Only positive point of this hotel: a very friendly welcome both day and night. Otherwise: Old-fashioned rooms, without double glazing although located against a ring road. Avoid rooms ending in 13 to 17. The electronic lock of my room not working, despite a report made, was never repaired. It was necessary that each time the person of the reception comes to open me with his key. Practical… Some pillows and mattresses are completely smashed. The condition of the furniture is obviously not a priority. Colleagues had cockroaches in their rooms, some had immense difficulty switching from ”tap” mode to ”shower” mode via the selector that had to be lifted. There was even a room with the impossibility of switching to shower mode. Not very nice when you come back from a huge day of work at midnight. My toilets were dirty (see photo) and the toilet seat clip was broken. As for the breakfast, it is minimalist and of fairly average quality. I was lucky to have baguettes the first morning, then only tiny thawed rolls the next two (at 8am). Only one choice of tea: low-end yellow Lipton. Finally, it is unpleasant to be woken up early in the morning by the team of gardeners forcefully using their noisy tools such as hedge trimmers, blowers and other mowers.

Good experience except for the lack of WiFi during the last two days. Also a very unfortunate incident. When I ordered a bottle of white Châteauneuf du Pape, I was brought a bottle which had been opened earlier and whose cork had been replaced. Instead of having me taste it, the waiter served us (my wife and muself) a small quantity of wine and left us to our own devices. The wine was completely oxidized and undrinkable. When I complained, another waiter replaced the bottle. The first waiter then proceeded to remove the cork before us but almost poured some in the same glasses which contained the first one ! Only when we protested did he bring us clean glasses but still didn’t let us taste it. When I finally did, it was borderline oxidized but still drinkable. This lead me to believe the first bottle had been rejected by a previous customer and that the whole stock of Châteaneuf du Pape should have been returned to the producer.

The entrance of the hotel is a one-way street, the parking lot is underground, and the front desk takes the password and then opens the door by password. The hotel is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, which can be made by yourself. If you have used it, you should clean it yourself. Walk to the center of the city for about 15 minutes, all the way to see the museum, the river dam. Stayed for three days, the price is very good.

I had made a reservation to spend one night at this hotel with my family (wife and two children). We needed two rooms for the four of us. We were expecting simplicity - but definitely not filthiness. When we got there, we found that on both rooms the floor was visibly dirty, the bed linen had body hair on it and the air in the rooms had a terrible stench. Honestly, it was a highly unhealthy environment. There wasn't even soap available in the shower room! We returned the keys, left the hotel, booked rooms in a different hotel and are now fighting to get our money back from Premiere Classe Strasbourg Ouest - we should really demand compensation as we had only a few hours to enjoy in this wonderful city and a couple of them were spent dealing with this. Still, I am happy we left - we would have woken up with some respiratory disease or skin rash at the minimum the following day. Stay away from this place!

Tu-W, July 12-13, ~9 pm check-in. Horrible girl at desk—tall and thin with light brown hair and almond eyes. As the lone desk attendant, she ignored us while she finished writing something without acknowledging us. Then when she finally bothered to look up, she was very sour and acted like we were wasting her time. As she presented the credit card reader, she said to insert the card as I reflexively tried to tap it on the contactless icon as at nearly every other establishment. She repeated, “INSÉRER la carte,” like I was a jerk. After staying at 30 hotels during an extended tour of France, Italy, and Switzerland, it was definitely the rudest reception we’d ever gotten. Every other place was much more accommodating. She made me want to leave our room in a mess, though we did not. The breakfast attendant was also somewhat militant about checking room numbers and made people uncomfortable for being in the buffet line. Though it’s a good location, I’d recommend another place for better hospitality.

Clean hotel room - quite small but it is a city based hotel. Excellent location to tram stop. About a 20mins walk into the city itself. About a 10mins walk to a supermarket. Only downside is the parking situation. Either on street parking if your lucky or paid whilst you stay here. The drop off zone is not very well organised, lots of parked cars and no staff to help/advise so we had to find a parking space first and then carry our luggage with our 2 year old too, not ideal. Staff friendly. Did not have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Wouldn’t stay again because of the parking situation - too much of a negative for us. I guess its ok for a short stay like ours (2 days) but any longer would be difficult. If you’re not bothered about parking then it wouldn’t affect your stay!

