Rooms are ok but blankets and pillows were not clean nor the bead sheets, mosquitoes at night makes it terrible, due to flight delay we arrived late at night around 12:30am but officials were sleeping and no one was opening the door as my booking was already done in advance have to take help from outside to get in good things was he allowed us 2 hrs more for check out on my request

The housekeeping staff Mr. Suneel Jatav is very cordial and helpful. He specifically caters to special needs very promptly. We had an infant in our group and he was understanding enough to help with all things we needed at all times. The buffet breakfast needs to undergo a major rejig. We stayed for three nights and same menu all three days. The taste can also be improved. Menu is not very infant/ child friendly.

Hotel is very close to my business place. ther is a lot of staf for sarvis one thing is that good there couple are not allowed there the house keeping staf is too good behaviour and reseption manager behavior is to good . Staff and manager treated and l us greeted us. Rooms are spacious and hygiene too. Nice service also 👍

They allowed me early checkin@9:30am and were excellent in service. Rooms are nice, clean and well maintained. But the location is far and thus you are bound to try their food which is not upto the mark. Also same breakfast everyday so i changed to a better located hotel for my extended work related stay.

I hired Amaltas Catering for a family function and I was very impressed by their service. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-presented. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive. it was a very average stay. the good thing is the hotel provided complementary breakfast on the eve of rakshabandhan festival and the staff is very polite. the property is too compact that exists only in 2500 sqft areas. it resides in a residential area. it doesn't give a feel of a hotel. room size are hardly 110 sqft where 2 people even can't walk. hotel reception area is very average just like oyo. overall not recommended at this high price. i will put reviews everywhere. my worst ever experience with this booking i have booked 6 rooms and paid almost 16k which is not worth at all

Nice Hotel to stay, The room was so good and it's very clean. The food is very good and have many varieties to try. Actually I don't like North Indian food but in this hotel the food taste was so good and yummy and The service is very very good especially Virat Sharma and Lucy service was very great ful and virat is so friendly and so kind, Front office members (Allok Mishara and Aunpa) really good and they welcomed us nicely. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

I am very choose about my comfart Stay...2 year agoi just talk with Mr Vikas Jain (Hotel Paradise Owner) he just invite me at Hotel.. From thoos day till April 2024 at indorr never any clean and reasonable rates hotels... At centre of Indore...very nice place.. Polite staff... Very clen rooms...Hotel Paradise City centre INDORE...
