Wonderful Stay I stayed here recently for four nights on a business trip. It was a very good stay. Although my room had a view of small courtyard and looked directly into another room, the room was terrific. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure in bathroom was great and the bathroom was a good size. The only issue was a high step to get into and out of the shower. There was desk with sufficient room to work as well. I just wish there was a mini-fridge as advertised, but the space in my room where there was one in the past was empty. The room was spacious for European standards. The free WI-FI also worked well. There was hardly any noise to be heard either from outside (it may have helped that my room faced an inner courtyard) or inside. The staff was super friendly and ready to assist whenever. The location is great as well, located in old town gives you access to many restaurants and bars as well at charm to old town. The stay meet my expectations for price and value plus added more in history and uniqueness.

The concierge guy was most courteous when we arrived very early in the morning to Munich, felt welcomed. He pointed us to what we can do and showed us a nice restroom so we can freshen up. The room size is good, well designed. Decor highlights German Alpine traditions in a graceful manner. Feeling relaxed when you enter the hotel. The breakfast offers good and plentiful choices. Especially liked their use of tea leaves instead of tea bags.

The hotel is at a superb location, which is close to Hofburg and the Inn River. The room is spacious. Although the room does not have a window view, it is very creative to install night-light paint on the ceiling, and it's as if watching the real stars after turning off the lights and lying in bed. The breakfast has a relatively rich variety.

We stayed at the Hotel Mondshein for 3 nights from 23 April 2022 and cannot praise this hotel enough. The rooms were immaculate, the location superb (we had a double room with a city/river view which was amazing). The breakfast was really nice with freshly cooked scrambled eggs to order. The man on reception called Patrick was so helpful and informative and was happy to answer any questions about the area we had. I honestly cannot fault this hotel and would highly recommend

This trip to Penz Hotel surprised me. The location is more convenient than another veteran hotel by the river that I booked. It took half an hour to walk around the famous scenic spots. Next door downstairs is the mall and delicious Thai food. The rooms also have mountain views. Highlight the garden restaurant on the top floor on the 5th floor with a superb view. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious! There are also Chinese spring rolls and fried zucchini. Meat, seafood, desserts, juices, fruits, cheese have many subdivided varieties in each category, and they are delicious. Specially recommend all kinds of European-style kimchi, especially tuna wrapped in small tomatoes, and soft cheese wrapped in pickled peppers. The strange combination of wonderful flavors, you must try it if you have an international taste!

Location: The hotel is located in the old town of Innsbruck, a 15-minute walk from the railway station and a 5-minute walk from the Golden Roof, which is very convenient. Facilities: The hotel is very mini, the store is small, the elevator is small, the room is small, but it is clean, the room does not have a hot pot, you need to ask the front desk, breakfast is ok, bread, ham, fruit, drinks and salmon.

We staid 3 nights in this hotel. Checking in was not possible before 4 p.m. The lady behind the counter wouldn't even check if it was possible. When we arrived back at 4 p.m. the room was still not finished, had to wait 15 minutes and the floor was wet. Small downside. Further we had a perfect stay. The rooms are splendid and look very new, modern and luxurious. Huge shower, heated/ smart mirror, very comfortable bed and good wifi. Unfortunately there are no balconies but we knew that upfront. We didn't make use of the breakfast. There is a nice cocktail bar in the hotel (Pfiff bar?). Really enjoyable and the bartender is skilled and a joy to speak with. Little downside is that the bar is closed on Sunday. There is no parking but there is a parking garage 100 meter down the street. Location of hotel is very good. On 5 minute walk from the old town and city park. When we were checking out there was a much nicer lady behind the counter. By the way checking out is possible till 12 a.m.

The location is great, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station, the high-rise scenery is great, you can see the Arc de Triomphe! The entire room is super large. There is a sauna on the third floor, but there is no separate bath for men and women. It is only open at some time in the evening, and the gym is 24 hours!

