Went to this hotel for a night getaway and was super pleased!! We were greeted by Sal, who was incredibly helpful, accommodating and welcoming when we checked in and out. The hotel itself was clean and followed Covid precautions excellently. Our room was equipped with everything we needed and some extras that I haven't had at some hotels (hairdryer, luxurious hair and body care, and even some lavender to put on our pillows for a restful sleep!) The location was awesome, we got to explore some of the city and they had great recommendations for food and drinks. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to family members and friends and return myself!

The hotel location is good, just a few steps away is the yellow line bus to Georgetown and Union Station. Breakfast is a classic western food, everything you need. Free hot drinks, apples and biscuits in the lobby. Apple hot drinks are delicious. The rooms are clean and tidy, in short, the price is super high. There is a problem with parking fees for self-driving tours, car rental is not necessary, and buses are still very convenient.

The hotel is in Chinatown, it is very convenient to eat, behind the NBA home stadium, walk to watch the ball. The facilities are very new and the room has a microwave. Breakfast is not bad, tea and coffee, snacks are free in the lobby during the day. Even if you can't borrow an umbrella when it rains, you must buy it at the front desk.

Let me talk about the reason for choosing this hotel, because the time for the Chinese long-distance bus to return from New York to Washington Chinatown is very late. The location of this hotel is very close to the drop-off point about 100 meters, very good to find in China. In the city archway, with children for safety and convenience, you can only choose here. Besides, the hotel room, I booked a big bed room, the room space is small, and clearly told the friends who are going to book in the future, the bed is 1.50 meters, if it is a family of three with children, it can only be used as a transition room, two An adult can sleep for two nights.

Great location and really convenient to the Convention Center. The entire hotel staff was hospitable and met all of our 100 needs. The hotel was extremely nice and the rooms were beautiful. Our only issue was that our phone reception was not that good but Constance, Ikea, and Maurice were unbelievably kind to us eventhough we asked to move our room.

It's really great. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. In order to see nba, it was unexpectedly very good. It is the best hotel in the East for more than ten days. I didn't feel Marriott before, I like this brand hotel this time. Holiday inn is better than the Hilton staying all the way ... The location is very close to one area, walk over ten minutes. There is a restaurant across the street, the breakfast is delicious ... very quiet, the facilities are new, clean and bright, and the experience is good. It's about 3 kilometers to Capitol Hill. It costs about 8 US dollars. It's not bad to walk there. The scenery on the road is very good ... Super recommended. If you go there, you will choose this place. But I don't know why it is more expensive to book the price in advance than to see it a day or two before the day ...

My 2 roommates and I decided to take a one night trip here this weekend. Lets start with what was good: -The hotel is beautiful and seems brand new. Our room was incredible for the price. We also were grateful that the room seemed well cleaned before we got there. -The location was great! Walking distance to the main attractions in DC and we felt completely safe at night walking in the area. Doesn’t get better! -The staff was extremely friendly. I forgot her name but whoever checked us in was super welcoming and made us feel at home. Now, lets discuss why this was not 5 stars: -There were 3 of us in my room. Two shared a bed, one slept on the pull out. At night, we realized there was no blanket or pillows for the sleeper sofa, so my friend went to the lobby to ask for a blanket. He was told that they were “out of blankets” and was given a SHEET! He did not sleep well at all and I find it extremely hard to believe that a hotel is has no extra blankets. This was extremely disappointing. -The parking garage was hard to navigate and after parking there the front desk informed us that it was sold out and we had to move or risk getting fined/towed. I was not aware I was supposed to buy parking BEFOREHAND and we had to park at a garage almost half a mile away! -Surprise deposit. When we checked in, me and my friends gasped when we found out there was a mandatory damage deposit of $150 (more than what we paid for the room). We are getting it back since there was no damage, but if this policy was stated during booking, it most definitely was hidden and we were not expecting this. Overall, I would probably stay here again because of the value given the fact that you get a full kitchen, living room etc. But I was disappointed with the things mentioned above, and would probably consider elsewhere.

Service: Front Desk and security provided great service. We did have one incident where hotel house keeping knocked once then immediately entered our room (we were NOT dressed, also keep in mind our do not disturb sign was on - we double checked). This was not a pleasant experience. Cleanliness: When we first checked in the room was not clean. The shower was wet, had weird stain on the floor and an empty bottle of body wash. The front desk (very friendly) promptly changed my room, but the second room had a few really gross stains on the blanket (yellow stain and brown marks/streaks). At this point we decided to put up with it and just lightly wipe it with Lysol. Overall the hotel was nice, but this bad experience will probably not bring me back.

