My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days on our honeymoon. The hotel arranged a seamless transfer from the airport for us. Upon arriving at the hotel I was speechless at the stunning views from the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and eager to make your stay perfect. The room was large and very comfortable. We really liked the shower as it felt like you were showering in a little cave. The room provided lots of amenities . We really enjoyed the Bluetooth sound system in the room which was a surprise. Our balcony had a large hot tub and amazing views of the water below. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast which was served to us each morning with a large variety of options. We also really enjoyed spending time at the hotel pool. The service was excellent and the views are breathtaking. We booked a junior suite for our stay. We were in the suite number 1, which is located at the top of the property just below the reception. Some of our balcony wasn’t as private as we excepted as this is a perfect spot in Oia for a sunset and many people gather on the walkway above. This didn’t bother us, but the rooms on the lower levels appeared to be more private if that is something you are looking for. We are thankful to all of the staff for the amazing service and we highly recommend this hotel. It was a perfect start to our honeymoon in Santorini. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Booked this for our Honeymoon last week for 7 nights. - When a couple is coming for Honeymoon it would be a nice touch to have some complimentary Wine (even a cheap bottle) and a nice message upon arrival. I emailed you in advance informing you it was our Honeymoon. Upon arrival there was nothing. I had to ask George to do this and the cheapest bottle he could provide was €60 which I found astonishing considering I seen in Supermarket the next day sparkling wine for less than €20! We didn't even drink all the Wine George provided as it was not nice. - Our bedsheets where not changed the whole week we where there. And we had to ask George a few times for new towels and soaps. In a normal Hotel you don't need to do this as rooms are serviced daily by staff!  - Our breakfast was often served in paper trays. And the menu was quite limited for Breakfast. Only 3 options from KooKoo. We basically ate the same breakfast for 1 full week. Unfourtuantly, this meant that the accomadation didn't have that top class resort feel to it that you get when paying over €500 per night in other resorts suitable for Honeymoon! - We thought there would be catering staff serving the romantic breakfast every morning. But it was George dropping it off often in paper trays, and still in plastic bags. and also George doing the cleaning and maintainence. Again, this took away from the top class resort feel for the place Unfourtuantly. - There was a plug socket out near the bedroom, and dripping from a light in the bathroom. Dangerous.. and again- the accomadation did not feel like a top class resort you expect on Honeymoon and at €500 per night.  - Everything George recommended was more expensive than what I could arrange myself. For example- The wine as noted. And also Boat tour which I got for €800 private tour, but George quoted €1,100 for private. - George requested we pay all room balance in cash! Again- This is not how top class Honeymoon resorts should work. When on Honeymoon I don't want to be pestered about large cash amounts! Credit Cards are the norm. And also the Taxi to and from Airport was by cash which I was not made aware of before booking (I would have brought cash if you told me in advance).  We did still leave George a nice tip and a bottle of wine as he was very helpful and carried our bags to the Taxi which we appreciated. All in all- Not the ”exclusive resort” its made out to be. Excellent sun set views though!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here and had the most magical time! The hotel welcomed us with roses and balloons in our room since it was my birthday, it was my boyfriends idea but the hotel planned and set up everything! The staff was lovely and helped us book EVERYTHING! They had the best recommendations for dinner, tours, etc… definitely made our vacation infinitely better :) Esperas is located right towards the edge of Oia town, the more authentic side of Oia with the original cobblestone roads and the hotel even has the original architecture in their cave rooms! The hotel feels more like a luxurious family home than a hotel business, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the rooms are cozy and are decorated with original Greek art and furniture from when the caldera was first being built up. We definitely got a more cultural experience than we would of if we had stayed at one of the chain luxury hotels more towards the center of Oia, we were perfectly close to town but outside of the bustle so we still get some piece and quiet. And we were blown away by the sunset view truly it was so nice to have our own space to see the sunset and the caldera, Oia gets too crowded during this time to even enjoy the sunset all we could focus on we’re peoples sweaty limbs rubbing all over us and we struggled to look over heads to see a glimpse of the sunset. Bottom line we loved our stay and will definitely be staying here again! Can’t get better than Esperas :)