We had a room on the first floor so that lack of lift was annoying with luggage but OK for the rest of the time. The room was small, but OK for the three nights we were there. The addition of a fan in the room would be good, though we were able to have the windows open to cool off at night. The sounds of the various church bells was charming. By the end of our stay I could use the bells instead of my watch. The breakfast room is small and was packed with unruly children on the first day, but was better on subsequent days. When the breakfast room is full, it is very difficult to move about and quite noisy. The breakfast was OK with enough to eat. The hotel is walking distance to the old town, though being perched on a hill, the walk back to the hotel is taxing. There are not a lot of eateries close to the hotel so you really need to eat before heading back. The reception staff we had were friendly and sufficiently helpful.

It may be the cause of the weather in Europe, and most hotels do not have air conditioning. This will affect the experience of staying in the very hot summer. The rest of the service is very good. Originally booked is the young lady at the front desk of the standard room. We saw that we brought the children and added them to the triple room for free. The service is also very welcoming. In addition, the price of the hotel is fair, and the burger on the first floor restaurant is very delicious.

We had a family suite with two rooms which are spacious. The bathroom of the largest room was small with not a lot of space to put stuff. Breakfast was plentiful with a lots of choices. Having (paid) parking is always a good thing to have while visiting a city. It's only a 10-minute walk to the city center so all attractions are close by.

Driving from Italy to Innsbruck, the city is not big, the hotel is on the edge of the airport, looking for the hotel entrance to open the second car has not seen, and finally found a lot of steps in the lobby, the door to the elevator is locked You can only take heavy luggage to the hotel lobby, and the free parking lot is across the road. The room is OK, the breakfast is not bad.

Easter and friends to play together, in Trip.com and Booking.com after comparing many hotels, finally chose Nala independent hotel for price consideration. I didn't expect too much, I felt that I could live, because I planned to stay for two nights, and the price during Easter was generally expensive. However, I finally stayed and felt great value for money, very satisfied! The hotel as a whole is the kind of Zen, meditation, recuperation style, you can smell the relaxing incense when you enter the room; the room decoration is novel and unique, compared to the traditional hotel room layout is relatively compact, the unique design makes it elegant. The favorite is the coffee machine in the room and the coffee capsules that are basically unlimited (you need to find the front desk or clean the aunt), and the unique terrace on the first floor ~. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially the epidemic has not seen Chinese tourists for more than two years, the local tourism industry has also been affected, and today I saw the Chinese customer hotel very happy haha. The front desk was also happy to provide information about the restaurants and attractions worth visiting in Innsbruck and give directions ~ At check-out, the front desk also sent us two Tirol local chocolates as Easter gifts! (You need to add that Trip.com writes that you need to check out before 10:30, but in fact, the hotel standard check out before 11:00, if necessary, you can delay to 11:30) The location is basically central to the old town of Innsbruck. During our three-day short trip, the attractions are all walking (except, of course, if you want to go uphill or to the airport) In short, the experience was beyond expectations and I will still give priority to the Nala hotel next time I come back to Innsbruck.

We stayed here for three nights and the overall experience was very good. Arrived around 11 pm (Airport F line to the main station HBF), the two gentlemen on duty, very quickly went through the check-in procedures, arranged on the 11th floor of the highest floor, swiping the elevator, safe and secure. The room in the superior room is large, and it feels larger than the 30 level of the logo. The structure of the building is slightly different from the layout of the two rooms. The air-conditioning effect is very good, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have extraordinary views, the scenery is amazing, and the sound insulation is completely no problem. The bathroom is large in size, but there is no separate shower and bathtub design, hardware LAUFEN, but it is really not very good, the spare parts are complete, but the toiletries are the kind of big bottles. In addition, the room seat sofa is all rough, probably because the local winter is long and cold, but in summer, only a towel can be placed. Hygiene is truly spotless, and some details of the room are also very hard, such as the bedlights that slowly turn bright. There is an electric kettle and no free bottled water. The breakfast is slightly stronger than the general level of the German-Olympic region, the service is acceptable, and the initiative is the position. The waffles are very delicious. Of course, the highlight of the restaurant is the landscape. Overall, aDLERSHotel Innsbruck is a rare hotel in this lovely town with high-level modern hardware. Innsbruck is dominated by local traditional hotels, the rooms are generally small and lack high-end hotels and international chains. The location of this hotel is very good, next to the main station, the car to Ambras Castle and Crystal World are in front of the main station, walk to the core of the old city for about 10 minutes. The good hardware and the beautiful scenery are its unique advantages. Ctrip has a double early special price and reasonable price. I will recommend the Deler Hotel to friends who have high requirements for room size and hardware.