The location of the hotel is so good and convenient. The bed was comfortable. Most hotels in Miguo do not include breakfast, but the surroundings are very convenient. There is Star Dad at the door, and a pizzeria across the street. It takes 7-11 minutes to walk. Another feature of the Miguo Hotel is that most of the coffee in the hotel lobby is free. Drink it casually ~

The hotel rooms are large and the location is good, not far from the attractions. We went on Thanksgiving and there were few people. Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed that day. Fortunately, whole food is not far away, you can only buy something there to eat. Because it is a suite, there is a kitchen in the room, and there are all utensils. When I go next time, I will bring some ingredients to burn.

The location is excellent, in the dock area, it seems to be the local high-end living and entertainment area, the restaurants are relatively high-end. The night view is not bad. The hotel is very new, the door is small, the lobby needs to take the elevator to the second floor. The room is large, the health is good, and the view is good. The only downside is that the water in the faucet is not very clean at first, so it will be fine for a while.

The hotel is in a very good location, 15 minutes walk to the Capitol, 5 minutes from the Space Museum and 10 minutes from the Natural Museum. There is no way to comment on the hotel breakfast. There is Starbucks in the downstairs lobby, two sandwich restaurants next to it, and a McDonald's. There is a simple Korean meal for ten minutes. Eating is very convenient. There is a small convenience store in the hotel lobby. There is a supermarket next to it, but it is closed at five o'clock at nine o'clock, which is useless for early return. Brought two children to stay, no extra cost. I must thank Ctrip for this stay, help me solve a lot of problems, customer service feedback is very fast, foreign countries, language is not good, especially thanks to Ctrip every time to help me solve the problem. after

The breakfast ingredients are not many but fresh and enough. If you need different types of food, you can also zero. Very nice, we ate for 2 mornings. $ 25 for adults, $ 12.5 for children under 12 years old. The hotel is large and the rooms are normal. The service staff were very patient. Self-parking prices have risen by $ 52. 25 minutes walk from the attraction (White House), Uber called a car for 7 dollars, which is also very convenient. The hotel is cost-effective and highly recommended.

The room is good, it feels that the service does not match the hardware of the hotel, it seems that their front desk is more enthusiastic to serve whites! The small refrigerator is still locked, it is speechless, and I have lived in many high-end hotels. This situation is unique... Overall, the experience is not so good, it needs to be improved, there is no coffee machine in the room, the front desk says that the lobby is always available. However, after the first day of drinking, there was no more 😓😓😓😓😓 friends lived next to Hyatt, which is a good price.

Good location, not far from the main attractions, also next to the subway station. There is a Market 2 Market on the negative floor of the subway station. The 7.5-9 pounds buffet is very cost-effective and closes at 17:00. It's not the Food Court with the promotional sign, it's inside the Reagan Trade Center, it's farther away and needs security. When I went there, I caught up with the baseball team to celebrate the road closure around the parade, and the next day, a long-distance running event closed the road for a few hours. They were all police cars. The lobby bar and restaurant are almost empty during the day and are full every night. The overall feeling is magnificent, the room is very good, that is, the bathroom is too big and almost as big as the bedroom, there are free Evian and slippers and water printed with Trump. The service staff was also very welcoming. You can climb the Bell Tower for free and watch from Starbucks.

Not staying at other hotels in Washington, may not be objective. This hotel is more expensive, the service is general, the room is very small and very small, the room window arranged for me is a dark window, the indoor ventilation is poor, the bed is small (the waiter said it is a big bed room, but only 1.5 meters wide), even wifi has to charge, It is free to apply with the waiter. Ok, I’ll get this out of the way - this is a HOSTEL, not a hotel. The pods, while made of cheap plastic, were sturdy enough and had comfortable enough mattresses. It was very clean. The showers are in the basement and are clean and well-appointed for a hostel (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap are provided). The pods each have their own fan (you cannot control the temp, other than the fan), and they have multiple lighting options. However, there are several very bright LED lights that stay on in the pods - I am bothered by lights such as this, and nothing I did made it any better. If I stayed again, I’d bring duct tape or electrical tape to cover the LED lights in the pod. But I’m unusual in this, so I wouldn’t deduct any points for the lights. It is in a great location, but the only parking is street parking, which is free overnight. We were able to get a space right in front of the hostel. The staff and other guests were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of the local area. We happened to be there on “free beer” night, and the lounge and conversation reminded me of my younger days hosteling around Europe (though the haze of cigarette smoke from the 80’s was replaced with a visible haze of fruit-scented vape smoke indoors...).There was a large student group, but you could not hear them in the pod sleeping areas. Most importantly, it all felt - and was - very safe...from the lobby, to the pods, to the showers...not creepy at all. I’m a 50-year old single mother of a teenage son, and it was a great experience for both of us. I’d definitely stay there again. All in all, I give it 5 stars, for what it is...a hostel!