Breakfast is very rich, but the taste is average! Freshly squeezed orange juice is still good, the price is really good for children, we have one more bed in the room, and 2 sofas can actually sleep! Hotel location is very good, our room is the most on the edge of the area, so the sunset is great, there is no shelter in front of the parking lot, but it is not recommended to rent a car. The rugged and narrow mountain road here is really Not easy to open! It’s better to let yourself relax on vacation.

We arrived to Santorini via ferry and were greeted at the port by the hotel's driver who helped us with our bags and had us in our way in no time. The driver was very friendly and told us a bit about the island and some of the towns we drove through. When we finally arrived in Oia, things started to get a bit strange. The hotel's porters had not yet arrived at the pickup spot so our driver waited with us until one of the porters arrived. The porter picked up our luggage and literally started running down the path without saying a word to us. We looked at the driver confused and he told us to follow him. Not used to the heat and uneven walkways we struggled to keep the porter in sight as we ran after him. Not a very welcoming first experience in Oia but we managed to keep sight of the porter and follow him to the hotel. Once at the hotel, we had a much warmer welcome by the reception staff, who got us checked in, gave us some info about activities and restaurants and shows us to our room. The photos of the room and view really do not do this place justice. Whitewashes walls and sun drenched balconies overlooking Amoudi Bay and the caldera. It's unlike anything I have seen before and something out of a dream! The hotel itself is pretty much right in the middle of Oia. It's a short (but not always quick due to crowds) walk to many of the best restaurants and shopping. The hotel is so picturesque that many people walking the path down to the bay would actually stop and take photos of the hotel and surrounding buildings that did the hillside. Unfortunately, the area is so picturesque that it draws huge crowds of people, especially at sunset. We knew it would be busy, but we were not prepared for how busy it was. The walking paths that go to and from the hotel would get so dense with people lining up for photos that you literally had to push through to get where you were going. We almost missed a dinner reservation because the paths were so congested with foot traffic one evening. That said. The hotel itself is a good respite away from the crowded public areas. While the reception staff, and the staff at the pool and restaurant were all fantastic, our experiences with some of the other staff were not great. When leaving the room in the morning we would often pass cleaning staff and other staff from the hotel and we would smile, or say good morning only to be met with silence at best and at worst a glare. At one point during our stay, we paid to have some laundry done and we were sitting out in our patio when the clean laundry was delivered. The lady who brought it over seemed annoyed and inconvenienced. I offered a tip and said thank you and she just frowned and walked away. Now I know that there is a language barrier, but a smile and a nod can go a long way. I was surprised by the lack of courtesy that some of the staff members had toward guests, especially given the hotel's high price point. Overall, we did enjoy our stay but i don't think

