Literally the worst hotel in UAE I ever stayed. We stayed there only because there was a weekend and public holidays, so many hotels were sold out and we didn’t have another option. I didn’t even think that this kind of hotel exists in this country even. It’s not 4* hotel at all, I would give it 2 stars as maximum. The property is very old and very poor when it comes to housekeeping. First they gave us a room which is connected to other, and you can hear every single move and sound on what’s happening in next room, no privacy at all! The cupboard was broken as well, when we requested to change the room, they told that hotel is fully booked, however after we complained they changed a room, at least thanks for that. But still a room wasn’t clean, there are stains on bed, there is even leftovers from a food under the bed!! Unbelievable!! There is a leakage from AC in the washroom and water is everywhere on a floor because of it. Breakfast is poor and they don’t even have a Normal coffee such as latte or cappuccino, they serve guests with Nescafé 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Not all staff is wearing masks in the restaurant in the middle of pandemic! Everything is dirty in the restaurant and seems no one cares about it. Only the one restaurant is open and the lounge which they have photos on *********** isn’t functioning (as per the staff it only opens for special events🤦🏻‍♀️). Pool is just so bad that I even couldn’t enter it, because of a smell and plus it’s inside the building. I won’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!

Good hotel, we met us hospitality, quickly settled in the room. The room in general is not bad, everything necessary to eat, shower shampoo replaced, constantly, room spacious. No strange smells we felt. Convenient spacious and soft beds as we love. The room is equipped with everything you need. Cleaned in the room quite well, clothes and towels changed often. The hotel has a quiet atmosphere, beautiful interior. The food is not bad, nothing special, but in general it is normal, all fresh, the staff was polite and friendly. To the beach walk far, but there is a transfer from the hotel, for us time was uncomfortable, so back we most often went by taxi, no savings)) If on the taxi that beach, about 10 minutes. The beach is clean and spacious, we liked it. Also in the hotel there is a own pool, everything necessary to eat, the pool was clean, people there were not many, so everything is normal in general.We are engaged especially in the hotel not what, we recommended found a group on tours in Sharge in the telegamma, the desert liked. Also in the vicinity of the hotel there are many different shops, you can walk and buy souvenirs, and not only. Yes, and in general here is a good area, walked with pleasure. I had the best experience staying at novotel. My family they enjoyed very well and we will surely come back and recommend to other friends and families. Its agood hotel for families mostly the swimming pool is out door and they have a kids playing area which is very nice. Good and clean gym with good equipments and the services are super starting from the front desk upon checkin the stuffs are welcoming, smiling, and so helpful. The breakfast is super b and house keeping team are so professional. In general you guys really made my stay memorable can't wait to come back.

Co located in a shopping and office building there is plenty on hand to assist a stay. The Carrefour Market on the ground floor opposite the hotel lobby is extremely handy. Unfortunately, it does add to the time spent in lifts as they traverse the shopping and office levels. The hotel is not flash and is a little tired in decor, but the staff are pleasant and helpful even though they may be short of numbers for the busy times. Breakfast in the Tulip Restaurant is a good spread with many varieties of food available including a live omelette station. It’s also a pleasant view over the lagoon. The 11th floor rooms are a good size but the view can be a little drab when faced with the empty office block. The decor tiredness reveals itself in the lingering smoke smell even though the floor is a designated non-smoking zone. As to overall value, I can’t really give any pointers as I didn’t pick up the tab for my seven night stay.

