The roof of the hotel is a huge platform with a swimming pool, a tea table and a dining table. Looking out is a beautiful lake view, and my room is arranged on the top floor, which means that I It is very convenient to enjoy the most beautiful scenery of Udaipur.         This Jagat Niwas Palace Hotel is also transformed from Haveli. It is white and white, which highlights the characteristics of White City. Many palaces and houses in the lake are also painted white, although they are not so unified. . Against the backdrop of Yingying Bibo, the freshness and romance of Baicheng suddenly emanated.         The colors of the evening, the scenery of the lakeside, and the freshness of the hotel swept away the impression of "dirty mess" in India for the past few days. I didn't step out of the hotel's door until check out the next day, just sitting On the cushions by the window, eating dinner and breakfast in a daze against the beautiful lake view, then wandering around in a hotel that is not too big to see the carved wooden furniture and the beautiful decorations in the niches.       Initially, I had booked Moustache after hearing a lot about their properties in Jodhpur, Jaisalmer & Jaipur. However, the one in Udaipur, has been the worst experience ever. We had booked two beds for 2 nights in a 6-bed mix dorm, however the crowd was alright, but the services were way below average. Thankfully, we were carrying disinfectants otherwise, I am sure we would have gotten infection from the dirty toilets which were smelling like open sewage tanks. Also, the moment we had checked in the toilet was already dirty, for which we requested re-cleaning, however the housekeeping staff just wiped the floor and left and did not even bothered to clean the washroom. Although, that being said, the rooftop view of the hostel is really great, but the seating areas of the rooftop restaurant is quite unclean as well, the lighting etc. of the restaurant as shown in the pictures did also not match, since most of the lights were not working. Overall, I had a terrible experience staying there, thankfully the next two days, I shifted to another hostel.

Built by His Highness Maharaja Fateh Singh, The Lalit Vilas Palace Udaipur is situated near the Fateh Sagar Lake. This property which was Lakshmi villa palace was taken over by The Lalit group and turned into a stunning property with spacious rooms and luxury amenities. It's just 2 km away from the old city which makes it easily accessible to all tourist spots without being too chaotic. You can wake up to stunning views of the Fateh Sagar lake and have a cuppa coffee with the Udaipur skyline view. The staff here are extremely welcoming and guide you through the whole city with all the details required. If you're looking to celebrate any special occasion I highly recommend this location. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel organized a private 5-course dinner on the topmost floor. With a cool breeze and the view of the city, enjoying a meal under the stars made our anniversary that much more special. They also have a spa and other services that would make your trip memorable. If you are someone who wants to experience the best view from this property, I'd recommend you to stay in room 216.

      Rangniwas is a relatively small, stylish hotel in a old residence, few steps away from the City Palace entrance. It’s very central, therefore don’t expect a quiet area around it, even if at night you can rest well. The rooms have been recently restored with a contemporary taste and good materials. They have the best bathrooms we have found in a 3 weeks trip in India! Breakfast is well prepared, all is cooked upon request, all fresh. It is served in the garden and they arranged some heaters to overcome the cold Winter. Heaters are available also in the rooms. It’s the only hotel that gave us a map of the city explaining the best places to explore without asking. The owner is a very kind person. We would definitely recommend it!

My son secretly planned a surprise and the hotel team including Ankit , Srishti from the front Desk and Rajkumar and Lokesh in the inroom service made the entire look and feel so perfect 👌🏻. I loved the decor they did in the room. Overall the food , service and our stay was beautiful. Even though the hotel had full occupancy for marriage season we got the best service. We also visited ***y nearby locations, sure seeing and explored food and cafes around Jaipur with the help of Deepak Sen who was at the travel desk. He guided us through the routes as well as Udaipur is now u der construction for Smart City and Somen of the roads are blocked. Deepak helped us a lot to guide and gave good recommendations for food, shopping and site seeing. Overall a lovely experience. must visit if you are in Udaipur

      I stayed in this place for 3 days with my family and we had a wonderful experience!! To start off, the hotel rooms were very clean, aesthetic and simply beautiful! They give you the typical Rajasthani feel and are maintained very well. Honestly, from outside this hotel did not look very appealing but from inside, I would simply say that we were surprised- it was really very very good!! This hotel is literally approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the most famous spots in Udaipur like the City Palace, Jagadish Temple.. At night, my brother and I simply walked out of the hotel and in five minutes we were in City Palace to have a nice sit there. In my opinion, the best part of this hotel was the service that was provided by the hotel ***ager. He was SO helpful and helped us properly plan our sightseeing in and around Udaipur for all 3 days. He connected us with the best and cheapest available transport facilities and was there whenever we needed guidance in anything. He also suggested us some really great dining places ***** with some good shopping place :) Thanks to him, our 3 days in Udaipur went really smooth and he made things very convenient for us. Overall, GREAT hotel and I strongly recommend a stay here!!!

      This was one of the unplanned stay wherein we halted at Udaipur while on our way from Delhi to Ahmedabad.. since it was late evening we decided to take a halt at Udaipur and booked these property online.. the hotel was very much centrally located in close proximity to Chetak Circle.. the rooms were good and bathroom was clean too.. morning breakfast buffet was decent.. hotel has car parking facility in front.. also it has a sports bar.. service of the staff is prompt too.. overall a good affordable stay in the heart of Udaipur if you are not expecting the ultimate luxury.. it has a swimming pool though the same was not functioning due to covid restrictions

      Stayed for 3 days, lake view room Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate. Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon. The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside. Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt. Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

It was an amazing stay. The hotel was cleanically clean and the ***agement was following all safety measures for the safety of guests and kept it a 200% safe hotel for stay in Udaipur. I went to this property as a relative gave a very positive feedback- they stayed here in Dec. last year. The property is centrally located so you are in close proximity to all sight seeing points. The rooms are clean and have everything what a Good hotel room should have. The staff was extremely warm and ensured our comfortable stay. They have a roof top restaurant which is operational from morning to night. The food is delicious and their tea is worth dying for.. I personally loved it. The hotel stands tall and comfortable ready to host tourists & corporates from around the world. I myself keep traveling a lot and after this lockdown it was my first trip to relax my mind and body, so with my long experience I give this property a five star thumbs up.