We chose this hotel because of the convenient location and were sort of surprised that the lobby was small, crowded and badly in need of an upgrade. Then, we found the staff to be super accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hallways on our floor were nice and the room was clean and looked fine, in usual Residence Inn style. The breakfast was above and beyond what we have encountered at other Marriotts of this brand for sure! Quite a tasty variety of fruits, breads, egg dishes and meats that we had not seen at other Residence Inns, including real plates and cups -- and eating utensils! The man in charge of the dining room was very friendly and brought around pureed mango ice for us to try. He was proud of his breakfast event and it showed. This helped to make this an excellent choice in the Dupont Circle area of DC for the price!!

The hotel is in a university, the university environment is very good, everywhere is quiet. Room facilities are relatively simple, free mineral water is not provided, but there are machines selling snacks. The waiter attitude was ok. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel and Union Station every 15 minutes. The car is located at the 50th parking lot downstairs. If it's called Lyft (cheaper than Uber), you need to enter the hotel name, don't enter the address, or the driver will stop at the entrance of the university, and it will be a little far away. The most annoying thing this time is Ctrip. It was obviously a single bed, but got a double bed. Anyway, the rooms booked by Ctrip for the entire North American trip are singles and doubles, everyone should confirm more.

It is very comfortable to live, it is also close to Chinese Street, to a series of attractions such as the World War II Memorial Lincoln Memorial, and a ten-minute drive to the Captain white seafood market. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is perfect. Overall good. The only drawback is probably that wifi is too slow. US apps such as Netflix are fine, but normal Chinese ones such as WeChat or using a laptop to go online are very slow. An exceptional hotel that well-represents the luxury MO brand. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, if a bit annoyingly lack a traditional desk/workspace. Though not the best location for in-city activities and dining, I personally like being a bit apart from the hustle and bustle - and it's still an east walk to the Mall, Smithsonians and monuments. Great views from the waterfront side, including planes landing into DCA. An excellent club lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff, from check-in to the concierge and housekeeping. Quite solid breakfast buffet. Nice enough pool, fantastic spa. I'm always glad to stay at this property when in DC.

Spent one night at the hotel in December while seeing family in DC. From the moment I pulled up arrived was great and very COVID appropriate. I valet parked my car which was disinfected before being returned. Our temperatures were checked and hand sanitizer was offered while walking in. Check-in was very quick. I stayed in a corner king room which was very comfortable for work and sleep. A beautiful cake was left as a welcome gift for us. I used an AMEX hotel credit for a round of old fashioneds from Cut which I picked up at the bar and brought back to the room. The drinks were great and a second round was ordered from room service. Look forward to being back for more than one night. My new favorite DC hotel.

Surprisingly fantastic, in every little detail. Hyper cool--in such a modern and minimal way. We're talking: record players in-room (how have we ever lived without?!), curated book selection in-room (on topics of art + social justice--right on!), antique art on the walls, a speak-easy in the library, scheduled drop-in yoga + meditations, healing rocks to take with you at check-in, wellness center, hip shared work-space... everything about the Eaton blew away my expectations. This is a phenomenally chic, indie hotel at a cost cheaper than most standard & dull hotels. I was smitten from start to finish.

I just wanted to write another review for our stay at the Residence back in late January through Early March. I was at the hotel for a long time and all of the staff was excellent, and made me feel very much at home. The rooms were always clean and housekeeping was always willing to give us whatever we needed. The front desk folks, Emily, Martece, Ashley, Frank, and Shaun were very nice and always polite and cordial with me when I would leave in the mornings and come back in the evenings. The valet Brook and the night security man Mr. Bell were also always helpful and looking out for myself and my colleagues. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for business or pleasure stay. There are plenty of activities and restaurants just a short walk or Uber ride away. Big thanks to the whole staff!
