You can walk to Shinbashi Station in about 10 minutes. The bed and shower were clean and it was saved that there was a dressing room in the shower room. There is also a key locker. The dormitory itself is quite small, there is no place to spread the luggage. Also, the public space is only a small table in front of the elevator. I think you can spend comfortably if you have less luggage.

It is not a short distance from Shinbashi Station, but it is a short distance. Even from Karasumoriguchi Hibiyaguchi Dochika to the hotel, there are restaurants and it is lively. If you walk straight on the main street, you won't get lost. The hotel is new and clean and the staff are kind. There was no amenities cleansing face lotion emulsion in front of the elevator. There is a toothbrush cotton swab in the room. Pajamas are one-piece type. It was good that there were many outlets in various places. There was also USB. The shower is functional and comfortable. The toilet washbasin is also beautiful. I stayed in triple, but the twin bed was big and good. There was one kind of bread for the morning service, the first day was a croissant and the first day was Mahin. It seems that I have to go early. It was a hotel I wanted to stay again.

We were traveling as a big family with young children age 2-5. We had requested some baby equipment. The reservation staff had provided us good information and we had baby fence and baby cot for our kids which was great. The rooms are bigger than expected. It is clean and comfortable. Check-in and Check-out were quick. The staff were nice.

This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!

Very pleasant hotel and a terrific location which is 2 min away from the Shimbashi station. There is a family mart about 20s walk and we love that after we exit Shimbashi, go to family mart buy drinks and head to the hotel within 5 min! Hotel lobby at level 2 is constantly warm. Hotel room is small and we need to be creative in the placement of our luggage on the sofa and the table yet leaving room for the 2 human to move around easily. The toilet door open outward which is a bummer because it takes up space. The bathroom is decent size where both of us can stand inside to do hair or makeup. Overall, this has been a good experience for the price. We stayed for 3 nights and for the price, definitely value for money.

If you want the classic exquisite hotel experience, this is the place. They have bell boy, they deliver news paper in the morning, larger bathroom and bedroom space. Also very nice view of the Tokyo. On some rooms, you can see the trains come and go at the Shimbashi Train Station. The hotel is right next to the Shimbashi Train Station, so a great place to get to anywhere in Tokyo. Overall we all loved the stay here.

The hotel is located in the downtown area, about 200m from Shimbashi JR Station. The hotel has complete facilities, including a bathhouse, sauna and paid spa. Many Japanese people come here specifically to take a bath and sauna. The price of this hotel in capsule rooms is relatively cheap and very cost-effective. Highly recommended!

This hotel is the best choice for participants in the Tokyo International Pavilion. In Shinbashi, you can take the seagull line directly to the pavilion. The room is small, but the equipment is very good, if you do not need to clean the room, there will be a refund. The restaurant on the second floor of the hotel has a good level of western food. After flying in from Australia and being picked up at the airport it was nice to go to the hotel and just relax for a bit . Really enjoyed the hot bath on the top floor, lovely hot water, one of the baths was open to the fresh air, lovely to get a fresh breeze on you while in the hot water . All your soap, shampoo, conditioner hair dryers are there for your use , used it morning and night . Everything is spotless and staff are good , The smorgasbord breakfast was first class, great variety and very fresh, we had to put on plastic gloves to serve are own food so the hotel are doing everything right to keep us safe , definitely would stay here again , it is close to the station which is important to us .

Close to the station and restaurants are also convenient. The bed was large and hard. There was a bath on the upper floor, but it was good that it was empty because it was full if three people entered, but I thought it would be a little bit when it was crowded. The elevator hall or corridor is a blowout, and you can hear the doors on the other floors open and close and speak in the room. If you are concerned, you may want to think about it. Breakfast at the Chinese restaurant on the first floor is too long and is not recommended for those who are hurry. I think other shops are better because you can use food tickets in other shops.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel is clean and has all the amenities that a business or couples traveling would need. The rooms are clean, and a good size for Tokyo. The communication with the front desk. Staff is also efficient and easy to navigate. The downside would be the location is a bit off and requires some walking to Tokyo station. Otherwise, it’s really value for money.

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

5-7 mins walk from the nearest train station. noise level in my room was very low, almost silent, despite being adjacent to a busy street. coin laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers available) works great as expected and you can purchase individual detergent packs from the front desk (if i remember correctly: 500yen per wash, 100yen per 30 mins dryer, 50yen for a detergent pack)

コロナウィルスが流行る少し前に連泊させていただきました。八王子駅南口を出て徒歩3分ほどでしょうか。立地が良く建物が新しくレジャー、ビジネス問わず快適な滞在が可能です。広さは大手ビジネスホテルと似たり寄ったりですが、備品等真新しいので狭さはさほど気になりませんでした。フロントは若い男女で、両名ともに笑顔に溢れ言葉遣いも丁寧でテキパキとしておりとても気分よく過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございます。グループホテルは３か所ほどお世話になっておりますが、どこも綺麗で立地が良く、何より良心的な価格設定なのがとても魅力的です。また近日中に宿泊させていただきます。

With any brand new hotel you expect a few hiccups, but my layover stay at the Metropolitan Haneda didn’t have a single one. Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.
