The courtyard alone is worth the fee. We had a wonderful breakfast there overlooked by two of the most darling, mild-mannered beagles from next door. The night before, our train was late, so we had a mild panic when we got to the train station (Nice-Ville) at 9:45 and I pulled up the email saying check-in closed at 9pm. But we called at 9:45 and Pierre gave us the access code to the courtyard and told us where to find our key. I'm a total defeatist, and thought all would go to hell and we'd be on the street outside the gate all night, but it went seamlessly. Thank you, Pierre! I wish we hadn't been late, because it's really a lovely place. Breakfast was so good. Cafe au lait. Yum. We were only there one night. Internet is good. Pierre was very helpful in guiding us to places of our personal interest (my daughter loves flea markets and vintage stores). To get there you take the tram from Gare Thiers (Nice-Ville) in the direction of Henri Sappia. Your stop is Valrose Universite. Upon exit, go to your right, then look to your right for a place called L'Union (a landmark), walk down that road and you will see the "hotel" sign in the near distance.

I stayed at the hotel for a longer time and I can say that it is one of the best hotels I know! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can reach all of the city's major hotspots quickly and easily. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. The restaurant with the friendly staff is also highly recommended. I can only recommend everyone to go to this hotel. I'll be back soon! Keep it up!

Booked this hotel with my BA flight. This hotel as the name suggest is the annexe of Hotel Mosigny. The rooms were newly done up. To register you need to go to Hotel Monsigny. They will give you a code to enter the hotel. They charge 20 Euro for the key to the room which is refundable when you check out. The charge is just in case you lose the key. The breakfast was 12 euro or 6 euro for the express Breakfast. Sorry did not try the breakfast. The last night stay at the hotel was going to have a meal there but it was booked for a private function. Looking at the menu it was very competitive. 1 euro upwards for a pizza. We were given a 10% discount voucher provided we spend 15 euro or more. Positives: Modern rooms with bedside lights for each single bed. New bathroom with only shower. TV with a few channels on but had wifi internet. Wifi internet needed a password to access which was good no problems with streaming programs like YouTube or Netflix. On the Tram 1 route which leads to the beach and due just being a tram line there was little traffic noise. Only noise was from dustbin /rubbish trucks at night. There was a balcony with 2 chairs outside. There was air-con but during our stay it was not used. The towels were changed each day. The bed were made up each day. There was a hairdryer. There was parking space for 6 cars but I do not know if there was a charge for the parking space ? There is a Carrefour Express or supermarket across the road. 1 tram stop to Nice Train station or you can walk it. Negatives: Having read reviews of the hotel;we knew there was no tea/coffee maker in the room. We brought our own kettle. There was no fridge which we knew so had brought powdered milk. The bathroom shower was a fixed head but you can turn the head but could not take it off. The bedroom had only 1 2pin socket which after reading reviews they added a multi plug of 3 2pin plugs. This was not of any help to UK citizen which had to use an adaptor. We had 2 adaptor plugs but they clashed or did not fit into the 3 X 2pin multi socket provided. It would have been fine had we had European 2 pin plugs. I used the 2 pin socket in the bathroom usually for the electric shaver for charging. Making sure no water would cause any problems. In the main entrance there were many tables and chairs on the ground floor which had 2 pin sockets which I used in the morning to charge my phone or use for my laptop. During our stay the wash basin was not blocked but slow to flow away. Overall the location was good and newly decorated rooms was fine. Just need to add more electric sockets. Most hotels have a socket next to the bed. having read reviews before going. I am more than happy to recommend this 3 star hotel. I sometimes find that people review hotels expecting 5 star hotel but still want 2 star prices. Hotel Annexe given the price I got from was very good value. Will come back again when in Nice. Hopefully try

