The front desk brother is very good at serving, can store luggage, printer tickets, and can also help taxis to the airport, too powerful. Because it is the city center, the room is slightly smaller, but the surrounding area is very prosperous, the Dia supermarket is next to it, and the weekend is open until 12 o'clock in the evening. All the attractions are within walking distance and very convenient. The rain system is very powerful, the water is very rushing, and it also has a massage function.

Hotel location is very close to the attractions, but the hotel location is more difficult to find. The little brother at the front desk is very nice, the service is very caring, and when we go, we help us plan the most convenient and affordable route. Let us store 5 or 6 boxes of luggage. Thank you very much, a great experience.

Breakfast is ok, all kinds of ham, four or five kinds of fruit, all kinds of bread, cereals, milk coffee, and Spanish churros. The lunch on the ground floor was very friendly, the whole hotel was very smiley and I liked it very much. The mattress was really comfortable. I wanted to buy it home without any dents. The pillows were still feathers and the price was extremely high! The layout of the room is reasonable, small and exquisite, the bathroom is spacious, and three sugars are placed on the bed, which is very cute. The electronic itinerary for travel was prepared by their front desk, which was very friendly and would stay here next time.

Right at the subway exit, as soon as you get out of the subway station, you will be back to the hotel. It is not far from the various attractions and there is plenty to eat. It is very suitable for backpackers. If it ’s serious, it ’s uncomfortable.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist (although I didn’t get his name) who checked us in quickly and gave us all the information on Madrid via map as it was our first visit to the city. Sadly we didn’t see him again however we would just like to give him a special mention as he made us feel extremely welcome. (He was working around 12pm on 13/02/2020) We were given a superior room on the 7th floor which was small but cosy. The decor from the reception, lobby and all the way to the room was very modern. The bathroom was lovely and spacious with censored lights as you walked in and out, a waterfall shower with good pressure/temperature and shower robes and slippers provided (only size XL but they were still very comfy). Fresh towels were provided everyday along with daily top ups of all amenities such as shampoo, shower gel etc. The mirrored wardrobe was quite small with only 5 hangers however it did supply many shelves which came in handy. There was also a coffee machine in the wardrobe which was also refilled everyday and worked great. The bed was extremely comfortable and the TV was huge, modern and came with apps such as Netflix, YouTube and other streaming options available to log in to. The balcony gave us a lovely view over the streets of Madrid and we could even see the royal palace in the distance which looked amazing at sunset. Even though we were in the middle of it all, when the balcony door was closed you couldn’t hear anything from outside which was a bonus. On our second day we decided to check out breakfast which wasn’t much to be desired. Whilst the staff were lovely and the restaurant itself was very stylish and clean, it was tiny with little option. We decided after that to walk a short 7-8 minute walk everyday to the San Miguel Market as their options there are flawless and filling for any time of the day. Another problem we also encountered was a strange and unpleasant smell coming from our bathroom around 9–10pm every evening. We did report this to reception however the receptionist just told us she didn’t know why and didn’t really give any solution or help. We ended up running the shower for about 20 minutes for it to eventually go away but perhaps this is something the hotel should look in to as it’s not really a guests job to fix. One last annoyance is that the walls are quiet thin and you can hear others talking etc from time to time so if you book here I hope you don’t get noisy neighbours. I would like to say however apart from a few niggles the team at First One where extremely helpful. They even allowed us a courtesy check out until 1:30pm as we had a late flight and also helped us book several recommended restaurants over the course of our stay. Overall the hotel is lovely, modern and located in the heart of Madrid - perfect for those who are seeking to explore all of the city by foot as we did.

Because it was near meeting place of local tour, we chose with location priority. The location was very convenient near the Royal Palace and the subway station. The room was clean with a bathtub, but it was very narrow and it was finally possible to open the suitcase. I think it will depend on the price whether it will be used next time.

I had a pleasant stay at Generator Madrid. Not only our room was kept clean, the communal areas were also kept well. I wasn’t able to try out their food, though. The lobby area was spacious and allowed for guests to mingle and meet other travelers. Aside from the pleasant feel inside, Generator was also a walking distance from the major tourist sites (like the Palace and big plazas) so staying up late isn’t an issue. Since it’s just nearby these areas, you can also expect to see many bars (but not restaurants, though, because they’re much nearer to Plaza Mayor) in the vicinity.

Overall, the price is very high, and the trip is close to the Atocha train station, but it is very tiring to push the suitcase. There are 2 supermarkets near the hotel. It is convenient to buy daily necessities, and it is also near to Lichi Park . You have to clean the room by yourself. The room is quite large. On the last day, you must pay attention to LOCKER who checked out your luggage. Otherwise, it will be used up by others and there will be no place to send it. . . . .

