This hotel was everything we could want, and more. We stayed here for 7 nights for our Denver trip. The location is awesome and super convenient. Short drives to most of the places on our list. The ViewHouse is right around the corner for convenient eats/drinks. The staff was absolutely amazing!! Lindsay was seriously the most customer service oriented personnel I’ve ever dealt with. She was so kind and helpful and always spoke to us as we came and went. We never got to meet Suzette but she was gracious enough to lend us her fan when we needed it for the noise. Our room was pristine, very clean and well kept. We had a king suite. A/C was good and cold, shower was nice and hot, beds comfy. Couch converted to pull out if necessary, fridge and microwave with cabinet space available. Vanity area with sink near full length mirror, perfect for getting ready for a night out. Breakfast was limited I think due to covid but we got juice, yogurt and muffins daily. They also have a complimentary soda fountain machine in the lobby. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool/spa area but it was nice, you do need a reservation to use it currently because of covid. I have only positive things to say about my stay here. Will definitely recommend and stay here on my next visit.

Give me a suite, there are 2 people in the living room, there is a single room, the result is a small single room. In the feeling of a science park, there is a supermarket across the road, and it seems to sell furniture. #酒店餐饮# #hotel service#

Everything was a okay no complaints besides that the breakfast I was looking forward to since my last hotel stay ( different business) did not offer breakfast because of covid..to find out breakfast is only a mini cereal bowl / multi grain bars. No hot breakfast like I assumed when I was told that breakfast was offered. My fault for assuming and again that I understand is a state precautions not the companies fault.

Stayed here one night with our dog, Rudyard. The location is perfect - centrally located in the city and right next to a beautiful park and running/biking trail. Our suite was spacious, clean and quiet. There were a few small things that needed attention: no skillet in the kitchen, one burner not working and a faulty coffee pot, but no matter. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very dark for sleeping, which is a blessing. The free breakfast is very nice. The staff here is also very courteous and attentive. We felt welcomed. Will stay here again!

This is the best location out of all of the greater Denver area ESA’s. I’ve been to most. Jessie is the best! I hope he’s paid well, and recognized for all that he does. Also, Katie is the best. Very helpful, smart, and great at what she does. Every person I have encountered here has been great. You can get quarters for laundry at the front desk- so convenient! They are also able to print out an important paper if you need it like work, or Plane tickets-info. Me walking into my room- I didn’t know what to do.... I came into my room, and everything worked!?! And what’s this? It’s clean already??? I don’t have to go and clean everything first before I put all of my belongings away!?!??? How convenient is that? How it should be. Thanks ESA Glendale/Cherry Creek!

The accommodation conditions are not bad, but it is too inconvenient to ask the person to settle the credit card and not to charge the person. I hope that in the future, customers will feel convenient in terms of payment.

The hotel is in a good location, but the price is a lot higher than last year, and there is less variety for breakfast, because I chose this one for nostalgia. The service needs to be improved. The room clearly includes breakfast. The bill is still given when checking out, and the money is not collected after negotiation.

This is the first time I have come to Denver, I booked it online, so I am not sure about the location. It is a bit far from the city and I need a taxi. The hotel is ok, similar to other hotels in the United States.

The room is big, tidy and hygienic, but the quilt is weak, it will wake up, forget to turn up the heating, the location is good, the nearest 16th street, recently the state government capital, you can take a rickshaw ranging from 20-25, if the toilet has ventilation, it is better. The outdoor swimming pool is warm and very good. During the epidemic, the economy in downtown Denver was sluggish. Before the epidemic, the 16th Street Mall was very lively. There are no people nowadays. Many restaurants are closed and deserted. When you click check out, the room card will be reserved in the special box for the turn-off gate of the parking lot. After checking out, you can enjoy free parking until 4 o'clock. Parking nearby is expensive. Remember to bring the room card when entering and exiting. Watch the game first-rate. Then check out to visit Colorado, Denver Museum of Nature and Science. The large parking lot is full of lively, cute and cheerful children. The indoor restaurant is worth trying: Pizza, cold sushi, fruit and vegetable salad, various beverages, biscuits, sweet cookies Cake, business is booming, one big dragging 2-3 children is not a problem, 15 years later, the explorer will grow up, and the economic future of Denver is promising. At the same time, the zoo nearby has more parents and children in line, which is a sharp contrast to the deserted city.

Blown away with our experience here. I read on Yelp a sparkling heartfelt review that convinced me to book a stay here. It was a 5 day stay, I took my mom here for her 66th birthday along with a visit to my oldest sister who lives right outside of Denver. The service, experience, the view, food, location... EVERYTHING was perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the Teatro staff. If you stay here try to get the balcony corner room...it was beautiful, the rooms/bathroom were super clean and even though house keeping isn’t offered during the stay because COVID-19 precautions, a quick call to the desk and they made sure to bring up more towels/soaps and take the old ones etc. The hotel is prime location we walked to our spa/nail salon/mall/museum and when we didn’t want to walk the Uber’s/fun rickshaws were only like $9-$14. The restaurant and lounge is so pretty and make some excellent food, definitely try their Bloody Mary’s/flatbread/salmon/squash salad my favorites I had while there. The customer service ALONE has earned my loyalty forever. One pet peeve of mine when I stay at hotels is when the front desk people look like they hate their life/barely smile or don’t make any sort of effort to be pleasant, it totally ruins vacation/special occasion vibes... with that being said every staff member we encountered from maintenance to front desk was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and just so personable and made me excited to stay/not a burden. Special shout-out to the front desk person Alana (I believe that’s how it’s spelt.) When I called to reserve the stay and wanting the best room, she tried her hardest to ensure we got the highly requested corner balcony room! When we got into the room my mom also had such a sweet Teatro staff signed birthday card waiting for her (above and beyond) along with the yummiest popcorn and chocolate (I didn’t even mention those two things are my moms favorite treats) + champagne. There has been many changes during these unprecedented times and I am extremely pleased with how safe/clean/relaxing/nice/fun our stay at The Teatro was despite all of them.