When you combine a beautifully authentic hotel brimming with character, alongside an excellent staff with great personalities you’re pretty much on to a winner. This is exactly what has happened at Fanari Villas and boy does it work well. We had an amazing week at this lovely hotel which must have the best sunset views in the whole of Santorini. Every night people flock to Oia to watch the beautiful sunset and we never had to move from any of our terrace, pool area or hotel restaurant for the perfect view. As much as we were in love with the panorama from the hotel it was the hotel staff who made this holiday that extra bit special. Everyone we had dealings with were very professional and efficient but also so very friendly and just such nice people. Having met the boss, Mrs Alexandra, I am sure these appointments are not by luck and if she wishes her staff to be a reflection of herself she has recruited very well. Chuck in a top class restaurant and our own indoor cave jacuzzi and I think you can understand why we were in no rush to come home ! Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had the most wonderful dinner party for a party of 16 at the restaurant. Blown away by the service and care during the whole process. The dinner table is overlooking the sea and was set up in a U Shape making it perfect for everyone to see each other. I didn’t even realize there was a pool area right below to have drinks before dinner almost like a cocktail hour also overlooking the caldera. That was a surprise bonus! Drinks by the pool followed by dinner up at the higher deck. We were welcomed with champagne as were all guests. The amazing staff was happy to take tons of pictures of the whole group. It was sunset and we got really beautiful photos. They even took some candid photos during dinner. The servers were so quick and friendly, catered to everything we needed. I can’t say enough good things about the whole staff! Even while organizing the dinner, Vasso was always so quick to respond and ensured the set up would be great! It’s hard when you are planning an event from a distance, but everything was handled so smoothly and professionally, beyond meeting my expectations! Upon arrival a nice gal walked us down to the event space. It is easy to get lost in the steps of Oia, so her help was very much appreciated in getting guests over to the location. I can’t thank Charisma Suites enough! If you are looking for an intimate private dinner location, this is the perfect spot! Still can’t get over how wonderful it was! Thank you Charisma!

We stayed in this hotel in July for a week. The hotel is quite new and has a clean and pleasant swimming pool. The rooms are large and usually equipped with private balcony with a steam, table and chairs, TV (including Netflix), shower bathroom, small safe and mini-fridge. The cleaning is quite satisfactory and is done daily, together with the handbag exchange. Breakfast buffet, which was included in our offer, is discreet ... but I recommend you to make it out if you have to pay it separately. The location in Karterados is very comfortable (15 minutes walk from Fira or a few minutes by bus to take to the stop site about 200 mt from the hotel) and the costs are low.

I am so satisfied with this hotel. The landlady gave me a gift before I left. The view of the sunset is absolutely top-notch. I stood on the balcony and looked down. The tourists all looked up at me. Foreigners praised me for being beautiful and even gave me a gift. I took pictures and the scenery was so beautiful. I will still choose this hotel next time I go to Santorini. You get what you pay for. It’s definitely worth the money you spend. Thank you again, the boss. The only thing you should note is that it can accommodate two people. We arrived at the hotel and got a warm reception. They took our breakfast order for the following morning and completed the check in process. Our room had a sitting area at the front door and balcony. Bed was comfortable and room had all the necessary amenities. The hotel is very service oriented with friendly and accommodating staff. They delivered a yummy breakfast to our room, on time. If you don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars per night for a room over looking the ocean, but close enough to shopping and restaurants, this is the place. We would definitely go back and recommend to others.

For the consumption of the Holy Island, this house is very cost-effective and the service is very warm. The children with hot spring pool like it very much. The location is far from the scenic spot, and the hotel opposite the cliff trail is only one road apart, but the landscape is very different, so the price is much cheaper. The overall price/performance ratio is still very good, but if you are more concerned about the landscape, it is recommended to choose the hotel on the opposite side of the cliff.

We had a mixed experience. It should have been spectacular, but unfortunately the customer service aspect fell short. We booked a pool suite to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary and made a reservation in the restaurant for a celebratory dinner with sunset view. When we walked down the 6 flights of stairs to the restaurant we were told that a photo shoot was going on and even though they took the reservation they couldn't accommodate us. 50 years in the making and poof - anniversary ruined! Long story short, we went to a restaurant a few doors down (The Wine Bar) who treated us with generosity and respect, unlike our hotel... As days ticked by, any small request we had was always met with a 'no'. Every afternoon and evening there were multiple elaborate photo shoots and weddings staged in front of our room/view leaving us with no privacy on our patio. We had a very frustrating and unhappy stay. This is more a wedding venue than a hotel as they do not show respect to their non-wedding guests.

