      Hotel so new and pretty 😍👍Stayed two night and booked for room and breakfast, check in got regular room with sea view, room include coffee machine with capsule 🤗👍taste good, Visit their 23/f cruise bar and chat with manager and he recognised that I need walker due to injury and just discharged from hospital over 21 days, then ask me what room am I stay, told home regular room without hot tub 😅 man need to take shower on floor🥹, he told me will ask Libby manager help me change room, then they told me they have disabled room that much suit me😃, got upgraded to that room with full sea view and larger bathroom 😆🌹 Customer service in cruise bar are fantastic, coffee shop and reception are great too🌹Fully recommended

      I had a short trip to HK and travelled cheap This hotel provided the basics which I needed. The location is good I stayed in room 1307/ standard double room for 5 nights. The stand out point of the hotel was the service, the guy at reception Andy should be commended on his great services ensuring everything is okay with his clients. If you're a solo traveller looking for a cheap place to sleep around the North point area of HK this is a good start. Shout out to Andy😬

      Firstly I would warn against any tourists wanting to stay at North Point, its the biggest dump in HK. But if you have to stay here then Shama is an excellent option. The building is a high end serviced apartment with only a few floors leased out as hotel rooms. The decor is contemporary, details are on point, shower water pressure excellent. Only negative is that there is a bad sweat smell at the corridor between the gym and the lift that seems to be trapped. My room was outside the gym so I have to go through that small everytime I leave or come back to the hotel.

      Location is not on a busy street but very convenient and close to the Mongkok subway in Langham Place. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants in the area. The windows are frosted but gives you great sunlight, better than most hongkong hotel rooms. The size is not too small that it feels like you’re in a shoebox. I didn’t like that the shower and toilet was not separate, basically everything just gets wet. They clean everyday and change your towels everyday. Two of my towels had holes in them, but other than that they were clean. They have a hairdryer, hangers, toiletries. The service desk personnel were nice but they could do better if they smiled more! 😊 And how about a foldable luggage rack? That might be helpful! Thanks!