You can see the hotel on the right hand side of the train station. It is walking distance to the city center and the old city. The booked room type is small but comfortable in all aspects. The breakfast was very rich and the taste was very good. The waiter was warm and thoughtful. He also cooked delicious hot spring eggs for the children. He also cared about our daytime activities and recommended delicious and fun places. Very happy stay experience.

Beautiful hotel, with great wine bar conveniently located at the brink of the ”Grande-Île”. 3min walk to Place Kleber, about 10min walk to the cathedral. Lot's of restaurants in the neighborhood. Comprehensive continental breakfast. You're getting a significant discount for parking in the nearby ”Indigo Kléber” (located Place de l’Homme de Fer). So first drop your car at the parking lot, present the ticket to the receptionist at the hotel and he will hand out a discounted ticket (roughly 50%). Rooms are split in two catagories: facing the back yard: very quite. Facing the street: very noisy, the whole night long. We've been in luck staying in one of the quite rooms. However our friends got one of the rooms facing the street having a terribly noisy night. And like in a lot of other hotels: no power outlets for your charging devices. You've got to crawl on the floor, pulling out power chords from unneeded stuff to get your gears charged.

Conveniently located across the train station, this hotel was a great base to explore Strasbourg and Colmar during Christmas. Check-in was super quick, and the front desk staff was very attentive and answered any questions we had. COVID-19 protocols were strict, which was very positive. The room was a standard IBIS room, so nothing spectacular to write about, but still served its purpose and didn’t come with any surprises. Check-out was again fast, and walking across the street to get on our train for our next destination was priceless.

Lovely place to stay- away from the touristy are of the Petite France, yet only a fifteen minute walk there. Quite a few nice restaurants in the area with mainly locals who go there - not your usual tourist traps. The hotel is small, with a slightly oldfshioned air about it - none of your hyper-modern dark corridors and minimalist design. Friendly, smiling service. It feels a bit like coming home. There’s also a smlall spa and if you let them know in time they’ll switch the sauna on for you. Twenty minutes is all it takes. Breakfast is varied, with your usual bacon and scrambled eggs, then hard boiled eggs, small selection of cheeses and cold cuts, fruit, seeds, muesli, juices, breads and pancakes.

We arrived at the hotel midday on the 28th of December, checked in a bit late (I was told the room was not ready). Was not annoyed at all though, the receptionists were really friendly and chatty. They helped us through with anything we asked for, cannot complain about anything. The room was a bit ”isolated” from the other rooms which was a nice bonus! Closed garage just next to the hotel for a reasonable price was also a bonus. If there would be something for me to suggest that could get improved, that would be the wifi signal in the room. I guess that was due to the fact that it was a bit isolated, perhaps an extra access point would make the job perfect. Still, I browsed the internet just fine, had to move a bit from the bed to the desk. Location-wise, it's only 15' walk from the historical town center and a 10' minute walk from a mall. Thank you all over there, looking forward to seeing you again if I show up again soon!

This is one of the most underwhelming hotels I have stayed in. Pro’s: location is on tramline and a close walk to attractions. Staff were accommodating and the breakfast is good. Cons: if your room faces the street it is incredibly loud. Bring earplugs. Horns, tram, screaming. Pillows are hard, no plug anywhere near the bed to charge a phone. Dim lights/no overhead light. The room was painted very dark/no pictures on walls. Not cheerful at all. The hallway was red and looked like a toddler painted it. There were nice touches like a free chocolate but this place misses the mark.

Where to begin. My minuscule room on the second floor. I smelled less sewage in the Paris metro. The room stinks so bad. There was no air-conditioning or any type of ventilation. And if you open the window all you could hear was noise at three in the morning from the bar that is downstairs. But you can’t complain about the bar because the family that runs the hotel runs the bar. Avoid this place at all costs. Now they did comp my room and move me to a lovely room in the courtyard and that was fine but these rooms over the bars should not even be allowed to be given to people. When I did complain they said they know it’s a problem but nobody’s doing anything to solve it so just beware. So the first night when I was in the tiny room that stunk like sewage I had to open the window but I couldn’t sleep because of the bar noise. So let me tell you about the lovely gentleman at reception. After the bar close he had a couple of girls that were hanging out in front of the hotel talking so loudly and drinking. I was sitting by the window because it was fresh air he literally pissed in the street. I am here to tell you just avoid this place. It could be so charming but it’s not. Now if you can get one of the big rooms in the courtyard I thought it was lovely. But it’s not worth risking. If you get a room over the street Run. Breakfast was also not very good. Really this is like a one star hotel. Buyer beware.

