Asked for my marriage certificate at church in, been so many times and that never happened to us before. Took a while before they accepted we didn't live in dubai. In the bedroom I ran my finger over the light switch and the dust was thick you can see my finger print in the picture. Toilet didn't flush room was old broken sockets on the wall. Bed was OK but not too comfortable. Room 519 was quiet away from the night clubs on 5th floor but there was a faint smell of smoke. Went to a bar in the hotel lobby and one of the staff stood in the way and said that room was for Indian dancing. Took ages to check out while they checked the items in the mini bar that was empty when I arrived. The breakfast buffet was very limited. Ok if you like toast omelette chicken sausage and beans. Coffee was OK but was mixed with milk in a thermos. The pool looked OK but a bad smell on the way put us off. The pool must be about 8 meters long maybe. The one saving grace was the breakfast staff who were very nice and helpful. Not much cheaper than 5 star so won't be back. It is two minutes walk from the metro station I suppose.

Milestone Hotel Apartment Bur Dubai is now known as Better Living Hotel Apartment. The hotel location is the highest selling point. Better Living or Milestone Hotel Apartment is located in bur dubai with Bujuman Metro Station just adjacent to it with less than 5 minutes walking distance to the metro. Also, there is a big grocery store with about 5 minutes walking distance, there are about 3 malls or store on the other side of the road, such as MAX, DAY TO DAY and an indian store. outside the hotel, its easier to get taxi to whatever location you so desire in dubai. As for the hotel, check in was fine, rooms are clean, but the house keepers should do more to always keep the room clean always. As for the room, i advice kitchen utensils such as plates, cutleries, cooking pots, and other should be readily provided in the room, not until one request for it before been provided. The hotel restaurant has to be improved upon and the choice of breakfast should be upgraded. the breakfast was too poor and the restaurant has to be expanded because is so small for the hotel standard. The staff were very friendly and the security guys were marvelous. In all, our experience was awesome. will definitely return with my group after the Covid-19 Pandemic. I recommend hotel if you are looking for a very nice, and affordable hotel. i rate hotel 4/5

I am Dr Harikumar Sivakumar and I’m a resident of UK . I’m visiting Dubai for first time from 17-2-19 to 24-2-19. I had booked a room in Moon Valley hotel apartment in burjuman from 17th. I did the booking through my relatives who stay in Dubai more than 1 month ago . They visited the hotel in person to book the room in that hotel . They also had called up the hotel in the last couple of weeks and again confirmed the availability of room in that hotel . They had also reconfirmed again the availability of the room on the 17th evening before picking us up at tge airport . We had booked this specific hotel only because it is less than 5 minutes walk to their house . We landed up with my 2 children (9yrs and 2 yrs)yesterday at 1130 pm on 17th and the receptionist informed that there is no room in this hotel and they are shifting us to another branch of their hotel farther away . We informed that it is unacceptable as we chose this hotel only for the close proximity to our relatives house and also that the hotel never informed us prior that they will move us to another hotel elsewhere. So we went away as they refused to give us a room on the 17th and booked another hotel nearby and stayed there which costed AED765/night as nothing else was available . The receptionist refused to call and speak to the manager that night. Next day we visited Moon Valley and requested them to compensate AED765 plus AED250 refund which we had to pay . The manager was not there again and receptionist told us that he will ask manager to call us again in half an hour but there was no call . So I called up at 2100 hrs and spoke to manager who spoke very rudely and told that he will give only AED 250 and nothing more and even refused to apologize , in spite of telling him that I will complain

We arrived by cab after midnight and were welcomed by a cold fruit juice which was much appreciated, our luggage delivered to our room together with bottled water . We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious main had king bed ensuite with access to a balcony. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, full sized fridge and a WASHER/DRYER was so excited after having to find laundromats for the past 4 weeks it was heaven. Lounge/dining room a large luggage room and a toilet handbasin justinside the main entrance. Second bedroom also had ensuite with a bath, both rooms had a lot of robes and cabinettes for storage, rooms cleaned daily and we were very comfortable, reasonably priced. Burjaman mall a 2 minute walk as was the railway station. Although we didnt use it there was a pool and gym.

We have been extensively cruising around the world in the past 4 years but this preferred holiday of ours have been massively disrupted by the ongoing pandemic. So for our much-needed cruise fix, we have been going on local staycation in Dubai specifically in this hotel property, given its proximity to the Dubai Cruise Port, which is very much visible from our hotel balcony. We stayed here twice just a few weeks apart, i.e. on a 5-night stay in August and a 6-night stay in September. Below are the pros & cons of this hotel property. PROS: o Anam, the Front Desk Team Leader, has graciously upgraded us from Classic to Deluxe Suite and allocated us on a higher floor (15th floor) as per my request. o The suite and its balcony is really spacious. o The hotel is connected to Burjuman Mall, which has good shopping and dining outlets, a Carrefour hypermarket, and Vox Cinema. CONS: o Housekeeping quality is inconsistent (depends on which staff is on duty). I hope the management do spot checks to ensure that cleanliness and hygiene are consistent specially that such is extremely crucial in this time of pandemic. o The balcony needs to be revisited and maintained. The lighting fixtures are dangling from the ceiling and coffee table is missing (only 1 chair was there). We did request from Guest Services for a coffee table and additional chair but nothing was brought. o An upgrade of the TV to a Smart TV would be a wonderful touch. Their in-room TV remains a 32” LCD while most of premium hotels such as this one now have bigger Smart TVs with option to watch via the internet like YouTube. o The WiFi is painfully slow and keeps getting disconnected. It’s very strange in Dubai where internet quality is very robust. But the cons will not deter us from coming back. Hope the management reviews the areas of improvement. I still highly recommend this property.