The location of the hotel is not easy to find, the navigation is wrong, and it is all stone steps, carrying luggage is very tragic, you must contact the hotel in advance, and let them lead the way. In fact, this homestay is not a hotel. It is quite different from the picture. It does not have the feeling of taking a hot bath on the beach. The balcony is very small and it is connected to another room. The bathtub is next to the road and completely unobstructed. People often walk by. The privacy is poor. I don’t like it here. I feel that the hotel we stayed in imerovigli is much better. It’s quieter and all have independent balconies. The privacy is better and the sea view is more beautiful. Cheap and cost-effective. In addition, the owner of the hotel is actually very enthusiastic, thank you.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolute bliss. Santorini is such a unique and beautiful island and the Aspaki hotel is THE way to enjoy it. As soon as you enter, you'll get a nice view of the caldera, and from the view just gets better and better. We watched the sunset from the hot tub in our suite and it was such an amazing experience. And if that's not enough, they offer a sunset viewing at their sister resort near the Oia Castle, which is a must-do. The sunset viewing at the castle usually gets completely filled up with tourists, but with this experience, you're able to enjoy the sunset on an exclusive balcony at the castle while sipping on Aspaki Hotel's amazing cocktails. The service at the hotel is also wonderful. We were well taken care of, and they handled everything including bookings for excursions and dinner plans. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suites with Outdoor Jacuzzi | Blue Domes & Caldera and sea View. The room itself is luxurious and well laid out. The balcony and jacuzzi was situated in a very private area with shade covering overtop Definitely recommend anyone who's visiting Oia / Santorini to stay here

I booked this hotel on the 8th December 21' for my 30th birthday in June '22 because the pictures/videos were amazing and honestly most reviews were really good and the hotel seemed reputable. Just to confirm, I booked a fully refundable rate with free cancellation 21 days before arrival and only a 50% deposit was to be charged to confirm the booking. A few days after making the booking, 50% was taken as expected, however a few days after that, ANOTHER 50% of the booking was double charged. I understood that it might have been a mistake but this was the first red flag for me. I reached out to the hotel immediately to query the double charge and Anthony the manager confirmed this was a mistake on their part and that he would look into this the following morning. The following morning Anthony called me and reassured me that the double charge had been refunded and was really apologetic so I believed that this had been resolved. This was the week before Christmas! After a week or so, I still had not received the refund for the double charge so sent a number of emails throughout December but received NO response. I then sent another email on 4th Jan 2022 and finally received a response apologising for the delay and using Christmas and bank holidays to justify the lack of communication. Anthony again confirmed that the 'funds would be released by the 7th Jan' - whatever that means. As you can probably guess, the 7th Jan came and still no refund. Due to frustration I cancelled the whole booking and as per the cancellation policy should have received a full refund by now. It is now FEBRUARY 14TH 2022 and I still have not received a refund for the double charge or cancelled booking. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank who are looking into this which can take up to 60 days and I am extremely disgusted, shocked and disappointed at the lack of urgency to refund money taken from my account without authorisation. This is definitely not a 5 star experience and I believe the hotel lacks fundamental values such as integrity. Please don't get distracted by the social media posts like I did. I definitely encourage you to avoid this hotel. It's not worth the stress at all! I wish I could rate the hotel 0.

Machine, butler recommended the restaurant on the island, I have tried it one by one, they are all very good, there are Greek restaurants, sea view restaurants, expensive, and also help to book sunset cruises, sunsets are super beautiful, the quality of cruise It is also super high, breakfast is delivered to the room, and enjoy the Aegean cuisine. It is so enjoyable. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time. It is definitely the first choice for vacation. Conscience recommends that everyone come to live. The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre and is located in the centre of the city centre. A vehicle for airport transfer or port is available at a price a little less cheap than anywhere else, although it is exorbitant in Santorini. The pension has an amazing pool with available towels for the whole day which you can borrow if you want to go to the beach or just chill at the pool. Really nice staff, we needed a taxi to Fira and they offered to drive us. Overall, we really enjoyed our time in Santorini while staying at Anna Pension

A very good hotel 5 minutes by car from the centre of the Faroes with a large parking space Very kind staff always with a smile and willing to help us in what we needed all the rooms very clean with antiseptic even in the room We had our own bottle, and I would suggest it without any reservation for a very economic but poetic choice.

