My mom and I arrived at Karikatur Bi Hotel after canceling our reservation at another hotel nearby. We did not have any reservations booked at Karikatur but we're hopeful Karikatur would meet our needs after a 13 hour flight. When we arrived at Karikatur, we were greeted by Ekrem who immediately welcomed us and toured us their rooms and was able to fit us into their reservations LAST MINUTE for 3 weeks. If it wasn't for Ekrem, i'm not sure where we would have stayed. The hotel is newly renovated. Beautiful hotel lobby, there is A/C, Wifi, spacious rooms, beautiful bathrooms with a sink, fan, and shower that all work. Luckily, we were able to get a room with a balcony which happened to have a breathtaking view of a beautiful cat park (for all my cat lovers). Downstairs there is a cafe, Karikatur Bi Cafe which has delicious food, an amazing staff as well, shisha, and LIVE music. You can even take the elevators down to walk straight into the cafe, which I found so convenient rather than walking outside to get to the cafe. We want to also thank other team members at Karikatur, Huseyin and Sercan. They were very accommodating with all our needs, as far as assisting us with our missing room keys, getting us a taxi, and providing us with helpful information on where to go in Alanya. We also want to especially thank Miyase as well as the other housekeepers. Miyase was SO SWEET and so passionate about her job, she even decorated our bed and made it look beautiful just because she wanted to. =) She also went above and beyond with taking care of our laundry, even folded and hung up specific clothing so they do not get wrinkled. The location of this hotel is FANTASTIC! It is literally 5 mins away from the beach, tons of restaurants, shisha lounges, cafes, convenience markets and much more. Teşekkürler for a WONDERFUL first time experience at your hotel and in Alanya. Thank you again to Ekrem, Huseyin, Sercan, and Miyase! We will be sure to recommend any friends or family to stay at your hotel.

After reading the negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at HMA. We have had an amazing 2 weeks here from start to finish. Our hotel room was very spacious, clean and has a beautiful view of the I love Alanya sign from our balcony. The pool area was so lovely and quiet, the music wasn’t too loud throughout the day and night and the staff are very polite and attentive. The food at HMA was also beautiful! There is a small SOK supermarket next door to the hotel which was very ideal. It is around 10/15 minutes to the harbour and beach which has lots of restaurants and bars and is even lovely to walk to on an evening. I could not recommend this hotel enough, we will be returning here next year and we will ensure to book our room reservation at HMA hotel. Although it is not an all inclusive hotel, the food is lovely and very reasonably priced. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.

Good hotel. Rooms big, furniture, san.technology, lamps all work, nothing broken, mask nets are. Bedding, towels clean. With water all perfectly hot, cold stress good. Feed moderate- good, I got enough, and I got a lot. Cleanness all over the hotel. The shortcoming is that there is no free internet in the room, but it's not scary. Thank you. I'll come back to you.

**Long post but worth a read if condidering this hotel** This hotel was booked as our first and most probably last family holiday (due to mums health issues). There was 8 of us in total on the holiday this included myself, partner, 2 daughters, mum, my brother and partner, and another brother. On arrival I was extremely upset to find that my family had been booked into a room that sleeps only 3 when I had put in the original booking 2 adults and 2 children sharing, after telling the manager that I was extremely uncomfortable with my daughter not being in my room or us all squeezing in the small room the only option I was given was to pay 350 euros for a family room. I think this is absolutley terrible, this was refused as I simply couldng afford so this set us of to a bad start. The next issue was that my mum is disabled and cannot walk, she was put into the furthest room (only accessed by at least a 10 minute walk under the subway) I asked for her to be moved closer this was refused I genuinely thought she may not make it home after all the walking. We tried in vein to hire some type of mobility scooter, searched both towns and found nothing, however, the hotel was more than happy to hire a wheelchair (not fit for purpose) for 25 euros a day 🤯 that is literally 5 euros less than hiring a car. This didn't make it much easier for us as we had a steep hill to get up each night and she is quite a large woman. On many occasions I thought we was both going to be rolling down the hill, this was supposed to fulfill one of my mums final wishes, a family holiday, she told me she just felt like a burden. The rooms if big enough was ok, comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, shower gel, 1 2 English channels on TV (news) was bearable. However, each day we hung the sign on our door to have our mini fridge restocked and this didn't happen once? I'm not quite sure why? To be honest I got the feeling that the staff just didn't like us 😕 which as you can imagine made us quite uncomfortable. The beach I cannot fault at all it was absolutely beautiful and literally on the hotels doorstep, managed to get sun loungers no problem each day. The sea also is stunning beautiful colours and beautiful sunsets each night. The weather also was in the 20s each day which was a very pleasant suprise. The pizza bar by the beach was great freshly made pizzas and salads was very nice and the downstairs barman seemed friendly. We also tried the mock tails and milkshakes at an extra cost (4 euros) was worth a treat. The upstairs restraunt had plenty of options and the food was enjoyed by the majority of the party. Always seemed to have something available for fussy eaters and the English pallette. To eat on the balcony with a sea view was a really treat. The nighttime entertainment was also very good always translated to English to so we could all understand some fab dance acts. On one occasion my 12 year old daughter asked for coke lights and was served with v

