The room we had was cheap accommodation. The room was small, the shower and toilet were in very close quarters i.e. have a shower and the toilet would be soaked. There was a common room and a self-contained kitchen which we didn't use. This accommodation would be ideal for the budget traveller who wants to be close to the centre of town. It was pleasant enough. The street sweepers come though the town late at night and you would swear they came to clean the room. Finally the staff here were extremely helpful.

Please, do yourself a favor and stay as far as possible of this hotel. Even if you’re on a plane near this area, tell your pilot to deviate and don’t overfly this horrible place. The room was super small, old, poor maintained, broken power outlets,not working wifi and has the worst cigarette smell that I’ve ever feel in my life. There was no hot water, no towels, not a curtain in the shower and just the remains of what used to be a roll of toilet paper long ago. It seems that they haven’t clean the room properly and there’ were some pills over a used ashtray (obviously with remains of a cigarette) near the window. The communication with staff was almost imposible, they don’t accept to change the room for a one that wasn’t a smokers room, my wife is asthmatic and has had a horrible asthma attack in the room, possible due to previous smokers on the room. When we checked out early in the morning, like 2:30 am there was no body on the reception, the door was locked and the key on the lock, so basically we had to leave the room key on the front desk, open the door myself and find my way out. I have been in a lot of bad hotels in my life, but nothing get closer to this horrible experience, and i considered myself a very calm person that tries to see the glass half full. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This hotel is tentatively scheduled, because it can fly for a hot air balloon, stay one night, and fly back to Istanbul the next morning, but the price of this hotel is very good. First of all, the hotel front desk is very good, we drive In the past, I ran out to take us to the parking. I have to say that Kayseri’s single line is also very good. Also special responsibility to help us four big boxes to get upstairs, faster than the elevator to pick up the luggage at the door, the service 120 fainted! The room is not bad, three adults are enough for a small child, and the location is in the center of Kayseri. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the largest forum mall. There are many scenery and delicious food along the way, it is recommended!

There are 3 types of rooms with the same price, with a kitchen, a spacious room with 3 beds, a clean shower room, and so on. Therefore, the room with kitchen had a unique shower room. There was no handle on the stove, so it was difficult, but there were plenty of tableware. There were bugs on the floor at night, but the bed was clean and tidy. I think it's a good room for the price, considering the location.

The apartments are modest. Minimum number of dining appliances. Only one knife. The couchs have an unsightly, brushed look. Only cold water is in the washing machine. The water from the washing machine is merged into the shower cabin. There is a vertical strip on the TV screen (the TV screen defect). I ordered a double bed, provided two single beds. Bedding and towels (only towels for soul only) are not new. What, well, the apartments are warm. The staff responds to requests. When checking in, the door in the shower cabin was not closed and there was a defective roast in the TV. It was repaired. They provided a triple, as part of the roses does not work.

Brilliant hotel, highly attentive staff and in the perfect location for tourism. We will be back and definitely recommend it. It’s not far from Erciyes Mountain (20 minutes) Cappadocia is only 50 minutes away. If you would like to do lots of sightseeing, I would definitely recommend hiring a car.

We stayed here for 2 nights, for cleanliness it's okay... but what's lacking is the facilities. From the bathroom that has a problem with the lighting in the room that is not well lit.. but to help with the hotel's very strategic location. Located in the center of the city.. so it's very easy to go anywhere.

The hotel room was clean and tidy, didn't feel old, except that there was only one door in the shower, and the bath water could get it everywhere. The surroundings are lively and convenient, and eating is also convenient. Free parking by car is convenient. Value for money feels higher than Novotel near the airport. In fact, it is only 3-4 minutes longer than Novotel from the airport.

I didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated. The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside. The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights and went to Erciyes with service. The hotel is very clean and everything you may need in the rooms. It is in a 15-minute walk to the centre, a noise-free district. This allows you to satisfy your needs with comfort without your vehicle. I can say breakfast is very good. I can't find such a quality hotel at this price level everywhere. I can advise everyone who comes to Kayseri.

They really have very self-catering and kind employees. The hotel is primarily clean. The price will make it very happy as a performance. Breakfast is very good. When we did not find any place to be locked on the day the trails were closed, we were offered tea and cookies while talking on the terrace. Look, there is no one in the hotels doing the job that is not the duty of it. But this is like a family. I would give another example to my wife and I had asked for a room change on the day we went to the shop because we hadn't gone a double bed. When we were out, they changed the room and put a smallest waste in the same place. It is a strong advice. A very kind and working team:))

The rooms are not very large but the things are old. Because they are on the bullet's edge, especially those looking at the road get the noise of the road. Novotel is located very close to the cayesian airport and can be counted in the centre of the city. The staff are ridiculous and well-doing. The hotel's director is interested in guests. The rooms were created in a very clean and health-compliant environment. The customer profile was usually made up of very proper guests. The food was very varied and very delicious.

I suggest to those who want to ski in Erciyes; don't give hotels in the mountains for nothing. You can stay in the Imamoğlu pasha hotel or a two beautiful city hotels and go to the mountain on the day with the possibility of transportation that hotels will provide. I can recommend this hotel with my three-hour comfort, rooms are wide and new, staff and service very good.
