All in all, the hotel seems like one that should have been closed a long time ago ! The staff talked ugly about us to other customers in front of us as he thought we did not understand German. It was really uncomfortable. The rooms were dirty and it did not seem as if had been cleaned for a long time, very reassuring in these covid-19 times. The elevator did not work In the evening when we went to bed, another team of guests entered the room, as they too had been assigned the room, again very uncomfortable and not very reassuring. and the guy at the front desk did not even say sorry, he seemed more angry that he had to work When we got home in the evening our access card did not work so we had to stand in line for 20 minutes to get help twice !! The room was not cleaned either!! The restaurant was also closed! There was nothing working! Very rude staff!

The location is close to Mannheim Shopping Main Street and the iconic water tower. The location advantage is obvious. This hotel was built in the late 1980s. The overall management is relatively backward and not very open. The attitude towards the Chinese is very general. The breakfast service staff is less. There is almost no politeness for Chinese dining, not to mention the service word. Room service is almost equal to zero. It is hard to imagine that if the old Chinese people who do not speak English come to the store, they are basically eating dumb. General knowledge of German, room service is also daily in the education hotel staff.

The interior decoration is relatively old, the traditional German home furniture is the visual sense, the breakfast is so-so, can fill the stomach. If you book on Ctrip, it is recommended to let Ctrip confirm with the hotel before you come. Otherwise, it is easy to see the situation where you can't find your information. It is good to say that it may not even have room in the evening.

If you’ve stayed at a Moxy before, you know to expect a tiny bare-bones room. Not outfitted for business travel (desk is only good for holding a couple items), but your basic amenities are present. Eco-friendly soap and shower gel, small but functional shower unit. Get an odd-numbered room for a great view of the Rhein River. The Rhein Galerie with shops is across the plaza. As for arrival, there’s no place to pull in to unload luggage. Instead, park in the narrow-space garage directly above the gas station to the south of the hotel. You need a tiny car for this garage. 7 euro overnight and a bl GK walk dragging your bags. You can also park in the underground Rhein Galerie garage for 15 euro. For dinner, try Pizzeria la Torre da Angelo a few blocks away. Great neighborhood spot.

It's a superb hotel where comfort is one of its most outstanding features. The business premises concerned is a stunning ancient building. Particularly inside everything is splendid owing to its layout and décor. Thanks to that marvellous decoration and the way how the interior was planned the mere fact of being there may be a pleasure. Sitting at the bar could be so if there were no music or if at least that were of some good quality. Unfortunately however, the music that one is forced to bear in the bar is awful. The room I was allocated is fantastic and very comfortable. It's a two storey room. On the down storey there is a living with fantastic sofas and armchairs where one can sit comfortably to watch TV, read or, should the occasion arise, have an interesting conversation. On the upper floor, which is accessible through an inner staircase, there is the bedroom, the bathroom and the wardrobe, as well as a stool to put the suitcase. Everything is very good. The bed is extremely comfy as the mattress has the adequate toughness to assure a good rest. Besides, the bedroom is rather peaceful for apparently the building is soundproof, so hardly any noise was heard there during my stay at the hotel, not even door slams, what is especially great. A good practice as regards the room cleaning is established in that hotel. It consists in letting the customer choose betwixt having the room made up or not for the sake of the preservation of the environment. If one opts for not having the room cleaned he can even get a present. In my opinion, it's an excellent idea for in short stays there is not really any need to have the room made up, particularly every day. Needless to say that I decided not to have the room cleaned during my three days stay at the hotel. The staff members are fine to some extent. They are all of course kind and helpful. Notwithstanding that, some of the ones working at the front desk need a professional training as well as some English courses. For example, one of the receptionists, when I asked if there was a safe in the room, he answered in the negative. Then I discovered by chance that there was one in a bedside table. This same gentleman sent one of his colleagues to switch off the air conditioning in my room. The lady charged to do that task just set the thermostat right on the opposite position from that on which it should have been set. Since I was freezing, I sought for a solution from the night watcher, who kindly told me what to do to switch off the device. There are also some competent employees working at the front desk. Among these ones Ms. Di Stefano is outstanding, also by her kindness, charm, reliability and conscientiousness. She is really one of the best hotel receptionists I have ever met. The breakfast is very good and varied. Everything is of an excellent quality. This is really remarkable as regards the fruit, which is fresh and tasty, especially the sweet fruit. The varied character may not be held as far as pa

Each of the rooms at the Am Bismarck hotel is classically decorated and features a flat-screen TV, a minibar and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some also boast a balcony. Guests are invited by Am Bismarck to enjoy a daily breakfast buffet, and the on-site bar also provides hot snacks in the evenings. We had an amazing stay at Hilton Garden Inn Mannheim and I will definitely book again next time I return to the city! I had booked a couple of nights for my mum and her partner after their wedding and had contacted the hotel with quite a short notice to organize a little surprise amenity in their room. Reservations Agent Katrin responded very quickly kindly answering a number of questions and put me in touch with Front Office Manager Jessica who then organized an incredible amenity which was above and beyond my expectations. My mum and her partner where blown away by the setup they found in their room and every staff member we encountered was aware they got married and congratulated them which made their evening even more special! They also loved the restaurant Mister Postman so we went there for dinner on both days we stayed at the hotel. Service and food were brilliant and the kitchen team went out of their way to create another vegan dish for me in addition to what they already had on the menu. Rooms are beautiful and stylish as well as perfectly clean, location is great just next to the station but I am most impressed by the outstanding team as every single staff member we met was professional, friendly, helpful and went the extra mile! Thank you to the team of Hilton Garden Inn Mannheim and see you soon!