It so happened that we came across a burning tour at a ridiculous price, and in two days of preparations we arrived in Sharjah. By the way, we were already in the UAE in 2017, having visited all the popular excursions, and this time I was hoping for a beach holiday. Given the circumstances, in a pandemic, I thought that I would cook the lion's share myself in the kitchenette, which, as far as I understand, all rooms are equipped with. My tour operator confirmed that she herself had rested here earlier and she had at her disposal a kitchen and two frying pans, and one saucepan. But it wasn't there. When I checked in, to my amazement, I was given a room with broken kitchen furniture, no stove, no refrigerator, no sink in the kitchen. Of course, they began to offer to pay extra 700 bucks for a two-room family apartment, they say there is a kitchen and even a table with chairs, just like in the picture from the site. I had to demonstrate my character (and I have a heavy patamu shta gold), after calls and showdowns with the representative of Anekstur, with grief in half, we were given a decent room, with a mini fridge, a sink but without a tile, but in fairness I note that there was a microwave and a kettle . At my disposal were two flat plates, forks, spoons, mugs. I immediately got dishes in the nearest supermarket, a knife, a glass pan and a couple of bowls and mastered cooking in the microwave with the help of Google)) We bought fresh vegetables and fruits, made salads, cooked rice and pasta as a side dish. They took chicken and other things ready-made in the supermarket, there is a department, by the way, the meat is cooked very sharply, when consumed, it seems that armagidon has come, and what to do with the know-spice question, they shake their heads negatively, do not put their teeth on the shelf. Anyway, those who took the tour with food complained about the monotony of the menu. You decide. Here it is customary for guests to give out only two large towels, although the hotel positions itself as a four-star hotel. At first, I thought that the staff was sharpening a tooth on me, for that scandal during check-in, but then it turned out that other tourists also had this. And even then, after putting things in order, the maid takes them away. Returning from the beach, you need to catch the maid to beg for them. In general, the hotel is not bad, the room is spacious, though without a balcony, but it is equipped with three types of curtains, ranging from blockouts to model curtains, which makes it dark during the day as well as at night. And at night, at least gouge out your eyes. I think this is done to protect against heat and noise. With lighting here, sadness, if you like to have lamps and lights everywhere, then you are clearly not here. In general, the room is always very dark during the day and at night the same way, you can break all your legs, if you woke up in the middle of the night, then there is not a single lamp or sconce. The upper and only ceiling is turned on only near the entrance and shines dimly. Apparently with electricity there is control and accounting, all electrical equipment is connected directly without sockets. More like a 4 star B hotel but at least better than Ibis Sharjah Liked · 1. True non-smoking room not non-smoking only in name as at Ibis Sharjah 2. Excellent refrigerator with working freezer. 3. Excellent aircon with temperature control. 4. Spacious room and large modern bathroom. 5. Mattress is comfy. 6 Good blackout curtains. Disliked · 1. Drain in sink clogged 2. Hair drier not working 3. Annoying buzzing sound (emitted by refrigerator?) impeding continuous restful sleep 4. Clock set incorrectly indicating 40 minutes fast 5. Terrible corrugated floors uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet or with socks 6. Very few spare outlets to use or inconveniently located negating their utility 7. Quirky, unergonomic lighting i.e. insufficient lighting for reading in bed; floor lamp located in useless place 8. Bed needs an extra, thin sheet (brought my own fortunately) and is not long enough for tall people Cleaners start vacuuming around the doors of the room by 10AM so if you are not sleepless from the noise in the room, then you will get woken up by the cleaners mid-morning. I used this hotel as I had a 17 hour layover in Sharjah. It is located in the neighborhood Majaz-1. On the way from Sharjah airport on a Saturday evening it was slow going by taxi (30-40 minutes) at a cost of 55 dirhams but Sunday morning just 10-15 minutes at a cost of 36 dirhams. This was an alternative for me to staying at the overpriced Sharjah Airport hotel on Dhaid Road ”Centro” (in which there are no eating options outside this Centro Hotel). However, near Hotel 72 turning right at the main entrance staying on the main street there is a good Arabic restaurant within perhaps 250 meters from the hotel called Madfoon Al-Khaimah. That is why I rated location as very good in terms of utility of Hotel 72 as a transit hotel. Charged $79 for one night. If you add in an additional $27 for taxis from/to the Airport, the savings from staying is very small to nil but at least you can have a good meal at an affordable price near Hotel 72 at Madfoon Al-Khaimah. I would not rate this hotel highly but standards are low throughout Sharjah so, in comparison with other Sharjah options, it is not a bad choice. Certainly better than the last time I transited in Sharjah and stayed one night in Ibis Sharjah, which, even at half the price of Hotel 72, is an inferior choice by far. If memory serves, by the way, I stayed in room 607 down the corridor on the 6th floor last door on the left.

The hotel is relatively old, very close to Sharjah Airport, relatively far from the city, about 40 minutes from Dubai Airport. Состояние отеля на троечку так же как и звёзд, отель не новый тоже видать стареет вместе с хозяином , на ресепшене не плохо бы сделать химчистку мягкой мебели , кормят хорошо и вкусно , даже нам больше понравилось чем в других четверках и пятёрках . В связи с повышением цен на путёвки мы в этот раз решили попытать судьбу и выбирать дешёвый отель но В целом мы ни сколько не разочаровалась в выборе данного отеля , мы полностью довольны всем учитывая стоимость.

First we arrived and came to receptionist she told to wait without caring anything after 15 mins she always checked out other guests ignored us that waited for check in every time we ask she always said 1 minute. And after we checked in room wasn’t ready. We had to wait 1.30 hrs to get the room. Moreover we booked for king bed they gave us twin bed and offered to join the bed so we agreed but when we went to the room. No one did anything we had to tell reception again to follow up. We waited for long time every service was so slow have to call at least 2-3 times. Unfortunately, in the bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling we had to waited long time to fix and clean it. After they fixed it leakage again i don’t know how they fix. We tried to call them already .1 night enough for this hotel no more!! Bad service low quality. Staffs service like we ask the room for free and manager can’t do anything useless!!