Hôtel Parisien So French! Loved our stay. Location is perfect. 10 minute walk straight to the large Nice Ville Train Station using the street right in front of the hotel and a tunnel to keep you out of rain it geat! Two blocks to the Tram which takes you all the way to Old Town. You are also in the middle of amazing restaurants and cafes of the Gambetta District. Perfect! We were greeted by the nicest man. We were late and exhausted from a travel day from hell as the French train system decided to go on strike leaving us stranded in Italy. Four buses and a tram got us here four hours after we should have arrived. Check-in was easy though and we got our room quickly. Great room. #26 , Extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable and linens were nice. We had a window which opened that looked out onto the street below. Loved hearing the sounds but then also complete silence when the window closed. Bathroom was nice. Large round shower with soaps and cotton towels. Safe, secure and vibrant neighborhood. We will always plan on a stay at Hotel Parisien when we pass through Nice!

Had a 2 night stay here and it a great location. 15 mins from beach and Old Nice, plus close to station and main shops. Was very noisy as opposite building works but we had AC so could close windows. Yes the room is basic but for the price and location what do people want!?! The staff were nice and the room was clean. I'd stay here again for a short stay.

We picked this hotel based on reviews and proximity to the train station, and are so happy we did. It is, as advertised, super-close to the train station. The hotel is less than five minutes’ walk down Avenue Thiers from the train station and right along the Avenue Jean Medicin, a straight shot to the park and waterfront along the tram line, with a great series of shops and restaurants along both walks. You can pretty much get anywhere you need to go from this hotel. The staff was universally multilingual and was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room itself was great. The bed was comfy, the shower was a little more of an open design than we expected, but it worked well. Towels were plush, thick, and awesome. There was some construction noise when were there but the hotel can't control their neighbors and it wasn't happening at night; for the most part, it wasn’t even worth closing our window over. The wifi signal in the room was strong and there were lots of outlets for charging. We paid for the advertised breakfast buffet one morning and we were very pleased with our decision. Breakfast included sausages, English bacon, crepes with a smorgasbord of fruit, delicious pastries, and the option of omelets or fried eggs done to order (though we were so stuffed we ended up not needing them). The breakfast staff, like everyone at the hotel was super friendly. At 15 euros per person (possibly higher in the summer), it may be a bit too pricey to have every day, but we definitely recommend indulging at least one morning of your stay here. This is a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff in a wonderful location! Seriously, there is no comparison; stay here if you are in Nice. We certainly plan to when we return.

This hotel has a very high rating on booking. The price is still cheaper than Ctrip. Three days before the trip, it is 800 nights. It is more cost-effective to book early. I originally thought about the hotel by the sea, but because the temporary trip to the beach was very expensive, I decided this one. I didn't expect the trip to be more convenient than the seaside. From the airport to the hotel, take the 99 bus to the terminal and walk for another five minutes. Walk for three minutes from Nice Railway Station and go to Cannes. Monaco is super convenient. Going left for a minute is McDonald's. There is also a Chinese buffet on the side of McDonald's, but the boss staff are not Chinese and have a good attitude. There is a 24-hour drug store on the opposite side of McDonald's. McDonald's left for a minute to the station, buy a day pass to sit in the old town and the beach. To go to the town of Eze, you can also take the bus by bus. The road to McDonald's is the most lively commercial street in Nice. Lafayette is on this road and has been walking straight for about 20 minutes. The hotel is very new and clean, and the mineral water coffee tea in the lobby bar on the first floor is self-service for 24 hours. Breakfast for 15 euros may be a little less selective for the Chinese, but it tastes good. The single room is relatively small, and the 30-inch suitcase will be difficult to spread. But one doesn't matter. Nice is really small, many hotels are very close. Don't worry too much.

We had a fantastic stay here in November 2019. After some of the reviews we read, we were a bit worried, but we did not see these bad reviews as a true reflection based on our visit. We were in room 107. Clean and comfortable, best nights sleep we have had in a long while. We stayed for 4 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very close to everything you could want. The breakfast was included in our price And we could not complain. It was typically French, the coffee was okay, and plenty of pastries, toast and cereal. I can understand people saying the area feels a bit rough of am evening, but we never had any bother, it's just the same as walking through a city at night. We loved our time in Nice and when we return we will be booking this hotel again.

