The attitude at the front desk is very poor. No one in the four-star hotel will help you with your luggage. We stayed for 5 days in a row. The door card has problems almost every day. After going upstairs, we can't open the door to update. The free bottle of mineral water sent can not be opened at all. The most terrible thing is that there is a problem with electricity, instability, and a sudden power outage every night. My mother was locked in the elevator, black, almost scared heart disease. I don't know if it is power saving. I use the sensor light. Every time the door and the elevator are opened, it is dark. However, people are afraid, and the sheets are not replaced every day. This is understandable.

We went to Armenia on October 11th and we stayed at the deluxe hotel Yerevan for 7 nights. The hotel is a 1 min walk from the Rio mall and near the city supermarket. The receptionist Anni is the sweetest girl and she is very helpful. The rooms are clean and so is the room service. I just recommend they change a little bid of their daily breakfast because it is always the same. I would definitely stay there the next time.

Very easy to book and very friendly staff. Airport pickup was arranged directly and it's not a far drive to the center of town. The rooms appeared renovated; beds and a/c were fine and bathrooms were great, very clean, bright and spacious with basic amenities and strong showers. breakfast was in the basement level with breads, jams, cereals, fresh local vegetables and fruits. An omelette station and a savory dish, and what i loved-fresh local herbs (I loved the local basil and tarragon). The hotel is less than five minutes to Republic Square, and close to all the walking streets and attractions. Plenty of restaurant and bars to choose from in the center of town, with the Tavern Yerevan being one of our favorite eateries of local dishes and great prices. Hotel called Ubers for us to go to the Noy brandy factory (very enjoyable tour with brandy tasting) and the Memorial Parc. Both are must see. We also took a car and driver from the hotel for a half day trip to Garni and Geghard temple and monastery respectively. All the above are highly recommended for our three day stay in Yerevan.

I love this hotel. It is flawless. The pool was fantastic and staff were very professional. Try to ask for a room facing the main square. The only hiccups were that the hotel wanted to charge me for early check in. I did NOT like that and refused and something surly and was able to check in early free of extra cost!! The drinks were also kind of pricey at the hotel but if you go across the street they are half the price. I used the hairdresser at the hotel spa and for $40 I washed that gray right out of my hair!!! This hotel is very new and is in pristine condition!!! I would stay there again if I was ever to return to Armenia !!!

Having visited more than 50 Countries, I can safely say that if a hotel claims to be Luxury, then it must exceed expectations. We have been to many FS, Ritz, Mandarin Oriental, so there is something to compare with. In fact, you get the usual service of an average 4-5 * hotel, nothing special. I take into account that the hotel claims to be the best hotel in Armenia. The hotel is located in the city center. In fact, the hotel must meet guests from the entrance to the exit from the hotel. But in real life this is not. At the entrance to the hotel, no one meets dropping in early in the morning. Check-in is very slow, the rooms are small and already shabby, dirty marks in the bathroom and on the carpet, which is terrible for this level, the dishes in the minibar are dirty, observed several times a week. The cleaning in the room is mediocre, the maid is inattentive, then he will forget to change the towel, then the shampoo or soap will not put in, the cosmetics are average, the dressing gowns were changed once a week, the flower in the bathroom died after a couple of days and was not replaced, the bathroom is moldy and the most interesting thing. that the hotel has a problem with water and its pressure drop in many rooms, the water is a Contrast Shower, sometimes cold or hot water flows, then the pressure drops, if you want to burn yourself or get a portion of ice water on your body, then with Welkom !!! Breakfasts are very weak and monotonous in a week so boring that you don't know what to choose, the coffee is not tasty, the service is very slow, you can wait 20-30 minutes for the coffee itself, and if you order something from the menu, you can run after the waiters for an hour and ask if our dish is ready and every time the waiter will pretend that he hears your order for the first time! The rooms that overlook the road are very noisy, the noise from the road and nearby clubs that do not allow you to sleep normally, sleep turns into blood pressure. I didn't get enough sleep in a week at all, all the nights were without sleep. For five days in a row, we went to the reception to replace the room, but the reception staff ignored our complaints about the noise in the room, the cold water in the room did not bother them either, and they are aware of these problems. The spa area of the pool is constantly dirty, the towels are often torn, the windows in the spa all look dirty in drops. Room service wait an hour and brought a dish in a stinky dish, the smell of rotten rags is just horror. The pastry shop on the ground floor is average, the desserts are not renewed for several days, often the desserts are stale. The lobby bar is average. Parking near the hotel is spontaneous, every time you arrive in your car, in a Mercedes 222, the valet asks, and you live in this hotel, it’s strange to ask a hotel guest. On departure, they try to charge you more than you ordered. In general, the staff is suitable for a 3 * hotel, but not for the declared level, the sta

