We were over the thermal hotel expectations after skiing but we were sad. The hotel is like a very small apartment, and its rooms are tight, pressed, clastrophobic, dressed with a 1980 model pleasure, the air conditioning is over as a mustang of 70, the shower head in the room is broken, as everyone says. Family hammam is nice but one hour is very insufficient and you're already gone 20 minutes while you're setting the water and most importantly here - SAUNA NO - FIN Hamami and Hamam vs. - there is only a room called family hammam, which is a mini pool and a cottage You're just sitting in that pool and washing up in the chair in one hour, that's all. We came to breakfast, a total shame, they all put two spring-marked products to make the most cheap materials used in the waste crushed, salam-joyed pink and the materials don't seem to be cool, but we told them that too. Going to the room to change to a family room (double bed plus single bed) but no bathtub (6th floor) 😄
4️⃣ Then I found that I couldn't receive WiFi and asked for a room change.
I changed the room immediately 😉
5️⃣ Staying for one night is not receiving Wifi, toilet flushing system is not stopped, a few minutes. Next request to change rooms. Wait for 2 minutes in the lobby, there is a double bed in the room, there is a bathtub, smoking room, but it is acceptable (4th floor) ☺️
6️⃣ Breakfast included, 7am-11am🍽☕️
7️⃣ There is an oil station ⛽️ around the corner (convenient to buy drinks and snacks)

When they came, they asked ”Did we have dressed tea?” We drank a lot of tea. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast was a variety of many and tasty. The location of the hotel was already a separate advantage. It was in the distance to walk to the places we would go. We were very happy. This hotel itself was average in terms of the room furnishings, carpet and bathroom. Room size was generous. One room had a funny smell probably from the shower. Unfriendly staff who did not make you feel welcome at reception or at breakfast. Below average breakfast because it was the same on 3 days, and when the coffee machine broke down they didn’t bother to fix it or offer you any alternative! Shocking service. I saw a football team check in there I wonder how they felt it. I think if they improve their staff attitude and hotel cleanliness it could be a better option in future. At this point I will not stay there again I would look for alternatives at the same price that offer more value.

But this hotel has a special atmosphere, reminding me of Turkey of 1980’s. I would prefer to stay here with local flavour,rather than new 5 star hotels with international brands. After staying 5 days, my observation is as follows; 1.location It is at the end of Çekirge street where buses and minibuses frequently pass. It’s close to the center. You can find restaurants, tea houses, mini markets just by climbing a few staircases at the back of the hotel. ( Celik Palace Hotel is a nice alternative for termal experience, but restaurants and tea houses are not nearby ) 2. Termal experience If you are a lover of hot springs, you can go to Yeni Kaplıca public bath In Çekirge . Here you can get similar experience in a more exclusive and quiet atmosphere. the hot spring is not too hot around 38 to 40 degrees centigrade in the large,circular bath. But one step up, you can dip into a hotter small bath .After hamam, wrapped in large towels , drinking tea or ayran in the hall is very relaxing. 3. Swimming pool Clean and lukewarm,enough length for swimming properly. 4. Room I stayed in a junior suite room. Spacious enough,with a balcony facing a large courtyard with the swimming pool. Quiet with good wifi connection. 5. Breakfast Line up of foods is quite O.K. Didn’t find coffee tasty . But this is normal even in any 5 star hotels in Turkey. Tea is always a better choice. The outside terrace is very pleasant in to sit in summer. 6. Service Receptionists are very helpful and friendly. They are ready to solve your problems ( in my case , ferry boat ticket). I am looking forward to coming back to this hotel before the end of the summer. One advice- reserve directly with the Kervansaray Hotel. You can save hefty commission, especially by foreign travel agencies!

Close to the old marketq to shops and one of the central streets, it offers a wonderful quiet oasis for stay and rest. It's in an old Bursa house among the narrow streets that makes you feel just at the right palce, one of the oldest Turkish towns. Everything inside is modern and decorated with taste. Large rooms, small but quite equipped bathroom, comfortable beds and air conditioners in each room. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and made us feel really welcome.

The hotel is newly opened, all furnishings are new, the room-bathroom-toilet is really clean.
Breakfast is very important to me, I called the hotel to ask about breakfast options and hot dishes, they said there was a lot of variety, we could have omelettes we wanted in the kitchen, but when we went they said they didn't care! The breakfast room was cold, we couldn't eat anything on the first day and were freezing, we went to the breakfast room in our ski suits to avoid catching a cold for the next few days.
Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes.
First of all, the staff were very interested in us. They bring tea or coffee whenever you want and when they see I have a thermos they fill my thermos with tea, for free. The hotel is newly built, so everything in the room is new. Room toilet is clean.
But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.

|0.8km from city centerThis place is a gem on the hills of Bursa. It's very central to the UNESCO sites, even though none of them are overly mind blowing. If you have a smaller car, you can park 20 meters from the front door. Larger vehicles may be possible, but would be tricky to get around the corner to the hotel. The garden restaurant area has fire pits at night, and is very charming. Solid bar, and food was above average, but seemed hit and miss depending on the dish. We had to dine here because of COVID, and some dishes were excellent, whereas others were a bit bland. It was a bit strange, because you would get lambchops with no seasoning for dinner..and the next morning a ”normal” fried egg with god's plenty of cheese/spices. That aside, accomodation was clean, unique, and definiity true to an old school Turkish hotel. With the exception of a few people, English wasn't a strong suit. They did help us find a local place for PCR tests, and were very friendly. One word of warning if you book a ”Junior Suite”, as Expedia shows a tub on the room offerning. They have two Junior suites, and only one has a tub. Highly recommend.

The hotel attendant said we can prepare a breakfast plate for you despite him. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority. If I go again, I definitely don't need to look for a different place. The location you are looking at on the maps is incorrect. Call the hotel and ask for a location .
