Clean accommodation with very good facilities. There is a sauna available. Spacious room Fruit and snacks are also served for free. The location of the hotel around is not bad and there are not many restaurants. Have to walk a bit out to find a small mall But traveling at Amman can take taxis to various places at a very affordable price.

We loved the hospitable environment here. Musab at the reception was always helpful and always went out of his way to help make our stay much more comfortable than we expected. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was very good. Musab also helped us get the sim card at cheap price and was also responsive about our queries related to public transport in Amman. The apartment was neat and clean. It was very big and can easily accommodate 4 people. Bathroom and kitchen were clean. Kitchen was big and stuffed with all the amenities including utensils, microwave, refrigerator, stove with cylinder, etc. We used the oven and refrigerator without any issues. There is a big sofa in the hall which is helpful if you are a large group and just want to have chitchat or have your breakfast or dinner in the hall. There was a TV as well which we did not use. They provided us water dispenser of 20L for 3 JD which was enough for us for 3 days. One room had a double bed which was very comfortable and the second room had 3 separate beds. Unfortunately, those beds were not that comfortable. The reason being, large and thick mattresses placed on beds which have hollow bottoms. I suggest them to get new beds which have covered bottoms so that mattresses do not sink in when you are sleeping. The location is the best part of this hotel. It's in the centre of Al-Abdali and Abdali mall is at the walking distance. There is also a big market at walking distance from here and you can get everything at Dakhliya circle which is around 1.5 KMs from here. Taxis are very easily available here and going to North bus station costs 2 JD in the taxi. JETT bus station from where buses leave for Petra in the morning is at 500m from here. Overall, it was a great stay there. 4 stars is because of the beds in the second room. We were really blown away with the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Would definitely give them another try if we are in Amman again.

The Arabian Suites has been a really great place to stay. I have been here going on two weeks and it has been a real God send. The owner is one of the kindest men and has gone out of his way to help make my stay in Jordan a wonderful time. The location is very good. The room was clean. Hot water heater works great which is amazing if you’ve ever had to take cold showers. I also got to meet others staying at the hotel and everyone was friendly. Lastly, you can take the elevator or stairs to the 5th floor and have an amazing roof view of Amman. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back when I return to Jordan.

It is very close to the jett bus station, and it is very convenient to take the bus. The little brother and grandfather downstairs are very enthusiastic, and it is very friendly to help change money. Health facilities and other aspects are very general. I have been to many places before, and I understand the city tax. But the Ctrip website is not clear, this is very unsatisfactory!

We arrived after midnight, our reservation through tripadvisor / expedia could not be found till next morning. The price per room proved to-be ridiculously over priced for what we got, 72,50 euro per room. The floors in the corridors had layers of dirt, the bedsheets were clean, but the bathroom was not. Lights were not working. Expedia should take it of its list, as even at half price it is not worth it

Ibrahim gives 2 free tour each day. This is my first day in Amman. I did the 3:00pm tour. Ibrahim has great sense of humor. He showed me how to enter the mosque through the women’s door. This is my first time entering an actual working, functioning mosque. We meandered through the old market. I bought fresh fruits. Then we walked the Yemenis market, I bought a pair hiking pants from a local tailor. When we walk through the sugar market, I bought some Arabic sweets. With Ibrahim, I paid everything in local price—a small fraction of tourist prices!! Ibrahim is very acknowledge of the historical landmark of the old town. He told me the story of Arab Bank, the background of the umbrella staircases. He pointed out how to get to the Roman theater, the Citadel, and the Jordan Museum on foot. He showed me the Roman Ruins hidden behind the markets. We even had time to stop for falafel with cheese filling inside. It’s a delicious, delightful, informative tour. The best part is a free tour. I think I will take this tour one more time on the day before I fly home. So I can buy all my souvenirs with Ibrahim’s help!

Literally a nightmare!! (Read the second part) I've spent 60 days there not a single day was a good experience, reception named AREEJ was very rude, having problems with everyone even the staff, first she lost my passport -she was playing with it to stalk my info- then denied it's her fault. We had a lot of arguments during my stay, Shout at me a lot of times, cursed at me, i try to do my work in the lobby and i have guests over she puts the worst music to the highest level because i asked to lower it down so we can work on the meeting, she said not your business i don't care and puts it higher like it's her own house, not professional at all. Problem is there are no one to talk to, no HR no front desk management so only a review by here. She wakes me up ringing my room everyday to ask for money although we agreed on long term payments, she claims i don't want to pay although i already paid 600usd, I come back to my room to find out she checked me out with no permission, excuse was only people who pay can stay. Wow :) Anyhow to mention other details the hotel is pretty old, i tried 4 rooms in two months almost the same to find no ac working, water leakage in toilet and windows from the rain as well, broken toilet flushes, shower is too dirty.. New covers/towels not clean - too worn out..etc etc.. Just a place to stay away from when you're in Amman :) This hotel sued me in the court for writing a negative review on booking revealing their bad behaviors with the reception AREEJ and the owner Nashat Taani they locked me out of my room with all my stuff inside my money, passports, clothes, phone, work electronics, car keys and everything i slept outside and police did nothing and court took more time to solve this.. This was worst experience ever in world wide hotels.. Never go there.