There are 2 sofas in the hall. Kitchen with stove. Large balcony, chargeable air conditioning. The internet is pretty good. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers. Not bad. But the water is already cold limitation 1. Hot water. she left. Only warm during the day. Heated by the sun 2. Poor plumbing. 1 room has no shower hose at all. Wash yourself under the tap. Everything is flowing. Settle in another better room. 3. Tile heating time is long and fragile 4. Cleaning. Changed the towels by myself at the reception desk. Such cleanliness, never before. Well, well, well. If I had listened to all the negative reviews from my British counterparts, I wouldn't have experienced such a fantastic, clean and well run hotel. We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Alaiye Hotel & Spa Resort and I can honestly say its probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I cannot fault the staff for how well they look after the grounds, from the gardeners and maids down to the guest relations and bell boys. All staff were helpful even when they didn't speak English, we managed to get our point across. The on site shop was a lifesaver for little essentials such as gifts, drinks and snacks, they also have shops for clothing at extremely competitive prices. I didn't see any reviews about water being freely available around the hotel in fridges but their is an abundance of fridges around the hotel providing bottled water and also little plastic containers full of water. All Inclusive drinks had a large selection ranging from soft drinks to the Turkish beer Efes and also extremely tasty cocktails (Sense of Alaiye is my pick) and red/white wine. The all inclusive food is some what repetitive but so are the majority of all inclusive foods around the world, by the 2nd week I couldn't find anything new but I can assure you, we as a family never went hungry and always had something to eat at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The snack bars were more or less the same daily with your nuggets, chips, donnor meat and selection of Russian cuisine and the snack bar at the back of the hotel served freshly made pizza and flat breads daily. The pool is extremely easy to find a bed all throughout the day so no need to get up early to put your towel down, it's a great pool because he's not full of chlorine as it has a mixture of salt water and feels natural. The beach is unbelievable, you need to get there early to secure your bed, you'll be hounded all day to sign up for excursions and you must try the Big Kral pirate boat, it was a great experience. Some negative points though, the entertainment starts way too late for a family, 9.30 every night and the music is UNBEARABLY LOUD but didn't bother me or my wife that much as the children were already asleep by the time it started at 10pm. I will reiterate, it will be EXTREMELY LOUD so bare this in mind when booking as no matter what room you're in, you will hear it clearly. The entertainment throughout the day is unchanged, the music also around the pool is repetitive and the same playlist is played regularly, I did inform the entertainment team and they gladly took suggestions but only lasted for that day and followed the next with the same playlist. I also want to add, I slipped really bad on the steps leading into the pool on the south side of the hotel next to the Vitamin bar, I really hurt my back and couldn't move my neck for days (which put a negative on my 2 weeks) I complained about the step to Guest Relations and was offered a free hour session of massage to t

Pretty average sort of hotel, some shops close by but bigger centres a good taxi ride away. Clean here & regularly kept clean too in fairness. Food was ok for all inclusive but not very special, great if you like salad i suppose. Rooms are nice, quite large good facilities overall. Only 1 lager included in all inclusive but there were cocktails, tea, coffee always available from one bar or another. Pools were decent, there were 3. Beach was shingle & narrow for it's privacy aspect. Would i go back? No.

