|0.95km from city centerPara ser un hotel 4 estrellas, no está a la altura. Habitaciones pequeñas, mobiliario muy estropeado. Primera vez que paso frío en un hotel, en febrero y la cama sólo con sábanas y una manta fina en el armario por si tienes frío. La calefacción no funcionaba. Camas incómodas, se notan los muelles y sólo disponen de una almohada baja, sin posibilidad de tener dos tipo de almohada según el gusto. Y juntan dos camas para hacer una de matrimonio pero sin frenos por lo que se separaban una de la otra. Desayuno cutre, no quedaba casi de nada y tampoco reponían con frecuencia, zumos de bote, café aguado. Si tuviera menos estrellas no estaría mal pero el nivel que dicen tener, no lo tienen por ningún lado.

We spent two nights with breakfast at the Exe Center and I enjoyed the warmth of the room, the non-viscosa beds are comfortable, the kitchens are also, the huge windows, the room in itself, giant and very cosy. I usually take hotels to sleep and I was already looking to come and give me a hot shower with the amenities that had to be great. The breakfast room may be a little small, a little collapsed in the top hour but nothing that doesn't calm it a little patience, there was also a lot of things as sweet as salads to eat. In short, a quiet, very cosy, beautiful, elegant and comfortable space to rest at very good price in Oviedo.

At the sixth floor there was quite noise, from a nearby machine room, I asked if I could change to a lower room and they told me that ”this noise was possible that I was also in the other plants, that normally nobody complains about it and that if I changed it would be tomorrow”, so given the low predisposition and empathy that this worker had to change my room (in low season I think it would have been simple ...) I chose to sleep with taps for the rest of the days.

This time I was disappointed by the continuous passage of people from a colloquium, the noise of the rolling plate of the room service and I had neighbors especially the second night when I heard everything: their discussion, their physical noise, their television. It was hell, and I realized I was in a larger room, a passage through a simple door communicated with the next room (109/107).
The hotel has a very good location, and it is very good for you to find a good location. On the other hand my room was quiet, but without double glass, the goods passing the night made me a party!
The restaurant Mil Cent is in the centre of the hotel, with a nice restaurant, good products, pleasant reception, excellent iberic jam, Dilmah tea.

|0.42km from city centerStay here for 2 nights The hostel is located in the heart of the historic centre Oviedo, just one street away from the bustling Plaza de la Constitución and City Hall of Oviedo. The hostel is about 15 minutes walk from the main bus and train station in the city and pretty easy to find once I find my way to the city hall. Check-in was really straightforward as the hostel asked me to check in online and all reception needed was my passport to confirm my identity. I was shown all around the hostel, including the kitchen, common area and of course the dorm. The dorm was a four bed dorm with 2 bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. The shower and toilets worked well. The bunks were the wooden frame variety, although it was pretty sturdy. Even though my bunkmate was a bit of a night owl, I still got 2 nights of good sleep. The mattress was some kind of thick foam and really comfortable. The covers were thick and I had asked for an extra blanket. Even though it was cold, it still felt warm and cosy under the blankets. Breakfast was provided and mainly consisted of cereals, toasts and spreads, tea and coffee. Nothing fancy, but good for the price of the stay. The kitchen and plenty of utensils as well as cooking equipment, and could be used by guests for cooking too. The hostel is also situated on two floors, with the upper floor also containing rooms, a kitchen and a terrace. It was too cold to use at this time of the year, but I did wander up and it has a lovely view of the city hall. The hostel, room and bathroom were kept clean throughout my stay. The staff are awesome, friendly and helpful. They have lots of information for things to do and see in Oviedo and the surrounding area. I would have no hesitation staying at Green Hostel again.

|0.83km from city centerNot the fault of the hotel but there are construction works going on right outside the hotel at the moment. There is an industrial jack-hammer going on constantly the whole time. It is impossible to relax as it starts at 8am until late. Apart from the construction works though, the hotel is located at a huge roundabout/intersection with traffic lanes and cars passing through constantly, beeping horns and a lot of general noise. I am so surprised that I have not read other reviews about the noise but perhaps other guests have stayed at the back of the hotel where it might be quieter. There is no air conditioning and with the excessive noise outside you cannot open a window so it is extremely warm the whole time. The apartment itself is overall relatively clean but very dated, slight musty smell, no kettle in the kitchen, wifi not great. Thankfully we leave today!

