Spent here one night on my way to King Abdullah Sports City for Italian Supercoppa 2019. Welcoming at the reception was great, they suggested to change the room as I was alone. Even the smaller room I got was huge, with separate kitchen/living room and the bedroom. Bed and especially the pillow were fantastic. Everything at the room looks like brand new. Location near the public beach at the Abhur, gave a possibility to go swimming. Just 3km from the stadium, so after the match 30 minutes walking was the fastest choice. Taxi ride to the north terminal of King Abdulaziz airport took just 15 minutes.

We were visitors from Riyadh.. We visited Jeddah to escape stress brought by work. We ckecked-in in this resort for 4 days and 3 nights. We stayed in a 2 rooms apartment style with balcony. It is not a 5 star hotel and resort but so far i was satisfied, a small kitchen is available if you want to cook your preferred food.. It is 25-35 minutes drive from the city.. (Note: check in time 4 pm so dont go there so early) Due to covid precautionary measures you need to request your towels upon arriving in your room.. And at the same time if you want your room to be cleaned daily.. Its a huge area that you can stroll around or do your daily walk.. You can roam around without wearing your abaya.. Accomodations are designed suitable for family escapade. We love the beach, it is so great, the water is clean and clear. You can swim anytime even as early to see the timeline of sunrise (at your own risk of course). If you dont want to swim along the beach because its an open area, the huge pool is available where you can wear your bikini.. (close area) Jeddah marina yacht is just at the other side, a few steps ahead.. You can rent for powerboat if your want to experience racing with the wave.. Breakfast is available at 7 am and food are delicious (credit to all cater staff).. I should have given this resort a 5 star review.. But there are issues that the management needs to give attention for improvement.. like the concept of staff hospitality.. Staff should know on how to welcome or orient guest about their facilities and assist upon check in and acomodate them until they arrive in their rooms (not just hand over the card key) and let your guests do on their own especially looking for where their apartment located.. (You can't assume us that we know that.) Anyhow, after we addressed this issue, that's the only time that we got an assistance.. Additional to that, they should have cater an assistance with their guests going to check out.. For instance, we requested for assistance for our heavy luggages (4 pcs) upon check out and the receptionist told us that they were not giving an assistance as our apartment was not that far.. (no, its far) And imagine that we need to carry our heavy luggages from the second floor and pulled it to the reception area under the heat of the sun.. 😰 I have been to several countries, yet this was the first that i carried my luggages on my own down from the stairs high with approximately 20 steps down.. Again, i spoke with the receptionist asking why their services is like that and he told us that they only giving assistance for hotel guest (i dont know what does he meant) But isn't it that we were also their Guest regardless where we stayed? Either villa, or apartments or wherever..?? Well, hopefully, the management will give attention to this issue for making their guests comfortable even in their departure.. Thank you..

I've NOT stayed at the resort or used it self, just visited them for diving, it is really good and easy, you dive off shore, so no boat trip, immediately as you dive in off the plateform you have the coral reaevs multiple depths, rich marine life and even a bet of a metal structure that you can consider a wreck, there is also to the right an - incomplete cave- which is really beautiful. visibility is v.good as well. would go a gain for diving for sure! however would say be careful of the currents! there is a little caffee that prepares fresh juces and prices are resonable (less than 20 SR on 2018) I also enjoyed that :)