A great hotel, super friendly employees everywhere, reception, breakfast room, general housekeeping who always smile and have good advice and are willing to help and go the extra mile Super wide breakfast selection with various warm dishes, cold cuts, all kind of cheese, cereals and of course many different salads, yoghurt and dried fruits - I could not think of anything missing Different coffees from Americano over Expresso to Latte and fruit juices Less than 2 minutes walk to the red tower and 5 minutes to the harbour. Seaview really perfect to see the “pirate” ships coming and going and also sunrise in the morning. As close to the harbour also close proximity to all kind of restaurants, bars and the shopping bazaars. We had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Riviera & Spa. The food is very extensive every meal. There are Turkish dishes, but if you really don't want that, you can also put together a meal that is more Western European. There is more than enough choice. All inclusive drinks are fine. Too bad that cocktails are not included, if only the standard cocktails. The coffee and tea are tasty. You can grab coffee and tea almost all day long. Rooms spotless. Just like the rest of the hotel. You see permanent staff cleaning. You can eat off the floor. Swimming pool very clean. You are not allowed to reserve a lounger with a towel, but unfortunately that happens anyway. It is not maintained. But in itself we were able to get a bed. Perfect location. Right in the center by the sea. You cross the one-way street and you are on the beach. You can rent beds on the beach, but we just sat on our towel. Within walking distance of all shops, walking distance from the harbor where all the pirate ships are located and walking distance from the cable car and the cave. Walking distance from all kinds of restaurants where you can also have a drink, for example. And smoke a hookah. We found the staff in the restaurant to be friendly. There was a gentleman who was less friendly. At the reception too. One was much friendlier than the other. Chambermaids were very friendly All in all a good hotel in the center with good food and everything nearby. Very different from the hotels far from the city we've seen. Those are huge resorts. I think they have more in the hotel in terms of service, but outside the door there is nothing to be found there. It's just what you like more.

The staff in this hotel are amazing. So kind, smiley and helpful. Great hotel for kids the pools, slides and massive kids water area are amazing. We were shocked there was not much round the hotel but after seeing other hotels we loved the shops at the top of the hotel and both bizzars very close by. The spa was also amazing, it’s a must. The other thing I can comment on negatively is the food. Very small range of food and very repetitive in the main restaurant. The food in the outside area by the pool was much better. The other thing is the bathroom in our room, the shower is quite small and it leaked terribly.

This hotel is great, German management, it goes without saying. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The price in December is not bad, and in the peak season, the hotel is of course expensive. The room is great, everything works fine, the room has a balcony, the room has internet. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable sofas and armchairs in the lobby. The food in the restaurant was impeccable and I had half board. The food selection is great and everything is delicious.

The hotel is pretty basic. We were allocated to another hotel in fact which is about 100m down the road, so can’t compare with the rooms in the main one. The first impression of both hotels - they need massive refurbishment. The hotel we stayed had problems with the lift, however internet on reception was way better than in the main one. To clean the room, we needed to ask at reception, and the cleaning standard was not consistent. In 9 nights I had my room cleaned twice. First time everything was fine, second time they did not bother with doing the bed or cleaning properly, just threw the towels on the bed and possibly cleaned the floor. No internet, air con, to in the room. Actually they are there but you need to pay extra to use them. Bed is comfortable though, the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach, 20 mins walk to the cable car, 30 mins walk to the centre. I walked everywhere, but public transport is also available pretty conveniently. Pool: did not use, but saw it’s being cleaned daily. Food: lots of vegetables, only one kind of protein for lunch and dinner (can be fish (once during my stay), chicken, chicken giblets (liver, hearts, etc), nuggets and so-called Albanian liver. You will not get fat. Beach: lovely but sun beds are at extra cost. They offer better price at reception per day, but when you come to the beach with your ticket, you will not get front row, simply because the beach stuff reserve it for those who pay more (which is pretty annoying and disrespectful). Hotel staff: friendly and helpful.

