It’s about 5 minutes away from the shopping mall and 2 minutes away from Jett bus station. There are actually no restaurants nearby. I didn’t have time to have breakfast because I got up too early to catch the bus. However, the hotel staff is really nice. Remember when you check in There seems to be a Chinese. My sister at the front desk arranged to take them to a local Arab restaurant with a good price/performance ratio to take beautiful pictures and asked me if I want to join. But because I made an appointment with a local friend in Amman, I didn’t go there. I don’t know the experience. What about, there is also a little brother on the night shift, who prepared breakfast for me early in the morning, although in the end I left because I didn’t have time to eat in the car, in short, if I stayed overnight just to take the Jett bus the next day, it’s not very good, after all. The price is not high, and the location is average, but in general it is still ok.

Without doubt, Al Sufara Hotel Suites is one of the best Hotels to book in Jordan. And it's strength is that it wasn't designed to be exotic, it was designed to be authentic and comfortable. That's exactly what I'm looking for when I travel! Check in and check out process was straight forward. 10/10 very friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist was polite, always smiling and helped me out when lockdown happened and I needed information and a cab in the middle of the night. The hotel is ideally located in Amman city centre. You are literally 5 minutes away from the most important places in Amman and the main bus stop that connects you with all Jordan, is very close by. Also a big Mall is just 5 mins walk and a supermarket is across the street. The rooms are of great size with beautiful authentic details and an individual clean bathroom..Coffee table and armchairs was a big plus. Soft bed linen and comfy beds. Internet works perfectly! Very satisfied with our stay, considering how reasonable the price was.

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my Explore tour of Jordan and found the facilities clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The breakfast spread was great, and each morning I enjoyed a pancake and cheese and mushroom omelette cooked for me by the lovely and hardworking Subih. He always had a smile. I’d like to give Nabil on reception a special mention too as he has great customer service skills. It is an easy 2 JD taxi into the bustling town centre. Make sure you ask for the meter to be running, or agree the price before you get in the taxi!! There is a lower entrance that makes walking into town easier! My only gripe with this hotel is the rather odd practice of having purely male, or purely female days for their swimming pool! As I was here on Saturdays I was unable to use the pool which was quite annoying. But apart from this it is a great place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

The location is good for shopping, it's right across the road from the Galleria Mall, 2 minute walk. And there are many restaurants, local shopping, and specialty shops with a 3 or 4 block walking distance. Once I arrived in the area, I quickly realized I did need to go anywhere else by car to get some things I needed. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly, I had two or three requests after checking in and each one was taken care of within 10 minutes or less. The rooms have mini kitchens in them with limited dishes, silver ware glasses and cups. Refrigerator, microwave, cook top and hot water kettle are also in the room. Easy to re-warm or prepare limited meals if your prefer to stay in. The hotel has WiFi, ask the reception desk for the password. The room I had was one of the smaller rooms, but it was clean and comfortable. I plan to stay again.

We visited this hotel twice whilst on a tour of Jordan On our first visit we had quite a nice room at the front of the hotel with a balcony- on our second visit we had a smaller functional room. Beds in both rooms were very comfortable and we weren’t too disturbed by the road noise. What we didn’t like was the food. The same boring food everyday, warm if you got there early enough . Breakfast was the worst - bread out for toast but no toaster for the whole of our stays - we were told it was broken. The fruit in a morning was tinned fruit. The egg station was nice. Drinks not included in stay so drinks were never offered. Customer service in the dining area very lacking.

We visited while on family vacation in Jordan. Being in close vicinity to Petra and offering the busy life of Amman, the Almadina was the perfect choice. Rooms were clean and comfortable, slightly noisy at night but that comes with central location no matter where you stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was plenty and variety was good. This is one of my favorite houses! The room is clean, the bed is super comfortable, and the quilt is made of very good materials. The configuration of the room is essential for a 5-star hotel. I booked it once on the first day of check-in to experience the experience, and then I booked it directly for 4 nights. The sleep is super good, and it can completely drive away the rush and fatigue during the day. The socket is super satisfied, so there is basically no need to worry about European plugs or Chinese plugs, either. The desk lamp has an LED reading light, and there are two LED lights on the side of the bed, which is super good! The taste of the hotel owner is still very good, like this hotel, highly recommend it.

The hotel in the city is only 30 minutes to the airport and is not far to many the city's restaurants and shopping places. The rooms have 3 beds or 2 beds and are spacious enough for a short stay. A welcome fruit basket and bottled water is available for each room. The WIFI is very good in the rooms and around the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. the bathroom comes with shampoo, bath gel and body lotion and hair dryer. The hotel areas are clean and the front desk staff speaks reasonably good English. The breakfast is inclusive and the choice and variety of food at breakfast is impressive. There are various kinds of salads, breads, different type of cheeses, butter and jam, cereals and hot milk, apple and orange juices, coffee and tea. My only complaint, the need to know how to make good omelettes..

