Me and my family stayed for 13 nights in this hotel and our experience was perfect. The reservation staff accommodated our requests without any issues. The reception staff was always friendly, cheerful, and helpful, and so was the housekeeping staff. The location of the hotel is good. The lobby area and the hotel cafe are good and comfortable to lounge in. And the hotel spa has a fantastic indoor thermal pool and a nicely sized outdoor pool. I would highly recommend Celik Palace to anyone visiting Bursa, especially families. Looking forward to our next visit.

Kahvaltısı da ***et güzeldi ama benim en hoşuma giden kısımlarından biri, aşağıda çok güzel kahveleri tatlıları olan bir kafesi olması, giriş çıkışlarda kahve keyfi yapabilmek oldu.. Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!

I wanted to ask the parking place on the ground because I was a foreigner, not an open description. Come on, my friend, I got to answer. I canceled the reservation and I had to come to another hotel. We preferred this place instead of many big hotels on the praises in the comments and we regret, go to near prices to big hotels around us, do not comment like us. We were over the thermal hotel expectations after skiing but we were sad. The hotel is like a very small apartment, and its rooms are tight, pressed, clastrophobic, dressed with a 1980 model pleasure, the air conditioning is over as a mustang of 70, the shower head in the room is broken, as everyone says. Family hammam is nice but one hour is very insufficient and you're already gone 20 minutes while you're setting the water and most importantly here - SAUNA NO - FIN Hamami and Hamam vs. - there is only a room called family hammam, which is a mini pool and a cottage You're just sitting in that pool and washing up in the chair in one hour, that's all. We came to breakfast, a total shame, they all put two spring-marked products to make the most cheap materials used in the waste crushed, salam-joyed pink and the materials don't seem to be cool, but we told them that too. They said the products are a source brand, peteca honey covers the image, but as a hobby, everyone who looks like this honey glycose syrup has no need to be a genius to understand that it is made by bees drinking the honey glycose syrup, clear moments vs,,, vs,,, I think that is very shameful, that is, that the laughterful and laughterful are trying to do something good that is stuck in this small building, despite their efforts to do what they can. 1️⃣ Subway Station takes about 20 minutes to the hotel 🚇⏰ (Hmm too close) 2️⃣ Lobby Reception Service Level is OK ☺️ 3️⃣ I check in for a double bed with a bathtub and a non-smoking room. Going to the room to change to a family room (double bed plus single bed) but no bathtub (6th floor) 😄 4️⃣ Then I found that I couldn't receive WiFi and asked for a room change. I changed the room immediately 😉 5️⃣ Staying for one night is not receiving Wifi, toilet flushing system is not stopped, a few minutes. Next request to change rooms. Wait for 2 minutes in the lobby, there is a double bed in the room, there is a bathtub, smoking room, but it is acceptable (4th floor) ☺️ 6️⃣ Breakfast included, 7am-11am🍽☕️ 7️⃣ There is an oil station ⛽️ around the corner (convenient to buy drinks and snacks)

The cleaning is very beautiful in terms of both location and rooms, the staff's relationship with the rose face is more important than all. At the same time, the prices are appropriate. Convenient location as it’s 2 minutes from nearest tram. Note it is not possible to walk to city centre due to motorway and no visible pedestrian path ( we tried ). This hotel itself was average in terms of the room furnishings, carpet and bathroom. Room size was generous. One room had a funny smell probably from the shower. Unfriendly staff who did not make you feel welcome at reception or at breakfast. Below average breakfast because it was the same on 3 days, and when the coffee machine broke down they didn’t bother to fix it or offer you any alternative! Shocking service. I saw a football team check in there I wonder how they felt it. I think if they improve their staff attitude and hotel cleanliness it could be a better option in future. At this point I will not stay there again I would look for alternatives at the same price that offer more value.