I went with my family last week and stayed in Sunway Hotel and it was the best decision ever. 1- Location: The hotel is located in a lovely street full of restaurants and hotels, crowded during the day but very calm in the evenings. You just have to cross the road to reach the famous teleferik that takes you up to the castle. Kleopatra beach, gardens, playgrounds and a big fountain are 2 minutes away by walking. The archeological museum is 5mn walking. This hotel has the best location ever! 2- Service: The staff are amazing and very helpful, the girl at the front desk that i didn't had the chance to know her name was trying her best to find us solutions whenever a problem encountered us. The owner is somethings else, he is the nicest and sweetest man you will ever meet; he was our little genie, had answers to every question and helped us a lot during our stay. 3- Accomodation: The rooms were clean, a bit obsolete, but still good and spacious with a little balcony. It wasnt that fancy, but you will feel home. The only problem was with breakfast. Same food every morning, so we stopped coming down after the third day. I highly recommend this hotel, these people will make you feel home and do their best to help you enjoy your stay.

The staff is nice and friendly. The dj makes fun for everybody, darts and gym if you want, and arrange trip to the city. F.eks skumparty and disco in alanya. The bar and intertainment in the evening is fine. There is no noice at the hotel after 23.30. The food is borring if you dont like fish. Everyday fish and one another choice of meat. At breakfast we miss scrabble eggs or omellet. There is no toaster to the breat.nothing like danish food.we miss that. We went on 3 trips and wherr back at the hotel in afternoon umhgy, but no pizza or food. Snackbar is 3 kind of cake and melon, same everyday. So if you miss lounce you have to wait to 7 p.m. for food again. So we went out on a restuarent almost everyday. The sunbeds its without a madress. But pool area is is nice for a small hotel. We like the asmosfare. The hotel is in the heart of oba city, wish is nice.marked every monday outside the hotel. If you want at good place to sleeps its here, the beds are realy good. Ok, so after reading reviews before our holiday, I was really unsure if to change hotels or not. So here is an honest review in case anyone is feeling the same (you might want to grab yourself a cuppa!!) We arrived late at night, the Receptionist didn't really know what she was doing and forgot to give us all wrist bands (we had to go back the next day!). We had 2 family rooms next to each other. We got to the rooms and one of our key cards wasn't working. We called down to Reception and they said we had to come back down. I asked if they could please send someone up as we had 2 young kids with us and also my Dad who doesn't find walking far too easy and we'd been travelling all day. They refused, so I went down and finally sorted a key! We then went to the restaurant as the kids were starving to be told it was closed. We explained that we'd just arrived but he shrugged and said, oh well we're shut! No apology or understanding. Luckily another hotel guest overheard and told us if we waiting until 11pm we could go to the late night soup. Thankfully she overheard us or we'd never have known and would have had to wait until the morning. We'd not eaten since before lunch and we were all very hungry. We'd arrived late to hotels many times before and had always been fed!!! Not a great start! Finally made it back to the rooms to unpack. The rooms were lovely to be fair. Very spacious, great wardrobe space, nice balcony, very clean and a lovely bathroom. Great shower too, very powerful. The mini bar was only ever stocked with water though. Most hotels previously we've stayed at have also been stocked with soft drinks. But it was fine. We were excited for the next day to see what activities were on etc. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because they did Aqua aerobics. This is one of the very few sports my 81 year old Dad can enjoy without being in any pain, so he was really looking forward to this. Well, there were no animation team to be found! Usually they are buzzing around by the pool trying to get everyone involved in the activities. No chance! Kaan (or CAN'T) as I like to call him wouldn't do aqua because there was only 1 person (my dad!). Every hotel we've stayed at before has still done it if it be for 1, or 10 people. My Dad was very disappointed. The second time we tracked Kaan down, he didn't want to do it cos he had toothache!! Honestly! My Dad managed 1 day of Aqua as there were 3 people taking part. But I'm sure if Kaan had made more effort to go round and get people involved, they would have loved it. The ”private beach”, was not a private beach at all. You walk across a bridge from the hotel, but there is access from the pavement both sides of the bridge! There is security up there but most of the time they were sat on their phones, or talking to each other. The slides and pools were amazing!! Such a great choice for the kids. They spent all their time on the pool with the slides and they had so much fun. Althoug

