Small luxury boutique hotel, one of the city’s best kept secrets, a real hidden gem in quiet location yet less than a 2 minute walk to Pub Street. The rooms are amazingly high standard, wonderful Sky bar with great city views, excellent food at reasonable prices, all the staff were exceptional, smiling and super friendly, Kongkea and Rany in the restaurant-lounge bar always great service and extremely helpful if you have any problems or need ideas where to go visit and how to get there. Always a great place to stay on my visits to Temple city.

,This place is a little hidden , but is very close to any and everything. Have stayed here on several occasions , will go back again. Rooms are the usual plain usually seen in town, has flat screen tv, wi-fi, ac, bathroom. Is clean , and is safe and secure. Location is right close to pub street, and yet one does not hear the noise from there, and is right next to river. Front desk will facilitate tuk-tuk or driver to wherever you are going. I think they provide free airport pick up on arrival as well. Will go back.

The price / performance ratio is very high. It is opposite the bar street and the distance to the market is 1 km. Shopping is very convenient, you can go back to the hotel in three minutes after walking through the bar street.

This hotel can really be described as ”good value for money” in 4 words. In terms of price, it is really cheap. It is temporarily booked. The standard twin room is more than 300 RMB. For the service, the hotel has a free shuttle. When you pick up the hotel staff, you will be given cold towels and bottled water . At the hotel, all the staff were very friendly. At the time of check-in, the staff brought welcome drinks and several snacks. At check-out, there were also other desserts and lemonade. During the period, we changed places. Staff They took the initiative to bring us water again and gave us two square towels as a gift after checking out, and then took us to the airport. This hotel service must be returned next time, the key is that it is cheap but more than many five-star hotels

The best thing about the hotel, its staff without a doubt. And the pool is good too. The rest of the hotel services were not fully working since they are reopening to tourism, with which some services are poorer, such as breakfast, but it is normal in these establishments these days. Its central location means that it can disturb music from nearby pubs. I would also suggest that the staff be responsible for ensuring that guests comply with internal regulations such as no smoking inside the premises, because despite the fact that it is marked, it is not respected. Again, a 10 to the staff, they help us in everything and with everything, always with a smile. Thank you very much.

This time, a family room was booked through Ctrip, and a twin room Ctrip was booked through BOOKING, so that when I arrived at the hotel, I could not find an order for the twin room. Fortunately, Ctrip was very timely, thank you for the girl outside Ctrip, although not Know your name, but thank you for your problem in time. Remind everyone that if there are orders through two channels, tell the hotel together to facilitate their search. The hotel is good value for money in the city center, but the road in front of the hotel is rather bad, the room is bigger and the door is not very open. Go to the DFS duty-free shop to let the hotel call, free shuttle, hotel service is good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. We had a pool access room which which was great for relaxing by. The staff were truly so lovely and friendly and were helpful when we needed something. Breakfast was standard and a la carte, but they were hoping to bring back the buffet soon. I can totally recommend the banana pancake. There were always tuk tuk drivers outside to take you where you wanted to go, but I did enjoy the walk to the river and beyond

The hotel is quiet and in a good environment, very close to the Angkor National Museum. Much more comfortable than staying in a hotel that is too noisy in the old market. It was originally a one-day room, but the manager at the front desk, Ms. Mara, was enthusiastic and patient. She used the translation software to communicate with me, and helped me rent a motorcycle. How to see the map and go to various attractions is the most satisfied hotel since I traveled to Cambodia. Such a good service made me stay for two more days. Before leaving, Miss Mara carefully helped me to arrange a hotel in advance to send me to the airport at a lower price: I am very happy to stay in the process and stay at the Dan Moore Hotel next time.

Very good one stay experience. The beauty EMILY at the front desk was patient and polite, very impressed, and explained the precautions when checking in. The hotel location is less than 10 minutes walk from the Old Market and Pub Street. It can be reached without tuk-tuk, which can ensure quiet rest and convenience. The hotel facilities are very new, the cleaning is also very good, and the room area is relatively large. Breakfast is order + buffet, the menu has about seven or eight choices, the taste is pretty good. You can book a takeaway breakfast one day in advance to watch the sunrise. The food basket is ready at the front desk when you leave at 5 o'clock. Had a dinner at the hotel and it tasted great. Check out almost all hotels near Pub Street before you go, and in general, this is the right choice.

