I stayed for three days. Lovely staff, special thanks to Pervana (hotel receptionist/manager). Healthy food: brown rice, couscous, beautiful turkish soups, fresh vegetables, fruits (only watermelons), no dessert though, coffee mashine, jogurt salads, breakfast: boiled eggs, boiled sausage with beef, milk, corn flakes, simple. I was spending time on the beach, which is only across the road. Also went further near the cliffs, good spot for snorkling. Then I went to the mountain area's. Just walking up and enjoying the views but be carefull to be ready physically and have enough water. A corner shop worth your jiffy...

On August 10th we rest with the daughter in hotel "Bilkay", in Turkey. We were very pleased. Super hotel, very comfortable, clean, conveniently located. Rooms are serviced daily. The meal is always fresh, delicious. Friendly, caring staff, great communication. The hotel is very conveniently located. Not far from the sea. Beach No. 11 belongs to the hotel and is located in the famous Cleopatra beach. If you like the sand, you will love it. You can rent umbrellas and deckchairs or you can lie just on the towels because the beach and sand is always clean. There is a park of unique beauty near the hotel and Castle also. You can get to the Castle by bus No. 4 or by hoist. The hotel is near the city center. The famous market is about 10 minutes far from hotel. Not far from hotel there is a harbor, many museums and other interesting, beautiful places also. You can reach them by walking. Families, older people also young people who like nightlife can rest in this hotel too. We have been in Alanya seven times and few times spent our holiday in this hotel. We plan to came back in this hotel not once. I recommend. I think you will definitely be satisfied. Because you feel here like at home. The hotel owners and staff seem they love their work, life and creates a wonderful atmosphere. This is also one of the reasons why you will want to come back.

We arrive late at night it was so cold when we got take to our room we noticed how clean it was but really cold we tried to switch the heater on but it wasn't working nothing was in the mini bar not even swicthed on, not even their internet. It was round 12.30am we was hungry we went out to look for something to eat but everything was closed. We came back and asked the guy at the reception he told us everything is closed nothing is available. It was so upsetting we thought we would need to eat crisp and drink coke and go to bed what a crap night. The porter asked the receptionist what happen in their language and he told us to wait the gentleman went to the kitchen and got us 2x plates of mezzes with bread. We was so grateful it was a lovely gesture. We slept with our tummy full thank you so much. The next morning we went for breakfast it was decent but because there wasn't enough people staying breakfast was kept to a minimum. Slowly people was starting to check in hotel started to get busy. Dinner is included in the half board but a money making scheme drinks wasn't included to eat your dinner(included in half board) you have to order a drink at dinner and pay for it. 1st 2 nights the dinner was terrible nothing much on the menu so both nights we went out for dinner. 3rd night dinner was better but still not great I think as it was getting busier they started making better food. 4th day and still the outside was a mess the beach sun beds on the beach outside the hotel was not ready which was annoying as they knew people are starting to come nothing was done. From the start of my stay they was making so much noise fixing the beds and cutting up the woods. It was a shamble. We noticed how they was also greeting customer with drinks on the 4th day. We didn't get a welcome drink we had to ask for something to eat. They need a manual with places to eat after 12am and sort out the internet we had to ask about it everyday as the coverage was crap. It's and adult hotel but there was the owners kids crying and running around. The pools water was freezing cold. Im sure you know people are coming to the hotel and what date everything should be sorted out before their arrival. The hotel is beautiful though. Its clean.

Hi, I was there for a week, just got back, few days. We got a nice big room, with sea view (the see is like 250m across, but you can see it from your balcony). The room was superb. About the pool, did not used it, I can use it in my country, I went to enjoy the sea. But has a pool, nice one. The service was okay, Omer and Enes are nice guys, also one young guy who was up in the lobby, sometimes replaced Omer down in the restaurant bar. The beach is like 250m away from the Hotel. The sunbeds are not free, but we paid 16 euros for 6 days, not a tragic amount. The location is very good, beach is not far, supermarkets are near, stores, restaurants etc. The only one not so good thing was food. The quality is good, but the food is almost the same every day. They are concentrating on Turkish kitchen, which is not bad, but get bored after 4-5 days. But I did not went to eat there, I went to swim in the sea and enjoy the beach, so in overall I am very satisfied with hotel. Regards