If you want to enjoy hot springs, swim in a lukewarm pool and sit under green trees, this hotel is a perfect choice. Yes, the building and infrastructure are old. But this hotel has a special atmosphere, reminding me of Turkey of 1980’s. I would prefer to stay here with local flavour,rather than new 5 star hotels with international brands. After staying 5 days, my observation is as follows; 1.location It is at the end of Çekirge street where buses and minibuses frequently pass. It’s close to the center. You can find restaurants, tea houses, mini markets just by climbing a few staircases at the back of the hotel. ( Celik Palace Hotel is a nice alternative for termal experience, but restaurants and tea houses are not nearby ) 2. Termal experience If you are a lover of hot springs, you can go to Yeni Kaplıca public bath In Çekirge . Here you can get similar experience in a more exclusive and quiet atmosphere. the hot spring is not too hot around 38 to 40 degrees centigrade in the large,circular bath. But one step up, you can dip into a hotter small bath .After hamam, wrapped in large towels , drinking tea or ayran in the hall is very relaxing. 3. Swimming pool Clean and lukewarm,enough length for swimming properly. 4. Room I stayed in a junior suite room. Spacious enough,with a balcony facing a large courtyard with the swimming pool. Quiet with good wifi connection. 5. Breakfast Line up of foods is quite O.K. Didn’t find coffee tasty . But this is normal even in any 5 star hotels in Turkey. Tea is always a better choice. The outside terrace is very pleasant in to sit in summer. 6. Service Receptionists are very helpful and friendly. They are ready to solve your problems ( in my case , ferry boat ticket). I am looking forward to coming back to this hotel before the end of the summer. One advice- reserve directly with the Kervansaray Hotel. You can save hefty commission, especially by foreign travel agencies!

The staff were very interested, tea coffee etc. You can bring it whenever you want, and when you see a thermos in your hand while skiing, they fill it up. Many thanks to the staff. Breakfast is very important to me, I called the hotel to ask about breakfast options and hot dishes, they said there was a lot of variety, we could have omelettes we wanted in the kitchen, but when we went they said they didn't care! The breakfast room was cold, we couldn't eat anything on the first day and were freezing, we went to the breakfast room in our ski suits to avoid catching a cold for the next few days. Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes. First of all, the staff were very interested in us. They bring tea or coffee whenever you want and when they see I have a thermos they fill my thermos with tea, for free. The hotel is newly built, so everything in the room is new. Room toilet is clean. But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.

Geçtiğimiz hafta tavsiye üzerine ilk defa gittim bu otelin spasına. Yaşadığım muhitte böyle güzel hizmet veren bir Spa merkezi olması güzel. Yurt içi, yurtdışı bir çok spa gördüm hepsinin kendine has bir konsepti var. Ama nedense burada hiç bir konsept yok ne müzik, ne tütsü kokusu hiç bir şey yok. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan ve tesis hakkında bilgi veren hanım hariç yüzü gülen kimse yok. Spa ambiyansı adına danışmanlık almanızı tavsiye ederim. Bunların hepsi geliştirilebilir ancak orada çalışanlara bağırıp duran elindeki eşyaları gözümüzün önünde sağa sola vuran Hanım orada çalışmaktan pek hoşnut değil gibi geldi bana. Ben spa ya rahatlamaya, stresimden arınmaya gelirken masaj odasına kadar gelen azarlama sesleri beni rahatsız etti. O kırmızı pantolonlu hanım orada oldukça da bir daha geleceğimi sanmıyorum.

Low score given due to one reason alone. WiFi is as important in 2021 as having a bed in the room for a good hotel. When paying approx Euro 200/night for the best suite available Suite 12 on second floor with a fantastic view and amazing and polite staff, it is imperative to have a good WiFi connection available, if it is claimed to be available in all areas of the hotel. Complained since checking inn, complained more than a few times again on the 2nd day but excuses don’t do anything if you can’t get your issue resolved and it keeps disconnecting repetitively. All the other positive things mentioned by other visitors are all true but not being able to remain connected with family is just not acceptable for me and one can’t always go to the reception as WiFi works fine there so obviously issue is in the networking inside the hotel and distribution in strength of signals. Hoping the 3rd day of the stay may be better than the last 2 in terms of the WiFi service. The hotel Managenent needs to take serious view and corrective measures on this if it aspires to remain among the top hotels in Bursa. Our experience and review is greatly negatively affected by this.

It was absolutely perfect for the price. Cleanliness and hygiene was good. It was comfortable. Since we left at 6 in the morning, we could not have breakfast. The hotel attendant said we can prepare a breakfast plate for you despite him. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority. If I go again, I definitely don't need to look for a different place. The location you are looking at on the maps is incorrect. Call the hotel and ask for a location .