Rested in August this year, the impressions are fresh. The hotel is good for a three-way with friendly staff. More or less understand Russian, it is good)) There are its minus and pluses. I will start with pluses: - Wi-Fi throughout the territory and in rooms free. - Very pleasant view from the balcony - one side to the slope of the mountain, the other - to a piece of sea. - The sea is very close, through the pass under the road. - Daily cleaning in the room and fresh towels. - Water hot is all the time. - Tables in the dining room were well cleaned and disinfected. - A convenient schedule of food receptions. - Good cook, almost always delicious hot and garnish. - Quality fruit in large quantities. - Clean beach and very good descent in the sea, no stoves. A little crowded as far from the center. - There is a bakery with delicious baking. ”Near the hotel you can buy tours cheaply. ” No animation and loud music. Well, personally for me it is fat plus. There are also consequences: ”The hotel is far from the center, you have to go by bus. Stop next to. ” The room for one person without a shower. Water after the shower everywhere and streams not very well. - Hot dishes and soup puts on the cook, but puts as much as it is necessary, no one hungry will leave)) - The assortment of dishes is not much - one meat and two garniers, the rest of the salads, fruits. - The juice from the machine is terrible, I do not recommend. Although it is possible to grow more water, there will be less ”toxic” - Very high hearing in the rooms, and through the walls and through the windows. Screaming inadequate neighbors can disrupt the rest often. ”Quite a lot of children, it is true not a hotel problem, but I still hate the small ones. ” Somehow they have never cleaned on the balcony, although it should be, but it is not critical. In general, rest is satisfied. No particularly negative moments have happened, respite quietly, went to beautiful places, in the morning and evening bathed in the sea for a long time. If you need to go to the center - buses go often, inexpensive.

First impression arriving in this hotel was kind of 50/50 for the 5star but the next day meeting the manager made me feel very comfortable of staying in the hotel , and his assistant was great because having a fab manager in the hotel your staying is very important. Some how meeting the manager and getting greeting from his side was very effective of staying in the hotel happily. I got to say Ramzee which is the name of the manager at this hotel was very kind and helpful as my sister’s baggage was lost on the way from airport to this hotel but from his chasing up from Ramzee at least few times a day this baggage got found and hand in to her .. all this hard work was credited to Ramzee the manager of this hotel. To be honest something impossible became possible from him. Also he was there whenever we needed to talk to him or ask for anything he would do his best. I would like to thank him for all the support given ,we all really appreciated his hard work and for sure we won’t forget him 🇹🇷. We had very memorable moments in this hotel 👍. If I be too honest there are a few things still can be improved and upgraded as every 5star hotel should aim to look for upgrading the quality of things as there is a competition between the hotels. Maybe visiting other top 5star hotels should be compared and would be a great idea to see what things need to be improved on. Maybe the quality of cleaning in the bedrooms, educating staff on the reception .. knowing some English is very important as English is international language and more greeting and respect on the arrival of new guests is must also the first approach is very important as what the Manager did and made us feel positive if staying in the hotel. Thank you a lot Ramzi :)

Me and my partner have just come back from 9 nights at Aladdin beach. From start to finish we had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful from first pulling up outside it looks just stunning. The entire place is spotless and there is staff constantly cleaning. Rooms get cleaned daily and fresh towels are left. Room has everything you need but you need to pay for the use of the safe at a daily rate. Food is amazing loads of choice and it’s all fresh and the salad bar is the best I’ve ever had. Lots of variety at lunch and really reasonably priced and good portion sizes (we often shared and this was enough) Great choice of drinks I can highly recommend the frozen banana daiquiri. There isn’t loads of room around the pool so we spent our days on the beach. Loads of beds and they arn’t full with towels at 7am so you feel you can get up have breakfast and go get a bed without wondering round for a free bed. Bar service on the beach too. Loads of bars, restaurants and shops to visit. And taking a trip to the castle is a must. Short walk to the bottom and you can catch the cable cart up to the top. The views are stunning. We will definitely be returning as it’s up there with one of the best places we’ve stayed.

