Very well located, right next to the Shibuya Crossing. Many restaurants around with a huge selection for different types of food in the immediate vicinity. Very convenient. Rooms are quite small, the bed is double size. Luckily I was staying alone so found it to be OK. Staff were friendly and courteous. I would probably stay there again simply because of its killer location in Shibuya. Easy to get to from airports as well via shuttle bus.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location for tourists to explore Shibuya area. It is right next to Bic camera and there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The room is quite small which is very common for most hotels in Tokyo city centre. Service is ok. Will recommend to tourists who enjoys convenient location that don't spend much time in the hotel using facilities. Good value for money with such prime location.

The hotel overall feels good, convenient transportation, cleanliness, room view is good to see Mount Fuji. But check-in cannot be guaranteed with UnionPay logo card, please pay special attention! Because I did n’t bring a ⅤISA card, UnionPay did n’t accept it, and cash did n’t work either.

The location is still very good, just came over a flyover in Shibuya, about ten minutes, the room is really a mess of the mini, the service staff feels the same as the room, only feel the enthusiasm of the mini, most of the time cold of. Although the room is equipped with a mini fridge and a safe, there is something super-important missing, that is the socket! There is only one socket in the whole room at the desk, there is no bed, and even the bathroom is not installed. This is too inconvenient, and there are too many devices to go out to charge now. So it is only suitable for short-term stays, not suitable for more than one day.

Nice and clean room with good view. The room is big enough for putting our suitcases. Service is excellent as they can help send the taxi for free from another Excel Hotel to this hotel(same branch). There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Quite convenient. However the pillows are too soft for me. Hope the hotel supply choices of pillows for the guests.

So I’m going to start by saying something nice. The staff here is super friendly, there’s a large number of people you see working here, and they are all very kind and helpful. I’ve also stayed at the Millennials in Kyoto and the only thing I really missed was the lock on the curtain of the pods, because here you only get a (very) small safe under the bed, but it doesn’t even fit a laptop. It didn’t hold my DSRL either. They have bigger ones on the 3rd floor available, but it’s only one elevator and 10 floors, so getting there takes time! Which is unpractical to say the least. Also, unlike the Kyoto one, here everyone gets a free breakfast (and by that they mean free coffee and pastries, but hey it’s something!) The lounge and communal kitchen are great, the beds and pillows are comfortable. And the bathrooms are clean and well kept. Now let’s move on to the real problem: the rest of the guests and the hotel’s inability to make them respect the rules. When you come to hotels like this one, you obviously expect and tolerate “normal” sounds. Like people walking, organizing their stuff, sneezing, coughing, snoring, whispers or even communicating in a low voice. I can even understand an alarm because I guess some people don’t trust themselves to wake up with the hotel’s system (which personally I found very efficient). But people take calls, talk very freely in their pods or through out the corridors, they come in late at night and keep talking with their friends, giggling at a volume which ends up being annoying in this type of pods. What does the hotel do? Offer you earplugs. The hotel has no system whatsoever that prevents this type of behavior from happening, if the guests talk or scream or whatever, it really doesn’t matter, because it kept happening several times. (FYI, every time this happened, the people making loud noises were foreigners. Japanese people actually respect a lot other people’s right to sleep peacefully.) I stayed for 10 nights and I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 3 honestly. Although I had a couple of rough nights on account of this issue and I guess it could happen at any moment, so I’m not sure I would recommend it at all. It’s a shame the hotel doesn’t make sure that the guests follow through with the rules, otherwise it would really be up to the 5 stars reviews.

Very convenient, central location. Stylish and tasteful. There is a high-end department store across the street and plenty of good nearby shopping. Some of the reviewers noted that the neighborhood was a red light district at night, but that's a bit misleading. During the day, it is a perfectly normal Shibuya neighborhood. However, there is a proliferation of "love hotels" a few blocks away that led to numerous people on the streets in the area soliciting girls for hookups once nighttime rolled around. The 'love hotel" area also has a lot of normal bars and restaurants, though, and seems to be a nightlife-driven part of town, so I didn't find any of the solicitations to be bothersome. I had no noise issues with the area at all. The hotel itself is clean and nice. The double rooms were very large and spacious, and absolutely huge by Tokyo standards. This was a welcome relief from the shoebox-sized rooms during the rest of my stay in Japan. Would come back here.

We wanted to visit Yoyogi Park, so this was a great location for that. It is also close to Shibuya Station. We had fun crossing the "Scramble Crossings" in the area, where people cross the streets diagonally as well as the usual ways. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The people at the desk were very friendly. We were looking at the umbrellas that were for sale, as it was raining, and someone came out from behind the desk with 2 umbrellas for us to borrow, since we were guests. We only stayed one night, but they kept our luggage behind the desk all day (after we checked out) as we walked around the area before heading elsewhere for the night.

