Booked a wheelchair accessible room including breakfast. Only the "Standard Doppelzimmer" rooms are available for wheelchair users. Room is pretty small, only 17,5 m² in total. Nice design etc., but I prefer a larger and more functional room instead of a design room. The bathroom is very small for a wheelchair user, compared to many other hotels. Shower has a seat, but you can't keep your wheelchair in the bathroom, unless you want it washed also. There is no shower curtain, and you easily flood the complete bathroom. Room has a nice terrace, fully accessible. Very quiet environment. The bed is large (180x200 cm) but very firm. Not very comfortable if you have back or shoulder issues. The room was clean. Very good and extended breakfast, friendly staff. The free car parking has one reserved spot for disabled. The parking spot could be a little bit wider, especially if you have to open your car's door fully to get your wheelchair out. Didn't visit the paid underground parking (paid, 12 EUR/night).FromUS$168.00

Reception was OK, but far from friendly. Extremely confusing layout out of the hotel and had a hard time to find my room. Italian restaurant was nothing to brag about. We were met with fierce efficiency at reception - the woman recognised our name and made us welcome. The room was a decent size and well-appointed and included a small fridge, kettle and coffee/tea. The hotel no longer offers evening meals or a bar but has a large and pleasant outside inner courtyard where you can sit and it is possible to eat and drink your own food and drink in the evening. We enjoyed the breakfast at 9 Euros which was good value. The hotel is situated in a small town which has local services within easy walking distance if you turn right outside the hotel. These include bakery, grocery and ice cream parlour and Italian restaurants We strongly recommend the pizzeria on the corner 100m from the hotel which served us excellent pizzas. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, the heat required open windows, and the hotel is situated on a busy road, so next time we would insist on a room facing the inner courtyard not the road. We used the hotel as a base for visiting nearby Esslingen which is beautiful and lively. We were very happy with our stay.FromUS$62.00

From the outside it feels like you’re arriving at a Soviet-era public housing project, or military accomodation. Booked an Executive Suite, which was a level or two, in terms of quality, below what I expected, and am used to. Wi-Fi is appallingly unreliable. They also have the audacity to charge for parking, even though the place is in the middle of nowhere, and there’s nowhere else to park. Never experienced this at an out-of-town hotel anywhere else in the world. Parking is always full anyway, so you have to park at an overflow car park and be inconvenienced by having tickets validated every time you come and go. Over-priced breakfast. In short: Don’t touch this place with a barge pole. The infrastructure of the building is noisy at night - it creaks and makes noise in the breeze. Only here because we were meeting in-laws and they wanted to stay here. Only three nights left until I leave!!! Will not be back - EVER!!!FromUS$101.00

What most impressed me when I arrived was the friendly staff, they couldn't do too much for me. They smiled, provided me with maps, help with train time tables and so much more. The room was clean, the shower tray was free of mould and the bathroom immaculate. The sheets and duvet were clean. Their was a very small minibar, if you wanted a small wine or a bottle of water with some snacks moderately priced. The only thing I asked the staff to put right was the lack of BBC world news on the TV! The breakfast was good. 3 choices of cereal, fruit juices, breads, meats and most things you would expect. The location is very good, right next to the town hall, with lots of shops nearby and easy access to the U Bahn, a short ride from the main train station. I had great days out to Heidelberg, Freiburg and Tubingen and I recommend the state wide regional rail day ticket from DB trains, where you can use most trains except IC and ICE intercity trains. From booking this hotel until staying we can’t fault a thing. The staff fantastic and helpful we arrived a little early but that didn’t stop them getting a room done so we could rest. There was fruit plate and a chocolate on our bed, it was spotless. We went downstairs to have some lunch at the restaurant before heading out we just had soup and desert well it would of been the best soup we had our whole time there. The hotel is located near a grocery store and a few takeaways so getting bits and pieces and a snake was easy. Breakfast was really lovely The hotel the staff the restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️FromUS$125.00

We visit the Christmas market in Stuttgart every year and Park Inn by Radisson has been our choice for the last three years. Location is great, rooms are very good and breakfast is amazing. However, there were some problems with the staff this time. Check in took up to 20-30 minutes. First queueing and then they could not find our booking because they had some problems with a new software system or something of sorts. It would be ok if it had been just that. The problem is that check-out took another half an hour! We had two bedrooms, one pre-paid and the other not and they could not determine what we had already paid and what was due... When traveling with children, these episodes are stressful and even more disagreeable. We were running late to get to the airport and that time we lost at the reception was precious. That, together with the fact that this year breakfast was a really busy affair with stressed-out staff, means that we will be exploring other options next year.FromUS$95.00

I had to book this hotel since all business hotels were booked for trade fair. And prices of all hotels including this were hiked due to Trade fair in Stuttgart. My check-in time is at 2PM; I reach the hotel at 1:30PM, the door is locked, reception is unreachable. Pressed the call button, nobody answers. Tried it sometimes and finally a lady answers, literally sounds like she is asking me to go away and come back later. I mean, they know they have people travelling from around the world, would have traveled over 15 hours, and would need a place to settle down; atleast access to the lounge to sit and relax for couple of minutes. But no, the refused to open the door of the hotel. Check In was a no problem; as usual, need to give a credit card to block amount for the stay. Now, the room, it was bout 8ft x 8ft; and this was shocking for the money they were charging. There is no AC in many hotels here; the weather was cold. So its ok, but they did not even have any air circulation mechanism. It was really suffocating and claustrophobic. TV mostly has only german channels; which is acceptable. Bathroom was soap and shampoo in these units that fixed on the wall; dont know when the last time it was since they cleaned those units and refilled fresh; dont even know if they would do that for every new guest checking in. Bathroom was so small that it was not comfy even for bio calls. Breakfast was decent, there is no lunch. If you need to carry breakfast, then they charge you a couple of euros to pack a sandwich. Connectivity to city central is good, as we have U-Bahn station in about 500 meters from the hotel. There are no super markets or social activity around the hotel. You need to walk some distance to find anything. Overall, the hotel is not definitely for a business stay.FromUS$76.00