This Hotel is just amazing at its price point. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was generously spacious. A little dark in the hallway but when you enter the room it was quite and comfy just what I wanted from a hotel. Overall it is a great hotel at its price and a very very very friendly staff and did I mentioned the superb mattresses they use? Its heavenly 😀. Cons: The food quality can vary a lot from day to day. The first day was amazing but in the second day they served bad loaves of bread. Maybe the hotel need a bit of improvement in the food

Hotel is minutes away from downtown Amman, where you could find all the touristic attractions, in a walking distance. It is budget friendly, considering the convenient location. You could find many restaurants and souvenir shops, also cafes which serve the famous Turkish coffee and the knafeh. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I stayed here for 1 night in June 2019. The reception staff are very friendly and checked me in quickly. The hotel is a bit out of Amman centre but its a short taxi ride. You wouldn't really want to walk it as it's either too hot or the roads are uncrossable. Unlike the west I didn't see any pedestrian crossings so its a real life game of frogger to get to where you're trying to go without getting hit by a car. The rooms at the hotel are of a nice size. I had a double and a single bed in a double room so got a choice, bit unusual but no complaining! The room had a nice balcony which overlooked the roads surrounding the hotel and the big mosque. Yes like other reviews have said the call to prayer does start early so be aware of that when booking or if you have a room overlooking the mosque and you're a light sleeper ask to change. But if your travelling to a muslim country what can you expect, this isn't New York. I didn't find it loud enough to wake me. The rooms have air conditioning which is a blessing. The showers are nice and powerful with enough hot water for a decent length shower. The man on reception keeps a few bottles of water in the freezer so ask if you want to get some nice chilled water, it cost me 1JD per bottle which in 40 degrees seems like a bargain. I would stay here again!

An amazing place to stay in Amman. The rooms are very spacious. They are cozy and definitely make you feel their warmth. The hotel is in the middle of city but away from all the tourist destinations. Need to book uber or normal taxi to commute to and fro from the hotel. For Rainbow street it is around 2- 2.5 JD. Around downtown area I did not find appealing hotels. Breakfast is splendid. Swimming pool, jacuzzi all are fantastic. The hotel is not over priced at any cost. Worth every penny. Staff is courteous.

Rarely write reviews, this time to share the problems encountered in this order and Ctrip's handling methods. Due to the docking problem between Ctrip and the supplier, the check-in hotel could not find the order and could not check in. First of all, the hotel is conveniently located, has a good sense of design, the service is in place, and the problem handling is fairly professional. After waiting for more than 40 minutes, Ctrip negotiated with the hotel and informed me that this order may not be successful due to the docking problem. I need to pay the room rate by myself to resolve the check-in first. Before check-out, they called and said this The order was indeed an inconvenience caused by their mistake. The solution was to refund the entire room rate plus 1,300 yuan compensation. But when I checked out, the hotel received my booking information at this time, and instead paid the room rate from the supplier's credit card as usual. At this time, Ctrip's solution changed immediately, and the compensation amount became 200 yuan, and it was explained that this compensation was completely a little bit of their intentions. In principle, there was no compensation for successful occupancy. And refused to provide their compensation standards. This completely denied that it was because of their problems that affected me, but instead became a sympathy for me. This is difficult to accept, customers are completely led by their noses, how everything explains the initiative is in the hands of Ctrip.

Very nice studio with ample amenities, excellent WiFi, comfortable bed. Friendly, very helpful staff, especially Faoud and Mohammed Abudayeh, he coordinated my trips to Petra, Dead Sea, — making phone calls to nail taxis, bus reservations — superlative job. If you are arriving in Amman with no set plans and need help putting them together, I cannot recommend Lujain Hotel Suites and Mr. Mohammed Abudayeh highly enough. Absolutely superb. I stayed here two times in March 2019, 4 nights Room 310, 2 nights Room 111. Both rooms were well-appointed. Appreciated the pre-arrival communication, round-trip airport shuttle, early check-in, and late check-out, all went well from start to finish.

Good value hotel, across the road is AMMAN MALL, which has a very large supermarket CTOWN, you can buy some food, and a Chinese-style restaurant, but I have not eaten. They buy instant noodles, eggs, greens in the supermarket, and use their own electric cooker to cook the noodles. There is a local restaurant next to the hotel, which customers have taken to eat.