I booked this hotel based on the Radisson brand as I wanted a few days of total relaxation. Unfortunately, it was not relaxing at all and definitely not a 5 star experience! When I got to my room, I realised that although there were towels, there was no face cloth present. I phoned reception who said that they would send one to my room. Imagine my surprise when the hotel employee turned up with a hand towel. I tried to explain what I needed and even tried using google images of face cloths but he was not able to assist me. I went down to reception and explained to them what I needed. They looked disinterested in my problem. I told them that I found it shocking that a five star hotel did not offer their guests face cloths. Two hotel employees, while looking at me, whispered to each other and then burst out laughing. The only deduction I could make from that was that they were having fun at my expense! I used the hotel transport, which I had to pay for, to go to the mall to buy a face cloth. On my return, I showed the staff at reception what I had been talking about. No apology for the inconvenience was forthcoming, instead, again, they looked totally disinterested. I had booked a superior room with a partial sea view and business lounge access. I went to the business lounge and found that there were only a few items out. The piece of cake felt very hard. Next, I headed to the ladies spa to get a price list. They did not have a price list available which I found unprofessional. They promised to send it to me via email. After a second visit, two hours later, they sent it to me. That evening I went down to the restaurant for dinner. The fact that I was the only person there should have acted as a warning. I ordered the loaded nachos and a lemon &mint drink. Imagine my dismay when the nachos arrived and consisted of flavoured Dorito crisps, a beef ragout with melted cheese on top which tasted mouldy. I complained and the chef at least looked embarrassed by the meal I had been served and offered me a free dessert, which I appreciated. The next morning, I went to the business lounge to see what they had to offer for breakfast but found it locked and deserted. So, I went down to the main restaurant. All the food items are either wrapped or packaged in line with Covid -19 safety regulations. Only the watermelon and rock melon were freshly cut. The other fruit all came from tins. The pastries were also hard. The hot food items were limited. Nothing was hot. Everything was luke warm and greasy. The highlight of the breakfast was the freshly made pancakes and the fact that they had decaffeinated coffee available. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor but it is very seldom manned. The spa experience was not good either. There is no hot water in the basin so after my hair had been coloured, the colour had to be washed out with cold water. Not a pleasant experience! We understand that the hotel still in a soft opening mood reflagging and we were expecting to have a hotel operating in a sort of lose control and not a fully pleasant experience until we hit the reception eating Mr. ** ( forgot the name ) and Moaied it was really an example of a person who makes you feel that this hotel is your second home while you are away from home, he was very very warm, positive was a highly host vibe that makes you want to stay even more, we came for a night and we kept extending and that we had to move from your hotel because of other obligations we had to do in Dubai. Also in room service Prasanth AS so good care taking care of us. Cannot thank you enough. I would like to extend my appreciation to the following staff members who made our stay a memorable one, be sure that we shall come again thank you and best regards.

Boss, I want to tell you something. I used to buy things in other stores, and I always praised them by default. Anyway, I won’t deduct credits, so I haven’t managed them. But this time I bought something here, which changed my opinion and cognition. You listen to me slowly, I only say 100 words, because Ma Dad said that as long as the comment has 100 words is a good evaluation, not only can increase credit, but also rise to naughty value. I counted, there are almost 100 words! Oh, it’s up to you to say that the boss’s baby is very good, cost-effective, and the customer service is enthusiastic. Well, passers-by see this evaluation not to be surprised, bad baby I will not give evaluation!