The hotel is centrally located, shopping and eating are very convenient, the service is particularly satisfactory, breakfast is not set, but there is free bread and cereal jam at the front desk downstairs, candy in the afternoon, fruit in the evening, tea and coffee throughout the day, downstairs There is a supermarket, you can cook in the apartment and eat chocolates every night, because of honeymoon trips, I also gave champagne. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner is louder, and it is more obvious at midnight. Lively, but too tired to hear, no additional city tax charged, overall satisfactory

We stayed here for 2 nights during a trip to Madrid & Seville. Positives It worked really well for us, the apartment was large for 2, with a table & basic kitchenette, I wouldn't have been cooking meals in it, but breakfast would have been fine. Good bathroom & great shower. All had been recently decorated. We had a balcony with a great view & the bed was comfy (I can't honestly remember if we booked a room with a balcony, we might have). The reception staff were friendly & helpful. Location was great for us as we had 2 nights & were looking for a bit of down time, good food & local culture not exhausting ourselves with lots of sightseeing - there are tapas bars on the street & the street with a lot of tapas bars & atmosphere is a 5 min walk, even less when it's quite chilly in November! We'd recommend El Bombin Quinteria on Calle Agulia... we went twice in the end, full of locals & good tapa & friendly staff. Negatives - nothing major but warrants 4 stars instead of 5 There isn't a kettle but there was a coffee machine (which seems to be quite normal in Spain!). We just used a pan to boil water... The metro from the airport requires a few changes, we were fine arriving midday & on hand luggage only but you might want consider booking the taxi service they offer if you have more luggage, or your arriving late, it's a good hour on the metro & quite a bit of walking at the airport. La Latina metro is a 10 min walk which was fine for us.

My sister and I stayed at Behap de las Letras for a few nights recently and we were overwhelmed by the hospitality, kindness, helpfulness, and friendliness of Alvaro. He had emailed us beforehand with details of contacting him once we arrived. We were also told that the office is closed for 2 hours in the middle of the day. The apartments are lovely, with cooking facilities as well as a washing machine. No dishwashing liquid is supplied so you need to provide your own. The bathroom is quite small, and one has to be careful which shower knob you turn on, as there is on overhead shower knob as well as a middle knob. The location is great -there is lots of atmosphere in this area of Madrid & it is within 500 metres of the main station; is close to cafes and there is a supermarket just down the road. There is a great Argentinian bar/ restaurant directly opposite, which has delicious food. The CaixaFirum and the Reine Sofia ( which houses many of Picasso’s paintings, including ‘Guernica’ are a short walk away. I loved Madrid, and I would definitely recommend Behap and Barrio de las Letras as a wonderful spot to stay and to explore. Thank you so much Alvaro for making our stay so memorable. We both loved you!

Facilities are complete in all areas, except for the basics without slippers. No pre-authorization deposit or compulsory consumption is required. Especially the service is very in place. When checking in, the waiter pours water, then leads the guests to the room, and then explains the location of the facilities on each floor of the hotel. It is really a smile service, and it is also for the Chinese. It is unique in the European hotel industry. When checking out, I will also talk to guests about some things in Madrid, and I will send blessings before leaving. Four Seasons Hotel may not be able to achieve this level of service. Live here The special location is also excellent, just outside the hotel is the Plaza de Espana and the Royal Palace of Madrid is to the south. Let me talk about location and environment. Good location near the center of Madrid, convenient and quick. But it's not the standard four-star hotel, it's just an air b & b, where is the price, so you can't expect too much. The face of the door is very small, so small that you miss it accidentally. You need to pay attention to the b & b sign. After entering, there is no reception hall of the four or five-star hotel, but there is a friendly, warm, warm and lovely reception desk, and the room will be available after going up. It's clean and tidy, with everything you need, two beds, small shelves, storage space, writing desk, and separate wet and dry bathroom. But the space is smaller than the hotel, not suitable for children. Breakfast is the same. It is open 24 hours. It is self-catering. There is a coffee machine that can provide a variety of hot drinks. There are also simple cookies and fruits to eat. The dining space is simple and clean. If the weather is good, you can go to the elegant and clean terrace outside. . It is worth mentioning that the waiter thoughtfully put a bag of cakes on the door handle in the morning, and it felt great. Can not be measured by star hotel standards, but overall the price is very high.

I was really happy with my stay here. The location is fabulous and I walked almost everywhere I wanted to go. It's a busy area known for good eating and drinking, but there was no rowdiness. The only downside was there was just one power point in my room, but I survived. The receptionists don't speak English, but they were patient and happy to wait while I typed into my translator. I mentioned that I liked the view from the room shown on Booking.com and they gave me that exact room, even though others would have been similar. My room was surprisingly quiet, but you still might like to use earplugs if you're an especially light sleeper. The balcony doors were double glazed and it was really pleasant to stand out there in the evening breeze and watch the world go by.