Good location, clean room, french breakfast. Although the name of the hotel refers to the center, it is quite far from the beach and the city center. The hotel building is interesting in architecture, but the rooms do not have a beautiful view. Breakfast has quality products but every day is the same menu. However, overall, the price / quality ratio is excellent!

This is the very first negative review that I have ever written for a hotel but feel compelled to warn others of the appalling conditions in this building. I am a realistic person and feel that it is naïve to expect five star conditions and facilities for a budget price and indeed have stayed in many inexpensive B&Bs and basic hostels in many parts of the world, including third world countries but have never come across conditions as bad as those in the Art Hotel. We arrived at the hotel late afternoon and had to go to a Best Western Hotel a few doors away to get our key and door code. Having entered the building we climbed up 3 flights of stairs to what appeared to be the top floor. We still had not found our room but found a door that led into an adjoining building where another flight of stairs took us to our room (Room 26). There appeared to be just one small light above the bed (naked bulb and exposed wiring) and as the light was fading by this time we were unable to see the full horrors of the room which were revealed the following day. The bed did not look too bad but I thought it was better not to investigate it too thoroughly! The next day I had a shower. The shower door was missing so I could only hand hold the shower head but even so I was unable to prevent the bathroom flooding and water going under the door into the bedroom, making the floor dangerously slippy. The walls of the bedroom and bathroom were covered in black mould, including around the spare bed. The double bed looked OK until I realised that the wall at the back of the bed was painted grey to hide the mould. Any pipes or other metalwork were thick with rust and there were broken or missing tiles in most places. There was a double metal locker for belongings. One side had a keyhole (but no key) and the door was missing from the other side. After wiping the bathroom floor there was no towel rail on which to put the soggy towels. Nor was there a toilet roll holder or a plug in the sink. There was no central light and the small light above the bed did not provide enough light for reading. Just before we left we noticed another light above the spare bed but this was turned on at a light switch which we had failed to notice as it had been painted over. Although I did not actually see any bed bugs, both my husband and I found that we had bites on our bodies when we arrived home. There was no fire escape procedure shown in the room and I would imagine that if there had been a fire it would have been impossible to get out. I am surprised that this hotel has not been condemned. There would be a public outcry in England if anyone was housed under such condition. There was no one to whom we could express our concerns as during our 4 night stay I only saw a person in the hotel office on one occasion. Breakfast was not served in the Art Hotel (much to our relief) but at the Best Western so we hoped that we would be consoled by a good breakfast. We went into the breakfast room

Nice Waterfront
This is a very useful evaluation for a hotel in Nice, I hope everyone can take a look. 1) Location: The location of the hotel is on the beach, it is really good! But if you are entangled in which hotel to choose, stayed in Nice for 6 days and changed 3 hotels (3 different price points) I can tell you that the price of this home is nearly twice as expensive as the others - in the room facilities and Service does not have any outstanding advantages. I will talk about it in detail later, so, simply speaking from the position, this row of hotels or homestays are all 180-degree super beautiful seascape sunrise. 2) Service: I can only give 3-4 stars to the attitude of the service staff. It is not a standard for a 4 star hotel. Relatively indifferent~ It was my birthday on the day of the hotel check-in. I didn’t feel that I didn’t notice the passport, but the friend sent the birthday cake to the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very indifferent and let the porter take it to me... (not me Feeling, as a girl who stayed alone, I used to be a hotel. If it is such a detail, I can't do more details. May I have more details?) Two days in the store, WIFI broke two days because I have to deal with some work with my computer, and I always ask them when they can be good... The response is unified, the whole hotel is broken, and we are very anxious. Anyway, it’s quite awkward. As an emergency response, I think I can actually borrow a nearby wifi or other processing method... and a wifi problem can’t be fixed in two days... It’s really... 3) Amenities/services/breakfast: The bed is very soft and very comfortable, the bathroom is great, but the biggest problem in the whole house is that the 3 floors I live in, half of the house is tilted... too obvious! So every time I walk, it will be a little dizzy...🤦🏼‍♀️ mini bar provides drinking water, tea bags...but only the first day of stay, no supplements...also very good... Breakfast should be the best part of the whole hotel~ Although it is Western, the overall variety is very rich, and the restaurant is also facing the sea... It feels great when I have breakfast in the morning! 4) This article should be a supplement to the previous one: About the SPA part of this hotel~ There should be friends like me to set this hotel, but the hotel's spa area is on the first floor of the hotel... I personally feel A little embarrassing... the price is about 60-150 euros! This is the price of the spa. If you use the spa area alone, the in-house guest is 30 euros for two hours...but, in fact, just like our domestic swimming pool, there is a lounge chair...the sauna room...the money feels unnecessary Flower... After all, three minutes walk to the beach, swim in the sea, find a bar and a glass of wine to lie down, cost-effective! Ok to share this ~ Nice is really beautiful, it is worth spending a few days to get rid of!