The welcome at the reception smelt of puke from the beginning to the end of the holiday. On the penultimate day, we had one incident when the waiter at the beach bar forgot to write down our order, so we had to wait an hour, where normally it takes about 20 minutes to issue an order. After placing the order again due to the waiter's error, we waited another hour, when normally he should have given us some priority... and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. we sat at the table instead of sunbathing or swimming in the sea. After reminding the waiter's manager again, we received our order after 5 minutes, but unfortunately without any apology or compensation for the lost time. Show Time was on and off, the water slides were closed. Pools are open until 6 p.m., the beach club is paid for guests from outside the hotel, and when admission is free, there is practically no one there. The hotel was dominated mainly by Poles, people +-40 years old, only couples, families with children. WiFi is great everywhere, the only drawback is that it costs $3 per day. The views of the entire Turkish Rivera were beautiful. The hotel's huge space is also a huge plus for people who like to spend their time actively.

Bought this hotel cheap, and didnt expect much - got even less! We have been to Alanya numerous times, and thought we were well prepared. Arrived after midnight and came to an empty reception. Could hear the receptionist arguing with someone on first floor. Didn’t think much of it, just wanted the key to our room as we were tired for travelling. Got the key, and the bedroom was so small, that the person sleeping away from the door literally had to roll over the other person sleeping closest to the door, to get out of bed and out of the bedroom. As we are 2 friends travelling together, this was not at possibility. Complained and got another room. Wanted to go to the bathroom before going to bed, and thought that the lack of toiletpaper and soap for washing your hands was a slip from housekeeping. NO. You had to buy toiletpaper at 10 tl pr roll! Thought that this was a joke, but they were serious. Rooms are old but functional. Beds OK. Cleaning was horrible, we couldn’t use anything from the kitchen before we had cleaned everything ourselves. Bedsheets were changed once ind 14 days. Noticed that they just switched our sheets as there were a spot on on sheet that suddenly were on the other bed. On top, rooms are very hot. AC only in bedroom, and so old an small, that you have to close the door to the bedroom about 30 min before going to bed just for the room to cool down just a bit. You also need to keep the door closed all night long, otherwise the room til get too hot, even though the AC is right over the beds. AC is horrible overpriced - 56€ for a week! Worst of all - the key to our room was able til open several other doors. We didn’t try it on rooms that were occupied, only rooms that housekeeping left open, plus rooms with people we knew. Confronted management who were very rude and wouldn’t listen at all. After showing them they explained it with a lost housekeeping-key that had accedently been given out to us. Others guests had trouble with their keys, at without asking any questions, they were also handed a general pass key! Only pleasant part of our stay was the manager of the pool-bar. Always polite and served decent food. Pool itself is very small and recites in shadow most of the day. Only about 3 hours of sun by the pool daily. All in all - we made the best out of our stay, but will not be coming back, and will not recommend it to others.

The hotel A la carte restaurants were not open, the food was the same each day, the only fresh fruit was oranges and apples. The breakfast was the same each day. The dining area was packed, everyone was running around looking for a seat otherwise you had to sit out in the smoking area. There was no ice cream at all. There was a kettle and cups in the room but no tea bags or coffee or sugar, and no water in the fridge. There was no kids club. There was only one day offering a daytime activity as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere there was nowhere to walk to and nothing to do. When complaining to the hotel they said it is 'Seasonal' however this was not advertised on their website when I booked it, if 'Seasonal' had been shown online then I would have booked a different hotel. The beach area was small with torn sunbeds cushions. If this was advertised as a 3 star hotel then I would have no other expectations and would be happy with what I paid but I feel like I have been ripped off paying for 5 star and them not delivering 5 star quality. Positivity - some of the staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the hotel lounge area was nice. Rooms were cleaned each day.

