Great stay! Bought this during the 1 for 1 promo Place is clean and vibes was great with plenty of greenery inside the hotel itself didn’t get a good view, may be due to the price i purchase at. but room is clean and tidy. come with a bathtub. newly renovated. Hotel was just opposite of suntec city But due to COVID restriction unable to use the link bridge to cross over. had to either use the marina square link or make an entrance to promenade mrt and cross over to suntec city Facilities wise, gym was great. they had spin class and yoga classes during weekends to participate in with class pass. the pool was a little disappointing, it’s smaller than the condo size pool the only fascinating thing was the mineral pool, pretty calming to look at with the special lighting. overall a pleasant stay

Since Ritz Carlton is such an iconic hotel in Singapore, we love to spend our staycation here. Booked 2 rooms but were not allocated on the same floor. The room is well-maintained and the swimming pool/jacuzzi experience is very relaxing though our stay was during public holiday. Swimming pool is 90-min slot. One can also walk into the spa to enjoy the jacuzzi. Only book room without breakfast as we want to explore the Millenia Walk/Marina Square are with plenty of food options. Of course, must bring bath bomb to enjoy the bath tub experience with the view of Singapore skyline.

Booked my stay for Sun-Tue. Check in process was smooth and we were brought up to our room and introduced to the amenities by Wan Ting. TV comes with AppleTV + Netflix. Swimming pool comes with a great view of CBD, make sure you check it out during the day & night time. Will need to book a time slot with front desk Included breakfast comes with 2 choices; English or continental breakfast. We opt to dine in one day and takeaway the next day to dine in-room. Hotel was kind to allow late check-out of 3pm on Tuesday. Location is great, short walking distance to Suntec, Raffles City and Bugis

Had a night stay at Artiste Suite. Location is good. Cleanliness can be improved. There were dusts on the pantry area, on the wireless/bluetooth/radio on the table bedside, and at the toilet underneath the mirror. The television is a smart tv, but was not able to connect to the Internet. It needs a LAN cable or some usb for wireless. Called the reception and was informed it was not a smart tv. So be prepared there's no netflix or prime videos nor YouTube. A tad disappointed but that means I also enjoyed quality time resting both on the bed and in the bathtub, enjoying the view, having both dinner and breakfast at the balcony. The overall experience from level 1 to level 6 where artiste room is located was good. The room offers privacy which was awesome. Since the room comes with an outdoor balcony, be prepared to have lizards coming by. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

Simple yet clean. More to improve such as having a set of clothes hook in bathroom and the right wardrobe cabinet door when open, it will hit on the bathroom light switch (maybe having a stopper may help) which makes electric arcing sounds in the switch. During this pandemic, a quite abit of reluctant on using the cups provided in the room. Eventually i used it after washing it with boiling water before making coffee. Maybe foam disposable cup could be a good suggestion. Guest of Room 608

The ST Signature Bugis Beach, max 12 hours stay between 9PM and 7AM(SG Clean, Staycation Approved) is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Singapore, having been recently opened in 2020. The hotel is located approximately 19km from Singapore Changi Airport and 26km from Woodlands Train Checkpoint. In addition, Bugis Metro Station is just a short walk away. With multiple attractions nearby including Pine Spa, InterContinental Singapore Heritage Trail and National Library of Singapore, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel.

A great little stay away from our busy lives. The place felt homely as the service team greets and welcome us in and assisted us with the check-in. We were given alot of details on our stay, discounts and perks offered. 20% off dine in was a great treat! The duration of our stay was pleasant as the room is beautiful and cozy. Food was excellent! Would recommend anyone to give Kempinski a try, they sure live up to their name as the worlds best hoteliers! Lastly, Funan, Raffles City and many more shoppings are at a short walk away, great place to buy snack or amenities!

I paid more for a room with a window, I was allocated a room at the corner of the extreme end, it was super small, even smaller than the rooms in the center which are without windows. It was very very cramped, I really didn't expect to pay more for the smallest room of all!

Hotel location was awesome, walking distance to many different malls and yummy food. The service was great, informed the hotel by email that we were celebrating our anniversary and was told that they had prepped a cake and complimentary room upgrade for our celebration. It was a really nice gesture. From the front counter to the housekeeping staff, all of them were nice and friendly. Swimming pool slot could only be booked upon arrival and as the pool is quite small, it's restricted to 14 pax per session, each is 90 min. Thankful that the weather held up during our swim slot. The room is clean and staff is prompt though we had abit of issue with the toilet flush button that the staff came to fix but didn't manage to resolve. Overall great place to stay, would consider coming back and hopefully can get a room that faces Raffles Hotel and can get a glimpse of the flyer and mbs.

