The visit in September was our second stay at the Royal Monceau. Our first stay was in June 2018. We enjoyed each visit and thought the hotel was just beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and mirrored bathrooms are spacious and very unique with contemporary art embellishing the decor. We were in an executive room each visit and can only say that we appreciated all of the Philip Starck touches. The mirrored walk in closet is well designed and spacious. I travel with a lot of things and it was great to be able to see everything! Loved the two TV’s which are hidden in the mirrored walls on both sides of of our room. Fabulous! The breakfasts, served in the dining room which is a restaurant Nobu at night, are a stunning display of everything imaginable. The environment is impeccable in a playful way, all the way down to the contemporary coffee cups winking at you! The quality and presentation is memorable. Hot dishes are available to order as well. Everything was delicious. Love the dramatic curtain when breakfast service ends! We loved the Italian restaurant in the hotel, which is Michelin starred. We hoped to dine there on our second visit but it was closed both Sunday and Monday, which was problematic. That left only the Nobu Matsuhisa restaurant, which unfortunately looked like too much of a scene with a DJ spinning and a very sceney crowd. We had reservations in Paris for the other nights ( 6 in all) and wanted to dine there one night when many restaurants in Paris are closed, ie Sunday and Monday. That should be changed so guests can dine in the hotel one of those nights. Concierge staff was very helpful in reserving lunch and dinner reservations in advance. Very professional. Bravo! I missed the giant table in the entry of the lobby which was a cascade of flowers. It was gorgeous and unique but missing on our second visit. It added such beauty to the entry. Please bring it back. The doormen are great...very helpful and when our car service did not show up ( first visit), they hussled to get us a ride so we would not miss our flight. The RM is a great place to stay and we look forward to our return visit soon. Finally, we were celebrating our anniversary and were treated to a divine chocolate cake along with champagne. Thank you to the RM for that lovely celebration as well as the yummy macarons which I always dream about after leaving Paris!

This hotel is undertaking an upgrade. The stairs and public areas are a bit shabby because of ongoing works but the rooms are very impressive. They're on the small side but have everything you might need for an enjoyable stay and the beds are so comfortable. Just off the Rue de Courcelles the amenities are all close at hand. The Arc de Triomphe is a short walk away and has one of the tour bus stops at the top of the Champs d'Elysses which serves most of the central Paris area. Don't be put off by first impressions of the hotel. This one will only get better.

The front desk service is very good and very nice, especially the lady, who helped me find the driver of the airport to be moved! Good location, very close to the Arc de Triomphe and Fragrant Street, but the street is very quiet when going back at night, you need to pay attention to safety. The rooms are quite large and the facilities are complete. It can be seen from some ages, but it does not affect the use. They are all very good, but they are not soundproof. Anyway, will stay next time!

Arrived at this hotel to learn that our quad room had been re-allocated. I did not call to cancel our reservation so was surprised that they had done this, but they advised that they had called us on the day of check-in but as we were en-route the voicemail didn’t come through until the next day. At check in we were advised that the credit card used to pay for the accommodation had expired which was correct but 2 months prior to check in. I am not sure why they couldn’t have waited until later in the day to reallocate our room - we arrived at 1pm - or better still called us a few days before if they had concerns. Anyway, just to make customers aware. Fortunately, there were two double rooms which were given for one night and then we moved to the quad room for the remainder of our stay. The hotel was centrally located for all attractions, breakfast was adequate and no issues with settling the bill at checkout. Staff were pleasant and professional and despite the initial ‘blip’ I would recommend this hotel.

In general, it is close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées. It is more than 10 minutes away. There is the Japanese Embassy around. On the way to the Champs-Elysées there is the consular department of the French Embassy. The police station is next to the hotel Very safe, the hotel has free afternoon tea, and the breakfast is very rich. It should have all the facilities in the room, and it is easy to dry clothes. I just do n’t know that my room has a strange smell, and I do n’t know if someone walks outside the window. The taste is still the taste of the previous guest

This is my second time at this Sofitel location. I came to Sofitel Arc de Triomphe for the first time with my husband and son last month and was thoroughly impressed with the hospitality and attentiveness of Arthur, our bartender. He made us feel very welcome and pampered. He was also very kind to my 5 year old son. We came back for Valentine’s Day weekend and Arthur was at the bar where we decided to hang out and drink for a few hours. Right away he greeted us warmly with “you’re back!” Such a great feeling to be treated so well here. Arthur makes very elegant, delicious drinks, provides excellent service, and his vibe adds so much good to the ambience at this Sofitel. Thank you, Arthur and the rest of the Sofitel staff. We will definitely be back at this location.

The property was gorgeous inside and out and it was a very convenient location, down the street from the Arc and Champs Elysees and a short Uber to the Eiffel Tower. The inside was modern and the room I had, the family suite, was spacious. Having the option to have breakfast delivered to the room was great. Alex and Carine are very nice people and I would to stay there again. There could have been AC. I guess it's just something I am used too. While at night it was the perfect temperature, during the day and evening hours it was hot. I didn't mind so much, but I know my friends would have preferred to have AC. I guess it also depends on the time of year.

I’ve stayed here 4 times already. It’s in a relatively quiet area and very cozy. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. I just wish they had better toiletries such as shampoo, lotion, etc. I have met 3 different people who handle the front desk, they are all very nice and accommodating. They offer breakfast, which I didn’t have but it looked beautiful. There is also an amazing bakery at the corner which was phenomenal. The hotel is close to a few different metro stations, and in walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. Overall I highly recommend and I will consider staying there again on my next trip to Paris.

Whilst the rooms are small they serve their purpose for a few days city break. Clean & with all you need for a short stay. Great location just a couple of minutes walk from the Arc del Triomphe/Champs Elysees. Our air conditioning stopped working on the second day but was fixed immediately following reporting the fault to reception staff. All the staff were very friendly and we would like to give a special mention to Ilham and Ramadah (apologies if spelling is incorrect) who were so chatty and always smiling - great assets to the team. We would stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 nights last week and we were very impressed with the hotel. From the moment we entered the reception we were greeted by lovely mannerly staff and a the difuser is a lovely touch makes the reception so relaxing. Our room was small but very comfortable and the shower was brilliant. We had breakfast included in our bundle for a discount but i wouldn't advise future guests to spend the 16 Euro on it as its only alright. The staff were so happy to help with any of our tourist questions which was so helpful. The only criticism i have is that when we ran out of milk for tea in our room the reception couldn't give us any as the housekeeping were the only ones who had them and they were gone home which was disappointing as us irish love our tea. Overall its a great hotel with lovely staff,a brilliant location right next to the metro and loads of bars/restaurants.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!