A great experience! Hotel service is perfect. Neither I nor my husband can speak English. The hotel manager was patiently using the translation software to introduce the next day's breakfast for us. The hotel location is excellent, and the infinity pool is amazing.

From the warm welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel, we knew this we were going to have a very special stay at this property. The hotel is located in the dead center of Oia -- making it an easy 10 - 15 min walk to get to anything in the area and easily accessible to the taxi stand, bus stop, restaurants, shops, and more. The views are second to none -- literally everywhere you look is another postcard perfect photo opportunity. The suites are not only beautiful and spotless, but well maintained, charming, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor spaces are comfortable and are the perfect place to enjoy a beverage, dip in the pool or hot tub, or your daily breakfast. I wanted to especially thank the housekeeping staff for their outstanding job keeping our room so clean (twice daily service) and Georgia and Kim for taking such good care of us. No stay is perfect, and even when we had a few very minor glitches, they both responded with care and lightning speed to go above and beyond to surprise and delight us. I can't wait to return to this fairytale property. Do yourself a favor and look no further -- you've found the perfect place to call home on your visit to Santorini!

The room was good, but the first time I stayed in such a hotel, it was actually a homestay, but it was quite good. The room was very large. However, I still recommend that you don't go to Santorini in the winter. The service industry has stopped. It can be said that eating has become a problem here.

The location is very good, not far from fira, very quiet, with great views. The breakfast is ok, not too rich, and it satisfies the requirements. The design of the hotel is good, and the height difference is varied.

Rosebay was an nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, it is clean, good location (like 50 meters from the beach), nice pool area and overall environment, good gym and breakfast is ok. BUT, there is two problems that we cannot ignore. Many of the guests either go to the pool area in the middle of the night or wake up super early to ”reserve” the sunbeds. When breakfast starts at 7.30 am almost all the sunbeds were reserved 6 of 7 days of our stay. So we only had one day by the hotel pool (and we are not people who sleep in). And the area is not made for much more beds than there already are so we really recommend that the hotel starts with a ”no reservation policy”. The towels just laid there for hours and no one used them, such a waste. On our one pool day we saw a woman (with help from the staff) take away a hotel towel from a sunbed that had not been used for at least an hour. A while later the people that previously was using the bed got back and there actually was a huge fight over this. So, a ”no reservation policy” is a must here. And a second thing that unfortunatley drags down the score is the noice from the airplanes that lands on the airport that is very close by. We read that the planes does not land at night, but they do. And it is extremley loud. You have to be a very very heavy sleeper to not notice the sound. Even with earplugs (that the hotel does not provide) we woke up several times a night. This we imagine goes for all the hotels in this area tho. All and all a good hotel (we really liked the staff!) but som adjustments is recuired regarding pool area and sound profing.

If you're looking for an exceptional vacation experience, I highly recommend Villa Dima. From start to finish, my stay at this beautiful property exceeded all of my expectations. Firstly, the villa themselves are absolutely stunning. The villa is traditional designed with attention to detail . From the high-end appliances in the kitchen to the plush bedding and high-quality linens, everything was thoughtfully chosen to create an experience of true Santorini. The amenities are also top-notch. Whether you want to relax by the private balcony, you can enjoy a massage on the request. Dimitri is also incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that every aspect of your stay is perfect. He arranged for us the transportation service from airport and back to the port with a best price, also he help us to book some tours and activities on the island. Thank you to Dimitri for making my stay so incredible!

