We already reserved a hotel room for one night at the above branch through the official website on the day of July 06, 2020 and arrived there on July 09, 2020 at around 9:30 a.m. to check in and at least drop off our luggage and find out about the to inform the city. However, the receptionist informed us that she could neither check us in nor accept our luggage, let alone use the toilet in front of the reception. According to her statement, we have to understand that all this is due to the limited opening hours, which however were not mentioned anywhere on the website and booking confirmation of the above hotel. She confirmed this missing information (as of 10:00 on the same day). We were therefore in vain on the way from Braunschweig's main train station to the hotel and had to lose time and travel costs unnecessarily. The receptionist mentioned also said that we had only reserved the room but not yet paid the fee and that the reservation was only valid from 2 p.m. Therefore, we would not yet be hotel guests and would not officially have permission to stay in the entrance area and check-in would also only be possible at 2 p.m. So we didn't get a city map - until we asked them for this - nor did we get any further, alternative information about our extremely helpless situation and information about where authentic restaurants in the city are located. We understand that the Corona pandemic will result in some changes in hotel operations; however, we would have wished, as a guest in the B&B hotel, to experience more understanding, courtesy and hospitality on our trip, as we already knew from another B&B branch in Göttingen, for example.

I found the hotel really ury, no new modern hotel but in a very good condition. Rooms were large enough, bath could have been bigger. But this is still kept in old walls. Breakfast was ok, sauce and cheese was overcrowded for each guest on an extra plate with film, entirely corona-conform. nice, very hearty staff. Reception only occupied until 22:00, but gsnzen does not break. You have his key and come in.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to Centrum; we were able to park in garage across street for discounted rate of 7 euro/24 hours. The room was totally renovated, with new ”wood” vinyl plank floors, king bed/mattress, but still had 16 foot ceilings (made me wonder what it looked like 20 years ago); elegant staircase going up, but there is also an elevator. Mini fridge had everything you wanted, but we were also able to take out beers on top shelf and put in a bottle of our wine. We brought our doxie along, and the hotel is very pet-friendly. I am glad we stayed here v. Best Western (which is in a bit of a ”seedy area”). The breakfast was delicious which included hot scrambled eggs...can't say enough about the hotel.

Book this hotel on a business trip, staying close to the customer's accommodation, the hotel is a traditional European architectural style, ancient and elegant, with a sense of history. Hotel staff will not be Chinese, others are acceptable. Breakfast is plentiful.

We stayed here in March for two nights. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is located in the city center. There are a lot of restaurants just across the street. The room is relatively newly updated (we stayed in a room called apartment). There is a water boiler with tea and coffee. The minibar has a lot of beverages and beers (need to pay). The bathroom is large and looks modern. There is one elevator for the whole hotel, but the waiting time is reasonable. There is an underground parking (Euro 14 per day), although the space is a little bit tight and the entrance is very narrow. The breakfast selections are good. There is a small exercise room at the top floor. The staffs are very helpful. One of the best hotel in Braunschweig.

We were among the last guests before the 2nd closing wave came. The reception was super nice and fun, the room was very large, though inpersonally furnished. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a large selection, although there were only 3 guests. We even got bags to pack everything possible, as the rest was otherwise thrown away because of the closure. Great gesture! We would certainly go back to this hotel, it is not the most beautiful of the rooms, but price performance is definitely perfect!

I am very happy with my stay. The staff very obviously very well trained and pre-coming. Directly in the city center is perfect if you want to go out of the city or to go out in the evening. There are some hotel parking places behind the house. At the reception, I was told you to log in if the hotel parks were all placed, you would find a solution. I'd like to come back

The overall layout of the rooms is very good, the decoration is stylish, the front desk is very friendly, and the location is directly in the city center, and the overall feeling is very good. But the air-conditioning effect is very poor, and the noise is very loud. I did not sleep well at night because of this.

From my own experience in the restaurant and a variety of positive confirmations from my customer - as an entrepreneur in Braunschweig, I recommend this hotel to my client for a stopover or when a meeting takes a longer time. The sum of my clients' positive criticism is the reason why we always recommend the Princess. The Princess Court is a quiet tradition hotel located in the southeast of the Brunswick ring and thus infrastructureally optimal between the city centre and the train station - both are accessible by foot. The floating station is very close, a small round on the Oker is pushing up! Overall, the hotel is more focused on friendly and individual care than on mass care. The owner family is on site itself and guides (in the background) the courses. The rooms are very modern and the service is described by our customers as very effortless and friendly. It has also been stressed several times that the hotel owner (Mr Harfinger) is always available and is interested in standing with guests who do not enjoy the best stay in Braunschweig or need support.

Ik verbleef hier vanwege mijn werk en het hotelkamer is erg groot voor 1 persoon. Daarnaast biedt het hotel een goede service, elke dag wordt de hotelkamer goed schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt vind ik redelijk, want ik vind de keuzes te beperkt. Het ontbijt vult prima aan. Vanwege mijn werk heb ik geen gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten, maar je kan bowlen, naar de sauna, tennissen en op hetzelfde grond is een restaurant tegenover. Qua ligging: Vind ik dit geen ideaal plek om naar het centrum te gaan, want het is circa 15 minuten met de auto naar het centrum. Voor mijn werk is deze ligging prima.

Haben das Hotel auf unserer Durchreise gewählt u.a. Wegen der Nähe zur Autobahn. Hiervon ist auch nichts zu hören. Aber die Zimmer selber sind sehr hellhörig. Hatten eine laute Familie neben uns und das Quietschen der Metalltüren auf der Empore zur Kindersicherung hört man Zimmer weiter. Warum lässt man nicht jedes 2. Zimmer aktuell frei, wenn die Belegung eh sehr gering ist? Betten sind auch schon etwas durchgelegen und das Desinfektionsmittel hinterlässt keinen angenehmen Geruch in den Zimmern. Personal ist kaum anzutreffen, wie ausgestorben. Self Check in mit Code für die Türe gewünscht. Leider können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

As I say, a nice week-long stay. Room was, in some ways, basic, but had everything I needed and bed was comfortable. It's on the southern outskirts of the city but has buses to the centre passing outside the hotel. Plenty of sports stuff going on at the hotel and bar/restaurant perfectly fine and reasonably priced. Breakfast also good. Plenty of free parking. Staff friendly and helpful without exception. The hotel has an industrial heritage, I would guess - it seems to be a collection of three or four old factory buildings that have been converted. I wasn't paying the bill but good value for the price.

A good quality and well run hotel facing the hauptbanhof. Although the area is busy you can short term park outside the entrance, and there is a free hotel car park around the back. The bar and good restaurant are in their pleasant ”atrium lounge”, and breakfast is good. Temporarily, due to staff shortages they were unable to make up the room.

One last minute offer in Booking.com has brought me to the Landhaus Seela for two nights. The price was top and significantly cheaper than on the hotel's homepage. The staff was very friendly. The room was good and clean. The hotel is a very good hotel, the hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. The cleaning staff spread everything cross and cross on the corridor during the room cleaning, so you have to climb over it - it must be more unprecedented for the other guests in a four-star house. In general, however, recommend for short stay.