The hotel facilities are relatively old. When checking in, the hotel said in advance that Ctrip bookings cannot be used for Sands membership points, and Ctrip has to work hard. The main building is good, with three columns supporting a large ship. The sound of the air conditioner is loud. The sky garden waiter on the 57th floor said that it was going to rain and the seats outside were closed, but there were obviously many people sitting, and after doing it, they didn’t say they couldn’t do it. When you go out to take a taxi, there are not many cars, you have to wait, and no one is responsible for the taxi. It should not be a world-class five-star hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, next to the bus station, and also close to the subway station, with convenient transportation and easy access to attractions. The rooms are clean, air-conditioning is sufficient, there is Wifi, the front desk staff can speak Chinese, and the service attitude is good. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and there are many restaurants in the back street. I booked two nights waiting for the nucleic acid test, and planned to renew until the end of the journey. High cost performance, recommended.

I booked this place on a long layover in Singapore, and this place is so cool! Now, the showers and amenities are pretty much like most hostels (nothing special, but more than adequate), but the pod itself was actually quite nice! Inside feels very futuristic, and it comes with your own power outlets and a/c. Bedding and pillow were soft, and the Chinatown location is a plus!

The hotel is located in a good location. There are many food centers around. If you want to do something for yourself, there are supermarkets and food markets. It is very convenient to buy things. It is also close to the subway. The hotel is very clean, and the public bathrooms are also cleaned. There are two floors with ladies-only bathrooms. Because of the special period, there are few people staying in the store, so it is not crowded.

I've been to this hotel several times. The customer service is usually good. I extended my stay and moved to Cabin M. But I had a very unpleasant experience this time round with the live chat officer Claude. I understand that late check out is based on availability. But Claude was being unreasonable, telling me that the hotel is fully booked when the room I stayed in was still available on trip app. He also said there is no late check out on Sundays but I usually get complimentary check out atleast till 12.30 on my previous stays on a Sunday before. Extremely disappointing and thus I've to give 1 star for the service where I usually give a 5.

Very friendly staff, they will answer any questions you have and will greet you with a smile. The location is suitable, there is a bus stop located very close which is convenient. The breakfast is simple but some toast, cereal and coffee it good for me. The bathrooms are always clean, and there is always hot water. The rooms are clean with convenient storage. If traveling to Singapore by yourself specially for my ladies this is a good place to stay. Oh and there is an amazing ice cream shop close bya and may restaurants.

We booked the family room. It was really compact, but our kids were very happy cos they had to experience the bunk bed. They even refused to leave and cant wait to get back to the room cos they just love the bunk beds. However, if u are staying for a few days, it might get a bit uncomfortable and squeezy because the room is really too ‘cozy’. We felt that the placement of the plugs were not strategic - they were very far from the main bes and in between the bunk beds, may not be safe as it is near kids and they may play with the plugs. It was hard to charge our phones while resting on our bed cos the plugs were too far… also no bedside table or shelf to put our phones or even remote control... Table is the kids table so adults have to sit on the floor while eating with kids. Perhaps not so suitable for those who may not be able to sit on the floor for long periods or pregnant mums. However, location is very very convenient. Food is just a few steps away and no worries about it. Parking was ok too, night parking was affordable - maybe try not to park too long if u are planning to drive here cos no complimentary parking. But we managed to get parking space in front of the hotel so that’s a bonus for us (although we had to make a few rounds for ppl to leave before securing a parking lot. Due to being near a main road, it gets very noisy at night with cars speeding, so light sleepers may need to consider some ear plugs? Otherwise, bed is comfy but abit too high - not suitable for old folks or heavily pregnant women. :) Overall, for a one night stay, we still enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed the hotel. Not much facilities, so it’s really more of a hotel to place things and then get out and explore sg. I would still return back because it’s really a nice hotel, convenient and affordable! 👍🏻 Staff is very friendly too!

We’ve been to Arcadia plenty of times and always enjoyed our stay. This time around we got a room on the 1st floor. It was bigger than other rooms of its kind. We were worried there might be more sound disturbances on the lower levels but were pleasantly surprised not to encounter any such issues. As usual, service staff were prompt, pleasant and very friendly.