It’s not the first visit. Being conveniently located near the office it seems Konoz AlYam is a natural choice. Yet when I returned the end of August I could not fail to see the improvements. First and foremost they have finally opened the restaurant on the 7th floor, offering a delicious and abundant breakfast with some glorious views of Jeddah and the sea. The restaurant offers lunch and dinner but as I’ve not eaten in yet I would not be able to review. The menu looks simple and with ample choices to accommodate many palates. The rooms are Uber spacious with a large ‘day’ area. A sofà, coffee table and tv adjoining a small kitchenette with complimentary coffee and tea facilities. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is powerful enough to provide a good wake up or respite from the heat of the day. The bed is large and comfortable. Everywhere clean spotless. The courtesy of the staff is humbling This is a place striving to please and help with anything you might need. Lastly but certainly not least, I’m a solo traveler and a woman. I have rarely felt this comfortable in other hotels in the region. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the hotel for a single night waiting for our flight, it's a new one with new furniture. Looks clean from inside. We didn't try any of the facilities because the spa, the gym and the barbershop were closed overnight, so we can't give judgement regarding them. The room was clean, with nice decor and the hallways had subtle music upon leaving the elevator. The porters were nice and cooperative. The biggest flaw about that hotel is the receptionists. We dealt with 2 of them, a male and a female, both Saudis. The two of them were uncooperative and unfriendly reaching the point of rudeness. They didn't even greet us upon checking in and out, and when we asked them for a car to drive us to the airport they refused to neither provide one, nor to advise us about from where to get it. During check in ,we asked about a good restaurant to have dinner because we were starving after a long day, and again he said he knows none and refused to offer any help. If it wasn't for being tired, I would have gone to any surrounding hotel( numerous hotels are around them). No food in the room with empty fridge and minibar. No complimentary fruits. Low water pressure in the bathroom, no hot water for most of the night. Overall, if you ignore the bad attitude of the receptionists, it's an average place to stay in, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Hotel location is good, it is the city center, next to the HAFAA MALL, there are supermarkets, restaurants, especially the name of a Chinese restaurant called Guangdong. This store is chained in Saudi Arabia. I also saw it in KINGDOM TOWER in Riyadh. . The taste is definitely not comparable to that of the country. It is not bad to eat without having to choose. It is a bit dangerous to cross the two busy streets from the hotel to the HAFAA MALL. This hotel offers toothbrush and toothpaste, but no disposable slippers. But the floor is low, don't open the window, otherwise there will be mosquitoes coming in. If you follow the FALASTEEN road, cross the HAFAA MALL and walk west for more than 20 minutes. You will pass the US Consulate and you will see an authentic Chinese restaurant named Chopsticks. Going forward for another 10 minutes, passing through the Linyi Mall in China, I went to the beach.

I stayed in Ascot Sari for 10 days including a weekend during my business visit. It was booked by my client since they know in long trips I prefer having a kitchenet to prepare my own recipes and healthy food. That was a fantastic choice by all means. This small facility provides big service. Reception staff are so helpful and fast. I loved the room lay out and street view. It helped me to relax after each long tyring day. The morning breakfast was a good experience in terms of quality whether main plate or the exceptional cakes in the desert. The place is close to a shopping mall that is 5 minutes walk . downstairs there are some restaurants if you don't feel going out. A perfect place for long stay.

Stayed here February 2020 for 6 nights whilst leading a conference/workshop. The hotel is very attractive, with its lovely gardens in a waterside setting. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Restaurant and lounge service is friendly and efficient. The conference/meeting facilities are excellent in terms of layout and facilities/furnishings. However, I encountered regular failures in the AV and IT equipment - periods lasting several hours without internet connections and partial failure of the system on each day. A hotel of this standard should have much better technical support than this. Also the hotel car service from and to the hotel is of a high standard - allow 45-50 minutes transfer at busy times of day, or 30-35 in regular traffic.

I dropped the ring pull of a c an on the floor in the middle next to the chair to see if housekeeping would pick it up. Guess what still there two days later. The bathrooms are moldy. The rooms still have the original fixtures and fitting from what looks like the 60's. lamps plugged into either a box on the wall with the old twist dials or directly wired into the bedside table. In most of the rooms there is only one plug that you can use to charge a phone etc and its on the floor in middle of room. On two separate occasions Ive called down for a room service menu to be sent up as there wasn't a menu in the room. Asked for the steak sandwich "yes we do sandwich sir burger, club, chicken burger" can I have the steak sandwich from the room service menu " yes we do burger ...etc". you haven't got the steak sandwich then no. Anyway ordered chicken burger - worst burger Ive ever eaten, burnt bun, burnt burger. The food in the restaurant is shockingly bad. Additionally the service staff like to make you feel that it is a privilage that they are serving you. Pasta Bolognese from the ala carte swimming in watery sauce and tasteless, burgers are shockingly bad. The head waiter? was walking off with the menu while I was still ordering with him. On the 4 occasions have eaten in there its been the same.

