The staff were very interested, tea coffee etc. You can bring it whenever you want, and when you see a thermos in your hand while skiing, they fill it up. Many thanks to the staff. The hotel is newly opened, all furnishings are new, the room-bathroom-toilet is really clean. Breakfast is very important to me, I called the hotel to ask about breakfast options and hot dishes, they said there was a lot of variety, we could have omelettes we wanted in the kitchen, but when we went they said they didn't care! The breakfast room was cold, we couldn't eat anything on the first day and were freezing, we went to the breakfast room in our ski suits to avoid catching a cold for the next few days. Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes. First of all, the staff were very interested in us. They bring tea or coffee whenever you want and when they see I have a thermos they fill my thermos with tea, for free. The hotel is newly built, so everything in the room is new. Room toilet is clean. But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.

Convenient location as it’s 2 minutes from nearest tram. Note it is not possible to walk to city centre due to motorway and no visible pedestrian path ( we tried ). This hotel itself was average in terms of the room furnishings, carpet and bathroom. Room size was generous. One room had a funny smell probably from the shower. Unfriendly staff who did not make you feel welcome at reception or at breakfast. Below average breakfast because it was the same on 3 days, and when the coffee machine broke down they didn’t bother to fix it or offer you any alternative! Shocking service. I saw a football team check in there I wonder how they felt it. I think if they improve their staff attitude and hotel cleanliness it could be a better option in future. At this point I will not stay there again I would look for alternatives at the same price that offer more value.

I took 2 adults 1 children from the Ets tour for our holiday trip we paid 125 tl. The location is very beautiful. You can go to the very centre of the city with comfort. I was waiting for a much worse hotel. Just for sleeping too much. I thought it wasn't necessary to pay. The only thing bad is that the room is shaking while walking in the rooms as if it wakes a feeling of falling every moment. In one night, people from 2 to 3 hours above have sounded as mad in the room. You're looking for the reception nobody He doesn't look at the phone. I called from the phones they didn't open again. We were going to take the next day, at least we wanted them to adjust, but we couldn't reach anyone. At least he could have been official. The room was clean.

If you want to enjoy hot springs, swim in a lukewarm pool and sit under green trees, this hotel is a perfect choice. Yes, the building and infrastructure are old. But this hotel has a special atmosphere, reminding me of Turkey of 1980’s. I would prefer to stay here with local flavour, rather than new 5 star hotels with international brands. After staying 5 days, my observation is as follows; 1.location It is at the end of Çekirge street where buses and minibuses frequently pass. It’s close to the center. You can find restaurants, tea houses, mini markets just by climbing a few staircases at the back of the hotel. ( Celik Palace Hotel is a nice alternative for termal experience, but restaurants and tea houses are not nearby ) 2. Termal experience If you are a lover of hot springs, you can go to Yeni Kaplıca public bath In Çekirge . Here you can get similar experience in a more exclusive and quiet atmosphere. the hot spring is not too hot around 38 to 40 degrees centigrade in the large, circular bath. But one step up, you can dip into a hotter small bath .After hamam, wrapped in large towels , drinking tea or ayran in the hall is very relaxing. 3. Swimming pool Clean and lukewarm, enough length for swimming properly. 4. Room I stayed in a junior suite room. Spacious enough, with a balcony facing a large courtyard with the swimming pool. Quiet with good wifi connection. 5. Breakfast Line up of foods is quite O.K. Didn’t find coffee tasty . But this is normal even in any 5 star hotels in Turkey. Tea is always a better choice. The outside terrace is very pleasant in to sit in summer. 6. Service Receptionists are very helpful and friendly. They are ready to solve your problems ( in my case , ferry boat ticket). I am looking forward to coming back to this hotel before the end of the summer. One advice- reserve directly with the Kervansaray Hotel. You can save hefty commission, especially by foreign travel agencies!

It was an extremely beatiful and comfortable hotel in the heart of Bursa. Close to the old marketq to shops and one of the central streets, it offers a wonderful quiet oasis for stay and rest. It's in an old Bursa house among the narrow streets that makes you feel just at the right palce, one of the oldest Turkish towns. Everything inside is modern and decorated with taste. Large rooms, small but quite equipped bathroom, comfortable beds and air conditioners in each room. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and made us feel really welcome.

I was searching to find a place to stay while in Bursa and chanced upon this boutique hotel. I told my brother if he is ok with it and he was happy to so I waste no time in booking it. We fell in love with it the first time we entered. Have not really grab the fact that this used to be a restaurant/ cafe but it was very well done. We got a room a little too small for two of us since we do not share bed so we opted for another room which is absolutely gorgeous. The space was huge enough for us both. My brother actually slept on the couch which can be converted easily like a single bed! Moving onto the breakfast, it is probably one of the most delightful home made breakfast which was served at the time we came for breakfast. Since it is a boutique hotel, there are no buffet table. It is served exclusively as and when the guests arrived for breakfast. Pretty impressive! We had our breakfast mostly outside in the garden for the next two days. Although it is chilly in the morning, we braved it since breakfast is a meal we both look forward to every single day being in Kitap Evi. There are also a place where you can sit down and read books on the second floor of the hotel. I remembered borrowing a book trip of Turkey. I cannot eventually say just how much we both have enjoyed our time here. The staffs were just so pleasant, kind and always there whenever we needed something. The atmosphere were cozy, relaxing and at times we do not want to go out to explore Bursa because the hotel itself is an exploration. If I were to be back in Bursa, this is where I will stay again. Definitely.