Good morning! I write my review. The hotel pool only works Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Cleaning needs to be requested . As for the dining room, it's something terrible at all. I wanted to take another chicken,...besides beans and beans no more, the worker ran to me with big emitted eyes and began to noisyly explain that I couldn't take any more. It was very unpleasant and humiliating. Paying the money is also humiliating. I'm here for the second time in this hotel but it just never happened. If anyone has my information to help, I'll be glad to help

I have booked for 2 nights with a friend during the UAE Holiday Prophet Muhammad’s birthday. The room we had is a good area easily to enter/exit to the beach. We are very grateful to Ms. Bravya and Ms. Liezel from the reception for assisting what we need. The Hotel is old but it's a very clean and good smell. The Hotel restaurant has fresh food. The Housekeeping staff all day keep cleaning the areas. ALL the staff is nice, friendly & helpful. Comments: The Beach/Pool area open starts only 8 AM until 7 PM for swimming. It should be open early in the morning to see the sunrise and the Pool should be until 10 pm. Television in the room is no channel. It's difficult to connect to the wifi to watch from youtube.

My tour operator confirmed that she herself had rested here earlier and she had at her disposal a kitchen and two frying pans, and one saucepan. But it wasn't there. When I checked in, to my amazement, I was given a room with broken kitchen furniture, no stove, no refrigerator, no sink in the kitchen. Of course, they began to offer to pay extra 700 bucks for a two-room family apartment, they say there is a kitchen and even a table with chairs, just like in the picture from the site. I had to demonstrate my character (and I have a heavy patamu shta gold), after calls and showdowns with the representative of Anekstur, with grief in half, we were given a decent room, with a mini fridge, a sink but without a tile, but in fairness I note that there was a microwave and a kettle . At my disposal were two flat plates, forks, spoons, mugs. I immediately got dishes in the nearest supermarket, a knife, a glass pan and a couple of bowls and mastered cooking in the microwave with the help of Google)) We bought fresh vegetables and fruits, made salads, cooked rice and pasta as a side dish. They took chicken and other things ready-made in the supermarket, there is a department, by the way, the meat is cooked very sharply, when consumed, it seems that armagidon has come, and what to do with the know-spice question, they shake their heads negatively, do not put their teeth on the shelf. Anyway, those who took the tour with food complained about the monotony of the menu. You decide. Here it is customary for guests to give out only two large towels, although the hotel positions itself as a four-star hotel. At first, I thought that the staff was sharpening a tooth on me, for that scandal during check-in, but then it turned out that other tourists also had this. And even then, after putting things in order, the maid takes them away. Returning from the beach, you need to catch the maid to beg for them. In general, the hotel is not bad, the room is spacious, though without a balcony, but it is equipped with three types of curtains, ranging from blockouts to model curtains, which makes it dark during the day as well as at night. And at night, at least gouge out your eyes. I think this is done to protect against heat and noise. With lighting here, sadness, if you like to have lamps and lights everywhere, then you are clearly not here. In general, the room is always very dark during the day and at night the same way, you can break all your legs, if you woke up in the middle of the night, then there is not a single lamp or sconce. The upper and only ceiling is turned on only near the entrance and shines dimly. Apparently with electricity there is control and accounting, all electrical equipment is connected directly without sockets. I have stayed at this apartment for one month, and the rent price is affordable compared to the Dubai accommodations. The cleaning service was satisfactory. Housekeeping (Islam Abbas Karim) was so friendly; he cleaned up the room every day so, the room looked new and felt fresh every morning. He changed the new towel every day, provided room amenities (ex.: coffee, tea, sugar, a bottle of 1,5L water) every day, picked up the rubbish every morning, changed the bad every single morning too. The problem for me is the location. It is far from metro stations and bus stops. The nearest metro station is reachable within 11 min. (by taxi, uber, or private car), it is Al Qiyadah Metro Station.

My 9th stay here is as comfortable as the first one. The staff is very efficient and cooperative. Thanks to the house keeping expert Than Than who made sure to add brightness and colour with lovely masterpiece with zero compromise on cleaning. The complimentary tray of dessert delicacies was fantastic. The warm feeling of welcome from everyone make it feel like a second home. Location is excellent with best views of corniche from every room. Hotel is new and maintenance is good.

I stayed in this Hotel during a visit to Dubai last year. The room was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The room and services exceeded my expectations in every way. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. After I lost my phone and cards on the second day of my visit, the manager went well out of his way to help me get in touch with friends and family and get through the rest of my visit safely.