I am a new teacher for KAU and they provided me with lodging at this hotel for the first six days after my arrival in Jeddah. The staff were usually very friendly--only one or two seemed a bit standoffish but I think that might have been due more to a cultural/linguistic barrier than to their willingness to help (everything I needed or every problem I had was eventually and usually very quickly solved). Mr. Akram, a staff member of the hotel, took me back and forth between the university in the hotel car and was very helpful and kind--going out of his way to help me with my errands. The waiter Mohamed Ashik was very kind, noted that I was a little uneasy my first few days in Jeddah, and was quick to make me laugh when I went to the restaurant or when he brought room service. He also speaks English quite fluently which helped me a lot. Perhaps the greatest proof of their hospitality is that, even though I was terribly late for checkout (nearly 8 hrs due to a miscommunication I had with the university about the number of days I was to stay there), they were very understanding and didn't charge me any kind of fee or extra night's stay. Mr. Akram helped me while I was panick-packing everything up as quickly as I could and saw me to my Uber driver. Hospital staff and great, comfortable accomodation.

Booked a deluxe double room for 4 nights without breakfast, fully paid. The arrival time at the hotel on December 17 was 11:00 pm. The check-in procedure was completed at the front desk. After getting the room card, I was shocked. What a deluxe double room! When I opened the door, I saw a naked bed without a backrest. The room was less than 10 square meters. There was no writing desk, chairs, and a small toilet. This is obviously a temporary room for employees! Immediately return to the lobby and front desk theory, this is not my standard booking room for payment! The manager pushed to the manager. At first, the manager refused to accept the account and said that I had booked this kind of room. I showed him the "1 room (s) Superior Room, 1 King Bed" indicated on the voucher. Yes, and then said that there is no room adjustment tonight, you can only change tomorrow, as compensation, give a free breakfast. Due to the tiring journey and the time was too late, I had no choice but to accept it temporarily. I was afraid that these Saudis could not believe it, so the hotel manager stated on the voucher that the room must be changed at 10 am the next day! The next day, I stared at the front desk at about 10 o'clock. It was okay. I changed to the type of room I booked, but it looked like I was reluctant. What an unforgettable experience!

We visited Jeddah for leisure purposes and stayed three nights at the Rosewood Jeddah. Everything was perfect during our stay and we were so pleased we chose to stay here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and everything was fully functioning. When we weren't going around the city, we were happy just to relax in the room. The location is also great. Right on the corniche and walking distance to several cafes and restaurants. Also a short careem ride to all of the sights. Since we were there for leisure purposes and sometimes the information about sightseeing was not accurate, the hotel concierge staff were so helpful in making calls for us to confirm the information. One of the managers at the front desk was so friendly in recommending us food options. When he heard that we were disappointed that we could not see King Fahd's foundation the entire time we were there, he gave us a room upgrade on our last night to ensure that we have a wonderful experience in Jeddah. Even one of our careem drivers said that the Rosewood is the best hotel in Jeddah. We hope to return to Jeddah someday and will definitely stay again at the Rosewood. Thank you for all the staff for making our stay so comfortable and perfect.

Well, Adagio rooms are very nice. Very spacious , and smells new. Bed was comfy. Room service wasn't that bad, it will do if your very hungry. No bell boy to carry your bags , you would have to ask for help from the reception and they would need to call and find someone for you. The negatives, their website states this is a 100% smoke free hotel, its not, level 1 and 2 are the only non-smoking rooms available and the rest of the floors are smoking. There website states that their rooms are soundproof, its absolutely not soundproof. You can hear everything next to you and you can hear the the furniture move around from the room on top of you. The bathrooms are not family kid friendly, all they have is only a shower with no hand shower if you need to shower your young kids, there is only the rain-shower and no handheld shower , i still dont understand how they did that. 3 star hotels have handheld showers. No toothbrush, no toothpaste nothing so dont forget yours. In terms of housekeeping to clean the rooms, i’ve seen much better and believe the rooms could be cleaner. Reception staff aren’t that helpful, you can tell that they have lack of training from the hotel and I believe there is room for improvement. Checkin process is terrible, even if your a regular guest, they ask for the same information again.

The receptionist was not friendly n helpful during our check in but the manager on duty that day was very helpful to solve out our problems. Big thanks to him. Overall the hotel is nice with fantastic location.