I donno why TripAdvisor/guests awarded 4 stars to the hotel. Hotel doesn't provide queen or king size bed for a couple however they have connected 2 single beds with separate mattress and blankets so there was a gap between 2 beds. Can't imagine the pain if you are staying with a kid. No slippers, no bathrobe, no dental kit, no charging pin converter. Water was provided on day 1 as complimentary however on day 2 and day 3 it was not. While cleaning they have not changed the bed sheets or blankets. Hotel doesn't have functional restaurants for dinner. Only plus point is its location.

I stayed in many hotels and apartments in Yerevan, but RIS DALMA is the case when it 's really better than the picture. Incredibly clean, fresh, stylish, beautiful, staff very polite, and the suitcases help to take, and for the car the place will stay on the parking, just perfect! In the apartments there are all necessary dishes (ideally clean!), in the water refrigerator, in the kitchen tea, coffee, sugar!!! Ideal! And from each room there is a beautiful view: I lived in a room with a view to Mount Ararat and a view to the city, it is two incredibly beautiful views! The location is perfect: next to the Dalma Mall shopping center, where there is a supermarket and all the necessary shops.

This hotel is on the outside edge, so if you plan to spend a lot of time in the center of town and would like the option of walking to a few places, this is not the hotel for you. The check-in was super helpful and the English is good. The internet is pretty good as well and the rooms have blackout curtains for those that need to sleep during day because of jetlag - super nice! The restaurant options were seriously lacking. If you want to be with your friends or co-workers (as I did) for a meal, you have to leave. The hotel restaurant is on the upper floor and is a dance club with super loud music. Several rooms were under construction, so it was dusty and noisey in the common areas. We used their meeting rooms and they were ok for our purposes. Not great, but not bad.

Opted for one of their apartments, after booking found it is in a separate building 5 minutes walk from the main hotel - but you walk past a 24/7 supermarket which is useful. The staff are all very attentive and helpful but getting the room cleaned seemed to be a problem on a number of occasions; internet connection was a bit patchy on some days. The apartments are large and fairly well equipped although looking a bit worn in places. But they have atmosphere and are not like the usual chain hotels. It is well situated for the city centre - a pleasant short walk away. Breakfast can be taken in the main hotel, which is modern. The breakfast choice is not extensive but I found it totally acceptable. Some people might not like instant coffee however!

During my third visit in Armenia I had a terrible experience in the hotel, so I was walking and checking places while I was there. I found Lilia Hotel, I enquired and spoken to Lala (Front Desk Rep.), she was very accommodating, and showed me the room features. The place was small, decent size of room, but it is extremely clean, quiet and complete stuff at the room and hotel. And when we came back, we booked and stayed in their hotel. They had an excellent customer service from the front desk people, the hotel driver, the money exchange, kitchen and housekeeping people. Majority of the staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating. They speak English. There was a homely feeling about the room and hotel itself, with fresh and delicious breakfast. It is a great location, nearby the Republic, then the other side - Cascade, restaurants, and other tourist spots at Yerevan area. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit in Armenia. A truly beautiful 5 star boutique hotel located in the very centre of Yerevan. Me and my daughter stayed there twice, both times for a considerably long period of time and our experience has been beyond our expectation. Superb conditions, very friendly, approachable and welcoming staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean, luxuriously decorated, gym, spa, massage rooms - everything of highest standard and everything you would really need. The restaurant, located on the 11th floor, was also beautifully decorated, the food was delicious, the restaurant staff welcoming. Truly Armenian hospitality! We stayed in separate suites with a door between the two as well as entrance doors. Mine was probably the bigger one with a king size bedroom, a large living room, 2 bathrooms and a huge lounge with a little kitchenette/dining area. Very spacious and luxuriously decorated, it does feel as if you are in a real palace. I highly recommend this special hotel in the heart of Yerevan city and would like to thank all for making us feel at home during our stay.

This is a nice hotel about 20 mins walk from the centre of the city effectively on one of the ring roads. It has been tastefully modernised with clean well-equipped rooms. Breakfast is a quite respectable buffet if a little limited on hot food. The pool is superb though it does get busy on hot days (and noisy) as local residents can also pay to use it. The hotel can provide taxis from/to the airport. We used one of the way but took a very cheap public bus back from the town centre. English spoken on the front desk is variable.