The four of us stayed here on our visit to singapore. The front desk lady charged or room deposit instead of merely taking a credit card number to charge later in case of damages (this was against policy I discovered later). We stayed in a room with a queen bed and two bunk beds, ensuite bathroom, plus a small balcony. The room was clean and comfortable - all features functioned properly. The location is far from the main areas of the city and on the other side of singapore from the airport. A subway station is about 10-15 minutes walk away. A bus stop is directly in front of the guesthouse. It's a solid 30 minute trip away from little india or little china. Being a hostel we had concerns about noise at night but were not bothered by any. We did not utilize the breakfast option but did eat at the restaurant across the street and found it acceptable. On checkout I found that they could not refund the deposit. After working with the manager over the next several days she refunded the deposit to me via paypal instead of a credit to my original card. That was not desirable at all, but was the best she said she could do. On the whole this was a nice stay, I only advise you to be cautious about your room deposit.

Spacious bath tub for the kids. We enjoyed splashzone and Buds! Really a destination in itself. Worth every dollar. We booked last minute but its still affordable after $100 srv. The breakfast was sent to our room which save us the hassle from going down. We opted for nasi lemak and it was nice. We were served by Mr Arif during check in. Excellent service! During check out, a lady did oir checkout and she aplogizes for the room that we ready late. We were ok with it because we came during peak period. Kinda expect tt. But she was very nice. Was very unlucky to have had to experience the scheduled building outage during our stay, which was only communicated to us after we made a booking. There was no indication of the outage on their official website (which we checked before booking on Trip.com) and nothing additional was done other than to advise guests to explore the area. Toiletries were 2 months past expiry! Everything here is done manually, you'll have to call reception to book the gym/pool or for housekeeping. Requested for items using their in-room mobile phone which has an app for housekeeping, waited 1.5hr and nothing came. Doubt anyone checks the system. You'll also have to wait quite a bit for requested items even if you called reception. Staff were friendly but there's room for improvement on the service. Their "Enjoy unparalleled service..." statement on the official website was definitely not what we experienced. The pool only has about 4 sunbeds due to social distancing measures so get there on time if you want a good spot. Upside: Spacious apartment, lovely view, comfortable bed, pretty well equipped kitchen. The in-room mobile phone contains guides for the appliances. There's a door separating the kitchen and bedroom which will help keep the cooking smell at bay. Lots of food options around, with Fairprice and Don Don Donki nearby so you can buy whatever ingredients you prefer to cook in the apartment. Several cafes located in the building for your coffee fix. Just a tad troublesome to have to keep changing lifts to get to the retail space.

No window, no air conditioning, no smell in the room, no elevator, this time living on the 4th floor, you need to climb the stairs. The room is small but full of five organs. It is located in the middle of two big roads. There are bus stops on both sides. You can walk from Aljunied Station. There are 7-11 shops on the left hand side of Exit A of Aljunied Station. You can buy 100G with your passport. The M1 (12 SGD) calling card, next to a small food center, tastes great. The young lady at the front desk is kind and Chinese can pass.

We used to be regular guest to this hotel when it was still under the management of the previous owner. We go there regularly on weekend because of its good location, good service friendly staffs, clean and reasonable comfort provided. This is the first time we check into the hotel under new the management. We look forwards to a good new experience under the new management. Unfortunately, we were both very disappointed due to the following reasons which I personally thing the management to look into. 1. The mattress is very uncomfortable as we can feel the spring the moment we lay on it. The previous mattress was alot better. 2. There's cleanliness issue as there's small cockroach found in the room. 3. The room water heaters water is not hot at all. We informed the staffs and changed to another room but still there isn't any different. We ended up having to take cold shower at night. We sincerely hope the new management can look into it.

Check in was a breeze and I loved that the access way into Bugis Junction is kept open. Enjoyed the meal at Chikuyotei and the additional 10% off given to hotel guests. Was promised an anniversary gift by the reservations department but none turned up. Online photos shows the rooms having a nespresso machine but turns out they were only found in the expensive rooms. Disappointing but did not let it bother us too much. My only gripe during my stay is that the air con in the hotel is weak. The curtains were drawn and the toilet door was closed and yet the cooling temperature was nowhere to be felt. Ihad it set at the lowest temperature and yet was perspiring. I called up the front desk to send maintenance while I was out of my room, not sure if they came. I returned after and the air con felt cooler or maybe because it was night time. Perhaps Intercontinental Singapore is one of those hotels with a thermostat for show and the guests don't have any real control.