I will share a review - in Lithuania, a TezTour representative sold this hotel as 5 stars. Our mistake is that we did not check ourselves. Judging as a 4-star hotel, it would probably be good. I will try not to focus on the issue of cleanliness in the common areas of the hotel, the limited presence of hygiene items and their non-replenishment (no problem, we bought our own), disposable/plastic dishes in the evening and many other details that I had to encounter for the first time. Since we traveled a lot, we didn't stay in the hotel that much. • Massages in the spa center are good enough. • The service staff - almost all of them are excellent, the staff is the real asset of this hotel. Good, friendly, helpful, smiling people - that's what people miss the most when they return home. I would like to draw attention to the fact that there is one middle-aged or older man with longer hair working at the reception desk, he is a person that many hotel guests tried to avoid, without extra money no issue is solved, empathy 0. It is worth thinking about changing the profession for this person. But it was not as it might seem - two young men worked - one of them Tolgahan, the other (if I remember) I will write. Excellent, friendly, helpful - they helped, directed, always met with a good mood! The girl who made coffee at the Lobby bar, Ege, is always smiling, kind, personally warm like the Turkish sun! In the bar by the sea, the woman making the drinks is such a warm person, smiling and kind☀️. Thank you for the good emotions! In the field of catering, basically everyone is wonderful, polite! ☀️ The food is good - no poisoning, full of fruits, vegetables, chicken and turkey. Fewer healthy options as well - in other words, you will find a wide variety of whatever food you want. As for evening programs, considerable attention is paid to children. Russian speakers should really like it. :) As for the internet within the hotel - it is paid, only the wifi connection was really poor, there was no internet connection more often than there was. Or you had to leave your room or find another place in the hotel to use the internet.

Myself and my family (husband and two children aged 8 and 1) visited Pascha Bay from 25th sept- 6th oct. We had an amazing holiday and honestly did not want to come home. This hotel is perfect for families and there was not a moment that we were bored. Our son (aged 8) absolutely loved the entertainment and especially loved Kyle, Emily and Ida who really knew how to put on a show. The other entertainers were also great and made sure everyone was having a good time. The other staff in the hotel were also very friendly and took the time to say hello to the children if they were passing. Hakki (I may have the spelling wrong) in the restaurant was very attentive and made sure we had a drink at our table on arrival every night. The restaurant staff worked very hard to make sure the place was kept clean at all times. I apologised several times when my one year old threw her food in the ground but it was never a problem. The pool facilities are fantastic and it is a nice addition a quieter baby pool away from the slides. The water park is also a fantastic addition! I felt the variety of food was great but I know it won’t be to everyone’s taste. I found there was always something I could have each night. The themed nights were a hit and I’m just gutted we only got to experience the Mexican night once. The pool side snack bar was perfect for during the day and the food was always fresh and never sitting for long. I would definitely return to Pascha Bay and really hope that we get to soon.

Honest review from a family perspective. It seems to me that people have too high expectations, and vote down, or low and vote up. From the reviews we were not that high in expectations, but we've had nothing short of a wonderful time here in start of November. I'll try to sum up something I felt I didn't know before arriving: All Inc: At beach: water, juices, coffee and one ice cream a day. No alcohols. Rest paid. At pool/restaurant/bar: water, juice, coffie, tea, beer, wine (red and white ok, rose not good to our taste). Vodka, campari, Malibu and some other local spirits. Food: buffé with what you expect from a buffé. Breakfast: serials, bread, spreads, egg, salads etc. Lunsh/dinner: salads, Turkish pizza, 4-6 dished with meat, one dish fish, pasta, rice. Always something to eat, but not the most exiting stuff. Lots of cakes. Snackbar (by pool side): nuggets, salads, Turkish pancake with cheese etc (very good) + (Children favorite food place). Clean rooms (we got main building). Aqua park, pool and Childers games very good.

Awful experience, first of all our room was not at all like the pictures in our booking. After a request to change rooms (at a cost of 8 euro’s a night) we agreed to pay half. Which was before we realised there was barely any hot water, no matter the time of day. Then there was the quality of the general facilities and the equipment provided (run down and dated) alongside chipped tableware and cracked tiles. More than once there were holes and stains on the ‘freshly changed’ bedding. The cleaning of the room in winter time is mean’t to be every other day however we had to verbally request for the room to be cleaned. We also ended up doing it ourselves a few times in the two weeks. The maids were excessively loud and disruptive, often waking us with banging and crashing as they carried out their cleaning services in the surrounding rooms. When we approached the staff working at the hotel they said they would contact the manager/owner to find a solution to the issues we had raised but no one came back to us until our check out day, they told us if we didn’t pay the room upgrade despite our disappointing experience they would have to pay which was obviously a lie. We also requested a double mattress topper, our request was ignored even though we asked numerous times. Our request was finally granted a week into our stay. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!
