Empezaré por la valoración positiva ; reconocer que la idea es original; dormir bajo el cielo estrellado tiene su encanto y un punto de romanticismo muy atractivo para parejas que buscamos hacer algo original y diferente. También sería injusto no hacer mención a la excelente amabilidad con la que el personal nos trató. Siempre atentos y con una sonrisa que nunca perdieron. El servicio fue, indiscutiblemente, inmejorable (mencionaría a la chica que nos hizo el check in y luego servía las cenas, pero se le olvidó pedirle el nombre, aunque en general fueron todos muy muy atentos y amables). La parte negativa ; las condiciones de la burbuja ! Si buscas una experiencia inolvidable, pues será mejor que estés hecho a las temperaturas que ni el mismísimo Satanás sería capaz de soportar. Mi pareja y yo estuvimos alojados dos noches, y es literalmente IMPOSIBLE estar dentro de la burbuja mientas Lorenzo asoma el hocico. No sé si el problema fue por el mal estado de la máquina de aire o porque no es capaz de contrarrestar las altas temperaturas que alcanza esa burbuja; pero vamos, olvidaros de la idea de estar dentro de la burbuja sintiendo confort y bienestar, porque no lo encontrareis. Honestamente, considero que deberían hacer una inversión para mejorar, por un lado cuidar los detalles de las parcelas (gravilla y trozos de ladrillo y restos de la obra son los motivos decorativos de la zona ajardinada) , y sobretodo, buscar otra fórmula para acondicionar mejor la burbuja.

La ubicación excelente, zona muy tranquila y a escasos 5 minutos de ambiente, la habitación y el personal muy bien pero: La comida era malísima, estamos en Castellón y ni una paella comestible, mucha fritanga, poca verdura, las carnes muy duras, el pollo crudo… te salvaban las ensaladas y el desayuno, que, aunque la base principal era él huevo frito, era variado y muy rico. Otra cosa a destacar negativamente es el agua de la piscina, estaba limpia pero la superficie tenía “natillas” y porquería, pasar la red de vez en cuando estaría fenomenal. Y por último la animación: la nocturna… estaba muy bien para la gente mayor, pero para familias… algo más divertido estaría bien. La animación diurna… no dejaba de ser la pintura de dibujos en el interior y juegos repetitivos en el agua, wateepolo mañana y tarde, no animaban a la gente a participar en actividades, etc. como anécdota he de decir q hicieron un scaperoom, cuando mis hijos fueron a participar les dijeron q para el siguiente, pero ese no llegó… Una buena animación diurna y nocturna haría del hotel un espacio divertido en el q pasar el día o una buena velada.

We had a perfect stay at Dios Está Bien. From the very first moment we were made to feel that we were at home. The location was perfect - in the heart of the old town and steps away from the castle. The rooftop terrace provided excellent views and unlimited relaxation. Our room was very clean and perfectly comfortable. We also had a small balcony that overlooked the beautiful street, which had a line to dry clothes. Couldn’t have asked for more. There are many good restaurants in the old town, but the food was Dios Está Bien was the best! The breakfast was fantastic and the homemade bread is a must-try. The dinner options were varied and delicious. Every meal was made with love and you could taste it. Last, but not least, the service was perfect. Every person we interacted with was dedicated to making sure we were comfortable and having a great time. Overall, highly recommended and we can’t wait to return!

El año pasado estuvimos en este hotel (agosto 2022). Este año hemos repetido la experiencia (julio 2023), pensando que sería satisfactoria. Pero lo abandonamos con una profunda decepción. Después de pagar casi 700 euros por tres noches con desayuno incluido. Solicitamos salir un poquito más tarde, ya que en la entrada del viernes habíamos llegado más tarde de las 20 horas por trabajo. Se lo comentamos a la señorita y nos dice que sí. Que podemos salir a las 13 horas, en lugar de a las 12. Bajamos a hacer el check out a las 13:20. Y la recepcionista nos dice que tenemos que pagar 10 euros por el retraso de 20 minutos. Punto número 1, somos clientes que repetimos estancia. Punto número 2: en ningún momento nos avisó que un mínimo retraso ocasionaba un pago adicional. Punto número 3: saben que ya es común en muchos hoteles el check out later. Y no permiten salir a las 13 horas sino incluso a las 15 o 17 horas. Punto número 3: en nuestra estancia uno de los días salimos del hotel a las 10:30 después de desayunar y no volvimos hasta las 14:30. Y cual sería nuestra sorpresa que nos encontramos con que nuestra habitación no estaba hecha. Qué hicimos ?. Esperarnos educadamente hasta que la terminaron de limpiar. Qué deberíamos haber hecho si hubiésemos actuado como esta señorita?. Poner una reclamación o exigir el pago del tiempo durante el que no pudimos estar en nuestra habitación por no estar hecha?. Me parece una actuación totalmente ruin por parte de quien nos atendió. Dio la impresión de que estaba pendiente del reloj para cobrarnos esos 10 euros por cualquier minuto de más que excediera de la hora. Y sinceramente me parece algo feo y grotesco a unos clientes de dos años. Pero que sepan que ni vamos a volver por ese detalle en nuestra opinión feo y ruin. Ni desde luego NO lo vamos RECOMENDAR A NADIE. Han ganado 10 euros pero han perdido a estos clientes.