Stayed there for 7 days with my extended family. We, a group of 6(3 kids) stayed in adjoined rooms on the second floor. At night, we could hear the music/beats from the dance-floor(which is on the ground floor), but it did not disturb our sleep. We were skeptical about this before booking, but went ahead and booked as it was very close to Burjuman Metro station-Exit 3. Nevertheless, on all nights we all slept soundly. Swift service, helpful and smiling staff. Special mention to Justine who is managing the outdoor services. Breakfast buffet spread was good too. It caters to all age groups. Only issue was the dustbins in the washroom, please replace them. Thank you! We had a great stay! People who are thinking of staying there, please get in touch, Im sure they will give their best rates. or

I have lived many times... I have been here for a long time, breakfast is very convenient and suitable for the appetite of the Orientals. We have lived here for six or seven years... I am too lazy to change it.

Business Bay
The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

The hotel amenities was really good.We loved our stay even just for 1 night,it was just unlucky that our request for early check in and late check put was not accomodated. Overall stay is good, they managed to provide our housekeeping requesting for additional pillows and towels.

Stayed for 8 nights at the property after searching a lot for an accommodation within a reasonable budget. The rooms are nice and very well maintained, comfortable beds and pillows, basic amenities, water, tea, coffee, kettle, hair dryer, shampoo and iron & sewing kit upon request. Business bay metro station is 10 minute walk and the hotel is pretty close to Dubai mall. There's an Egyptian restaurant right around the corner that has good reviews but I haven't managed to try it and a 24/7 supermarket within a walking distance right near the metro station. Check in/out was very smooth. Very good Wifi in the rooms too. Breakfast is good and filling. Expect to wait a bit for a taxi but that was quite rare, normally taxis are right in front of the hotel but you can order online anyway. Given the rate, friendly service and location, I'd definitely stay here next time.

It’s an awesome stay. Realized on the last day that the sound from people dropping heavy metals on the floor of the gym was irritating. So the 13th floor under the gym is a no no next time. I’ll definitely stay there again. Close to the train and good buffet.

We were in Dubai for a week starting our month holiday celebrating our 55th Anniversary. Virus overnight blew up world. Thank goodness we were at the Jumeirah Twin Towers! We were only Americans in hotel with just a few other tourists. When it became apparent we could not continue our trip, the hotel reassured us that we had a room for as long as it took even with a discount. We were desperately getting our flight arranged without stopping in Europe. Reservations were changed several time and staff was so patient realizing our stress. Foot was excellent, service superb, hotel super clean and staff from managers to our sweet room attendant. Because of this generous service during a critical time for us, we will not forget. So we will return to Dubai and this time we will stay much longer. And of course, we will stay in Jumeirah Towers. We recommend this hotel to everyone because you learn quickly a business and staff when you really need them and they were there for us. Grateful! Thanks to all this wonderful staff.

Very enjoyable trip! The Rove Hotel is 3 subway stops away from the airport's T3 terminal. You can see it from Exit 4 of the deira city center station, and walk 200 meters. The hotel environment is simple and clean. 3-400 meters to the south of the hotel is the deira city center shopping center, where there is a Carrefour supermarket in addition to shopping and dining. About 500 meters to the west of the hotel is the Wenzhou Supermarket, the largest local Chinese supermarket chain in Dubai. The dining area is on the first floor. There is everything you need to do with noodles, rice, skewers, skewers, and barbecue. We strongly recommend kebabs, 9.99 dirhams per skewers (tax not included) , A big skewer, grilled very well! There is no need to consider eating hotel meals when staying at the Rover Hotel. There are plenty of choices for eating in the nearby shopping mall and Wen Chao. Since the subway station is nearby, it is very convenient to go to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Gold Souk and other places where you need to check in. I haven't taken a taxi in Dubai for 16 days, and all the subways are fixed. After getting off the plane, buy a subway silver card at the T3 terminal station and recharge it. If there is still left when you leave Dubai, you can go to the subway counter to refund the money. The hospital is 200 meters from the entrance of the hotel. Nucleic acid testing is also super convenient, and reports can be issued within 24 hours. There is an open-air swimming pool on the M floor of the hotel (from 8 am to 8 pm) and a 24-hour gym. It's okay to relax and exercise in the hotel as well. All in all, Rove Hotel is cost-effective and very convenient. Very pleasant staying experience!
