I was in the hotel for 3 days. The apartment was 203, which is on the corner, then has a beautiful view. The apartment has 3 beds, so it is tight, but acceptable. The cool floor was clean, though a little dust under the beds, it may be because it was not used for a few days. The beds are box, comfortable, as well as bed dressers and bed clothes. The noise, as you have mentioned, depends on who will sleep, and it is located in a very well-locate premise, a very well-moving street near the city centre, it would be impossible to expect the area to be silent. The hotel has a market, pharmacy, bars and restaurants at short distance, and breakfast is very basic with few options. The air conditioning is winding directly on a part of the coffee table, then everything is frozen, until it should be hot (such as the cake), and that drys the bread. At the reception, nothing more, basic care, except for Felipe, a boy who always served us with great sympathy and heartily, very dear. The price is not the best, so it offers. The bathroom rack doesn't take care of the water after a few minutes of bathroom. The stick is very small. Towels are a little weared and sometimes with iron sleeves. Blindex box in the bathroom and a good shower with temperature control in the tower. The bathroom kit is made of small packet shampoo (low-packed face) and round sabble. They could have something more caprichous and beautiful, it looks like a motel kit. The door was with the shaded painting, giving an old hotel look, they could paint, and I would finally host again there, although I believe there are better options for equal prices.

This is the first time that Mr. and I came to São Paulo. I searched for Ctrip online for a long time, and finally chose to book at Nobile Downtown Sao Paulo based on the user's comments. The attitude of the front desk staff is very good. The hotel is not far from the subway station and the Oriental Street. It is quite convenient. The breakfast variety is quite rich, and the restaurant environment is very comfortable. If the front desk can have Spanish service, it will definitely provide more convenience to the guests. This hotel is really good and worth recommending!

We were in a couple, in June 2019, excellent attention since arrival, very good room, very rich breakfast, and the hotel has a great location, it is very close to many locals to eat, drive, reminded me to the bars of uñoa (in Chile), There is a dining patio very close, where the food is delicious and cheap, step-by-step supermarket, pharmacy, and is also like 25 to 30 minutes from the Football Museum, Beco do Batman, and Morumbi Stadium, The hotel is a very good hotel, a very good hotel, a very good hotel, a very good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good restaurant

Positive point: 1) well located; 2) the boy who attended us was asked. Negative points: 1) the couple bed is a combination of 2 single beds. That is not legal; 2) when we arrived in the room, you have that table I thought that it was working, I asked for a chair at the reception, they sent one that was not of office. It doesn't make the least sense. 3) The lifts were unclean. It's even unclean. People don't understand that; 4) the structure of the building is very old. The bathroom with the old bathroom is very old. When you take a bath in the shower, you have a water vacuum from the bathroom tower. You have the garden in the bathroom. Aff ! When you look at the value, it is attractive. Before booking, look at all this. The entrance is sausageous, but for me it is completely unnecessary to have a huge and beautiful reception like that, if there is no capricious at the exact place where you should: rooms where the customers will stay.

My girlfriend and I first met São Paulo and we look for a well-locate hotel with good cost benefit. And that's exactly what we found, we did almost everything we wanted to walk after a good breakfast (on the first day we picked a cold cheese bread, but after 10 minutes a new and hot was put on the buffet, We were waiting for a clean room, seeing the comments, and again the expectations were met. The air conditioning was not falling the temperature on the first night and a staff member went to the We used the hotel's malery after check-out and we were still allowed to use the cameras to load the cell phone. Because of the hotel reviews nearby, this is certainly the best option we could have made.

It really fits into a 5 star!! Great location (for those who want to stay in that region). They are impeccable in terms of service (from reception to bar/restaurant/breakfast services). I just missed a pool bar, in terms of infrastructure, which makes it much easier in ordering (speed, etc.), in relation to breakfast, I thought it was a bit to be desired, as many less “starred” hotels have much better breakfasts!!! They would be the only points that let me down, the rest, everything ok!!

