After Ctrip had paid the room rate, the next day after leaving the hotel, the credit card was deducted from another $ 113.8. We called back to ask the hotel. The customer service phone was so difficult to get through without saying that we were not deducted from our two sums. After looking for Ctrip customer service to communicate to the present 20 days, the hotel has repeatedly answered the reasons for the deduction of 4, 5 versions. Including the middle said that a refund has been made to another credit card we have never seen before, and later changed to no refund on that card. So far no explanation has been given to us. I also refused to confirm the credit card information with Ctrip customer service, and said that our credit card and the guest's name are not correct. The efficiency is also extremely slow. Basically, it can communicate once every three working days, one version at a time. In addition, the hotel was very noisy in the corridor at 10 o'clock that night. There were people who were walking back and forth. There was a bar downstairs.

The hotel does not include breakfast, but offers muffins, coffee and fruits to eat in the room, and of course you can eat it for a paid breakfast. The hotel is in a good location in Boston, very close to the city center, near Harvard and MIT, but there is no parking lot, waiting for guest parking, parking is more expensive, $ 58 a day, but all other hotels in the city have parking fees It's almost the same.

Retro rooms, vintage elevators are especially interesting. It is said that there is a good day material downstairs, but unfortunately there is no chance to try it. The room was really suitable for living, and I wanted to stay there all the time (*ꈍ꒙ꈍ*) but it only took two days. The only thing that is not very satisfactory is that the scenery is only outside the trash can (눈_눈) Did not try breakfast, look at it next time.

There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, you can buy food back to the hotel to cook, which is very convenient. The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

We had an amazing, almost magical, stay at the Four Season Dalton Street in Boston. It was a year ago in March 2020. Just posting this review now in the hope that we might actually be seeing the “end” of the pandemic and people might be planning hotel visits again. In fact it was due to the beginning of the pandemic that caused us to cancel or out of the country vacation plans early-to-mid March. We needed a couple of nights in a nice hotel in Boston so we could have a peaceful stay-cation. We toured about 5 hotels in Boston, including one very “ritzy” one - and it was clear to us that 4 Seasons Dalton Street was the best all-around hotel - and was actually a very good value. The hotel itself is spectacular as you can see from the completely accurate photos on their website. But the most important X-factor that made our stay at Four Seasons Dalton Street completely perfect was the incredibly thoughtful and genuine people who work at the hotel. Everybody. More about that later. OUR ROOM: We were in a standard room which was very comfortable for two people. Having the table with 2 chairs and the comfy chair gave us a separate living space next to the bed. There was another separate area with closets and drawers which again made the room feel plenty spacious. The bathroom was large and modern. The bed was very comfortable with a great new mattress. The floor-to-ceiling windows gave us a great view of Boston and plenty of daylight. The room had many special touches that really made it more enjoyable. - The heating and air-conditioning worked perfectly, easily, and quietly - and we were there during a time where we needed A/C at times and heat later. - It’s great that there are umbrellas in the room available for guests in case of rain. - Having electrical outlets with USB ports near the top of the bed tables and on the table behind the TV is very convenient. - We were happy having free use of the Amazon Fire Stick - which was easy and intuitive to use - allowing us to watch our streaming channels like Netflix and Hulu. - The top opening safe is much easier than the typical hotel safe with a side door that swings out in a way that makes it harder to fit in a laptop. - The room was completely clean - but thankfully didn’t have any strong fragrance smell which we have experienced in other hotels. - Rather than have small plastic bottles of water in the room, they had larger glass bottles and cups - which is a really smart step to protect the environment. THE FITNESS CENTER/SPA: There’s a very large fitness area with plenty of high quality cardio machines and weight lifting devices. It was completely clean, with plenty of daylight and great views of Boston. There were plenty of free bottles of water and other beverages - plus some inviting snacks. The pool is truly excellent. It’s long and plenty wide for several swimmers to do laps - and the area around the pool is very comfortable. Plus the most unique element o

The location is good, the price is ok, but there will be an additional facility fee of around $180 per night. I don't know if it is a case. The two-night hotel that was booked separately by Ctrip, the front desk could not find the corresponding information. It took a long time to check. I didn't know if it was a docking problem, but in the end it was all smoothly.

The Charlesmark hotel is right on Boylston Street in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston. When planning our trip, I didn't know much about the neighborhoods but feel incredibly lucky that I found this hotel. It's less than a mile to Boston Commons, and we walked from the hotel to all the standard tourist attractions, so the location was fantastic (and it's next door to the fanciest looking GameStop we've seen, haha). My philosophy on hotel rooms when traveling is that I just want a clean room with a shower with good water pressure to come back to at the end of the day. I don't use a lot of hotel amenities, and so some of the issues that have been brought up in other reviews weren't an issue for me. The room: The room itself was on the smaller side, but the bed was comfortable and there was more than enough room to put my luggage. The bathroom was nice and the ambiance of the room was relaxing. The breakfast: They do set out coffee and doughnuts/bagels/fruit. I'm not a big bagel or fruit person, but I killed some coffee and doughnuts each morning--this was great. The staff: The staff was amazing. They were consistently friendly and super helpful, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The Charlesmark isn't the fanciest hotel on the block or the biggest, but it's in a great location, has a great price, and tons of charm. I really felt like I could focus on my trip outside the hotel and know that I had a clean, comfortable room to come back to at the end of each day. Would definitely stay at the Charlesmark again when I come back!