My friend and I made a last minute booking to Cook's Club after our holiday to Greece was cancelled. With neither of us having been to Turkey before and little to no expectations we were more than pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a great location, on the beach - minutes walk from restaurants and bars. The hotel has a cool scandi design, huge pool and direct beach access with private sun loungers. The staff are amazing - very helpful and attentive. Drinks are served around the pool and beach all day and the bar stays open until late, sometimes with live music. Reception were very friendly and helped with restaurant recommendations and bookings (Gardenia in the castle is a must). We didn't explore too much as we enjoyed the hotel, but Alanya is a sprawling tourist town with a wide range of restaurants, shops and activities. It was quiet due to COVID but if anything this made the people we met more friendly and welcoming. Downsides: - breakfast was nice, but the same every day - we imagine this is due to COVID restrictions. - the restaurant hosted some large groups of locals in the evening which was a little intimidating as there weren't many guests staying in the hotel

We stayed here a week in July and were happily surprised with the very friendly staff. They were genuinely eager to make sure the guests had a good time, always with a smile on their face. Everyone, from the receptionists and housekeepers to the servants and beach staff, were brilliant. The food was delicious, both lunch and dinner, all days of the week. The house wine was a lot better than expected and became a favorite. If the glass was empty they came to give you another one in a blink of an eye! You can order at the beach from your sun-bed and the drinks come in real glasses instead of plastic cups which is often the case. You can also for a very small sum reserve sun-beds in advance for your entire stay. We really hope the hotel management value their brilliant staff because they make this place shine. This is definitely worthy of being a Sunprime hotel!

I can only say a big thankyou to everyone at the Hildegard..when we landed in turkey at 2am we got transferred to the Semiz hotel in alanya which was absolutely horrible. So after many tears my partner found the Hildegard ... an absolute gem ! When we booked in and told our story they made us so welcome . Our room was beautiful and so clean after no sleep it was heavenly..nothing was to much trouble for the staff . They really turned my holiday around and I would recommend this hotel for a lovely stay . Thankyou and see you next time we’re in Alanya x

I was in this hotel twice in two months!. This hotel has absolutely everything you need for a perfect vacation. It is licated just a ten minutes walk to the city center and has own, very well-kept beach and a large pool with bar. The rooms are neat, clean and disinfected and the food varied and very tasty. A special emperor gives this hotel the care of quests. Mr Sezgin and his staff take care of everything and fulfill your every wish. You can enjoy in romatic dinner at the beach or spend your time in amazing spa center! You will experience special pleasure through animation during the day and in the evening. Thank you so much DJ Haribo and Bora for unforgettable gatherings and evenings. My stay at the hotel would not have been possoble without help of the General manager, so thank you very much. I will come back again for sure!❤❤❤

We have just got back from Turkey, we booked last minute a sales ref sent me the info about Oba Time Hotel, I read the reviews and most of the reviews was good. So I decided to give it a try. I will be totally honest in this review because I know how important reviews are and people rely on them. The hotel is about 3 hours drive from the airport its a long way after a flight, but for location we couldn't fault it, everything was on our doorstep, we arrive late at night, on arrival the staff seemed very nice they gave us a room on the 4th flr with 2 single beds, & was not big enough for us we spoke to reception they then put us on the 5th flr the room was very nice & clean, a double bed & one single with a big balcony & a view of the mountains,2 days later they gave us an apartment next door to the hotel which was very nice I think because I don't like the lift & was walking upstairs to the 5th flr all the time. There's a market on Sats & Mons right there by the hotel,& further up the road is a lot of shops & restaurants, & about 7 minutes from the beach. The problem we had at the hotel we were the only black family there, most were Russians & Germans & they are the most racist people we've come across they would give us dirty looks wouldn't even want to walk near us it got to the point where we felt very uncomfortable, 2 of the staff in the restaurant was very rude, the lady at reception we found rude also, we wouldn't go back to that hotel for these reasons, sad to say in 2019 this still exists. One evening we came back from our daily walk they had a fire show by the swimming pool, we asked for a table & chairs 1 staff got a table & chairs & gave it to some Russians who came after us & left us standing there, when I asked where is our table & chairs he just put up both his hands as if to say I don't know I asked to speak to the manager that's when he went & got the table & chairs & placed it right at the back as if they just wanted us out the way. The food was not very nice & was the same most days, a lot of the food was left open & flys pitching on the food, the food was cold, overall the food & some of the staff let that place down I would say. This review is long but I tried to cover everything. We complained to the manager about 2 of the staff, but to be honest he didn't seemed bothered. Despite this,we ate out most evening, outside of the hotel we enjoyed our holiday & met some lovely people along the way. We would go back to Turkey in the same area but not at that hotel again. "+" Should be noted: - very good food. Breakfast as usual - eggs, sausages, cheeses, vegetables, flakes, etc., at lunch and dinner mostly chicken (cooked differently), sometimes fish (whole fried) and nagets, almost always potatoes, various vegetable stews, salads, desserts and fruits ( melons, plums, watermelons), soups. Delicious! ; - The sea is right there, just crossing the road. On the beach, sun beds are for free. The entrance to the sea is good, only a few meters small stones, further sand. There are also large stone blocks, but they are not sharp, the legs were not injured. The sea is clear, especially in the morning; - just a 10 minute walk to the center; - staff friendly,as family; - hotel quiet, despite of all include, there were no drunken noise (albeit dependent on existing guests); - Changing slippers and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel (regularly renewed); - very spacious room, two rooms, each with air conditioning (also working), two balconies; There is a kitchen but nothing special. Useful when we bought crabs in the market. - 1st line bus stop 20 m , 2nd line bus stop 5-10 min. "-" Should be noted: - Used furniture; - renovation of rooms is required. The hotel has a small pool and sun loungers by the pool. It should be noted that this hotel has a very good representative /guide from Teztour. There is no animation at this hotel. But it is nearby hotel and it is very, very loud, around 23.00 ends. During our stay, there were mostly Russian-speaking guests, families.