This B&B is in a quiet residential area about half hour walk from town/the beach. The nearest supermarket is about 20 minutes walk by a busy road, but there is a pavement most of the way. In the other direction you can walk to a nature area in about 10 minutes. There is free underground parking and all rooms have balconies. The owners are a friendly, older couple. The room is spacious and there is a mini refrigerator. The bathroom has a bath and a massage shower, only the water pressure was to limited for this shower to work properly. There is a swimming pool, which looks fine, but we didn't use it. The place is kept very clean by the friendly, cheerful cleaner. Considering there are no café's or restaurants nearby, its a shame there is no kettle in the room to make yourself a cup of tea, coffee or even pot noodles. The concrete balcony is in need of some fresh paint. Our main problem here was mosquitoes. We couldn't use the balcony after 17.00 because of this. its probably just seasonal and because its rather rural, but we didn't have this problem as bad as this in other places around the same time.

Myself and two friends stayed for two nights earlier this month. We were delighted with our stay and would not hesitate to return. Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Parking cost 16 euros a day. Our room was a triple suite. The space was outstanding with an unexpected interconnecting door which led to a second bedroom and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms was lovely. The two bedrooms both had tvs. There was a coffee machine and pods. The breakfast buffet was good with a range of hot and cold options. One member of the group is gluten free and there were limited options in terms of bread products and pastries for them. We had a free drinks token which we used in the bar/cafeteria. This is perhaps the only downside as it feels like a work place canteen with no atmosphere. This is in contrast to the restaurant/ terrace which are pleasant spaces. The highlight of the hotel is the roof terrace and pool. We had no issues getting sunbeds and spent many happy hours on the terrace. Just make sure you apply plenty of sun lotion!! There is also a bar up here serving drinks. *****cola itself is a lovely place. Walking up towards the castle and discovering the streets filled with bars and restaurants was wonderful! We will certainly be returning!

Have stayed in 3 other Servigroup Hotels, all with good service but it has to be said the reception staff at this Servigroup hotel were brilliant. Special mention to Lys, ‘Jesus & Sara. Friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful with all their duties carried out in a professional manner. Stayed in the Superior room 5506 with a beautiful view of the sea and the famous castle. Bed very comfortable, walk in shower, hairdryer & toiletries supplied. No kettle in the room. WIFI strong. Cleaning of room done very well. Huge selection at breakfast & dinner. If you don’t want to eat dinner you can swap to lunch instead. Staff all round from dining hall, cleaners and especially reception all friendly and courteous. Walk to Castle around 20 mins. Plenty of restaurants, cafes around the whole area. If flying from Gatwick, fly to Valencia. Out of the airport follow signs to subway Metro trains. Take train to Xativa, €1.75 per person. From Xativa get off train and head for the mainline station Estacio del Nord. From here take train to Benicarlo-*****cola. Tickets cast €9.85 per person on the Renfe website or through Trainline where there is a small charge as well. Journey takes about 1 hr 55min. No refreshments on the train, make sure to buy water or snacks before boarding. Come out of the station, take taxi to hotel, journey about 15/20 minutes, cost €15. If flying from London Stanstead, you would need to take flight to Castillon then take the train to *****carlo. Lovely place to visit and highly recommend this hotel. We had a good holiday. We booked a last minute get away and wanted to be close to the old town so this hotel was ideally situated. The check in was swift and the gentleman was very helpful - he gave us several options of where to park the car with prices and locations. We parked within a 5 minute walk at a cost of 8€ for 24 hours. (Public car park next to the south beach.). We didn’t spend a long time in the room, which was a little on the small side, but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean with a good shower. There was a safe but we did not use it. There was no information in the room about the WIFI but we could have asked for this at reception.

Great apartment space, bathroom looks refurbished, and the view is fantastic. Cons: NO AC! And the master bedroom doesn't even have a ceiling fan! The place has a breeze for being close to the sea but not enough to cool down on summer time. I had to sleep with all windows and doors open, and still was too hot. Another issue is the bathroom is smelly, so I had to put something on the shower hole to block the smell. Another point is no Wi-Fi, and 4G has poor reception. Note that's not possible to park anywhere around the castle (where the B&B is), you have to park close and walk up the hill with your luggage. If this place had at least an AC and the bathroom smell was fixed, it could easily be one of the top B&Bs there. All in all, passable for one night.

We have spent 6 nights in this hotel and we are very happy. The room is very good, good beds, very careful cleaning, equipped with everything necessary, good terrace, good operation of the AA. The superb pools, although it is a family-oriented hotel, and in this case, with children between 1 and 5 years old, so there are plenty of pools. The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city. The breakfast buffet is very good, and you've been boring everything you offer from 3 days onwards.