No service at all. The reception is only available till 7 pm. So if you arrive 30 min later there is nobody to acomodate you not even by telephone. We booked the hotel exclusively for the underground parking but as there is nobody at the desk you cannot enter the parking either. The streets around the appart hotel al full of cars and there is no spot early in the evening. It is also difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel. We had to ask the neighbors as it is an entry for the apartment complex and another entry around the corner for the hotel. Via de email at 18.59 hr you get a message that they leave a credit-card form key for you in a locker that you have to localise inside of the lobby. An old person will not be able to follow these instructions. We found the key but did not enter the room as we first wanted to get the car parked. But as the hotel parking is only open with a remote control you cannot enter if no one is there. The neighbors are nice and let you in, but Néméa parking is blocked by a barrier and you cannot get in. Inside the garage are warnings not to park elsewhere or you are transpassing. So we got so stressed that we decided to leave and book elsewhere last second. It was 20.30 hrs in the meantime and bookings via booking.com did not get through. We had to book in situ. All with all a lot of stress. The people from Néméa were not apologetic that nobody answers the phone after 19.00 hrs not even at 19.30 hr, when we called. You cannot arrange for a parking spot only on the arrival day upon arrival. They do not tell you this nor that it costs you 50 euro extra as deposit that you hope to get back. Either ways, Néméa is not willing to reimburse us. We will definitely never book with them again. And if you come by car, unless you can arrive prior to 18 hr (so that you can be sure you can arrange the parking) avoid this place as well. The area is not safe to leave a heavily loaded expensive car on the streets. Safety first! Booking.com censors this review this is why we place it here❗❗❗

We explored the third Strasbourg. This hotel is very central for this. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity. Footway is also very much to reach. Our room was very spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. Each room has an individual design. The beds are comfortable. The reception is very nice. A small manco we had at breakfast: the room is a little bit small so not all guests have to find or wait. The coffee machine has stretched, bad for me. Breakfast itself was moderate. The location is very good, but the hygiene is not good. The room where I stayed for the first night has a taste of stool. After talking to the front desk, I will change other rooms soon, but the curtains in the room are very dusty. The equipment and design inside are completely different. Star, equivalent to 2 stars, and there is not much choice for breakfast, just some bread and cheese, all the drinks are drink machines, no hand-handed, so it is not four stars. The first night was booked in a superior room, but it did not meet the advanced room at all, and it was subject to further improvement in all aspects.

I stayed at Hotel les Haras for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. It is across the river just a few blocks from Petite France and the old town. It is a 15 mins. walk from the train station. So everything is close, but you are just outside the centre so it feels really quiet and peaceful. It is near the teaching hospital and the cave historique des hospices de strasbourg (old wine cellar) is worth popping by and is very close. There are also several excellent and affordable restaurants within steps of the hotel - less touristy than the ones near the cathedral. I chose this hotel because hotel guests have access to the spa area/pool for 1 hour daily and this was a highlight of my stay. You do have to reserve a time slot, but I would usually book it on the same day and whatever time I wanted was available. Sometimes I had the facilities to myself, and at maximum there were 3 other people there. The swimming pool is heated and beautifully designed. It is peaceful but big enough you can actually swim some laps. There is also a Finnish sauna, steam room, showers, and one of those buckets where you pull the cord and it dumps cold water on you. Then there is a relaxation area with chairs, loungers, blankets and tea. Just blissful!! If you want to stay over 1 hour, it is 25 euros but I also did not feel they were strict and timing your stay to the minute. I did not use the gym but took a peek and it is small without any mirrors, but has some basic equipment if you need (cardio machines, free weights). They let me borrow the pilates mat as I prefer to workout in my room so that I can use videos from my laptop. When I checked in, I was shocked to see my room was not cleaned and was a mess from the previous guest. I was surprised at the oversight. I would also say the woman who checked me in was not particularly warm. She just gave me my key and did not make any small talk whatsoever (e.g. asking where I came from/how the flight was etc). So my first impression was not the best. But there was a staff member in the hallway, so I told them my room was not ready and she quickly fixed the situation. At first, she said I can wait and they will clean it. But I was annoyed as I had been traveling almost 24 hours (flight to CDG then taxi to train station then train then 15 mins walk in the heat) and just wanted to rest and shower. Plus, it was after 3pm which is the designated check-in time. It's not like I arrived early. Thankfully, they found me another room and immediately took me there and were apologetic. I did not require much assistance from the concierge as I already had things planned out. I did not eat their breakfast, as I preferred to go to different cafes nearby to try their baked goods and coffee. I did enjoy sitting in the courtyard and reading. Front desk staff (a kind man, didn't get his name) were helpful when I needed to borrow a universal adapter. The room itself (the basic queen room) was near perfect. Synchronize with friends to book two rooms of the same standard and at the same price. But the two rooms are a world apart, one room is spacious and bright, and the evening room service and small gifts are available. The other room is extremely rudimentary and has no service. The most unbearable thing is that one of the rooms did not have a TV remote control. The reply I received after calling the front desk was that there was no way to solve it. A four-star hotel doesn't even have a spare TV remote control. Even if there is no spare remote control, the service staff can take one from the vacant room. The front desk staff was arrogant and lacking courtesy. I will never stay again next time.