Hotel Dasmei Firstly what a beautiful town Innsbruck is! The scenery surrounding you, the very, very friendly people, the activities and even the tap water….. Austrian water, in particular Tyrol water comes in the top 6 of cleanest water in the world! You’ll be drinking Glacial water whilst in Innsbruck for sure! Forget the bottled water, not needed. We landed into Innsbruck airport and as expected it’s a fairly small place. The hotel is around 15 minutes drive away from the airport. Transfers are 25 euro to collect passengers and 20 euro to drop passengers. The hotel itself is very new, in fact It opened only 3 years ago. The staff are extremely friendly, I was taken care of by the team including Johannes who has a very professional demeaner and ensures guests have a brilliant stay. It’s a family owned business and the family work super super hard in all areas of the hotel. When you arrive make sure you get your Welcome cards (this will entitle you to free bus rides on Bus L3 to the Ski mountain) Bus rides are listed at arriving at 8.39am but they didn’t come at this time very surprisingly, as all the public transport we used were bang on time with uber efficiency! We had a room that had a view of the mountain. The amenities in the room are of a great standard. The bathrooms have Hansgrohe tape and Villeroy and Boch sinks (to show the quality of the hotel) The room has a balcony and had separate duvets in the king bed! There is a main dining area past the reception and the Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of breads, fresh cheeses including the creamiest Stilton, chilli cheese, Brie and others, Pastries, a bean to cup coffee machine producing your regular lattes to hot chocolates. Soya milk, yoghurts, Cured Pork, Mushrooms, Grilled vegetables, Lovely selection of Cererals and juices too. The restaurant gets very busy during lunch and Dinner. It seems like a fusion of Chinese and Austrian Cuisine. You can get Thai vegetables for example and of course Italian staples such as Pasta. I ordered a Pad thai which wasn’t that nice at all but everything else has a high standard. We saw many guests that bought dogs with them to the Breakfast table, such as beautiful Akita’s. The views from the breakfast table are spectacular. Things to do around the hotel: within 5 minutes by bus L3 you can reach Muttereralm ski mountain. The bus stop is located 1 minute walk straight out of the reception and continue straight. The bus stop (Mutters Dorfstrase) is located on the right hand side of the road next to the Jesus Christ monument. Next to the bus stop is the Tram stop. All seem to come on time and not a minute late or early! The tram is a lovely way of seeing the scenery around Innsbruck and it takes you into the heart of the old town within 30 minutes, getting off at Innsbruck Maria-Theresien-Straße. (STB LINE) To get back to the hotel, the tram stop is actually located in a different place. Im

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. 1. Location It is located just in front of the Triumphal Arch. It is a 5-minute walking distance to the old town. Since we reached hotel after 7pm, the staff left the key at the letter box. They will send us the passcode to unlock the letter box. It is convenient. Check-out is also fast. 3. Room It is comfortable and clean. 4. Parking There is no on-site parking. We can park at street (free at 9pm-9am) or parkhaus. Since we have Innsbruck Card, we can park at Bus Parking Lot near the garden for free. It is about 15 minutes walking from hotel. 5. WiFi Strong signal. 6. Innsbruck Card If you plan to go to mountains and museums, I will strongly suggest you to buy a Innsbruck Card. It is value for money.

Check-in was more than unfriendly and coarse rubber. Here we were held 4€ for the room in addition as City Tax, these were not listed on the booking confirmation and the staff member had also had to look long before she had found this .... The remark that I thought this was unjustified was answered by the directorate law and that she could also refer us to the house ... this staffer should not work in customer contact. The hotel was in a very good position, but far from a 4* standard. The room was very small despite booked upgrades to a larger room, at the foot of the bed to the wall are estimated to be less than 50cm which are further reduced by TV, The rooms are bright so that you get everything from the side room. Certainly we will not stay here anymore.