This hotel shares a hall and breakfast point with the Wood Hotel. The room allocated to me is quite big, but the layout is really wonderful. The bathroom is too far away from the bed. Three walls are cut across three walls, and I go to the toilet at night. Too far. The breakfast was quite good and the location was very close to the 16th pedestrian street.

Came here for Valentine’s Day. The check in staff was fleet friendly. They had put out little snacks and strawberry water for the occasion. The room was a very good size and big ledge at the window to enjoy the view. They also have chrome cast to the TV and the king bed was very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is good, the hotel is very modern, and the public areas are very comfortable, but the rooms are small, and hygiene is not a problem for a hotel. Many hotels in the United States don’t seem to suck the floor every day, and hair dust can be seen.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for over a year. What happened there still truly haunts me and caused me some emotional turmoil. I stayed there in the middle of a move and left personal belongings with valet/baggage storage due to last minute flight snafu. I checked with front desk saying I wasn’t sure when I’d be back but that I would grab them as soon as I came back which would likely be in a month or so. They said totally fine. Circumstances prevented me from coming back for several months but I called twice and they said it was all good. When I called to say I was coming back to get my things 2 months after my last call in which they had said just come when you can (and gave me NO deadline) they couldn’t find them then said they got rid of them! NOBODY called me! My phone number was written in Black sharpie in HUGE font on 2 of the bags along with my name. my belongings consisted of BRAND NEW ski helmet, brand new ski goggles, very nice powder skis (in a nice ski bag WITH MY PHONE NUMBER IN HUGE FONT ON OUTSIDE), very nice ski boots (in a nice boot bag WITH MY PHONE NUMBER IN HUGE FONT ON OUTSIDE and my helmet, goggles in same bag), ski clothing, and a box of hugely sentimental belongings from my move (family pictures, documents, etc). Again, my phone number was written in huge letters on both the ski bag and the boot bag and the box. No effort whatsoever to contact me. As if they had called I would have had had a local friend pick up ASAP. Clearly an employee took the skis/boots or sold them. When I called to say I was getting them they were super vague about what happened but said they did remember the stuff and said someone took them away. Sure policy on tag says not liable but this is robbery by employees in a locked closet and wrong and they shouldn’t have told me on phone not to worry about not picking it up. More importantly, be a decent human and at least make a phone call, some effort when the phone number is screaming to you, before taking them or getting rid of them. This wasn’t just a suitcase or a bag that was a bother to them. This was nice belongings that clearly someone wanted, otherwise they would have at least CALLED ME before taking them even if it's policy. They know given the fact that there was a phone number someone would have come for them. Not to mention if they had just checked with the front desk. But the fact that my contact info was LARGE on every single item means there is ZERO excuse. I cried when I found out and could not believe their lack of care or apology about the situation. This was at LEAST $3.5K worth of belongings PLUS the box of truly irreplaceable family belongings on top of that. They offered NO accommodation whatsoever. Truly abhorrent inexcusable and incredibly sketchy. No integrity. Still in shock.

I recently stayed at the Brown Palace. Be warned - the hotel is not operating anywhere close to the level other hotels in Denver are operating at right now. I hope post-COVID the hotel can regain its footing, but unfortunately this historic institution is struggling at the moment. As just one of several examples, when you check in you receive a handout with different phone numbers/hours for different services and COVID rules. After calling the in-room dining 7 times over the course of 2 hours with no answer I decided to robo-dial to see if anyone would answer any number. No luck. Valet won’t pick up, nor will any other service outside the front desk. Interestingly, there are a lot of (seemingly glum) employees walking around, but you can tell COVID has dealt them and the hotel a major blow. Other examples – the employees at the Churchill Room and Ship’s Tavern decided to close 45 minutes earlier than posted hours even while there were diners still seated (this is a common theme – employees don’t follow the COVID rules and hours); several hallways reeked of marijuana; the hotel has taken all coffee, cups, pens, paper, and other basics out of the hotel rooms; and on. It’s frusterating because there are no vending machines or any other ways to get food/beverages in the building. I can’t even get the hotel to help with my bill, which should be item #1 for any institution. I ended up checking out early. The person in line with me was doing the same. The Brown Palace is an amazing institution and worthy of a visit. But I would wait until post-COVID before you visit.

We enjoyed our trip to the Warwick Denver Hotel. We checked in late on a Thursday evening and spent Friday and Saturday at the rooftop pool as well as visiting attractions nearby. We were truly impressed when there was an emergency at the pool and bartenders Ezra and Brendan jumped right in to take care of the unconscious patron. The concern for this young man and his mother was undeniable and something you don't see every day. Ezra was also working the next day when another emergency arose and he handled that in a professional manner as well. The only negative during our visit was the restrooms by the pool weren't open so you had to go to your room to use the restroom (which very few seemed to do!) The clean hotel and excellent service from the staff will make this one of our favorites to visit in the Denver area.