The amenities were my favorite NUXE, and I personally was a tick. It was a late time to arrive at a single stay, so I chose it as close to Strasbourg station as much as possible, but Google Maps was a little scared to be guided through narrow and dark roads i did. There were many shops around UberEats and it was perfect. It was a short stay time, so it was like a very narrow business hotel in Japan and there was a feeling of cleanliness, so it was enough for me to consider it as a French hotel. I'm sorry if there is a little memory difference because I stayed 3 months ago.

1 night stay with family (2 kids). Great welcome very friendly, toys for the kids. Huge teddy bear (2.5m high) in the room. Perfect cleanliness. Great bedroom. Good access to the carpark (public). Direct access to a big mall. 5-10 min walk to the old town. Will come back for sure.

I stayed for work for 3 nights. The location was ideal especially as I arrived late and left early by train. The room itself was a bit shabby (broken and stained sink, stained carpets etc). However it was clean and comfortable. I did not pre pay for breakfast, but decided to have it on the first morning. At Euros 17.50 it was very expensive so I decided not to have breakfast again. On check in they had taken a card for ”city tax” even though I thought I had already paid this through ******* (approx 7 euros for unknown taxes!). On check out they didn't say there would be any charge. But then proceeded to charge my card almost 60Euros! For two breakfasts I didn't even have and the one I did and of course this city tax. I am still trying to get the hotel to refund me. I do not understand how they can charge you without issuing a receipt, and certainly how they can charge you for meals you never even ate! Surely this is illegal? Shocking.

We booked a room for two people, there was a set of towels for one person in the room. There was also no hairdryer. After calling the reception and 7 hours later nothing had changed, I had to go to the reception in person late in the evening. In all other respects there are no questions.

Excellent location which is very near to the TGV and TER train station. Walkable to the tourist attractions. No staircase flight before the lift which was great for people with heavy luggage. Lift is also pretty big. Room is also very spacious and with nice wall paintings. For a triple, we got a double bed separated from a double decker bed. Front desk is extremely friendly and funny. Bar also serves draft beers. The only issue is that water from the bathroom flows to outside to the room easily during bathing and there is ntg that can be done to stop it. Not a big issue though. Will recommend the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just opposite the train station, and the trip is extremely convenient. The room is also relatively large, and there is absolutely no problem with a child. The bathing facilities are a bit old and can feel that the store has been as clean and tidy as possible, and it is not easy for old hotels in Europe. The washbasin is a double basin, very good.

The location is very good, three minutes away from the railway station, and easy to get to the old city, all within walking distance. I don’t know if it was the reason why Ctrip booked the room. The room I gave was not in the main building, but in another building. There was no elevator to go up, and the room I gave was of the kind without windows. Just stay for one night. The breakfast was pretty good. Basically there are fruit juice, bread and fruit. The lobby also has a coffee machine for your own use. The overall price is not high on weekends.

The hotel staff are very efficient , available and pleasant and the room was clean and reasonably priced. There is a car park in the hotel grounds which has to be reserved and paid for but it offers proximity to the lift for unloading and charging baggage. The breakfast was copious . The hotel is very close to the historic city centre of Strasburg and Tramlines to other parts of the city. The room was small for a couple and some renovation is advisable. There was numerous points of observation that there was a policy prevention of the spread of the COVID virus e.g. staff wore masks and advised customers to do the same and there were disinfectant possibilities on every floor.