We spent the first night of our honeymoon with XV Beacon 16 years ago and returned this year for a staycation since travel is so difficult now. What a wonderful oasis in the heart of the city. Really should not have waited so long to return. I say "with" instead of "at" because you feel so well cared for, it's not just a property. What has changed in 16 years? The addition of the roof deck which we enjoyed every day. What's not changed at all? Elegant and gracious service. Beautiful rooms, delightful amenities. Even though we live very close, we got to explore Beacon Hill as visitors, returning each day to be cossetted in luxury. The room service from Moo was wonderful. Car service is gracious, (thank you Mark!) and particularly helpful during this time. A deep soaking tub was my favorite part of the suite. Oh wait, maybe it was the bed covered in Frette linens? The bathrobe? No, it was the fireplace. Caviar service in our room! Who could choose? We arrived a little beaten down by the pandemic. We left refreshed and delighted to rediscover the city we love from a new perspective.

Breakfast is ok, but the variety is relatively small, no vegetables. The hotel is only a few kilometers from Boston Airport and has a free shuttle bus. Staying here, traveling to downtown Boston, it is not very convenient to take public transportation. You need to take the hotel bus to the airport and transfer to the subway there. It is convenient to choose to take a taxi or a water taxi, but the price will be more expensive. If you carry a lot of luggage and have plenty of time, it is recommended to stay in the same brand of hotels in the city. The price is much lower, and the dining and sightseeing will be more exciting.

I’m not one for writing terrible reviews, but for practically a brand new hotel this place is not off to a good start. CONS: The rooms are extremely small with only a bed and foldable desk and chair due to space restraints. There is no closet and the full size mirror on the wall behind the sliding bathroom door fell off the wall the first hour I was in the room. It was put back in with liquid nails and was tapped back up. Hopefully that holds for the nexts guests in the room. The walls were so thin I could tell what movie the next room was watching (Rush Hour 2 if that helps anyone with this review). The water pressure was so low the morning I was leaving I could not take a shower. The picture I attached is the highest pressure I could get it at, and that’s all the way to the cold setting. Also, either lots of people smoking weed in the hotel or Snoop Dog was in a room near me. My room reeked of it on multiple occasions. Was due to Covid, but the bar (and I use that word lightly due to the size of the bar area) was only accessible to people order the finger foods on the menu. If you wanted a drink you had to take it back to your room to drink it. PROS: Staff was all very friendly and quick to resolve the issue of the mirror incident. The hotel is very modern and is visually appealing. There is a QR code in your room where you can order bar food and some drinks to go from the bar downstairs from your phone. The location is pretty good for getting around major parts of Boston. Price in my opinion was high for the little amount of what you get, but once COVID restrictions are lifted and the rooftop bar is reopened I would say it would be priced fairly.

Two beds in the room, three adults, one child, the hotel service, very good, the father’s waist is not good, the hotel added a piece of wood, and the position on Simmons is very good. The hotel is near Chinatown. After drinking the Le Real Estate, it is not far to the Quincy Market. I haven't lived in a youth hostel for too long. During this business trip, there were no suitable hotels around. I didn't want to live too far, so I set a bed for 6 people. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming. The bathroom is at the door of the room. It is spacious and sanitary for one person, and also has privacy. The restaurant is well-equipped, you can make your own food in the evening, and there are many foods shared by people. Breakfast is free, except for meat and eggs, which can basically meet the needs of breakfast.

When I checked in at the hotel, she told the front desk that she wanted a quiet room. She saw that I liked the upper floors and arranged for me to the 17th floor. After entering the room, it was okay overall, but when I saw the sand-like marks in the sink and the sink when I went to the bathroom, it looked a bit uncomfortable. After returning the next day, the room was cleaned. Although the sink and the pond were not completely cleaned, the traces were almost gone. After staying there are many privileges, free soup or something. But daily fruits are not seen at the front desk every day. I have been to the gym but one of the bicycles failed to start. But the rest of the equipment is good, although the personal yoga space is a bit small outside. Overall, nearby activities are very convenient. Service attitude is also very correct.

The hotel is in a fairly central location. The check-in time is almost just after Christmas, and there are quite a lot of guests. When check-in in the afternoon, the queue is at least forty or fifty minutes. , Leading to crowding, queuing is very bad. The access for Marriott members is also not open, and my Marriott Gold Card does not have fast-track access or preferential treatment. When booking a hotel, because Ctrip ’s price is more cost-effective, I did n’t make a reservation through the Marriott app. As a result, when I arranged the room, I was given a regular room, and I booked a suite with Charles River view. At that time, the whole mood was about to explode, and I contacted Ctrip. Ctrip said that their order was not wrong, and it was the responsibility of the hotel. Later, I had to go back to the front desk to queue up. After communicating with the lobby manager, the manager said that the information on the booking order might be wrong, so I did not arrange it and helped me adjust to the Charles River View Suite. After an afternoon of tossing around, the big and small bags finally checked in after going up and down. The hotel's [Charles River View Suite] is still very beautiful. The windows of the rooms are very large. Every day you can see the sunset, which is very suitable for taking pictures. There is more than 60 square meters of space, a sofa area, a writing desk, and an extra-large bed. There is room for large and small luggage. There is nothing in the refrigerator of the minibar, there is no executive courtesy in the suite, and the Marriott Gold Card only has two bottles of mineral water per day. There doesn't seem to be a supermarket near the hotel. There is a coffee shop on the second floor where you can buy some drinks and snacks. Regarding parking, valet parking is $ 65 a day. A waiter will help you drive the car to the door, and you can enter and leave as many times as you want. There is a pretty big shopping area across the road downstairs, and you can go shopping on foot. It is very very recommended that friends go shopping in the department store Saks 5th Avenue, which has a lot of luxury brands. Although the discount area is piled up like a vegetable market, it is very worthwhile. .
