About 10 minutes walk to Metro station you could be in short time anywhere in Paris. They do have WI-FI access and it's free. Good equipped kitchen was sufficient for light meals preparation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast.
We booked 2 rooms online (2 adults & 2 children in each room). When we arrived, one of the staff gave us 2 separate rooms for only 1 family! and the staff was very rude & didn't offer any solution. He made us to run around to their other property across the road. Finally, other staff offered solution & gave us the rooms we had booked! It was a bad experience!
Rooms are spacious. But carpets need to be cleaned & look very bad. We didn't opt for breakfast, so, no comments!

Hotels Near Au Coeur De L'Italie In Malakoff Review
In line with usual suspects like Ibis hotels and other similar chains. Don't expect large rooms or large bathrooms. Rooms are basic and even the 2 layers of windows won't keep the frequent train passage noises out, but you get used to it. At least, rooms were clean and the mattress was rather comfortable, which is basically all you can ask for. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but by the looks of it, it seemed quite basic as well. In short, it's ok for a 1 or 2 night business stay, but any more night would make you depressed as the rooms are just ok to get in, sleep, shower, and get out. At least, the metro station is just 250 meters away, so that's convenient.

Convenient since is near to metro station and some restaurants. Breakfast is ok with a mix of salt and sweets