The accommodation is basic, but met my needs for the 5 nights. The apartment is of a decent size (bigger than expected) and the beds were very comfortable. The wardrobes had ample space My only gripe would be that the lounge area had no heating and being it was February and cold of a nighttime, this would have been a welcomed addition if provided. The breakfast was self-service and plentiful. I did not have dinner so cannot comment as went out every daytime/evening. The accommodation may not be suitable for those who are less mobile as it is at the top of a very steep hill and access to the rooms is via stairs - no lift. The staff are very friendly and the resident dog is totally adorable!

I have never written a travel review before and I am cautious that people will think that I am moaning for the sake of it as some reviews I think the same but here goes. I was really happy to get away from the UK for two weeks for a break and on arrival at Kaila Beach reception I thought wow this is the place. That's where it ended. Room looks great on first glance until you notice the smell coming from the bathroom and the wallpaper coming off the walls. Being on the sixth floor you're really repaint on lifts but there's only two serving the whole hotel so expect a long wait or a massive trek up the stairs. Commission guys are based in the hotel, 5 of them. They love the English therefore we are hassled day in day out. It doesn't matter to them that they wake me up on the pool sunbed as long as they get a sale. We are 11 days in and they have only just left us alone. This hotel is supposed to be an all inclusive but take this with a pinch of salt as snacks are restricted so if you have kids like me they will be disappointed. You can only have cakes at 4pm and ice cream at 5.30pm. You can have hamburgers and chips 12-4 but only if you go to the beach so if you want a pool day you will have to pay extra for hamburgers and chips or wait until lunch to go to the restaurant where swimwear is not allowed therefore you have to interrupt a day of fun at the pool with the kids to eat. Drinks. Alcohol is free at the pool bar but chargeable at the beach. This is definitely not all inclusive. I dont expect free snacks 24 hours a day but to restrict to this level is a joke. The food. If you dont mind eating the same thing day in day out then this will be fine for you. And no I'm not exaggerating the food really does not change. There is a really good pizza/cafe bar round the corner which is very reasonable price wise and the food is amazing. Its called Enberi and we have spent a lot of money in there on top of what we paid for the holiday as the food is that bad in the hotel. Breakfast. They have two drinks stations but only ever open one so expect to queue for a good 10 minutes to get your morning coffee. Again breakfast is exactly the same day in day out. Staff. Most reception staff are rude. Kaia speaks good English and is helpful, the rest of reception staff don't bother you won't get anywhere with them they don't care. Akhmed who looks after the kids pool is amazing, very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for him, he will go out of his way to make you happy. Pascal is also another good member of staff,he is also extremely helpful and his English is very good. There are also two young members of staff at the main pool bar who are really good and offer good service like akhmed and pascal. Unsure if their names, one is called Beret I think! The older members of staff in the hotel who are rude could learn a lot from the younger and more helpful staff members. All in all, Akhmed has made our time bearabl

We had original booked another hotel just few mins away from Comfort Suite, however when we arrived they told us to go to this hotel as they had just recently opened another hotel and we was one of the first to have the experience there,as we arrived early hours of the morning this hotel put a smile on our face, it was a little apartment rather than a hotel room, it has it own little kitchen which was done up very modernly with all the kitchen equipment and dining area with TV, the bathroom was modern and it was very clean and the room was cleaned on a daily basis, the staff were all amazing and helped us with everything. We was so glad that we got a chance to stay here. i wouldn't change anything about the hotel. we will be visiting again this year and coming back to this hotel. The location is perfect you have everything nearby. i can not fault this hotel. thank you to the lady and the guys who work in reception and management for a brilliant stay.