In all fairness, the hostel only deserves 3 stars based just on facilities. However, the host was friendly, accommodating and helpful without being over the top. He even agreed to share some personal stories from his youth with us which we have greatly appreciated as we wanted to talk to locals. Location: quite central and within walking distance to a few tourist attractions. It wasn't close to the bus station though from where we had to take a bus to Aqaba. If you need a taxi ALWAYS have small change with you and give the exact amount as we had a situation where the driver started bargaining all over again and would not give us the change. Heating; we had to pay extra to have heating in our room but it was a modest, additional amount. I think it was £4 for the whole night. Some other lady complained that she had a 'rough' night with no heating at all. Shower: You have to tell the host when you are about to take a shower otherwise you will not have hot water. The toilets and showers are shared. Rooms: old furniture, nothing was modern, seemed clean enough though. Breakfast: good variety actually. Fruit, vegetables, cakes, boiled eggs, all sorts. Free wifi. Unmarried couples: we had emailed the hostel to doublecheck, but it was fine for us to share a bedroom as an unmarried couple. If I'm not wrong, I think they checked our nationality first so you might want to check yourselves based on your circumstances. I would not recommend this place to people who only stay in modern, luxury hotels. If you are fine with experiencing new things and are looking for what people call 'authentic experience' you will be fine. When I first saw the place I had very low expectations and thought I would hate it but actually, it turned out great.

This hotel is very local Jordanian style - it's a wedding venue, and used for banquets and functions. I felt a little out of place until I entered the lobby, but was warmly welcomed and made to feel very much at home. The room was nice--better than I expected for the price. It's in a residential neighborhood so you think Google Maps is sending you to the wrong place, but it's not--you turn down an alley and suddenly you're at the hotel. I wanted coffee in the morning and they opened the restaurant just for me. Really, the service is just wonderful here. Stay without hesitation.

Our daughter was a CET student attending class at the U of Jordan for Fall 2019. This was a Fall semester abroad from her university in the states. Our desire was to be close to campus and this fit the bill. There is a pedestrian tunnel that runs under Queen Alia Street and it is 50 steps from Gerasa Hotel’s front door and pops up at the entrance gates to U of J. We had a King bed suite with a couch in a small study that folded down to a bed. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with tea, coffee, juices , cereals , falafel, omelette station to name a few. When we arrived we did not have hot water. We called to the front desk and asked them to ‘turn on the hot water’ and it was taken care of immediately. Gerasa Hotel made arrangements for a private driver to pick us up from the airport and when we got thru security there was our name on a sign that the driver held. Could not have asked for a better experience upon arriving to Amman.

From the moment we arrived, my friend and I felt very welcome at the Seven Roses. The staff were so friendly and helpful, offering to help in any way they could. Parking is conveniently located across the street which was helpful as the hotel is outside of Amman Centre although that was not a problem for us. The breakfast was quite varied and anything that wasn’t available on the buffet, the staff did their best to provide. Great value too!

Rarely write reviews, this time to share the problems encountered in this order and Ctrip's handling methods. Due to the docking problem between Ctrip and the supplier, the check-in hotel could not find the order and could not check in. First of all, the hotel is conveniently located, has a good sense of design, the service is in place, and the problem handling is fairly professional. After waiting for more than 40 minutes, Ctrip negotiated with the hotel and informed me that this order may not be successful due to the docking problem. I need to pay the room rate by myself to resolve the check-in first. Before check-out, they called and said this The order was indeed an inconvenience caused by their mistake. The solution was to refund the entire room rate plus 1,300 yuan compensation. But when I checked out, the hotel received my booking information at this time, and instead paid the room rate from the supplier's credit card as usual. At this time, Ctrip's solution changed immediately, and the compensation amount became 200 yuan, and it was explained that this compensation was completely a little bit of their intentions. In principle, there was no compensation for successful occupancy. And refused to provide their compensation standards. This completely denied that it was because of their problems that affected me, but instead became a sympathy for me. This is difficult to accept, customers are completely led by their noses, how everything explains the initiative is in the hands of Ctrip.

The rooms were spotless and spacious with hot showers. Well located at around a 5 minute walk to Galleria Mall. Offers a good airport shuttle service. Our only gripe was with the way in which our check in was handled. We booked in advance and were told to cancel this booking when we arrived as they offered a better rate (around 3JD cheaper). Despite telling the man on reception that we would prefer to proceed so as to not incur cancellation fees he advised us to cancel and took my phone to cancel the booking himself. We were due to incur fees and had to argue hard with the travel company to avoid this. Better to stick with your original booking! Also, we booked another night whilst there for a week later and upon arrival the second time the room we’d booked was not available and only a more expensive one was an option. Poor reception service but the rooms/location were great.

Good value hotel, across the road is AMMAN MALL, which has a very large supermarket CTOWN, you can buy some food, and a Chinese-style restaurant, but I have not eaten. We stayed overnight in City Rose on our way to Jerusalem and then returned for another two nights and it was a most enjoyable experience. Our suite was spacious and clean and the breakfast provided was more than adequate. But the best quality about this property is the outstanding customer service - Ahmed and Hussam at Reception, Noor and his breakfast team and the Security man who returned the money I dropped - so impressive. They also took care of our luggage while we were in Israel for four days and not having to cart large suitcases was certainly a blessing. There was nothing the staff would not do to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This property comes highly recommended as it is located among many restaurants and shops. Cheers - Juls

Can accommodate an extra bed but pay 45 JD per night There is a problem with the drainage pipe in the bathroom. After the shower, the bathroom is full of water. Breakfast should be eaten as early as possible. If there are many people who are arranged to eat on the 42nd floor, there will be no good things to eat..... The breakfast on the 6th floor is good, very delicious. The service of the hotel is very good, the hotel in the UAE (headquartered in Dubai) is more valued service! Compared to Israel's 5-star hotel Rotana, the price is very high. It is also very convenient to call Uber outside! It is not expensive to go to the Roman theater and the Amman Museum 2 JD. To Jerash, Uber is about 15JD, and to the Dead Sea, 20 JD. The Abudali Mall on the edge is Amman's largest and the newest shopping mall. There are quite a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. It is quite convenient to walk around and the price is ok. In short, if you like to live comfortably, it is not wrong to choose Rotana.