Hotel is in awesome location. Near to the Airport and very near to Duqm . I am enjoyed a lot staying here . Food was good and service at the restaurant was also excellent. Housekeeping service was outstanding. Spicily serviced by Sekhar Duggu ,Abdul malik and Hospitality by Mohammed and Minu is very good.Our preference will be city hotel because of these staffs.FromUS$49.00

Had a one night stay at the Graf Zeppelin in Stuttgart in a Deluxe room. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was also clean. The details were just not what you expect from a 5* hotel. The amenities folder was old and not updated, the soap in the bathroom was in a bottle at the wall (cheaper and same as in 2 or 3* hotels) The milk at breakfast was still in the carton from the supermarket. The bar and restaurant was hardly frequented. The gym was small and basic and although the staff was very professional and friendly I left with the impression that the hotel has seen better times. Maybe they should use the time the new station is under construction to renovate the hotel. But maybe the location for a high end hotel is not ideal either and it should become a 3* hotel.

Booked a spontaneous night in this fabulous hotel. From the moment I entered the hotel I knew I made the right choice. The hotel staff were so lovely and could understand my Irish accent perfectly :) The hotel parking is so handy and right beside a Police station so I didn’t have to think about my whole vist. My room was so trendy and had everything you could need. The wee extras such as really nice shampoo and shower gel, soaps etc which were high quality. The bed was was so comfy and huge. I actually loved the bed so much I woke up the next and morning and booked a extra night haha I loved the music vibe in the hotel. Being able to listen to music whilst I had a shower was amazing. This hotel just made me feel so relaxed and chilled. Mellow vibes from start to finish. Thank you guys :)

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is big, in classic style. Rooms are pretty spacious, with fridge and kettle. Beds are very comfortable, even though it consisted of 2 matrasses joined together. The bathroom is also big enough with a bad. The shower system is controlled by touch panel, unusual but it works! Also, when you are taking a shower in a bath, the water does not end up on the floor, as it often does. Really enjoyed the TV in the room and that it has the mobile sharing option - so you can watch your videos on big screen. In many hotels they lock up this function. The biggest problem faces was slow unstable internet. We were in a business wing, so you expect stable fast connection, however it was very slow and was all the time disconnecting. Also, 17 eur for a breakfast p.p. per night is way too much. You can get an entire meal for under 15 eur even in the same restaurant, and 17 eur for breakfast. Luckily the location is good and there are some places around. 21 eur for parking also is a bit too much, however there was a parking garage with 12 eur per dat just on the opposite side of the street. Overall - a good comfortable and clean hotel, but with some overprices services.

Arrived in our room to find twin beds when we had booked a double, I rang down and they said we had been upgraded but they only had a twin room in the higher bracket. But there was no mention of this at reception when we actually checked in? Nobody ask us if this was ok Also why would we want to sleep in separate beds if we are a couple on a celebratory weekend?? So we ended up ‘downgrading’ back to the room i actually booked with one bed for both of us. Very rude on the phone, i said i booked a room specifically with a double as it was an option on the website. He said i did not and it was no where on the booking. But then he said yes you booked a double in the lower bracket. Yes i booked a double!! I specifically chose that room bracket for the double as the website shows the availability. We are a couple we want a double bed not individual beds! However in this room we then downgraded back to there were no tea/coffee facilities? We were told this bracket of room doesn’t supply this. NOT what it says on the website!!! However they said it was no problem to bring something up so they did, a kettle, cups and 3 coffee and 3 tea bags. No milk no sugar etc so we did not use this facility because every time we called down we were made to feel like an inconvenience so did not want to ask again!! Spa was closed the night we chose to use, with no warning? Nobody told us it was closing early. If we knew we could have changed our plans. When i searched for hotels in stuttgart i searched for spa hotels. However i could not use this facility in the end. If they told me it was closed even that morning rang the room or left a note i could have got back to the hotel earlier to use as planned. But no notice at all. Very disappointing. Birthday trip not very special so far!! I informed the hotel trip was for a birthday can they do something, even just a card in the room or something and they said yes. But nothing was there not even the words happy birthday to my partner on check in. Breakfast was a rush one morning, so we didn’t do it again we went elsewhere for the rest of the trip. We were told it was closing early that day, again no notice!!! She explained we had 15 minutes to find the food before it was cleared and we could take it to the bar and stay there longer. But this was not true when we got in the food was being taken already! We missed out on a lot of the breakfast options because it was being cleared away, omelette man made me an omelette but refused my boyfriend as he wanted to go. Very unfair. Impossible to eat and select food when they say you have 15 minutes but are already clearing everything away. No discount or apology offered. We paid nearly 60 euros for an omelette and a slice of toast and then everything else was taken. We wish we never bothered. Another inconvenience we found was being waken up every morning by the maids. 8.30/9am when we are on a romantic holiday we are not here to wake up and be out the room so earl
