Well, the hotel is very good, the location is good and the atmosphere is good. But unfortunately, this is a self-catering hotel with no front desk. After booking, the room number and the password for entering the door will be sent, and the whole process will be self-service. However, Ctrip did not give the room number, and no one gave any information. The hotel said, my phone won't work, ok, please keep your mailbox, foreign number

I was staying at Hôtel de l’Europe for 1 week during my search for an apartment in Paris and found it to be a great experience. While some people would consider it a little basic, it is a much nicer experience to stay somewhere authentic and run by polite and personable staff than a big chain hotel. My single room had everything I needed (desk, toilet, sink, bedside table, tv, comfy bed) and was cosy, housekeeping kept the room perfectly clean and stocked with soap/shower gel and toilet roll every day. My room faced the street and the window was a little hard to close but as long as you aren’t bothered by the usual evening sounds you will be fine. One thing is that the room was not soundproofed as I could hear the TV in the other rooms near to mine, but this didn’t really bother me personally as it was just from time to time. The area is also a great app location, close to many restaurants down avenue de Clichy, there are a lot of options ranging in price and cuisine so anyone who stays here can have a lot of choice of where to eat or get a coffee. If you don’t fancy going out for a coffee, there is a small machine at reception which is only €1 for a coffee which was also convenient. I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Plenty of shops, bars and supermarkets nearby as well. Note also that the hotel provides a shuttle service to Paris airports which is considerably cheaper than taxi/Uber, thanks to the staff at reception for notifying me of this. The staff were great too, I speak French but they have good English proficiency if you don’t. Very helpful and personable and I definitely built a good rapport with them from staying for a few days. If you are looking for a lower budget option in an optimum location that isn’t too loud or busy, and close to touristic areas, this hotel will be great for you. I had a lovely experience staying here with no trouble or discomfort and would highly recommend this hotel.

1. Breakfast 13 euros per person, we have no choice, we had to choose a nearby supermarket to solve the problem. 2. No extra bed, the bed is still very soft, the facilities in the room are slightly backward, there is only one plug, but since we have a converter + plug strip, it has no effect. 3. No hair dryer, but you can get it at the front desk. 4. The hotel location is still very suitable according to the subway station, very close to the brochant station. It only takes 15-20min to walk from the city center + subway. The price of more than three hundred nights we booked was indeed a good deal. 5. Parisians are very friendly. It has rained a lot recently. I thought that Paris would be better than Ge Ha, but it was not much better.

The room was basic which is fair enough as we were not in it much. There were no tea making facilities.when we have been to France before they always had at least CNN news in English on the TVs not this time. When we arrived we had to go to the sister hotel next door(I think this is the hotel that gets the good reviews) to get the key but we had to go back to reception as the safe didn't work. After 1 night the key didn't work so we had to get another one. On the 2nd night after a full day out we returned to our room which had not been touched. This was not a problem for us except our towels were on the floor so we went to next doors reception to ask for towels.we never complained but when we went to check out the next morning the receptionist basically called us liars and said the cleaner said he cleaned the room. Then she said he may have missed the towels, then as the conversation went on he may have missed the bin. No mention of not changing the bed.she was really rude.we don't care about the bed change etc as there is only us in the room and we had forgotten about it until she brought it up. The location of the hotel is really good.its close to the metro plenty of restaurants and shops and a fantastic bakery on the corner

Stayed between 16th to 19th January and the hotel itself was average. Nice interior and friendly staff however the rooms are pretty average. Small bathroom and basic facilities were not included like a hairdryer for example. The decor in the bedrooms need updating as some of the walls were chipped and look outdated. Beds were comfortable and not many towels provided. Plug sockets could do with being closer to the beds as there were only two near the phone so was difficult to charge phones and use at the same time. Breakfast was average. We brought a deal that included breakfast however I expected more. There was not any fried breakfast such as bacon, fried eggs, sausages etc and only cheese, ham, croissants, cereals and basic things. Average breakfast tasted good but just expected more. Overall this hotel is okay to stay in if you’re going out a lot and not staying too much inside but overall it’s average.

I stayed at Le Trente with my daughter and Mother in Law for a few days is Paris. We had the triple room which was perfect for us. One large double bed and one sofa bed (which we put up on the first night and left up as we were not in the room for much other than sleeping), The room was clean, the bathroom & shower were great. The hotel is in a quite street so no night time noise and the surrounding area is very nice with bars and restaurants. We travelled around Paris on the bus and tram (both within easy walking distance from the hotel). The staff were very helpful if we needed anything, and let us leave our luggage on the last day after checking out, so we could make the most of that day.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, I booked the hotel through a deal with American Airlines Vacations. The front desk reception was kind enough to let us check in early after our long flight even though check in was not till 2 PM. The room was smaller than I expected, but very clean and modern. I only wish there was more storage space for suitcases, but the bed was very comfortable and warm, central air/heating worked great. I knew we would be out exploring all day, so in the end the small space was fine. We didn’t try the breakfast available downstairs, but there is a great bakery around the corner that we stopped in every morning. They accommodated all our requests, providing plates, glasses, ice buckets for champagne, even reheating our food when asked. The staff is great and we truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend for those that plan on staying out most of the day and if you prefer a quieter stay during your trip to Paris.

I'm not sure why people are giving this hotel such a bad review, I stayed two nights and found it clean, the staff helpful and friendly, and the room very comfortable and clean. The only thing that might not have been 'perfect' for some people was the lift, which was in the process of having work done to it, and yes, it is small, but this is housed in an old Parisian building, and everyone knows there isn't much space, especially at a competitive price. Very close to a metro station, very close to cinemas, restaurants and anything else you might possibly need. I would definitely return.

The second stay, the environment is very good, quiet, with a park attached. Breakfast is not bad, no problem to eat. There are several Chinese restaurants attached. The subway station is only a few meters away from the accommodation and there is also a large supermarket. It is close to the Moulin Rouge and the Sacred Heart Church and you can walk. The service is good, and everything is fine to adjust the room. Will come later.

The jonasban's home is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The jonasban's home is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Paris. Keeping busy is easy, with Eglise Saint Joseph des Epinettes, Le COAM and 17th Arrondissement all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.

Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!

For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.

Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!

We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!

Front staff speaks good English and when I had small problem in the room the reception staff fixed it swiftly and changed my room.