We preferred this place instead of many big hotels on the praises in the comments and we regret, go to near prices to big hotels around us, do not comment like us. We were over the thermal hotel expectations after skiing but we were sad. The hotel is like a very small apartment, and its rooms are tight, pressed, clastrophobic, dressed with a 1980 model pleasure, the air conditioning is over as a mustang of 70, the shower head in the room is broken, as everyone says. Family hammam is nice but one hour is very insufficient and you're already gone 20 minutes while you're setting the water and most importantly here - SAUNA NO - FIN Hamami and Hamam vs. - there is only a room called family hammam, which is a mini pool and a cottage You're just sitting in that pool and washing up in the chair in one hour, that's all. We came to breakfast, a total shame, they all put two spring-marked products to make the most cheap materials used in the waste crushed, salam-joyed pink and the materials don't seem to be cool, but we told them that too. They said the products are a source brand, peteca honey covers the image, but as a hobby, everyone who looks like this honey glycose syrup has no need to be a genius to understand that it is made by bees drinking the honey glycose syrup, clear moments vs,,, vs,,, I think that is very shameful, that is, that the laughterful and laughterful are trying to do something good that is stuck in this small building, despite their efforts to do what they can. Summary: Go to the big respected hotels around, do not regret the comments and comments.

We stayed too much outside because we went out for family summers. That's why we experienced staying in good and bad different places. But for the first time we stayed in such a comfortable home. First, the workers asked as innerly, lazy and hot-blooded as ... When they came, they asked ”Did we have dressed tea?” We drank a lot of tea. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast was a variety of many and tasty. The location of the hotel was already a separate advantage. It was in the distance to walk to the places we would go. We were very happy. The room is relatively large, it is recommended to choose the south room, the view is very open. Beds and towels are very clean, and the cabinets for clothes are large enough. Conveniently located, the hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Carrefour and has a four-leaf ATM that can take RMB. The hotel goes left and then turns left to have a large green park. Hi, because we came to Bursa for the weekend to stay at the centre for a night. The hotel is at the start of the walk to the Ulu Mosque and other historical places. There is no balcony, no room with views, unfortunately. When we arrived, the room was clean, there were a few small sweaters and so on in the bathroom, but the bed kit was clean, so on. You should ask the air conditioner for the reception. The entrance was said to have a pandemic caused by the inside of the table, and it was enriched by cooking, bacons and other phenomena. The facts are: as a table ice, the amounts are quite small (please add pictures) that is interesting, there is no cook, bacon, etc. Although only bread comes, I am thirsty in the cake, and a piece of honey in white cheese. I don't want to think badly in a hotel that doesn't open a buffet called the pandemic, but ..... (adding pictures) you will understand only butter and honey beans and 1 piece of bread. No one asks the tea finished, no water you will get. The only advantage you would consider was that the hotel was in the centre.

The triple apartment with me and colleagues was clean (which was best thing about it). The bathroom was also clean (just a few ants we saw on the floor which I killed), but it's normal in Turkey sometimes. Maybe they can spray to kill the ants. The air conditioner was very nice and quiet and did not disturb our sleep. There was complimentary water and coffee in the room. Also a small fridge to put your own drinks if you needed it. The breakfast buffet was simple but good, with variety of Turkish breakfast kind of foods. I am thinking to return here on my next business trip. My only critique of the hotel was that when I asked for late check-out (because I can tell the hotel was not crowded or full in anyway), I was refused. When we asked a second time the general manager, he allowed us to check-out only 1 hour extra. If we can extend longer than this, it would be very nice for us so that we can be comfortable until we catch our transportation later in the evening. I come here often with my colleagues for business, so I'm still looking for hotel that offers late check-out for regular customers. This is why 4 star review and not 5 star. I hope you can understand.

Kardes Hotel is located about a 3-minute walk from the metro and is also near buses going to the bus station as well as the tram. In addition, it is about a 10-minute walk to some of the most famous sites of the city. The staff were very friendly and rightfully proud of their large buffet on the top floor, where you can look out over the city if you so please. It's not the most beautiful area, but it is safe and the rooms are quiet. My room was small but clean. It did have a stuffy smell to it, and there was some exposed wiring in the bathroom where the light switch was coming out from the wall. So some attention was needed. However, I enjoyed my stay overall.

      Bursa City Center
The location was good, really in to the city center. The room and public areas were clean. There's elevator to upper floor. One of the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was turkish breakfast..simple but quiet good.

Passing by by the casual hotel, there is a Chinese tour group also living here. Overall not bad. Clean and tidy. More in line with the price. There is a shopping mall nearby.
