The location is very good for those looking for peace and quiet in the hustle and bustle of SP, the hotel is a spectacle apart with the green of Burle Marx at the side, very spacious rooms with walk-in closets and large bathrooms. The service and attendance are excellent.

The hotel is in a very good location, near the supermarket, butterflies, bakery, pharmacy. The hotel's food is excellent and accommodation. One point I would like to report was not good, that the air conditioning was not cold, but ventilation was good and the SP climate was cold, so it compensates.

Curtiu · If your commitment is in the region, I needed to get a order there before my arrival. They received and opened the package to see it was right, as I asked! Tb took my pizza in the room! Very nice! The bed was comfortable The shopping area is well-complete (although well-loaded) and breakfast is served in the room. The hotel and the region are very simple, with a variety of prostitutions and a lot of popular trade. I didn't see any danger but I didn't get out at night. The hotel is done for $90 per night with breakfast. I imagine q is used as a motel... I stayed only one day and, more than 01 times, I heard fornication sounds. The street is very noisy, but did not catch the sleep. The room is very small. The trailer - which seems to be curvin - is horrible! TEMPEL: Swap the pads, serve at least 2 feet of cheese and 2 of brunette in the coffee, swap the disposable with a cup and a spatula of metal, more coffee and a pot of fruit salad.

Cama casal bem confortável 2 travesseiros e 2 almofadas 1 cobertor desses tipo cobertor e edredom,limpo e bom Ar condicionado bom TV plana acho que 29 polegadas,canais tv aberta. Wi Fi gratuito com conexão boa 46 quartos no total senão me engano Certo silêncio nesse quarto em específico Espelho grande ao lado da cama Sem box no banheiro,porém achei até melhor não ter Vaso sanitário limpo Recepcionista educada e simpática,tira dúvidas se você tiver. Não vi o cardápio,no quarto não tinha,mas se eu pedisse o veŕua Opção de café da manhã,mas acabei não pegando Não reservei,fui direto lá,tentem ligar ou chamar no whats para maiores informações ou agendar. No Google ao pesquisar,vi por 65 a diária e ao chegar lá estava 80,justo por uma diaria em hotel 2 estrelas,mas deveria haver uma atualização Resumo: Recomendo seja para única pessoa,como para casal,namorados,família. Pretendo voltar novamente por ser lugar agradável e próximo a estação de ônibus,trem e metrô. Obser: Olhem as fotos no site,tem quartos grandes.

Excellent service at reception by the employee Drielli. The air conditioning in the room was not freezing and making a lot of noise, I called the reception and talked to the employee Gabriel or Felipe (I don't remember for sure) who called the maintenance and in 2 hours the problem was solved. What bothered me a lot was the dirt on the bathroom floor - slime. This would be easily removed with chlorine. As I was already installed and only went to take a shower when I left for my appointment, I didn't complain about the bathroom. Exceptional breakfast. Many options, breads, juices, jellies, cold cuts and fruits. Great.

The hotel gets good rooms, they’re larges and very clean, I could say impeccable. Great view and a very nice breakfast. At night there’re many options so close to hotel as well pizza, hamburger and portions of food. My only complaint is the check-in was too slow, I also was fatigued though. I hope have a fast the check-out! The employees are fabulous! (Rodolfo and Renan, you rock it all!)

We were very well addressed in all aspects. If I had to look for a problem, the bathroom area was very small, and the direction of the shower was a little disregulated, which was wet my hair every time I went into the bathroom. However, that was not a problem for me.

Very good hotel, comfortable rooms. You must replace towels because they look old. And the internet doesn't work well. When you select the Wifi and wait for the emerging window to connect, this never appears. I couldn't connect to the internet. Something to fix.

I had stayed in the hotel several times before and always left very good ratings. But not this time. A lot of things have changed compared to our last stays: 1) We arrived at 5 in the morning and asked for an early check-in. Normally we paid the rate of 1/2 day for this, now we had to pay a full day. 2) The room card is needed to access the respective floor with the elevator. This never really worked and I had to get five new cards during my stay. 3) No complimentary water, tea, or coffee in the room anymore. 4) Room incl. bathroom outdated and outworn. When I used the hair-dryer, the lights in the bathroom were flickering. 5) We had phoned the hotel before our booking and asked if there were any renovations and constructions planned as we experienced this last time. The answer was no but when we arrived, the gym and other sections of the hotel were not accessible and noisy work was taking place.

My 80-year-old mother-in-law stayed for 1 week at the Transamerica Bela Cintra and was very well treated and looked after by the team, especially the attendant Matheus who looked after her with great care and politeness. We are very grateful and will certainly recommend the hotel to our friends in Minas Gerais and Belém, where my mother-in-law lives.