The Syte Hotel is a boutique hotel in the heart of Mannheim. You are welcomed by charming staff and a unique flair near the main station. Each room is designed individually.... Therefore this time, my wish was to the street side with balcony. My wish room 35 in the 3rd floor exactly corresponded to my idea. Thank you for this. At Silvester the restaurant shined in a celebrated glance to Silvester Galadiner. The bar and the restaurant are, for the rest, always worth a visit. And also breakfast should not remain un mentioned....... Thanks for the nice stay!

Located in the middle of the city, I had checked in the hotel business. Good that the hotel has a parking house, because parking are absolutely defecting in the area. The spacious room has all the comfort you need including a desk. It is nice that the house has a well-equipped fitness room and also a small and fine sauna area. Very pleasant to be sporting after the holiday evening and subsequently to relax a little. Breakfast does not leave any wishes open. Result - Recommendation

The hotel is very quiet, no hear of the train traffic in the rooms. The hotel and the equipment are quite new. We have been there three times and will book it again. Free parking is difficult to find and the crew of security and order is very active in Mannheim. Parking in unpermitted places can be expensive quickly. However, there are also enough parking houses directly next to or nearby. The reception hall is beautifully designed and there is also a friendly reception, but it is not free of charge. The reception staff is very friendly and will be happy to continue to help as far as possible. The train station is in the immediate vicinity. A walk to the Rhine takes only 10 to 15 minutes and is in any case worth the effort.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the city center but close to different places as for example the hospital. The rooms are nice and not small at all. Pretty clean and good isolated. I didn't try the breakfast and I have seen better service at the reception but honestly, for the 60 euro the night it is much more than I expected. Tipp: you can easily find parking places at the street, you don't necessarily need to drive in the hotel's parking lot.

Still very nice hotel Relative to this price, the hotel room is not small, quite large, and ample. The hotel’s breakfast is very recommended, 8.9 Euros every day, full variety, and very well managed. The room is fairly clean and the bathroom layout is reasonable. The location is not close to the train station, not too easy to find, but not far from the Mannheim water tower. The staff is very welcoming.

It depends on the type of trip. If you book a trip that is delaying, creative, raised, you are here goldright. Perfectly located to the HBF and thus center, great equipment (ground, bath, bed), wrong good Italian breakfast buffet. There is no better way to make a boutique hotel. When you make a hectic business trip, you should know what to get on. No hacks in the bathroom for bath bags, no sticks in the bed for mobile loading, hardly soundproofing, which disturbs the neighbor's shoes, rather bright, no parking, breakfast 2 houses further, i.e. weather, Win and switch Wi-Fi if you are in a call). Wi-Fi ... yes ...Very very complicated. However, personally I always prefer other hotels in Mannheim !

On a trip to Czech Republic from France we stayed at this hotel on both legs. Going to Czech we were impressed with the room and our only niggle was the fact that we had to go to the bar to order a meal in the restaurant on the opposite side of the floor. We were informed that this was because of the fact that they were catering for conferences!! Apart from that our room on the second floor was lovely. Fast forward 6 days and a different picture! Room 126 was allocated to us but when I wanted to contact Reception I found that the telephone didn’t work. Then when I went into the bathroom to find that there was an unrecognisable sticky substance on the door handle. I then learnt that a hotel such as this didn’t have its restaurant open on a Sunday night!! What is going on?? Not impressed with Paula, the receptionist, who, although was prompt to rectify the room faults by immediately moving us to another one, certainly wasn’t too impressed with her guests, judging by her voice!! Certainly not a warm welcome!!

We already knew by other reviews that the rooms are quite small. To highlight was the new state of the room and especially the bathroom. Very clean was the perfect bathroom. I also noticed that everything was super new and very elegant. The tape floor in the entire hotel I saw and in the room was nail new. At check in we were friendly received. There was also a small bar that was open 24 hours. There you could also buy small snacks. I also found good that the lift to the rooms only works with the room card. That provided a safe impression. The air conditioning cooled the room very well to 18 degrees. When the outside temperatures were 34 degrees, that was very pleasant.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel and had a somewhat mixed experience. The evening we arrived, the hotel was very full with at least two large groups. This meant that rather than the usual evening menu being available, there was an overpriced buffet, offering few choices as the groups had devoured most of the food. Having said that food was generally good and plentiful, with the menu being available on the following two evenings. The other surprise on our first evening was the fire alarm. Apparently steam from a shower had set the thing off - clearly a problem that needs fixing as we understood this was not the first time it had happened! The hotel itself is situated in the vicinity of two tram stops - one is very close, but with an infrequent service, while the other is a bit of a hike. No problem, but worth being aware. Our room was nothing special, but the location was quiet and everything worked.
