We stayed at the Bell'arrivo for a week on the recommendation of an Italian friend. Paolo hit the spot with his choice. Perfect location in the heart of the old town, it is walking distance to the ferry terminal and the railway station. Our room looked out onto the canal and the lake. Everything in the room worked, it had good air conditioning, a safe and a fridge. The hotel staff were very helpful, should you stay here do ask for recommendations. for restaurants and you wont go wrong; thanks again Martina and Fabio. We had American friends join us here for a couple of days and they loved the hotel too. So there you go, that's our review. We will be back.

I highly recommend Hotel Dori if you are travelling to Peschiera Del Garda, it is a few metres away from the Centre of Peschiera. We stayed 5 nights there and the service is excellent. The receptionists are an extra asset to this hotel, they were all really helpful, and they gave us better information than the Peschiera Tourist information. I was really disappointed about this Tourist information giving us misleading information at least twice. Thanks to the receptionist we organised and planned some of the days, we also booked tickets to attractions at a discounted rate. Even the breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay once again in this hotel One word to describe this experience- EXCELLENT

I recently stayed at the Garden Hotel in Peschiera del Garda ( last week of September ), and on the whole, I can recommend the hotel for a number of reasons . Number one is the location - when folk say the hotel is only a stones throw from the central railway station , they mean it !! - see my picture taken from the railway station towards the hotel , it really is that close .The proximity to the railway station is a major plus for those wishing to visit Verona , Milan or even Venice . There is a shuttle bus stop over the road from the hotel, which gives free rides during the high season to Gardaland , there is also a bus stop at the beginning of the street which one can use to ride to the more Northern towns and attractions along Lake Garda , as well as for popping into Peschiera del Garda itself . Number 2 -The hotel itself feels welcoming insofar that it is well maintained ,and has a team of genuinely friendly and knowledgeable receptionists . Number 3 - The lighting in the rooms is very good - so many times I have stayed in hotels where the dimmed " romantic " lighting has forced me to read a book in the reception area , not so in the Hotel Garden . Number 4 , if one excuses breakfast , the food served in the dinning room/cafe/restaurant is very good , the menu is on display near the reception area Now to the Achilles heel of the Hotel Garden , namely breakfast .You'll see from my pictures , that for a traveller wishing to walk several hours during the day , the lack of protein and energy foods is " awkward " - just the addition of tuna ( and some basic salad ingredients) , for example ,would be welcome - maybe for my next visit this would be resolved . I enjoyed my stay , and it is no exaggeration to say that the staff of the Hotel Garden are a major contributing factor in helping me to decide on a further visit Pescharia del Garda in the future

My family and I stayed in this hotel for two weeks in August.it's a family run hotel and the whole family are very friendly and helpful.there was great selection for breakfast but my favourite was crispy bacon sandwiches with their lovely coffee, very tasty.we had lunch there on a few occasions and their pizza is unbelievable, really good.also had dinner there as well, their steaks are gorgeous.the rooms are average in size but are spotless, cleaned everyday!the balcony in our room was smallest balcony I've ever had but room for myself and the wife to sit and have a drink on it.the hotel is in a great location, close to all amenities.the swimming pool was small enough but it was fine.nice and peaceful and relaxing at the pool.you could also hire bicycles from the hotel, which I did once or twice, euro an hour or 5 euro for 24 hours, which is very good and convenient.the whole hotel was immaculately clean, really impressed with that.when we were leaving they gave us a beautiful bottle of red wine for staying in hotel, which I thought was a very nice gesture.if I'm ever in peschiera again I would definitely stay in the bel sito and I would recommend anyone else to stay there also.

