendly and offered complimentary breakfast as a goodwill gesture. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink or two whilst we waited for the room but did not receive the room keys until around 5:30 despite heading down to reception regularly for updates. We really would not have minded the delay being longer than the 30mins we were first told at first, but please be honest from the start otherwise people will just get annoyed - which we did. We were then taken to our room but it was a smoking room. At no point had we requested a smoking room and it smelt like a stale ashtray and you couldn’t even open the window. Luckily they were able to provide us a non smoking room straight away once we asked. As a warning though when checking in request a non smoking room. The room had everything that you could need for a short stay and a very nice shower area. There was only a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner but all of the products smelt nice so no real complaints. The bed was comfy and we slept well until around 6am when we were awoken by the children in the room upstairs and then other children playing American football in the corridor outside our room. Not the hotels fault as such but it showed there was very little in the way of soundproofing in the rooms or security patrolling corridors. Next came the breakfast which we were informed should cost 120AED. Although it was nice it was not worth that price tag with there being lots of coffee shops in al ain that would provide a nicer breakfast at a cheaper price. Overall a very average stay. Would we stay again - maybe if we needed a base in al ain and the price was right but we also wouldn’t rush back to experience the aloft.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the hygiene is also good. Just in the mall, there are Carrefour and many restaurants. Life is convenient. If you come again, you will choose to stay again. Breakfast is a bit simple, early is not cheap, 65 dirhams, equivalent to more than one hundred yuan. The fly in the ointment is that if the air conditioner is turned on, the ceiling will sound because of thermal expansion and contraction. The glass design of the shower area in the bathroom is unreasonable, and the floor of the shower is filled with water.

We went there as a family. It was our 1st family vacation since the beginning of the pandemic. Our choice was for that place was based on the good reviews and being within the same Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and therefore no Corona testing was required to get there. Some of the pros for the place are the following: 1. They are individual chalets which means each of them has its own separate ventilation system and has a space around it which is an excellent advantage during the pandemic 2.It's clean and sanitised for you when you arrive there, at least according to their claim 3. Its close to Jamal Hakeem and other outings/ scenery 4. Ver spacious. We stayed in two bedroom and it has full kitchen and appliances and two full bathrooms and a living room. If you take the couches into account it could easily sleep 6 adults. Some of the cons where 1. Some of the villas are run down and showing signs of ageing with no proper maintenance. 2. the place where we stayed the door did not close properly and there was a strong smell of sewer coming from in or outside the place. Not sure if this endemic to the whole area, but might want to check your place before you unpack. 3. there were no open playgrounds for children Which was a big disappointment for them number 4.pictures for the place seemed to suggest a swimming pool on the property but we could not see any pool anywhere 5. There is no food services or restaurants The premises Suggestions for the management Clearly most of the villas were vacant. The management should consider allowing early check in and late checkout to be more competitive and attractive. They should take care of the property and present it in a better way. Where we stayed there were piles of dry hay in the back. You could tell no landscaping was done in ages They should considered complete online pricessing that would not require you to interact with reception and provide sanitation Material such as disinfection spray and soap as the only soap that was available what was in the bathrooms. No dish soap. No napkins. They should add outdoors furniture for the spacious patios they have in the back which are essentially useless with no chairs or tables. And finally they should consider cutting back on the rate. In this time and age it doesn't make sense that you pay over AED 700 for a 2 bedroom chalet in an area that is clearly no more than 5% occupied and during a pandemic that has deterred many of us from going out.

The hotel near the top of the mountain, the view is first-class, seeing the award every year from 04-12, it will not be because of the age, there are more new hotels in the city under the mountain, so there are not many guests staying, and it will be great to stay With breakfast and dinner, it ’s generally good. Do n’t eat local food, not beef stew and lamb chops for dinner, but not every day The pool is outdoor, it is too sunny during the day, and it is too cold at night. I still played in the pool under the hot sun. I had a good time with slides and the scenery was very magnificent. The room, facing the mini golf course, the desert and the city in the distance are beautiful, the room is medium in size, and the toilet is not very good Overall happy and comfortable. There are many photo spots above and below the hotel, it is really beautiful.