The Hotels staff is extremely kind and everyone from the Security department to front desk staff and housekeeping All take pride in making your stay as comfortable & secure as possible! The hotel is located in the center of Sao Paulo. The breakfast is very average and there are not many choices. I feel that these hotels have similar breakfasts. Brazil has more sweets for breakfast. We arrived early on the first day and arrived at the hotel at 7 or 8 in the morning. , They said that the room cannot be checked in until after 2pm. If you want to pay an extra fee in advance, almost one extra night’s room rate will be charged.

The worst experience, after more than 6 hours of trip we arrive at the hotel near 22:20 to check in to be able to rest up to 4:00 to take a flight to Congonese. In short, there was no room available despite having a guaranteed reservation, they could not stay in another hotel, we only got a bed near 1:00 a.m., because of the security help that helped clean and put clean towels in the apartment. I understand that the problem is management and not in people who were working there, because I really heard them calling to other network hotels where they could not solve, as well as calling to competing network hotels, But it seems that these did not allow for the facturing of Slaviero. The bad point of the service official is that he tried to induce me to cancel and that he would put a observation to not collect the fine of me (see the absurdity that the hotel would be over and I still have to pay a fine) my reservation and I pay for the other hotel, but the value would be much higher and I would be in the loss, unfortunately I think it was not the nature of the collaborator but the direction that was passed by his administration. So I could understand they had lack of staff, because the attendant tried to call someone and that person did not attend and at the end they found available rooms but not clean, Where the security (the one that usually stays outside the door) with another boy was with cleaning care and did what they could for us to rest a few hours.

The hotel is well located, there is a square of the Paulista Avenue and very close to attractions such as Japan House, Itaú Cultural and Sesc Paulista, which can be visited by foot. It has a nearby metro station and a range of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area, a beautiful entrance hall, excellent breakfast and the room, though simple, is spacious. I found a good cost and benefit for the location and conditions it offers! It is very good to pay attention to the service of the official Daniel, very good and kind. The hotel and each and every staff member really surpassed my expectations. For a hotel that was not rated 5 star, I truly felt from the second my Uber pulled up that I was getting a 5 star experience. Each person treated me like a queen as soon as I pulled up - I was greeted so warmly and immediately my bags taken care of right out of my Uber up to my room, so I did not need to even lift a finger at any point. I cannot say enough good things about each and every staff member. Each person was extremely welcoming, accommodating, polite & extremely professional. They continually engaged in conversation with me and were genuinely interested to speak to me and ask questions about me and Canada (where I am from.) The room was very large for just myself, super clean & had a very clean, tiled shower with great water pressure (which got nice and hot). Incredible view too & the bed was great! The location is safe and close to many convenient things, parks, avenida paulista, starbucks, pharmacy, suco shops, sushi restaurants... Really great location and I found everything I needed one or two blocks away. Every request I made (extra towels, room service, ice to room) was seen through and with prompt. The staff were so friendly and chatty with me during these instances and truly went out of their way to make me feel special constantly - which was above and beyond what they needed to do. Considering the price I paid for a single queen room I felt I got much more than I paid for. Having traveled in Brazil before I have noticed check-in can take a while, as they require forms to be filled out. Perhaps this is for security purposes. I was in no rush and had other questions to ask reception while I waited so it was not a problem for me. I lost my adapter to plug in my iPhone which really worried me as I had no power - and was quickly given a new one to keep. Somehow I lost it again in the room and upon check-out, the manager eagerly gave me his personal iPhone charger so I could charge my phone as many times I Needed. I would have been stranded unable to get an Uber to the airport (which I was already late for) had he not willingly jumped in to help me so quickly. I was in a massive rush so this was highly appreciated. I was so sorry I couldn’t stay longer and was blown away by the client service & genuinely kind staff. Upon leaving to the airport, literally almost everyone on shift either shook my hand to wish me well or waved goodbye to me, and were just the sweetest people EVER! Next time I am in Sao Paulo I will be back to stay here again 100%! I am always blown away by how kind & hospitable people from Brazil are which keeps me coming back to this amazing country, and this experience was no exception. Anna Gabrielle Martin from Canada.
