Staying in Seattle for 4 nights as part of a road trip was looking rather costly when I factored in parking costs too. I didn’t need to be in the city centre each day, so decided to stay in Lynwood as it was far more cost effective. Location: This hotel was around 16 miles’ drive to Downtown Seattle. During my stay, this took around 20-30 minutes to drive into the city in the morning for the 2 times I needed to go which wasn’t too bad. I found the time taken weighed against cost saving to be worth it. Where the hotel was located in Lynwood was ideal for me. It wasn’t far off of the I5, and had plenty of eating options in the area. There’s a Denny’s just in front of the hotel, loads of restaurants across the street / next door, and a Fred Meyer Supermarket a little up the road. What I did find in regards to the location, was that I managed to drive past the hotel entrance on my first try. The sign for the hotel was hidden behind a tree / bushes, and it was only on my second try that I realised to turn in next to Denny’s as the hotel is set back off of the road. Some people have mentioned in their comments that the steep incline into the parking lot could cause issues to cars - I’d say just drive carefully and you should be OK. Parking Plenty of spots available - we never had any issues parking at the hotel for the four nights we were there. The parking lot was safe and we had no issues with the car being there. Room Our room was on the second floor, and the hotel only has stairs. I was aware of this in advance so did not cause any issues for me. The room we were given overlooked the back of the building - noise levels were fine during our stay. The paint colour on the walls and the carpets made this room look older, but it was definitely clean! The bed was on the softer side (I prefer a firmer mattress) but it was still comfortable. In room, there was a fridge and microwave - I only used the fridge was worked well for keeping drinks cold. The bathroom shower / bath worked well - a good pressure from the shower at all times it was used. Breakfast The hotel offered breakfast which mostly consisted of cereal, toast (various kinds of bread), pastries, and waffles. Plenty of options really but no “hot” food. They had bananas for the first few days we were there, but none on the last day - I may have just missed them. Staff The staff we interacted with were all pleasant and helpful. Overall, this was an OK stay. The rooms could use a little renovation to bring this up to a higher rating - i.e. new carpets / flooring, and fresh paint. For the price paid though, I was happy with my stay.

In the small town north of Seattle, Highway 5 is not far away, the room is very clean, the surrounding environment is very elegant, but there are very few Chinese people here, breakfast is OK, there are some hotels here, parking lots are also available. Very big, a lot of vacancies.

Except that the room was a bit noisy, everything else was fine. It is recommended to choose a room that is not facing the street.

1) Out of safety for our family, we always check the cleanliness of the room and beds when we first arrive. We reserved 2 rooms that both had 2 queen beds in each. In one room, the first bed had a MOLD-LIKE substance throughout the edges of the bed. The second bed had multiple stains that appeared to be URINE. 2) We took pictures of what we discovered and quickly contacted the front desk to show what we saw. We were then given a new room. ONCE AGAIN, on one of the beds, we noted there were similar URINE stains located on the bed and took pictures. 3) We informed the front desk again and were offered another room. However, due to the building frustration, we decided to completely cancel the 2nd room we reserved and our whole family stayed in one hotel room that had clean beds. We did not want to keep wasting our time being assigned a new room and risking the chance of additional disappointment and disgust. 4) Although the hotel has a program called CleanStay with Lysol Protection in the midst of the Covid Pandemic, it completely missed the basic foundation of customer safety with clean bed mattresses. Customers trust that what they sleep on our fundamentally clean. And it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The lack of cleanliness questions the hotel's concern for the safety of its customers. I will not use this hotel ever again and would not recommend it to other travelers.

I thought it would be difficult to use the facilities in the hotel due to Covid, but it was good I could use the swimming pool and various facilities safely by controlling time each other. I highly appreciate that the meal is packaged separately in the morning.

Hotel location is very good, eating around is convenient, but the facilities are too old. The hotel is under renovation, it is quite noisy, the breakfast is very poor, nothing is optional.

Because I was going to the Boeing factory, I booked a hotel here, and the town of Boeing is almost half an hour away. The hotel is small, there is a free car park, there is a small park next to it, kids can play. There is a Japanese teppanyaki restaurant, if the hotel user gets a discount coupon, you can get 10% off. The hotel lobby is ready to take. The overall hotel is relatively simple, with a very small gym. at first floor. The bed is the same as the other North American beds.

I visit my father who lives in Lynnwood, and as I can’t stay at his home, I’ve always stayed in nearby hotels. This is the BEST place I’ve stayed! I will be back. I found it clean, quiet, smelled good (or not offensive - no strong cleaning agents or stale cigarette smoke) The staff pleasant and the rooms newly remodeled in what seems to be an older hotel. I stayed in the second floor and you can open the windows! There was also a microwave and frig in my room which I did not use, but the frig was cold. I felt safe ( : There was plenty of parking, and it was easy to find with my GPS. I did not walk around so I have no idea what’s nearby. The breakfast was ok. Fresh and simple. No fresh fruit but they did have fruit yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, coffee, orange juice, tea, hot cocoa, milk, breads to toast with jams and butter and cream cheese; and sausage and egg on muffins you heat in the microwave. All in all a great bargain! I’m only sorry I did not discover this place earlier.

I live here almost every time I go to Seattle. good environment. The hotel's facilities are still very well, swimming pool, bar, dining bar, large floor-to-ceiling windows, grass on the window, small gray rabbits everywhere on the grass. There is also a steakhouse at the door of the hotel. There are many places to eat and shop, Korean supermarkets and Korean restaurants.

The hotel is strategically located! Very close to the highway, convenient to travel. From the hotel, you can walk to major supermarkets and shopping centers, and enjoy convenient living. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the service and facilities are very good. Breakfast is average, no extra bed, suitable for children, because there is a swimming pool. The parking lot is very large and convenient. Traveling to Seattle, this hotel is a good choice!

While it's not the Ritz, neither are it's prices. The bed and room in general were comfortable and I had a good night sleep. The location was very convenient for me too. I've stayed in several places along Aurora and would come back here.