The apartments are of different sizes, interior and exterior units, one or two bedrooms etc. The most distinctive features are that they are kept clean -although some renovations wouldn't hurt, and the location is perfect! Smack right in the middle of the famous "Golden Mile" of Madrid. Metro Station about 50 feet from the Building's entrance, good internet connectivity, safe building all around and staff worth it of a at least a 4 star Hotel. The cost-benefit analysis of these Apartments is great if you compare to equivalent hotels. We highly recommend it

We stayed at this gem the first week of 2020 and loved our stay. The hotel is very well situated, we took the train in from the airport to the hotel and walked from the Sol metro stop. The hotel is also walking distance to the Atocha train station. We walked everywhere. The hotel staff was absolutely amazing with their suggestions and assistance with anything we may have needed. The room was very clean and very well stocked. I loved that there was a full length mirror and a magnified mirror in the room. Also had a great coffee machine and a well stocked mini bar. The bed, pillows and sheets were amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay. Great restaurants around the area, most museums very close/walking distance. The Prado the Gran Via all very short and beautiful walks. We must say Madrid in January was beautiful, the city Christmas lights were spectacular the three kings parade was beautiful and the energy of the city was just great! The location is very good, located on the edge of the Tirso de Molina metro station, from the hotel to the West Side Square in the east of Madrid, the Alcalá Gate, the Retiro Park, the Brado Museum, or to the west The Plaza Mayor, the Plaza Mayor, the Segovia Viaduct, the Royal Palace, the Temple of Debo, and the Plaza de España are all within walking distance; they are very close to the Sun Plaza. The surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. Although there are many immigrants nearby, there is no sense of insecurity. The hotel is small, the access control is convenient and safe, and the staff at the reception desk are warm and friendly. The rooms are small but the interiors are completely renovated and are completely different from the old building. The indoor sanitation is relatively clean, the facilities are complete, the bathroom is hot and full, and it is very comfortable to use. I asked for quiet when making a reservation, so the room is at the end of the walkway. There are windows in the room and bathroom, but the window is outside the window, and the lighting and ventilation are OK. It is worth mentioning that the hotel adopts a frame-mounted blinds. Pros: Good location in central Madrid, with quite easy access to nearby metro stations. Sadly that’s pretty much it for the pros Cons: Shower: was annoying because the hot water was about as reliable as a knitted condom and the thing which holds the shower hose was broken so you literally had to hold the thing in your hand the whole time. Room: (1st floor, double) was simply ugly with dull walls and an all-grey bed. Far too small for a double room. The woollen blanket was dirty with clumps of hair and stains from past guests in it. The bed was also slightly too small, although to be fair I’m quite tall and it was quite a negligible issue. WiFi: 3 different Networks. All of them require the same tedious password. All of them promise you 3 bars the whole time. None of them work. I hope your 4G works because God knows this place’s WiFi doesn’t Breakfast: Yeah no. They give you coupons to be used in one of two nearby cafés. This lets you get the ‘breakfast option’ for free. If you want anything else you need to pay standard rate. Well what is the ‘breakfast option?’ I hear you ask. Simple; one croissant, a coffee and an orange juice. Key & access: No elevator which isn’t that bad to be honest, but is annoying when you have heavy luggage. They give you one key (non-electronic) which you need to use to lock you door, otherwise it’s just closed. Not overly difficult, just a bit old fashioned which isn’t really my style. Also when you want to go in the main entrance you need to ring a bell like in a block of flats and ask the receptionist for permission. To be fair to them they did always answer quickly, spoke English and did let me in all the time, It just made me feel awkward to bother someone every time I came back. I mean I’ve been in worse hostels before and I don’t want to come across as snobbish it’s just when you pay €266 for two nights in a place that presents itself as quality, you wouldn’t expect to find something like this. In summary: if it were cheaper and clearer what exactly it was it would be fine, but in reality it is overpriced and very underwhelming, but does have good access to Madrid

The location is very convenient, coming out of the train station and walking along the square for 10 minutes. The entrance to the apartment is a subway station, which is uniquely endowed by nature. The living room is large, the kitchen is large, the family is very comfortable to rest and chat together, there is a cushion on the side of the large French window, a cup of coffee sitting at the window to watch the traffic, if it is not too short, I may be able to sit all day. There is only one bathroom, which is relatively small. There is room service every day, and the whole is clean and tidy. Talk about the noise, the room is facing the street, but the windows are soundproof, and the windows are basically no noise. There is office on the 2nd floor, but working hours are limited. If you exceed 18:00, you can only apply for self-check-in. Regarding the deposit, there are several coin-operated lockers in the office on the 2nd floor.
