It also has parking which I was really worried about. It was so close we could go back to the room for an hour at midday rest recharge phones and go back in. Will stay again if going to Disney. Only issue no hairdryer in the room and it can be a little noisy at night as people come back from the park.

One day, I left out the hotel room around noon. I found my room had NOT been cleaned after l returned the hotel room at night. I called the front desk and learned that I should call the housekeeping before l went out. This was the first time I encountered such an unpleasant experience. The housekeeping SHOULD keep track of their duty list to clean the room. It’s not guests’ responsibility to report we left the room instead!
I did leave my feedback to the hotel and hope they could improve their customer service.

|3.51km from city centerIt’s the smallest and most intimate hotel in Indigo. There is nothing to tangled in the location, just like the surrounding hotels, walking distance to the park. Parking is free, and you can park for two days for one night. If you arrive on the first day, you can pre-check in, you will stop the parking card in the garage, and the front desk will inform you. The attitude is very good. The downside is that the door is almost not soundproof, and it is awkward to get up early in the corridor.

Taxi to Disney is 10 minutes and about $10.
Angels Stadium has a large parking lot, so it takes about 10 minutes, but it was close enough to be happy.
As for breakfast, hot meal changed a little depending on the day.
Bagels, toast, muffins, oatmeal, etc. are sufficient in quantity. I was able to take it back to my room and eat it.
The facility itself feels like an old American house, but the receptionist and breakfast staff are all very nice people, and the feeling of the city makes it a very comfortable hotel.
My husband seemed to enjoy the small jacuzzi (hot water) in the pool.
Room cleaning is available upon request up to the day before.
Coin laundry $4, credit card only.
There were restaurants and a convenience store (ampm) nearby, which was convenient.
If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again.

Trip.com was also awesome! I called trip.com’s 24/7 service and didn’t expect to get a person but they picked up immediately and called the hotel immediately to clear everything up. It is our first time using trip.com. We will definitely use the service again.
We needed a place to stay the night so didn’t spend much time in the room. It is a hotel room with the necessary amenities for a nights stay. That was all we needed. If we were in the area, we would definitely stay again.

It's a pity that the service attitude is not very friendly. My children and I arrived at the hotel at one o'clock in the afternoon. The front desk said that there were no rooms ready and asked us to come back at three o'clock in the afternoon. We came back after lunch. At about four o'clock in the afternoon, the front desk arranged a room for us near the elevator. We went up After seeing the room, we immediately went back to the front desk and asked them to change rooms. We told the front desk that the children might be woken up by the noise in the morning because they were close to the elevator, and we hoped to change to another room, but the front desk staff was reluctant and only said, ”I don't t think so we have other room for you!”,
Because we were staying for 3 nights and expressed that we could not accept a room so close to the elevator, the front desk staff went to express it to the manager, and the manager immediately said that he could change the room for us.
But for three nights, the bed was not clean. My children and I were bitten by insects every day. Our hands, feet and back were also bitten every day, which was itchy and painful.

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and a very friendly and kind hotel staff greeted me in Japanese and let me check in immediately. Moreover, they upgraded our room. On the first night, when I came back from Disney and entered the room, there was a paper bag and a letter. Inside was a Disney gift from the hotel. I was really moved and very happy. I didn't have time to thank the hotel staff in person, but I really appreciate it. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience!

The facilities are indeed old, the lobby is nice but you can still play in the lobby if you don't stay in the hotel; the only advantage is that the entrance to the park is really fast, you don't need to make an appointment to jump the queue to go to the theme restaurant downstairs, and after entering the park, especially to the California Park, you can enjoy a half-hour of park experience without people (in fact, it takes 20 minutes to queue for security check), and then you can go back to the hotel to rest at any time with the Express Pass card when you are tired, and then walk to the corresponding project location when the time comes. Other than that, I don't recommend coming to this hotel. The three-star Pixar Hotel opposite is only one street away and you will have a better experience.
