Public parking on the road extra. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant 150 m, railway station "Roma/Napoli" 200 m, ferry "Isole Pontine" 5 km. Marina 150 m. Nearby attractions: Anzio 4 km, San Felice Circeo 45 km, Sabaudia 40 km, Torre Astura 9 km, Latina 26 m, Roma 55 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. 4-room apartment 110 m2 on 4th floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, TV, flat screen and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 double bedroom. Astura Palace Hotel

The Astura is a nice hotel overlooking the marina with a side view to the beach. Lots of good restaurants are nearby. The staff is great and helpful. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and very clean. . Breakfast is fine and in a sunny room overlooking the sea. The only con is parking. The websites all say there is free parking BUT this means that there are 5 spaces for the whole 6 story hotel on the public street and anyone can park there. I never got one of these spaces and spent 40 minutes on a Friday night searching for parking. If you have a car, you may wish to stay else where. If you aren't driving, I highly recommend the Astura. NOTE: if you do drive, the hotel is on a one way street. Other than the 5 spaces, all the public streets are pay parking at 1 euro an hour from 9am to 1pm and 4pm to midnight. There is a free lot though. If you drive past the hotel, take the first right and the immediate next right and then right away turn into a small one aisle parking lot. If you are lucky enough to find a space here, its free parking all day.

Nearby Anzio can also be reached on foot and is only 60 km from the center of Rome, which can also be reached by high-frequency train from nearby train station. Florence and Naples can be reached from Rome in just an hour and a half. Just 4 km away you can board a ferry or fast ship (just over an hour) for Ponza from which you can then visit the other nearby Pontine islands. The local tourist port is only 10 minutes away on foot, a little further on the coast there is the 15th century castle, commissioned by the family of Pope Borgia and built by the arch. A. Sangallo the elder. At a distance of about a couple of km: tennis courts and bookable gyms and an international baseball stadium. I stayed one night at Riviera hotel and I was very good. Hotel in central location, 5' walk from the city's main square, Rivuera Zanardelli and the Port Innocentiano, where the choice of the rooms is fantastic. The hotel has a good choice of sugar and salty food. All good cakes and cornets. nice staff. A few meters from the hotel is the Lido de la Dea Fortuna, advised for bathing and restaurant. Advised both places. 👌💥