In my opinion, the utilities, service, comfort and cleanliness of our stay and room commensurate with the price that we have been charged. The location is great. We walked from the hotel to the city centre and walked through a few neighbourhoods and got a glimpse of the locals' lives. Parking at the basement of the hotel was very reasonably priced and convenient. Roberto at Front Desk was excellent in every aspect - warm smile, friendly information about the city, and so polite and respectful. Breakfast, to us, was sufficient and varied. We enjoyed it very much, and have no complaints. Being Silver Accor member, we were given welcome drinks but were a bit disappointed that there was only beer or bottled juice or soft drinks. No cocktails, Ibis? Come on, be more generous next time :-)!

Spacious room with bathroom, green marble, bidet. With boiler, tea, coffee, bar, USB-charge connection. The table in the room allows you to have room to eat, desk to write, it is very nice.
The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable.

Service was friendly and efficient. Amazing breakfast included in the price. The outside structure is showing signs of wear and could be touched up. The room itself had some signs of wear but did not detract from our stay.

However, if travelling by train/bus, it’s about 15 mins walk (with luggage). I appreciate and am grateful that they let us check in early (before midday). My room key card didn’t work the next day so had to get it renewed daily which was a pain (not with my travel companions key card who had a different room though!). There were a few steps into hotel reception and a few steps again to get elevator access- I think they should really have a ramp. Room is otherwise clean but a little dated. I don’t like that the hair dryer was attached to the bathroom wall and put in a corner where it’s difficult to access as the bathroom is fairly compact. Otherwise overall a pleasant stay.

Speaking only for my individual room, it was TINY (and I live in NYC - this was tiny even by NYC standards), yet was so intelligently laid out that it never felt cramped. Bedding was of good quality and quite comfortable. Apart from daily housekeeping, there are absolutely no services (and as far as I could tell, the adjacent cafe area was never open). This extends to what I consider normal maintenance issues: the remove control for the TV in my room was not functioning properly, and there was apparently no one on-site that could fix it, so it remained unfixed for the two days I was there. I found a great rate online, so overall it ended being an excellent value, glitches and all.

Es un hotel que necesita una buena reforma, justo llegas, para entrar en el ascensor ya tienes que subir escalones, si vas con maleta grande ya es una incomodidad. Las habitaciones son muy grandes, la nuestra tenía parket. La cama fue cómoda no así las almohadas. En cuanto al baño, grande pero antiguo, falto de iluminación y no hablemos de que cada vez que alguna habitación contigua usaban el inodoro parecía que el agua la tenias en tu habitación. Topamos con días de mucho calor y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, al menos en nuestra habitación fue un desastre. La nevera tampoco refrescaba. Es un hotel que no corresponde a un 4 estrellas faltan muchas comodidades y detalles que sí encuentras en uno de esta categoría. Una pena porque la ubicación es fantástica. Si sólo buscas ubicación lo encontrarás bien si buscas comodidad no. No repetiremos

El problema es la gente que lo regenta, el señor mayor que deambula por ahí, sin cambi**** de ropa en toda la semana con un polo con más manchas que un papel de churros, es bastante antipático. La limpieza es pésima, paredes muy sucias, ventanas con telarañas, sábanas rotas por estar la tela pasada, etc. El desayuno...... mejor mi hablar. Todos los días pan duro, zumo de naranja de bote, chacinas de toda la semana y café laxante. La verdad es que no se merece las 3 estrellas en mi opinión.