Hotel Mets Shibuya is a very nice comfortable hotel fairly well situated at the far end of Shibuya Stations. The rooms are reasonably large by Japanese standards and well equipped. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms a little squishy. Little or no view through rooms at the back of the hotel. Staff are friendly and courteous. Most things are fine. Three small annoyances. The first is limited free TV. Only a small number of Japanese channels and everything else is PAY TV. Secondly they refused to extend the check out time by 1 hour unless I payed a charge. Bad customer service there. Lastly was charging for a breakfast voucher at a higher price than just going downstairs to the restaurant. Just outright price gouging. A good hotel that could be better.

It is very close to Omotesando, Shibuya, Harajuku, the only thing that is not enough is to climb a crossover bridge every time I come back. Booked in advance for a twin room in March with more than 1,000 points a day, saving a lot of subway fees, and it is suitable to walk to live in a tide brand. There is no convenience store and a cafe next to breakfast. Eat a breakfast cafe You can smoke a few cups and even gadgets. Every day, the hotel will take two bottles of water at the front desk. They are all very polite. They take the bath ball with the men's oil free of charge. If you do n’t need water, they chase the elevator and ask if you want it. The twin room we booked is not big and can only open one big box at a time. It is very satisfying if we haven't lived too big. The most surprising thing is that there is a special Q kettle for makeup mirror, and soundproofing in the corridor. The 8th floor wallpaper is the kitten's 4th floor wallpaper is blue. The rooms are non-smoking ...

Check in was a breeze, efficient and high tech. Godzilla head is an interesting feature of the hotel (esp. for fans), and location is great, right in the middle of the happening area. room size is good, can even be bigger if the toilet is joined with the bathing area. can bring the 2 single beds together to form a large bed.

Suidobashi/Tokyo Dome
Their service is nothing short of excellent. They have staff who are fluent in English (and other languages as well, I suspect). Me and my friend came thinking that we would be staying in a Single Room with Extra Bed since that was what we booked as we attempted to be more economic. However, to our pleasant surprise, our room was upgraded to a much much bigger room for free. We are very thankful to the helpful staff for making our stay pleasant and extremely comfortable. The location is great as it in located somewhere in between Iidabashi and Suidobashi which is pretty much close to the geographical center of Tokyo. Head east you will be able to visit Akihabara and Asakusa quick. Head west, you will be able to hit Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet and the Tokyo Dome is just a 10-15 minute stroll away. If I am coming back to visit Japan, this hotel will be a clear top choice for me. Haven't had the opportunity to have the breakfast at this hotel, but I will certainly try it out on my next stay here.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From it's central location (right across the street from the Shinagawa train station) and close proximity to many restaurants and shops, this will be our go-to hotel in Tokyo. Perfect for first time visitors and frequent visitors to Tokyo because of its location, amenities, and service. Close to public transit was a must when evaluating a hotel to stay anywhere, especially Tokyo because I didn't want to carry/drag luggage far. This hotel meets that as the hotel is located directly across the street from the Shinagawa train station. Also, the airport limousine bus stops at the Shinagawa prince hotel. Location to transit made this one of the top reasons why we loved this hotel. There are a few towers on property so the room you book determines which tower lobby you check-in too. There are plenty of signs in english to direct you to the appropriate check-in lobby and the staff are more than willing to help as well. Checking in was smooth and quick as our room was ready (we checked in around 7pm), clean, and spacious. Like I mentioned, there are lots of room types available you just have to find one that works for you. In this instance, a corner room King offered plenty of room and a rather large bathroom for Japanese standards. We actually ended up with a killer view of the Shinagawa train station. Spacious and clean rooms was another reason why we loved this hotel. In addition to the hotel being close in proximity to a central train station (both JR and local routes here), there are numerous shops and restaurants within the hotel property, adjoining the hotel property, and within walking distance to the hotel. A 7-Eleven, McDonalds, and food court are a few of the options on property with endless options for eating and shopping within walking distance to the property. Close proximity to restaurants and shops is also one of the top reasons why we loved this hotel. Above all else, what makes this property stand out is the level of service from staff and the cleanliness of the entire property, inside and out. Ever single staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and respectful. Everything from the lobby, guest rooms, hallways and public areas were clean, really clean, something we loved. Again, I cannot recommend the Shinagawa Prince Hotel enough and we can't wait to come back.

Good location. Close to Shinjuku station and Toyota Car Rental. Can take the Airport Limousine Bus to and from Narita or Haneda Airport around the corner at the Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku Hotel. A few nice diners and chemists in proximity. Very popular place and a little bit worn out. Small rooms small beds. The twin bed rooms have only twin single 3-1/2 feet bed. Its not even semi-double. Can't share bed with a young children at all.

If you loves omakase breakfast at Toyosu market, shopping at Venus Fort, Diver City, Aqua City, visiting the TeamLab Borderless and TeamLab Planets, and hot-spring at Ooedo Onsen, that's the perfect location. Even gives you quick access to Disney resort and Haneda Airport! Small rooms as usual but the one with twin double beds is excellent for parents with two young children. The only downside is no car-rental nearby.