Last night at 12 o'clock in the morning, the male boss of the hotel (possibly a relative of the boss) suddenly knocked on the door of my room and asked me in Chinese. The question was very strange-did you just call the front desk? I Didn't get it, did you hit it? I traveled alone as a girl, and I felt a little strange. I do n’t know how to describe it. The boss is Chinese. I do n’t know how to understand this behavior .............. Other They are all very good, the hotel chef is particularly lovely and friendly, the service is very good, the facilities are good, the security is good, and the environment is good, except that it makes me feel uncomfortable

Very nice hotel. Although it looks like some years, the materials used at the time were extremely particular, and the maintenance was good, giving a heavy sense of history. The bed in the big bed room was super big, because we booked a room for three people and gave an extra bed. Breakfast, after all, do not receive Chinese tourists, the advantage is that the service is in place, it is not too used to eating, but a few days to feel the exotic flavor is also good. There is welcome in the stay, and luggage is also sent to the room. The pastries in the hotel lobby bar are very good, and there are discounts after 6 o'clock in the evening. The hotel is a bit far from the old street, about 20 minutes walk, but fortunately there are sudden cars at the door, affordable and convenient.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from the market. Most of Siem Reap is a dirt road. Every day, the feet are black and collapse. The breakfast is good and the variety is rich. What makes me most satisfied is that the hotel's horse kills the chicken. I press it back every day. Don't be too cool. There are a lot of people, and you need to fix it in advance.

At that time, the Queens Hotel in Siem Reap was chosen because Ctrip recommended it. Clicking on the view will immediately determine this hotel. Real value for money after staying at the hotel. Especially the lobby manager Mary, with a smile in his eyes, is a very cute and friendly person. The local lady sister speaks Chinese very well. From the first day of pick-up to the last day, the plane will help us make an appointment. Super touched is to help me and my sister explain the local tourist attractions, book tickets, and always remind me to go out with my sister to pay attention to safety. Mary's manager service really did a great job, although she only stayed for 4 nights, but felt like she had made a good friend. The hotel room was very clean and staff were cleaned every day. The buffet is also delicious. The hotel also has a gym, bar, spa, swimming pool and more. All the staff are super friendly and it is a super happy stay at the Queens Hotel Siem Reap. Thanks to all the staff.

We stayed for four nights in a first floor luxury balcony room. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax in. The hotel itself is down a dirt track in the middle of nowhere, however this does make it very peaceful, there are local and touristy restaurants a short walk away, and it only took fifteen minutes to walk to the Old Market and Pub Street. The staff were very friendly, and the owners - who speak good English - are only a phone call away if there is an issue. Our only quibble was that my Asian husband tired of eggs and bread for breakfast every day, but once they let him switch to noodles everything was perfect!

Best hotel for this trip. I researched N for a long time before going to it and suddenly found this chain store. They have 5 hotels in Siem Reap and chose this price as acceptable. There is a shuttle service, two SPA, free breakfast, close to the bar street, no problem walking, quiet in the middle of the night, the room is very quiet. The sound insulation effect is super good. I live on the top floor, facing east. Very good. I saw before that the service was super good, and sure enough, if the other big five diamonds, the service can play 7 diamonds. I also thoughtfully gave a local mobile phone, you can contact the hotel at any time. There is no group, so it is relatively quiet. There are many varieties in the morning. The decoration is Southeast Asian style, I like it. The pool water was quite deep. I also gave you snacks when I welcomed you. I like that sticky rice stick and it is delicious.