I cannot stop raving about our experience at this quaint little cycling hotel! Luca, Vanessa, & the rest of the family cater to all the details! Emmanuel runs the bike garage and has all types to choose from: Mountain, road, and e-bike. You send him your measurements and he sets it up for you. There are three guides to offer a different level of difficulty route each day. The food, oh the food! A great buffet breakfast to fuel your ride and then a post ride spread to recover! Dinner is spectacular with some of the old favorites mixed in with a different specialty each night. There are plenty of things to do close by for those non riders in the group, as well. At the dock in Peschiera Del Garda they can hop on the ferry and visit the beautiful little villages dotted along the lake. This is in the Valpolicella region so of course there is wine! Custoza from Gorgo, Bardolino, Ripasso and Amarone from Lenotti are a few of my favorites! There is also a theme park nearby called Gardaland but I did not feel it necessary to visit. There is so much natural beauty to enjoy as you hop on your bike to ride along the lake, the river, and through vineyards!

We ate here for two nights and both times it was fantastic. The first day were lucky enough to be able to eat on the stylish terrace. You sit underneath a pergola of trees and lanterns, really enchanting. The food was just great. I highly recommend the anti pasti of the house. A great selection of different types of salume, cured vegetables and some kind of regional fried bread. But the carpaccio was also fantastic. We had grilled sea bass and different types of beef and pasta. All great. As well as the desserts, also wonderful and a wide selection. The waiter from Bari was kind and made lots of jokes with the children to make them feel welcome. I can only say give this great place a try, you won't be disappointed! Especially for these prices. I've added a picture of the receipt so you can see for yourself :)

We booked a deluxe room with view at lake Frassino and we got a room in the building next to the restaurant. We had a room on the groundfloor and had our own little garden next to the swimming pool (the new swimming pool, the quiet one). Easy for us, walk out the room in to the swimming pool. The room itself was very spacious with some antique furniture. There was also a large bathroom with a huge walk in shower and a separate toilet. The light in the bathroom could be a little more intense and the bathroom's sink furniture could be a litte bit larger so it's easier to put your things there but those are just minor details. Wiffi is good. Rooms were cleaned every day by very friendly staff. Actually all staff is very friendly, they all speak different languages and they help you whenever it's needed. As we had booked half board we had a 3 course dinner every evening, there's a good choice of dishes to choose from. Drinks in the restaurant aren't expensive and they have a good selection of wines. One of the waitresses, Georgie was very kind and said hello every time she was working. The restaurant can be very busy as much Italian people choose to eat here as well so it is always possible you have to wait a little longer, but hey, since you're on holiday, that's no problem. There's also a kind of head waiter who takes you're orders and I think he ran a marathon every shift he worked, but always with a smile and always friendly. Dining with view on the lake Frassino is magnificent. Everey weekend there are some weddings and that also means that there are fresh flowers on the table ! Breakfast is also in the same restaurant and there is a wide variety to choose from. If you have a special request, you can order it,. At the main swimming pool there's also a bar and you can have a light lunch there as well. Both swimming pools are not heated. The hotel also has a spa but we didn't use it so I can't review it. For those who want to explore the area and don't like to take the car, you can rent bicycles at the hotel. There is als a walking trail around the lake that starts at the hotel. The whole resort is very cosy and all the small details make it look exceptional. Cars can be parked at the hotel grounds and if you bring your own bike there is a building you can use. You can walk to the city centre of Peschiera but it will take you about 30 minutes to get there so take a bike instead. In the city centre you can rent a boat to explore lake Garda or you can take a ferry to get to some other cities aroud lake Garda. We had a very relaxing vacation and I can recommend Le Ali del Frassino to any one who wants to have a relaxing holiday with good food and kind and friendly staff in a very romantic looking surrounding.

We stayed for 3 nights having travelled from Venice by train. About a 15 minute easy walk from the station. Andrea had good communication with us by email about our arrival time. We dropped off our luggage early and then returned to book in early afternoon. Our room was on the second floor- by stairs. Very bright and welcoming. The key fob matched the heart on the door and the finishings to the curtains/cushions/bed covers - a really lovely touch. Great air conditioning, comfy bed that could be adjusted!, good sized bathroom. Extremely quiet- I slept really well which is unusual for me on holiday.Breakfast was taken in the courtyard and was great. Again Andrea was good with the little touches- warmed croissants, selection of jams, cakes, scrambled egg and bacon which my husband says was perfect, bread ham, cheese, yogurts and fruit. Very centrally located in PDG with good restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend. Thank you!!