The hotel is actually a family-style hotel with a simple kitchen. It can be simply eaten. It is about 200 meters away from the highway. There is a bus to Fira on the road. It is 2.4 Euro to Fira Town. Fira The town has buses to various attractions such as the town of Oia. Not far from Berisha Beach (black sand beach), about 4-5 minutes away, there is a food street in Berisha Beach. At night, there are a lot of tourists with various skin colors. Everyone is enjoying food, drinking beer and drinks, red wine. Listen to the sound of the sea and enjoy a happy life. Due to the relatively high price of the Oia town and the Fira town hotel, we only booked this relatively cheap hotel. Generally speaking, it is acceptable that the water quality of the hotel is relatively salty and cannot be used as drinking water. There is also a supermarket on the side of the road to buy some bottled water for drinking. 6 bottles of 1.9 euros are cheaper!

We stayed at Villa Bordeaux for 4 nights in June celebrating our 20th Anniversary. The staff was super helpful and that started way before we even arrived. They made reservations for us and answered lots of questions we had. This place is as gorgeous as all the pictures make it out to be. It is so clean and the staff was always hard at work and so friendly. We loved the infinity pool and almost always felt like we had the place to ourselves. We stayed in the Terra Suite which has a private entrance, private hot tube and a balcony. We spent hours out there enjoying the view.At night the city comes alive and although we are not party people we loved seeing and listening to all the city sounds with a glass of wine or some take out. We dined at their La Colline one of our evenings. The Volcano (their signature dessert) was so fun to watch and tasted outstanding. The view was amazing and the food was our favorite dinner we had in Santorini. We loved the central location in Fira. The only negative for us was we had booked two early excursions and were told that breakfast couldn't be served till after 8:30 (we left at 8) and they didn't have a continental breakfast of any kind. Michael was kind enough to bring some fruit up but for the price you pay to stay here I definitely think they could improve in that one area.

Lovely clean modern spacious hotel. We stayed in quadruple economy room. Don’t be put off by economy description it is much better space than many more expensive places in Fira. I think it is a lower price as on a lower floor but it is private and has an area with table and chairs to sit out The bed is king size and super comfortable with decent pillows and bed linen. A light weight duvet which is great if your air con tolerance is less than your partner! The best shower. Double monsoon style with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Decent toiletries too . One of the few places in Greece that doesn’t seem obsessed with not putting toilet tissue in the toilet, probably as it is new plumbing . Pool area is luxurious and sheltered. The location is a bit out of Fira but there are a couple of coffee shops and restaurants in the village of Kartarados. We liked Katerinas. Much lower prices than Fira. It’s about 7-8 minute walk to a largish supermarket and bus stop. We went to Kamari beach which is about a 15 minute ride. We had already been to Perissa which is about 25 mins. Pay cash on bus 1€60 to Kamari or 2.20 to Perissa. Room has a little fridge and tea making facilities. There was a bottle of complimentary wine and water on arrival. TAMTA ( hope I got that right) was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast simple , delicious yoghurt etc. airport is less than 10 mins away in a cab so you waste very little time on the transfer .

Very good value for money. Although the place is near the busy main road between the airport and Fira, it is located at the end of a quiet side street so it is quiet at night. There are ample places to park our car outside the villa. We are given a room with a balcony. From the balcony we can see the sunrise over the sea. Our room is clean and comfortable, and the wifi is efficient. Just one minute's walk away, there is a nice bakery, a well-stocked supermarket, and a number of restaurants. Central Fira is 15-20 minutes walk away. The owners of the villa are also very helpful. I would love to visit again.

Generally acceptable. This is a bit similar to a famous hotel, the locals are very enthusiastic, and they will be very serious to help you solve the problem (when we went in to live, the electrical appliance was cut off as soon as the main gate was opened, and helped us to do it all afternoon). It’s a distance from the small town of Oia, about 20 minutes’ walk, but it’s quiet, and there’s basically no sound at night. There is a bus stop at the door of this village, which makes it easy to go to other places.

Very good, the environment is beautiful, the sister and brother at the front desk are super awesome, and they upgraded the room. The location is excellent, the hotel lobby is the photo spot of the Blue Dome Church. It is also very close to the town center. The key is that the hotel service is excellent. Great value for money.