Hi we are currently staying here and will be here for 4 weeks in total, just visiting from Bali where we now live, although from UK. The hotel room and pool are immaculate, hotel is still very new, staff work hard to keep it that way. Anything you need Tal Channak operation manager will ensure he meets you needs. The Hotel is within easy walking distance of centre, pub street. Night Market. I would highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant is not currently open, however you have the huge supermarket across the road, that literally sell anything. Your room as a kitchen hob and a fridge. I believe that management are looking into getting pool towels and a kitchen pack , knives, forks ect. It will have been a pleasure to have stayed here and hope that more visitors will come soon to this lovely hotel Catherine and Stephen Bremner

The staff were very helpful in arranging a tuk-tuk driver for 2 days in Angkor Wat. He made sure I saw everything I could squeeze in. The room was basic, but clean. I should have opted for the air conditioning, as it was in the 90's everyday. The plastic fan they provided helped, but the room didn't cool down until the middle of the night. Breakfast was an extra $3 US, but worth it. My only complaint is that the bed was very hard...not at all comfortable. The guesthouse is in walking distance of the river, the markets and lots of restaurants. I truly appreciated that they allowed me to take a shower before catching a night time flight, even though I had checked out that morning. You can't beat the price for the convenience and the location.

The service is really super good. Because I made the wrong room type, I changed the room for us the next day. The waiter was very friendly and the hotel didn't have a lift. Specially named Reth's waiter, there is a question and answer. Breakfast is orderly, there are not many types, but they are all delicious. It’s about 1 kilometer to go to the old market. It’s still very difficult to walk in the middle of noon, too hot. It’s okay to have a good dinner at night and walk. The hotel has a small door and the surrounding environment is average, but after entering, there is no hole in the sky. The hotel lobby is beautiful, with lots of greenery and a great pool. Dad travels almost every day. After staying for 6 nights, I observed that the hotel guests are mainly white foreigners. The room equipment is quite old, the bath water is slightly smaller, the toilet may be old, and it is not very clean. To be criticized, the sheets in the last few days were dirty, and there was a large unclear stain. The waiter who cleaned the next day did not change it for us. Instead, the stained quilt was changed from one bed to another. May be the reason why we forgot to tip in the next two days? 🤷‍♀️ There are mosquitoes in the room, almost bitten every day. The entertainment venue next door for the next two days was very noisy. All in all, from the service, breakfast and lobby, the price is a very high hotel. It is recommended that the hotel improve the equipment in the next room.

Very recommended hotel. First of all the location is good! Just walk 3 minutes at the old market, it is very convenient to eat spa at night. Secondly, the hotel management is good, the staff is very friendly and can recognize the guests. The hotel was being renovated in December. Expansion of the rooms, restaurants and swimming pools (two new swimming pools) were noisy during the day, and the decoration was very dusty. But after the renovation, the hotel is really good, we will definitely choose next time. The brother in the picture looks like a carved portrait of Bayon Temple!

Before I went, I was a bit worried. After all, I haven't been to Cambodia. I don't know what the environment is. The price is quite cheap. After going there, I found that it was really cost-effective! For this price, it is great. On the hardware, the rooms are large and the facilities are quite new. There is actually a swimming pool and happy hour. In terms of hygiene, there was nothing wrong with it. The only dissatisfaction was that the roof hangs down. In terms of environment, it is not far from Bar Street, and it is convenient to eat and buy things. The only dissatisfaction is that there is a noisy karaoke next to me, but I always stop before 10 o'clock every night, and then I will be quiet after stopping. Service attitude is good. My boyfriend and I were visiting Cambodia for a few days to see Angkor Wat. My friend had met Abi a few years back and highly recommended him! We connected prior to our trip and made arrangements for him to pick us up (in his very clean and comfortable car) early morning and take us to Angkor Wat and several other locations. Abi was an awesome tour guide, spoke great English (not to mention that he speaks about 5 others) and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about history, culture, and politics. He's also a great photographer and took some amazing pictures of us. We ended up spending two days with Abi as he showed us all that Ankor Wat and the surrounding areas had to offer, and was it a lot! We saw temples, waterfalls, floating villages, and a stunning sunrise and sunset. Most importantly, Abi made us feel at ease in a country where we didn't know the language. He was there to help us navigate a bad hotel situation and move hotels, he helped us with a lost phone, and offered to take us to the airport. He truly went above and beyond and really MADE our trip! I cannot recommend him highly enough! He is incredibly hard working and has build a great tour company and hostel!