I booked this hotel through the Prestigia website a few months ago. Their terms and conditions clearly stated that the rate was fully refundable until 15 days before arrival. I cancelled one month prior to arrival and they're refusing to refund my one-night deposit. Here is the confirmation email I received: Cancellation and payment policies for Privilege Room - Early Bird Saver 15% off : Before Friday 10 July 2020, 12:01 AM: Free cancellation. From Friday 10 July 2020, 12:01 AM to Saturday 11 July 2020, 12:00 AM (Arrival date): 1 night(s) will be charged to your credit card. In case of no-show: 1 night(s) will be charged to your credit card. I would never book through this company again, and I use Trip Advisor a lot and I'm surprised that you do business with a company that doesn't honor their contract terms.

Nice City Center
We are from India stayed in the hotel Hipark by Adagio in Nice in an apartment type room from 10 December to 13 December 2019 for four days. We had a wonderful and an extremely comfortable stay in the hotel. The apartment room in the hotel was large enough for three people. The hotel was at a 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the convention centre in Acropolis, where I had a conference to attend. The receptionists were polite and extremely helpful. They politely answered all our queries during the stay and were extremely helpful in everything. The lady chef (Sabah) was highly cooperative, pleasant, smiling lady and specially prepared Indian vegetarian food, for us for the duration of our stay. We would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. This hotel in Nice was really nice..

In fact, this is another hotel that is evaluated, called ASTON, because I brought my 6-year-old baby without booking a triple room in advance. The 6-year-old baby also has to set up a triple room. This is the only hotel in the five hotels in France that is not allowed to stay. And the handling method is simple and rude, directly contact another hotel, no car, no one to carry luggage. We dragged the baby and walked the box a few hundred meters away. Hey. Fortunately, another hotel is good, the rooms are well oriented. Although it changed from the first row of Linhai to the back, forget it. This is a picture taken from the room.

Nice French Riviera Airport
This is an ideal place for an overnight stay before/after a flight. Reception is welcoming, rooms are very clean and well maintained. Having access to the (Novotel) pool is a real plus! The complimentary airport shuttle is efficient. Breakfast, also complimentary, was good and was served in pleasant surroundings beside the pool. I'm happy to recommend this hotel to my friends.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was quite clean and spacious. I got a Bay View that didn't disappoint at all--especially since the hotel is set up into the hill so you are up at the same height as the historic tower/scenic overlook. Be prepared to take several different elevators up and get a little lost on the way to your room in order to zig zag your way up to that impressive height. My booking included the breakfast in bed option, which had plenty of good things on the free menu and a few extra options available as add-ons. The front desk staff were lovely and helped us (in English) plan our daytrip to Monaco by city bus. One note that the "fitness center" is TINY! I definitely couldn't imagine being in there with more than one person. But as long as the weather is okay, the hotel is right on the Promenade for a lovely jog instead. If you're excited about exploring Old City, it's all a very easy walk from the hotel.
